This girl was driving Landon out of everything he'd once held on to for sakes of his sanity. Part of his brain said to stop before they went too far, they were acting like reckless teenagers rather than concending adults. The other part of his brain was too damned distracted to make coherent thoughts. Especially when he felt Ali's hand grab the back of his neck and he was more than happy to oblige. He ran a finger down her spine and back up to the base of her neck slowly his hand held the back of her neck, his fingers tangling into her hair his lips pressed firmly against hers.

Ali was more then content at this point. She was happy he was kissing her back and not pushing her away or telling her she was moving to fast or that this was wrong. She wouldnt have listened anyway. She could tell he was enjoying this as much as she was. When he trailed down her spine she shivered with delight and moved a little closer to him without thinking.
She moved her hand away from his neck and trailed her fingertips down his jawline gently. She broke the kiss and burried her face into his neck. She breathed in his scent and smiled. "Grief...How do you do it? You entoxicate me so easily. It isnt fair." She fake whined. She could care less if he entoxicated her. She liked it. But then again that was the point.

Landon breathed in, "I momentarily forgot about the neccessity of oxygen to the lungs," not that it was a complaint, he had a rather comical grin upon his face while saying it. The girl had him wrapped around her little finger, and they'd only met the previous day.
"Entoxicated huh? I'm absolutly plastered off your scent alone, much less your body pressing against me." Landon could feel his temperature rising he was more than happy to have her equally cool body laying next to him. His lips left little kisses down her neck, his brain was gone to mush, any kind of censorship that may have been there was gone.

Ali smiled and chuckled at his comment. She herself was breathing in. "Yeah, For a minute there...I dont think it mattered if i breathed." She snuggled closer to him and was amused when he said her scent did the same thing to him. She closed her eyes as he kissed her neck and she messed with his hair on the back of his neck with her fingertips.
She wondered why they were so entoxicated by each other. Most of their species hated each other and here they were. Far from hate. How did that work out? Just the smell of him made her giddy and peppy. All she wanted to do was make him happy. She would do anything.

Landon's free arm wrapped around her waist, "try to get some sleep," he mentioned quietly, "we have a plane to catch come morning." Landon laid down flat on his back, his eyes stayed glued to her; even in the darkness. He shut his eyes, aware of how close she was, how cool of a temperature she had, her scent, her silky hair against his skin. He could get use to this.
He couldn't believe that they had just fallen together like this. He wasn't one to believe in fate, soul mates, destiny, any of it. Everything happened, coincidence driven by people always moving always living. Everyday different there was no set up course. Yet bumping into Ali, a vampire; with great beauty, a undefinable scent, and a bold personality he was thinking maybe he was meant to meet her, out of all the asignments he'd been offered, why pick this one? He decided he was looking into it too much, laying with her next to him was enough to make his thoughts turn to goo anyways.

Ali looked at him slightly and smiled. She kissed his neck briefly and then turned her back towards him again and snuggled close. She could feel his breath on her neck and she smiled. He was warm and she liked that. She could never feel warm. It was a pain. But she didnt mind. She was just glad that she was here with him. No troubles could make it past her happiness.
But she had to chuckle at his wording. "Dont worry about me. I can go off of an hour of sleep. And it will seem like I slept in all day. So no worries here. You on the other hand...need sleep. So you sleep. Or I wont come visit you in bed anymore." She teased him and didnt mention that it was they had to catch a flight come night fall.

Landon pulled her tighter at her threat of not visiting his bed anymore, "well we simply can't have that, i'll sleep, I'll sleep," he said with a smile. He shut his eyes, as if to prove the fact. He tried to calm down his breathing, but all he could feel was a phantom of her kisses on his neck. His heart was at least calming down a bit, not at a normal speed, but it was starting to slow back down again.
He had been tired, now he assumed he was more or less overtired, or over excited. His eyes were shut he stayed still other than the rise and fall of his chest while breathing, but sleep didn't come easy.

Ali smirked as her little threat worked. And she blushed a little that he would sleep to keep her by his side. She could feel he was restless though and that sleep wouldnt come easily. Hell, she was having trouble as well. She could still feel his lips on hers and on her neck. And his arm around her was driving her crazy. But she could control that. She was glad she had no beating heart to give her away.
She yawned and closed her eyes hoping she would fall asleep quickly and that it would help him fall asleep. She snuggled as close as she could and breathed gently. Soon, his scent and her being slightly tired let her drift to sleep.

Landon was pretty sure that Ali had fallen asleep, still he lay restless. He fell asleep easier in his own home, hotels never seemed to meet his standards, this one was nice, but it wasn't his bed, wasn't his blankets, wasn't his room. The unfamiliar settings should have felt like home to Landon who was use to traveling, spending most of his time in hotel rooms.
He could hear the horns of cars outside, a humming of a television playing in the next room over, Ali's scent was rather calming now-perhaps because she herself was calm- or at least it was th best guess Landon had, his eyelids grew heavy and with Ali in his arms he fell into sleep.

