Kia was quite creative. She used her legs, paws, and head for one move. Crafty. James would just have to outsmart her. If anything good came out of pushing and tearing James up, it was the fact that the wolf side of him began growing angrier. He channeled this anger now, using it to drive his body into swift movements. Attacks on James' body only helped him gain some sort of control in a way.
Before James hit the ground on his back, he twisted his body and landed on two paws, he had to take the time to steady himself before he could get back to the fight. When he regained his balance, he chose an aerial attack for his next tactic. Kicking off from the tree, he sprung and aimed for Kia's back and hind legs. His back legs would hopefully get twisted in her's, causing her to trip and therefore allowing James to pin her down successfully.

Well at least he was thinking more with his head and less with his rage. Kia had to give the boy some credit. He took the fall easily enough like she had planned. After all, the point of this fight wasn't to determine a winner or a loser, but to get James Silvius to realize just how weak he was on his own...and how that weakness would just cause those around him to be hurt.
Especially if he couldn't get his human side and his wolf side to join as one. The opposing forces were great, yes, but when working together in sync, they could prove to be the most devastating arsenal in a werewolf's treasury of tactics. Kokia knew this because her mother nearly killed her in battle trying to get Kokia to mold her human and wolf side into one creation.
Losing oneself to the lupine in them was the quickest way to get slaughtered, especially in a fight against the Bane or the Night Walkers.
She saw him lunging forward; almost anticipated it with the very breath she exhaled. However, Kia knew that this was far from over. She felt his legs entangle with hers and Kia quickly fell to the ground knee first, but not before twisting her upper body to land on her back. As soon as her shoulder blades touched the ground, Kia pushed her back legs into James's stomach in hopes of slamming him into the tree that he'd just jumped from.
Once there, Kia would rush him and pin him to the tree again. Kia had to get him to see the mistake he kept making. Getting angrier would not be the way to win her aid. Admitting that he was weak and attempting to harness that weakness as a strength...was the key. [/blockquote]

James growled. So damn smart! Was what he was thinking as he was flung into a tree. He hit it on his back. Ouch, that would leave a nasty bruise. He had to win this fight. He need Kia's tribe to protect Litte. He had to stop doing this. He didn't know exactly what he had to fix but he knew he had to try different moves.
Kia had him pinned pretty good this time. James' legs were sort of free, so he scrambled and kicked at her stomach to get loose, claws extracted. Once he was free, he had to think quickly on what he could do next. Having a random idea, he put his most recent scheme into action.
James got behind Kia and stomped on her tail. Yanking it so he put her in a sitting position, he reached up with his front paws and began ripping the hell out of her backside. He brought his teeth into the mix and chomped down on her tail as well. Was he playing dirty? Was this a dumb move? He honestly didn't know but he was running out of ideas and fast.

He just didn't GET IT! The boy was only running around on instinct now. This wasn't about trying to see or get a point across. This was about winning for James.
When Kia saw the boy trying to kick at her with his back legs at her stomach, Kia pushed off of him long enough to free him. However, she what she wasn't expecting was the boy to play dirty. He stomped on her tail...her TAIL for Gaia's sake! But no, that wasn't the end.
The boy then began to claw the ever living hell out of her poor back. The wounds, she could feel the air touching the gashes in her back. Wincing slightly, Kokia had to push the fury that welled in her own mind. This kid was nothing but a pup...and an arrogant one to boot.
-Calm yourself, Kia...just focus!- she snapped at herself as she felt a pair of fangs sinking into her tail. That was the last straw!
With a blood curdling snarl, Kia whipped her head around and snapped her jaws around James's throat, a rough shake and tug following suit. Placing both her paws on his neck, she shoved him onto the ground and gripped her fangs around his throat even harder. Once he was down and she'd had her fill of the young pup's blood in her mouth, Kia released his throat and transformed back into her human form.
Kia didn't care that she was only in her jeans and exposing her entire chest. Growing up in a tribe full of women, Kia was very confident in her body. Her pugnacious breast were not droll and hanging, but firm and upright. Her abs were toned, showing the slightest hint of their washboard texture just around her navel. Her jeans hugged her waist daintily below her navel.
Shoving her forearm against James's silver-furred neck as the blood dripped from the corner of her mouth; her own crimson liquid trailing down the gashes along her back and streaming down her sides and shoulder. "Wake the F*CK UP JAMES! she snapped, shoving her human forearm even further into his throat. "See! This is why I said you're selfish! That you're a two-bit pup who thinks he's doing some justice in the world! Get over yourself and see just how weak you are!"
And, for added measure, she balled up her right fist and aimed a punch straight at the boy's jaw. "Dammit James! How do you expect to help Litte at all in the future if you can't get your human and wolf side to become one!? Don't use your primal instincts as an excuse you FOOL!"
With that said, Kia stood up and slammed a kick into James's stomach before going back toward the tree where she knew her jacket lay. Her shirt was in ribbons and gone, but at least she had something.
Kia slipped into her black leather jacket, ignoring the searing wounds on her back as the material touched the injuries. She didn't bother zipping the jacket up. Moving her arms right now was going to be a pain.
Kia didn't smoke, but damn, she was starting to think it may be a good idea after all. Turning her blue eyes toward the naive werewolf, she sighed as a gentle breeze blew her disheveled ebony hair in various directions across her shoulders. "Stupid brat..." [/blockquote]

