Jeremiah knew that he could trust Kia. Kia and him were close and if he knew someone in trouble she was sure to help. He knew that she came into the forest every now and than just to be alone. He had led James from the house to the forest. He smelt another wolf a few miles away."Kia? Are you there?"

Kokia finished tearing away the flesh of a hare that she'd just finished catching. In her wolf form, she was a shiny black wolf with her piercing cerulean eyes; a beauty to behold in the night. Pelt so black it shined a blue hue in the right light of the moon.
Suddenly, footsteps could be heard. Flicking her audits in every direction, her eyes narrowed as she raised her hackles and stuck her tail straight out. The smell of her kind was in the air...it was thick like smoke.
One was Jeremiah...the other, foreign to her. He smelled of the undead as well.
Eyes narrowed, Kokia transformed once more and hid herself in the shadows of some trees, putting on her undergarments and pants. As she slipped on her dark green tank top, Kia threw her jacket across her shoulder and came out of the shadows.
A smile graced her lips as she saw Jeremiah, along with a newcomer. "Jeremiah. How nice of you to drop by. Who's the kid?" she inquired while pushing a bit of her jet hair from her face.

James eagerly followed Jeremiah to the forest. This had to be done very fast, for Litte's sake. The faster she was out of the way the better. There was a coven full of vamps who wanted to rip her throat out and James was not about to let this happen. The wolf's name was Kokia. When he saw her, she looked like a gentle wolf, a go with the flow type of person. He sure hoped she would be easy to persuade.
"My name is James Silvius. I've come to ask a favor of you," he began the conversation.

Kia eyed the young male speculatively. He was definitely a werewolf. Intelligent (she hoped), handsome, and carried himself well. However, what Kokia didn't like was that smell of the undead lingering around him.
Kokia didn't care about werewolves or vampires getting along; she would like them to quit killing each other for Gaia's sake...But something wasn't sitting right with Kia right now.
When introducing himself as James Silvius, Kia quirked a brow curiously. -So, he's friends with Caleb.- she gathered, if the circulation of information was correct. Then, there was the asking of the favor that caused the she-wolf to fold her arms against her chest. "What's a young pup like you want from someone like me?"

He'd just have to spit it out and make it quick. Telling her everything at once leaving no detail out was the best way to go. He was doing this for Litte. She was a wolf, she would have at least some sense to help another of her kin. He needed someone neutral and who's head wasn't clouded with war. Kokia was this wolf.
"Jeremiah told me that you are a neutralist in the war. A neutralist is just what I need. A coven of vamps wants me dead along with my fiance, Litte. She's a vampire. I need someone to take her out of the country and protect her until this is all over. I think Jeremiah mentioned that he would accompany you. I know I'm a complete stranger and this is so much to ask from you, but wolf to wolf, will you help me?"

The information was given to her all at once. The poor boy. Did he even take a break? Kia couldn't tell.
But...that still didn't stop Kokia from having her anger build.
So, apparently this kid had gotten himself stranded straight up sh*t creek. He'd fallen in love, and with a Vampire no less! Again, Kokia didn't care about the alliances of werewolves and vampires, but she would have no part in this war.
Not only that, but this pup apparently was a part of a PACK! The other loving couple that were together were a part of neither coven nor pack...but this boy...
...if he was the same James Silvius that Caleb mentioned and had heard about, James was not only part of a pack, but a pretty strong pack that became united as one from two different groups of werewolves! Such a decisions of the heart was madness...
...and these two brutes brought it RIGHT at her doorstep!
Cerulean eyes narrowed as a gentle breeze brushed against them, her banes flying in very direction but she didn't bother trying to prevent them from clouding her vision. The glare slowly formed as a low growl rose in her throat. "As you have stated...I am neutral. It would be one thing, James, if neither you nor your beloved Litte had ties of loyalty to a coven or a pack. But you both are chained to them! What in Gaia's name were you thinking?!" she snapped, allowing her arms to fall to her side.
Kia, in a fit of anger, turned away from the two werewolves and took a few steps away so she could breathe easily. Once calm enough, she jerked her head toward them; eyes glaring deep blades. "And you want me to help you? I told Caleb already that I'm staying out of this war and yet you're asking me to become involved." Kia made her way toward James, standing against him as her eyes searched his own. "And if I take Litte somewhere safe, what of my people, hm? What of them? We Amazons have ties to nothing except for Gaia. Werewolves and Vampires alike roam freely through our lands, at least those who can find our tribal camps."
As her anger started to rise again, a new thought dawned on her and her mouth parted slightly. A new bit of trouble would soon arise. Her brows furrowed deeper as her blue eyes narrowed even further into the glare. "And what about your Alphas? Do they know about this little stunt you're pulling? You want them ripping my head off along with those blasted Night Walkers!?" she snapped, fearing for not only her life, but the lives of her fellow sisters and mother back in Greece. James stared her down, locking eyes, chocolate browns completely serious. He didn't cringe away when she exploded, he stood his ground and defended himself and Litte. He wasn't expecting this to be too difficult. How was he supposed to persuade this wolf? After everything she told him, it just made him want her assistance more and more.
"I said I was sorry for roping you into this, but I'm a wolf who needs help and you sound exactly like the only wolf who can do this for me. I don't care if you hate my vampire's guts, I know you can't hate me. You will be doing be a huge favor if you accept and I promise this will not go without a reward," he countered.
"No, the pack doesn't know I faked a break-up with my girlfriend and only Jeremiah knows I'm here and I made him swear to secrecy. I am going against the Alphas but I know one of them will agree with what I'm doing. They will not come after you because they will never know. You will be out of the country and when this is over you will never see me again," he finished.