It was night fall already and Ali somehow could sense it. Every sense in her became alert and she opened her eyes gently to see the sun setting. She smiled and then glanced at Landon. She was glad the blinds were somewhat closed. But her curiosity got the better of her. She wiggled out of the bed quietly and went over to the window. She lifted one of the blinds and glanced at the sun setting. It burned her eyes and she had to squint but she wasnt going to move.
In fact she pulled over a chair and kept herself mostly in shadow pulled the blinds up a bit. The sunlight hit her hand and she winced as it burned. She pulled away slightly and only her fingertips were there. She watched the sun setting for the rest of the time and then she got up just as quietly. She went over and grabbed her clothes that she had put down. She went to the bathroom and took off the shirt she had borrowed.
She was reluctant to take it off but she had to. So she pulled on her own shirt and ripped jeans once more and glanced at her burnt hand. She would have to hide that from Landon. But she walked back out and placed the shirt on his bed near the end. She then head towards his kitchen to see if he had coffee.

Landon didn't move much as he slept, he never had. The dreams or nightmares were always there lingering in the back of his mind waiting for sleep to spring themselves upon his mind. Dark alleywas, howling, the glowing full moon, blood. As always so much blood. His loose hand moved and flopped lazily on the bed, dreams of snarling wolves haunted him, though his body showed nothing of the enternal battle.
A wolf lunged, and Landon jumped in his sleep slightly waking him from the dream. The first thing he noticed was Ali was gone he opened his eyes slowly. He caught sight of his shirt on the edge of his bed, he wondered how she had gotten up, and he had failed to notice.
He slid his feet off the edge of the bed and stood grabbing the now warm water he chugged the rest of it, an old habit. He placed the empty bottle back down and walked tiredly out of the room; he heard noise coming from the kitchen/ living room area. He rubbed his eyes, he was pretty sure his hair was wild as it typically was in the morning. He poked his head in the kitchen and was happy to find Ali there, he walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist having to bend down a bit to rest his head on her shoulder "hey," he rarely said good morning, you had to get up in mornings, they were not good. And besides it was night time now anyways. He was never much of a get up and be energized kind of guy.

Ali had been rummaging through his things in the kitchen and she felt a little bad but...she was in need of caffeine. She went over to a cabinet and found the coffee. "Aha!" She said and took it out. She closed the cabinet and then went over to the coffee maker and started it up so she could have some. She normally did the morning things at night. It was just opposite for her.
She had been staring at the machine when he walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. She hadnt even heard him and so she jumped slightly. She looked up at him and said, "Hey. I hope you dont mind I snooped for some coffee." She chuckled and ruffled his already wild hair. He looked so cute. And she kept her left hand away from his view.

Landon grinned at the affectionate guesture, "no not at all, coffee is a good to get you going," he drank it on occasion, but it wasn't his favorite. He tapped the machine with two fingers, his nose wrinkled, "smells like burning though," he grummbled.
He was still sleepy, he knew he needed to get ready to go, and reluctantly let go of Ali, "i'm going to go have a shower... seriously is there something wrong with that coffee maker?" He asked bending down his elbows leaning on the counter. He liked leaning in the mornings... or afternoons, whenever he got up. He liked sitting or staying laying down better, but leaning was a more awake approach. He yawned, the smell of coffee started to cover up the smell of burning. Landon was to tired to try and figure out the burning scent besides if something burnt down or burnt out, wasn't his problem, the hotels.

Ali smiled at him. "Yep. I have coffee lots of times so I can get myself going." She told him. She looked back at the coffee maker as he said he thought he smelt burning. She bit her bottom lip slightly because she was nervous and folded her hands behind her back and hid her left. It hurt to touch the burn but she held in the pain. "I dont smell anything." She said and shrugged.
She chuckled at him though and said, "Go shower. That helps to wake people up as well. And we have a long night ahead. A shower would be nice." She said to him and kept her stance as she watched him. He was so cute. She couldnt help but grin at him. She also eyed him slightly. He really was very attractive.

"You really don't smell it?" Landon questioned if he weren't so exhausted his voice would have expressed his disbelief, "thought vampires had good sense of smell too." He was sure he wasn't imagining it. No it was real, maybe someone was burning something in the next room, but he doubted his nose would catch it, besides it was coming from the kitchen, he once again glared down the coffee maker marking it as potential culprite number one.
He looked to her still propped up on elbows, he thought of asking her to join and dismissed it, she'd probably swat him. "You want to shower first?" he offered instead, he stood straight and turned around so he could lean up against the small countertop. He couldn't help but yawn, he wasn't preticularly tired.
