"Aubrey you can't be serious," Colette said, her eyes narrowed in disdain even as she slowed to a stop. "We're barely in the clear, if we don't keep going then that nail-painting vamp will be all over us in a second, throwing his little hissy fit. What does he want with you, anyway?"
Colette released Aubrey's legs, but kept her other arm around her friend so she wouldn't fall. She sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose in frustration. Colette was feeling more and more rational as the evening progressed, and she didn't like it one bit. Her head was spinning and she felt tired all over. It must have been bad blood... oh, but that wasn't right. She hadn't fed at all tonight! Well, that wasn't going to happen anymore. They'd be lucky to get out of this mess by daybreak.
"Shaden is more than a millenium old, did you know that? He's not just old, okay? He's OLD. And everybody and their mother wants a piece of you-- apparently you're the only human being left in all of London. Or maybe just the only one stupid enough to be in a dark, public park in the dead of night-- I guess that's my fault, I don't know-- but my POINT IS..."
Colette trailed off, rubbing her forehead angrily. She didn't have a point.
"Do you really want to go back? I'm not kidding here, Aubrey. I'm only a century old; I'm nothing to these vampires, and Shaden's got worries enough of his own. You could die."

October seen the gun and tried to move out of its path, but he shot it off so fast the first hit her right temple, she took a few steps back regaining her balance from the powerful shot that was followed by two more hitting her body, the one skimmed her right side and she heard the crack of it embedding into a tree over the ringing in her ears.
No this was deviantly not her night.
Pain, she felt it. Worst migraine EVER.
She looked down to see bullet holes in her dress shredded fabric that exposed parts of her pale, slightly burnt, and bloody skin. Blood that got on her dress, "oh fucking hell" she cursed, she couldn't believe this. A .45! Come on! When did things like this happen! It was surreal to October but she was fuming, she dug her fingers into her right side pulling out the bullets and letting them fall in a bloody mess on the grass.
She'd work on the one embedded in her head later, actually, she would probably need help with that one, the bullet keeping her skull open, blood trickled into her eye. She was absolutely furious, she could remember a time being angrier. Once.
She ran forward grabbing with her studded hand behind the man's neck gripping his hair she sunk her fangs in his neck, to keep him in place as she drove the dagger into his back, it wouldn't kill him, wouldn't hurt him near as much as the .45 bullets did to her, but it was satisfying to twist it under his skin.

ooo, ouch the pain...It's..So unbearable..
He said sarcastically mocking the female vampire. The pain was agonizing but Xavier was trained far harder than to show pain. As her teeth sunk into his neck he couldn't help but cringe, it had bee a while since he had felt fangs go that deep, it was a awakening feeling. Xavier whipped his hand around to his back and ripped the dagger from his back. Xavier could feel her sucking away at the blood from his neck.
I hope your enjoying the sweet blood of a Black Nail Coven member, our blood is like none other.
He said with a smile as he grabbed a handful of her hair with his free hand and jerked her entire head back, enough to break a neck, he brought the dagger high, the moonlight casted a blinding gleam off of it. Xavier then swiftly, brought the blade into her neck deeply and dragged it down to her collar bone opening a gaping, bleeding wound. Xavier ripped the blade from her neck and pushed her away from him gripping the blade tightly.
I promised myself I wasn't going to ruin your gorgeous face, so i won't.
He said before whipping the dagger across her chest. Xavier enjoyed all of the blood that decorated his face, he got a sadistic pleasure out of feeling someone else's pain, He could only imagine what the elder was going through mentally, watching this gruesome attack.

Aubrey gripped Colette's hand in hers. They had to go back, or at least Colette did. She could leave Aubrey under a tree, she could still watch, but she would be somewhat safe. "Colette, you don't understand. The power in the evil that drives these guys...it's too much. It wouldn't matter if Shaden was the first vampire ever to exist...It will still be hard for him to fight him." Her voice was barely a whimper. She was afraid.
Aubrey was afraid for the woman that was helping her, she was afraid for Shaden, and she was afraid for Colette. She looked up to Colette. Her face was small and child-like. "He could kill us all if he wanted too." Aubrey was being deathly serious. "I'm not asking you to fight, I'm asking you to help them. Pull them out." Her gaze went past Colette, to Shaden and October. She reached out to them.
"Get them to leave, take me home. I'll feed you...Just...help them." Aubrey was having a hard time staying alert. Her bodiy ached all over and she was on the brink of passing out. She had only let two vampires ever feed off of her. Dawn would be breaking soon, she could sacrifice a little blood for the vampires who had fought to protect her. She softly grazed Colette's cheek with a pale finger and then slowly began to sink into unconsciousness. "Colette...help." Her head flopped back. Her words came out a wispy sigh. "Shaden."
Aubrey called out to him, but didn't stay conscious long enough to know if he had heard her. Blackness fell all around her and she was pulled into oblivion. Vampires and werewolves were chasing her into the darkness, somewhere she could sense a familiarity. Mon petite. The familiar voice was there, but then it too faded away into her black absolution.