Jeremiah watched as Kia exploded. He gave James a sympathetic look. He didn't know that she was going to explode like this. He stood next to James. "Kia...you know that your tribe will be fine with it and I will be there no one will get hurt, I promise." He gave her a pleading look. He needed to help James. He got himself into this and he had to help him get out. "Wait...what? Not coming back?" He gave James a confused look. "Where are you going?"

This kid had some spine, Kia would give him that. But he was too young and too naive and he was inadvertently getting someone killed. Right now, someone was dying because of this sh*t he was pulling.
At the mention of hating some vampire's guts and not hating his, Kia had to stop her dark laughter from pouring out in waves. What was he saying? Not hating him? Was he JOKING?! If this boy ended up risking the safety of her tribe back in Greece, she'd hate him AND his whole damn pack!
Hell, that alone would be enough for Kia to launch an all out war against the lot of them!
Kia, however, did scoff at being offered a reward. She felt her brow twitch in anger. Was this kid serious? Was he seriously thinking that this was supposed to SWAY her?
As he continued speaking, she could only mentally smack herself upside the head while glaring at this kid through heated blue eyes; hoping to burrow right through those chocolate brown orbs of his. "Just...shut-up." Kia snarled, her canines growing in hot-blooded anger as a growl rumbled in her throat.
Quick as a flash, Kia reached out and snatched the boy up by the scruff of his shirt, jerking him forward as she bared her fangs at him. Her heart began racing as it always did in the midst of her rage; adrenaline pumping through her veins like hot acid. However, the human side of her struggled to hold on to some form of sanity.
Kia heard Jeremiah's words and she cut her eyes at him. "You stay out of this Jeremiah! I'm angry enough with you already! You knew how much I detested what this war was about and how I wanted to wash my hands of any involvement! But look at what you've done!"
But in the name of Gaia, she was dying to rip this boy's face off.
"Now listen up, Kid," Kokia snapped as her fingers laced tighter onto his shirt. "If you think just because you're a werewolf like me that I can't hate you, you had best get another thought in that head of yours. I'll tear you to shreds if that meant keeping my tribe safe, you understand?"
Kia shoved the boy away from her, fangs retracting as she slowed her racing heart; her glare still piercing like the sharpest daggers. "And you forget who you're dealing with, Kid. Don't underestimate the power of numbers. Your pack may not come after me, but you've made it abundantly clear that your woman's Coven wants her dead and will stop at nothing to not only kill you, but kill her as well...for her betrayal." she stated coldly, a sneer forming on her lips. "And your little rouse is only going to fool those of your pack and those Night Walkers for so long, James. When they're no longer fooled, they'll be coming after the heads of you, Litte, and those who helped you."
Kokia turned away from the boy, an angry growl leaving her throat once more before she ran a hand through her hair. A new thought formed in her mind and she really did let a dark peel of laughter leave her lips while turning to look at the young werewolf who was so determined to get her help. "And what was this about me never having to lay eyes on you again? You plan on leaving your woman within my care forever, hmm? Don't be foolish, Boy, by making promises you can't keep."
Oh this was just...fabulous.