James couldn't help it, but he was beginning to loose his control again. Kia was pushing him around way too much and the thought of killing her popped back into his head. He couldn't let this happen. Kia didn't like it and he would not get her protection that way. He shoved and shoved aside until the wolf was mute and he was just James again.
He had bad timing, that was for sure. Kia had his neck and she wouldn't let go until she changed back to human. Then she started kicking him around even more. He didn't get up and fight her, he simply snarled his objections. He just didn't understand how he wanted her to fight! How was he supposed to prove himself when he knew nothing about her style?
James slowly stood and shifted back to human. He glared at Kia and then retrieved his pants, pulling them on. He went up to her so they could continue their fight verbally. "I don't understand what you want me to prove! Fine! I'll admit I'm a weakling because I'm not the strongest wolf in the world! I've had my share of losses!" he cried.
As for her comments on his wolf side, he had to restrain himself from snarling. Instead he spat through gritted teeth, "I've been working on that, but thanks for your damned concern! I am a boy, right? I haven't had as much experience as you!"

Kia watched quietly through her glare as James transformed back. This was ridiculous. This boy just didn't understand anything. What it meant to fight...what it meant to live...what it meant to die.
When she heard his comment about being weak, she almost let a smile break across her lips. But the next thing that came flying out of the pup's mouth caused her frown to deepen. A mental sigh echoed in her mind. -He still just doesn't get it.-
At his next outburst, Kokia scoffed outright and had to resist folding her arms across her chest like she normally did. "Don't make excuses, James. Experience or not, you started this mess when you decided to come to me with no guarantee for my tribe's safety." she said, taking a step forward and holding back the wince from her own injuries. "And since you are damned and determined to save your woman, you better learn to control that animal side of you unless you want to wake up one day and have that woman's limbs and organs dangling from your chin!"
Kia didn't understand the concept of passion and love. Love beyond tribe and family...she just couldn't fathom it. To her, it was a waste and needed to be snuffed out completely. Love is what caused things like this to happen; reckless behavior with no tact and thought into what someone was trying to accomplish.
Kokia hoped she would never fall in love; not if it turned someone into something like this boy in front of her.
Cerulean orbs narrowing viciously, Kia ran a hand through her hair even though it was causing her wounds to scream out in agony. "This is why you're a child. You only care about yourself. Just face it...this isn't about Litte. It's about YOU!" she snapped. "You dump her off on me and for what? So you can run back to your pack with your tail in between your legs...telling your pack a bunch of lies so they can accept you again? Is that what your group is based on? Lies, James?"
A dark scoff flew from her lips as she rolled her eyes and took another challenging step forward. "Then I can say I couldn't be any more happy at being a loner. Keeps me out of sh*tty situations like these. You think I'm wrong? Well then...PROVE IT BOY!"
Why couldn't James see that it wasn't about winning or losing? It was about him being fit enough to protect Litte? How could he expect to do that when he couldn't even protect his own honor...but run to his pack; mouth full of lies?