Adam shook his head in amusement at the scene before him. Ounce again the battle had gone from 'kill the werewolf' to 'kill each other'. "What dopes these corpses are," he aloud said to himself before speaking over his shoulder at the female werewolf. "Still, at least I can get you to a hospital now. So the question is, 'Do you want my help?' If you don't that's fine with me. I'll just leave you here and see if I can catch up with Colette. That dumb human's in trouble and I want to be sure that she's safe before heading back to my hotel. So what'll it be." As Adam said all this he kept his eyes and gun on the newcomer, the so-called Black Nails Coven guy. What a gay name that was, he thought in disgust. I bet next there'll be a Pony and Rainbow or Pink Shirt Coven. He also paid attention to the other threat, the vampire woman in the torn dress. If either one of them made a move toward him or the kinsman, they'd be dead. He knew bullets alone couldn't kill them but splattering enough organs around would.

The werewolf howled as she ripped the knife from her eye. Once she transformed into a full werewolf all of her wounds would be healed, but this one would leave a tiny scar at the corner of her eye. Disappointing. Ella glared at Vagus and batted him away. He had shot her.
"I'll take care of myself." She fully changed. She bounded over the feuding vampires toward approached Aubrey and Colette cautiously. She glared at the human who was now unconscious. This human wasn't stupid, she had just been at the wrong place at the right time. Ella quickly shot a gaze to Shaden. He wasn't angry because he was fighting over a human, he was angry because maybe he wanted to fight for the human. Deep down in his old bones[no pun intended] maybe she was drawn to the human.
She shrugged. Ella lept over the two females and was gone. She was too injured to continue tonight. There would be other opportunities soon enough. Bye-bye my little human. We'll meet again.

"Suit yourself," Adam replied watching the werewolf go. That was one problem settled, now for the other. Breaking into a run he headed in the direction Colette and the girl had gone. He found them some distance away, the girl unconscious and the vampire looking pissed. "What's up," he asked Colette as he holstered his Colt. "You look like you're about to do something you might regret." He knew what it was. It could only be one thing. She was considering fighting that black nail guy. "If you're going after that queer Black Nail corpse I'll gladly back you up. That is, if you want the help," Adam said with a grin. It didn't matter that this wasn't his fight. His friend needed help so he would help her.

Shaden was on the ground for a moment, watching Xavier. This guy really knew how to piss him off. And as he was there he thought he heard his name. It was less then a whisper, but it was there and he knew it was Aubrey. Of course she was worried about him when she should be worried about getting home. He stood up "Okay Xavier, leave her alone." He took a step toward him, "I'll fight you, cupcake, so I hope you enjoy pain as much as I do." Shaden was so tired of this guy, who thought he was so powerful, and who thought he could kill him so easily. But he didn't know Shaden. He didn't know the vampires he'd fought and killed. Xavier knew nothing about him, except that he was an elder.
Shaden was calm, ready for pain, ready for the death that may come. "Come on then, lovely, lets get this over with. I have places to be and people to bite." He said in a bored voice. No, he didn't want to die, but he was ready in case it happened. Plus it made him smile to think what Massimo would do to this guy if he did kill Shaden. Shaden just couldn't stop smiling at that thought.

Seriously, your ready to fight? Good, I was getting quite bored playing around with this one. She was getting old anyway, no resistance, no fun. It's like hacking away at a slab of dead meat, I'd much rather prefer hacking away at the full live cow.
Xavier said with a deathly smirk, His smile was so evil and so dark that it would cause hearts to come to an abrupt stop. He flourished the dagger beautifully showing a dazzling display of control and precision with his quick wrist movements. Xavier would play around with the elder for a bit until he got tired, there was no sense in killing all of these people here so soon, If he did that then the name of the Black Nail Coven wouldn't get far at all.
I'll be using your blade in this fight gorgeous. Hand to Hand is not really a favorite.
He looked back at October smiling. His attention then snapped back to Shaden who already seemed to be ready for the ultimate fate. Xavier walked up towards him cockily and chuckled at his posture.
Go ahead Big time, I love to let my opponents attack first, see what they're made of you know?
Xavier said gripping the blade tightly, ready for a sneak attack if Shaden decided to jump directly into action, He was ready for anything, Xavier had planned 20 steps ahead to the point where whatever Shaden did, already had a set reaction whether it would cause him personal harm or not.

Shaden nodded "You know, hand to hand isn't really my game either but lucky for you. I lost my gun and I just happen to be without a blade of any kind with me tonight." He sighed, "So I guess, I don't have a choice in the matter." He smiled at Xavier's cocky attitude. It was amusing. Shaden licked his lips again, "I never did like your coven." He said watching the blade in Xavier's hand. There was pain coming, although that was something Shaden felt almost everyday.
"Oh no, sweetheart, I insist you go first." Okay now he was just stalling. I mean really, who wanted to die? Who the hell wanted to get killed by a man with black nails? Not him thats for sure. But hell if thats what it came to thats what it came to. Shaden was always looking for someone who could beat him. He wasn't so sure this Xavier could be that said vampire but, he was sure Xavier would come pretty close to it.