Jeremiah tried to help but the attempt was feeble. He got him into trouble, James was sorry about this but he cared about Litte too much. All he wanted her to do was take Litte away, the evil wolves would be too caught up in trying to maul James to even care where she was. He was the prime target here. Better yet, Jeremiah would be with Litte. He wouldn't have to worry about the wolf fighting, at least he would be safe.
He scowled when she pushed him around. He couldn't blame her, she had every right to do just that. But James wasn't a quitter. He would win in the end, he could just feel it. He stood by his beliefs. This wolf was the one he needed. James regained his ground and straightened up. He didn't want to answer Jeremiah's questions just yet.
"Hate me all you want, go ahead, rip my throat out when this is over! Your tribe is the only one that can help Litte and I won't back off, I care too much and worked too damn hard to loose her to a bunch of petty bottom feeders. After the war, I will get Litte and leave. That's what I meant. The coven will not go after you, they will be too focused on me and I will make sure of that! Trust me when I say I'm reckless."

The boy opened his mouth again! It just baffled Kokia that this runt had the nerve to keep harping on like he knew what he was doing. Like his valiance was to be commended.
This had to be the biggest frickin' joke of the century!
Kia scoffed and turned her head in disbelief. This kid was a riot...really...a freakin' RIOT! "Oh you think you're just so brave, don't you? Coming here and spouting this garbage in my face like I'm going to just take your word for it! Maybe I would have been okay with this had one of your Alphas decided to get in on this...then I would have had guaranteed protection from this!" she snapped, whirling her hand out to point her finger accusingly at James Silvius. "But you...YOU have the nerve to come here empty handed and you can't guarantee my tribe's safety! Hell, you can't even guarantee your own damn safety! That's why you're a runny-nosed punk who's selfish and can't back sh*t up for what you say!"
With that, Kia rolled her shoulders and took a few steps back as her cerulean orbs narrowed. The fierceness of her anger was too much for her to hold back any longer. It would only be a matter of time before she lost it. "You'll keep the Coven busy, you say? HA! They can kill you any time! It's my tribe that they'll kill and torture and drain dry because of your selfishness! If your pack were supporting me helping you, then I wouldn't have to worry about our tribe being annihilated because your pack would be able to aid us in the fight. You foolish boy! You're doing this for love? LOVE?! Well then...if you're so reckless..."
Kia took another step back, her blood pumping so hard that she could feel the beat of her heart thumping in her very ears. Flexing her fingers, she could feel the claws coming out once more as her fangs grew sharper; the bones adjusting themselves within her body. "Show me just how far you're willing to go, Kid. Prove to me that you and your woman are worth me risking my life and the lives of my fellow tribe mates!"
With a ear-splitting howl, Kia raised her head toward the sky and allowed her transformation to complete itself. From head to toe, she was covered in the black fur. Her body was nearly hidden in the darkness of the woods...all but her eyes. Those cerulean eyes that seemed to glow with the aid of the moon peeking out of the canopy of the trees above.

She just wouldn't give in, would she! James was growing frustrated now, so damn stubborn, just like him. He didn't have time to find anyone else, if Kia was eventually going to do this, then they had to leave for Greece as soon as possible. James would make sure Jeremiah would see to that. James ignored Kia's words as best he could. He didn't want to hear any of this. A few did strike him though.
"Selfish? Selfish? This is selfless! I'm going out on a limb here to even BOTHER you let alone even try and PERSUADE you! My pack made it clear to me that I was part of the family. If one pack member is being hunted down, then they will spring to the rescue in a heart-beat!" but would they really? James saw little truth in his words. Ella already proved to care, Patrick had disowned him on the other hand. He didn't care how many lies he had to spit out, he would get Kia's protection.
When Kia started her transformation, James could feel everything start to heat up. The game was on and he was nothing but an excited puppy. Now this was more like it. James allowed his fur to sprout from his skin himself. Though his hair was black, his fur was silver. He didn't know the reason behind this, but it was how he earned his last name.
His jaw became a muzzle and hands became paws and claws, he stretched them out, digging them into the earth as he completed the change. His shirt was torn open as his back widened and arched. He managed to save his pants though. A long and too furry tail swooshed out gracefully behind him.
He stood on all fours now and snarled. Baring his teeth, he snapped them, growing at Kia. He would fight for this, He would fight for Litte and to gain her tribe's protection. James leaped forward, claws outstretched and eyes taking on the sheen of a wild animal's. This time around, he let his control over the wolf in him slip. He had his reason, he could use the extra power.
Now, his wolf side wasn't too happy about what he was fighting for. The wolf just wanted Litte dead. James didn't let it think anything else but to protect Litte, that much control he could keep... for now. He and the wild animal that lived in his chest weren't very savvy with each other, but Kia had angered him with her vicious words. Now when James looked at Kia, he wanted to see her dead.