Well if you 'insist'.
And with that said Xavier charged, full speed at Shaden. He had no time to argue who should shed blood first, Shaden gave the opportunity and Xavier took it, quickly. His knee extended as he neared Shaden, directed straight for his Diaphragm. Once connected it would knock him back a few feet and at the speed he was going, probably cause internal bleeding. Xavier then followed up with a swift slice across Shaden's cheekbone and and a counter swipe at the base of his neck.
How does it feel to have that shocking pain go through those old bones Shaden?
He said with a sinister smirk licking the tip of the blade and following with a thunderous uppercut directly under Shaden's chin. Oh how he loved pissing him off, it seemed he got so mad to a point where he wanted to strangle Xavier and it made it even better that he couldn't.

Shaden had tensed his body just in time when Xavier attacked him. It was a good first move that for sure. Shaden fell back slightly, a few feet just how Xavier wanted. Then before he could react he made a cut across his cheekbone, then the neck. Shaden put his hand to his neck and then cheek. He stood up straight again and then licked the blood off his hand. It hurt, but he didn't show it. Not even a little.
"It feels wonderful, thanks for asking." He said returning the smirk. "That was very kind of you." He was in more trouble then he thought. He'd seen these guys fight before but never really went out of his way to fight them himself. Now look at him. Just standing here pushing his luck even farther.
Shaden crouched, ready to run, and so busy watching that blade that he wasn't watching anything else. So he wasn't expecting the uppercut under his chin. That sent him falling back wards. He laughed. He couldn't help it. "That was nice."
He stopped laughing and got up, "My turn." Then he was gone from sight. Or rather human sight but to Xavier, he could be seen running around. Shaden's greatest skill without a weapon was his speed. He hadn't found a vampire yet who could out run him. Shaden suddenly came to a stop behind Xavier and landed a fast, hard kick to his back with enough force to knock him forward a few feet or so. Then moved quick as he grabbed hold of Xavier's wrist with a firm grip easily spinning and popping the joint out, sliding his foot under Xavier to try and trip him and maybe get a hold of the blade.

In an instant, Shaden was off, out of plain sight. Momentarily surprised he had glanced around a bit and tried to pick up his scent, but it was too late. Xavier felt the sharp kick in his back which caused him to stumble forward a few feet hen he felt Shaden's hand grip his wrist tightly.
Sorry to break the news to you man, But I'm attracted to Female vampire's only.
As Shaden twisted his wrist, with the exact momentum, xavier preformed a frontward flip in the air. In the Air-Time he swiped at Shaden's lower gut with the dagger. Xavier quickly snatched his hand away from Shaden and whipped the blade across his face continuously. Xavier's precision and artisic flow with the blade was beautiful, The flexible movements resebled the movement of water as his sliced away at Shaden's face hoping to disorient him for his next attack.

Massimo knew Shaden's scent from anywhere and it just so happen he was in the area and so decided to see what kind of trouble he'd got himself into now. He blended in well with the night with his black pants and Royal Underground Military blazer and black shirt underneath it. His black hair every where as always, from running.
Once he got close, Massimo could see he was fighting someone who was far younger then him but Shaden was the one bleeding. Massimo found that very amusing as he stepped closer. But he couldn't have Shaden die. Not yet. And when the time came for Shaden to die, it would be Max who killed him. Not this other vampire. He came closer to them and mockingly clapped his hands a few times "Very good you two. But I believe thats enough for now." He said looking a Shaden, daring him to to keep fighting after he said to stop. Then he looked at the other male "If you can make Shaden bleed, your someone I'd like to know better." He said keeping his voice friendly and polite. But watching him carefully for any quick movement.
Massimo had no plans on fighting him. He wasn't foolish or stupid. He would die in a matter of minutes. Which was why he was glad he didn't have a quick temper like Shaden did.

Shaden fell back away from the dagger and it just barely missed his gut. Then held his arms up to protect his face, which was getting cut up all to hell. Blood got into his eyes and backed away even farther, and started wiping the blood from his eyes. "Shit that burns." He said after a minute and then looked back up at Xavier. "Thats a real shame you know," He said talking about his comment about only liking females, "You should learn to play both sides of the field. Its twice as fun. You'd make a good little bed slave I bet." He said with a smirk, then licked his hand clean of blood.
Acting as if he wasn't paying attention. But then quickly ran at Xavier, landing a hard uppercut to under his chin. "There, hows it feel sweetheart?" he asked with a mocking tone. Standing close to him again but then Massimo was there and he stepped away from him. Looking at Max in open shock. What the hell was he doing here?!