It took everything that Kokia Luxin had to hold her ground and keep her eyes focused on the boy ahead of her. What Kia knew that she had over James was experience in battle. Born and bred a true warrior, what Kokia lived for was the thrill of the fight. However, because of many defeats and victories, she was a strong fighter and an even more tenacious opponent to face.
James had best get his priorities straight if he wanted to tango with a girl who'd done this dance long before he had considered it.
The black she-wolf watched his transformation with speculation, her fangs no longer showing as she crouched down on all fours as well; blue eyes surveying the lad curiously. She would determine his strength of will and his willingness to sacrifice in this fight. Kokia would not allow a risk to be taken for her family and tribe if this kid wasn't willing to step things up and make a few sacrifices of his own...
...and not in the name of love or courage...but in the name of life.
Her blue orbs narrowed as she watched the young wolf lunge at her with all his strength. In the moment she dodged and he passed her, Kia met his eyes and saw the fight within his own heart; the fight to keep himself focusing on helping his beloved Litte. She jumped back and crouched low, lunging hard in hopes of slamming her shoulder into his side and pushing him up against a nearby tree.
But soon that fight flickered...and he now wanted to see her dead and buried. Her cerulean eyes narrowed as she revealed her fangs. -DAMN YOU JAMES!- she snapped in her thoughts. -Lose yourself like this and I really won't help you out! Show me what you're made of! Show me that you can control your animalistic desires!-
Kia tightened her back muscles in hopes of slamming James against the tree; pinning him long enough to speak to him with her body and spirit; with her heart. Something would reach him. He would see the truth and what he needed to do before this was over with. [/size][/blockquote]

James had to admit, he had no idea what he was getting himself into. He didn't know who Kia trained with or fought in her history. He didn't want to know, that would make things a little more... comforting. She was a speedy one and had him pinned in a minute flat.
James squirmed out of her first one, barely. Looking her over she was obviously trying to convey some sort of message to him. For a second he'd mistaken it for I want a cookie and then mentally slapped himself when he realized she was angry with him!
Kia was angry he was letting his control slip and he was. He quickly shoved the thought of killing her aside. This would not do him any good. He wanted her alive, right? Giving her his best wolf scowl, he used his hind legs to kick at Kia's stomach to free himself from her grip. Once he was, he pounced at her from the side in hopes of flipping her onto her back and pinning her down for a change.
He used his long nails to help him do this, stabbing them into her side, using his head to try and knock her over, using his tail to keep his balance.

For a pup, this kid had some spirit in him. Kokia liked that. Liked it so much that she, too, nearly lost herself in her animal urges and nearly mauled him when he kicked her off of him.
With a shake of her head, Kokia remained true to her human side; the warrior in her. However, that was enough time for James to take advantage. The boy dug his claws into her sides, hoping to knock her over as his tail kept him balanced. But she wasn't about to let that go so easily.
Kokia, knowing that she was held in a static position, moved her feet so that they were in between James's. Once there, Kia slammed her own claws into James's side and leaned forward, jaws parted as she bit down onto his shoulder and felt the first sprays of blood flecking onto her tongue. With a rough shake, Kia used her shoulder to slam the boy down on his back.
If his body managed to reach the ground, Kia would leap back far enough away to not allow herself to get caught once more. Her eyes narrowed as she took another step forward, trying her best to get her message across. James had to maintain control in this state, otherwise even his beloved Litte would be in danger of his wild nature.
He needed to gain control, make his human and wolf side one.