Was this all just completely pointless? he was starting to think that coming to Kokia was a bad move, but James Silvius always had to finish what he started. He did loose many battles in his past, but this was just one he absolutely couldn't.
The wounds Kokia made was finally beginning to hurt. He winced. Appearing like there actually was damage inflicted on his body may help him a little. He sighed, this would have to end soon or he was going to loose his patience.
"Kokia, I can't guarantee your tribe's safety, but chances that the vamps will be all over the pack are pretty high. Once it's over, they won't care," this was all he could promise. Chance. The evil vamps will not attack the tribe, why would James send Litte with them if he thought they would? It wasn't even protection she needed, she just had to be watched and out of the way. She would want to come running back to James to help. He was protecting her from herself.
"I fear for Litte every minute I spend with her. I'm well aware that I can tear her to shreds but I would kill myself before I let that happen," he said firmly.
"My pack is not accepting me back! They all hate me right now, don't you think I know that? But you have no clue! Unless your in Patrick's pack, you can never understand the ties of family! Like it or not they will help me! I don't like it myself and I have considered just giving myself up, but then what they are about to do for me will be all for nothing! I am the weakest wolf in the pack for doing this and I feel terrible! But please, don't let my girlfriend be harmed because of me! Just take her away from here!"

He was getting frustrated. Kia could see it as though someone had taken a permanent maker and drawn it all over his face. It would have been almost amusing had the she-wolf not been so infuriated with his idiocy.
Stubborn she was; but not stupid. And definitely not impatient. Twenty years is a long time to mold and chisel out one of the elite in her tribe.
Twenty...long...years.
She continued to listen to him talk, the gears turning silently in her mind as the fighter took in everything that he was saying to her. However, him admitting his faults would do nothing for her. His talk of chances were not good enough. She had to--needed--a guarantee. That tribe was her life. And even if they had turned her without asking, that tribe was her family; her world.
-Mother...- came the sudden sad thoughts in the Amazon's mind.
The next bit of trash, however, caused the sad moment to burn into ash and was replaced by fury. Was he truly just accusing her of not knowing what a family was? Was he really accusing her of that?! Despite her wounds, she had half the nerve to go over there and rip his f*cking head off right then and there!
"What...did you just say to me?" Kia snarled, feeling her fangs growing out once more as her claws lengthened a bit. However, she took one deep breath and allowed the bits to return to their normal size. "Did you just really spit that sh*t in my face, Kid? That I will never understand the ties of family? I should kill you right now for spitting such a lie into my face...but then again, that's all you're good at. Lying."
Kia's eyes narrowed. "You stupid...fool." she muttered. "Bring her to me, your precious Litte. But I swear to GAIA, James Silvius, I want a guarantee for the safety of my tribe. You better notify one of your Alphas and have them speak to me so that I can be assured of the safety of my family. I won't risk their lives or mine on your ridiculous theory on chances..."
She then spun on her heel, giving one last glare to Jeremiah as she stalked off, but not before pausing to turn and cut her eyes at James. "If you don't do that for me and you lie about this little meeting, James, I'll kill Litte myself and this little problem will be solved very quickly. I'll also declare my own war against your pack and the Coven Litte comes from. We clear on this?"

James frowned. This was not what he wanted to hear. Her words completely altered everything. She really did want a guarantee that the evil vamps would not come after her. James knew they wouldn't, why couldn't his word be the answer to all! He scoffed. This wolf didn't believe a thing he said. All he spat out was lies. The only true thing he mentioned was the fact that vampires would not come after them.
He had to think fast. There was no way he was going to tell Patrick and Ella about this. War with the Amazons was not what he anticipated. They'd truly have his head... and more. An idea sprung into his head. Yes... this would most certainly work.
"The current pack in which I still reside in cannot provide protection for your people. It would be foolish to ask them because they wouldn't do it. You want guaranteed protection? Well I can get you a pack to do just that," he began, the words pouring off his tongue .
"You can have the two Alpahs on the phone by sunrise tomorrow. I will call in a favor and I guarantee that the will provide what you are looking for. They owe and old dead friend this favor," he stated.
Now he just had to make sure the recent pack he was in would never find out about this. "If vampires come after you, then wage war on this pack. They live for the call of war and fight for exactly this," he spoke complete honesty this time.
He knew that John and Laura, the alphas he mentioned, would do this for him. They never got to repay Gavin's pack before they were all murdered by bloodsuckers. They would be the pack to protect Kia's tribe, and the same one Kia would wage war against should they fail. But James highly doubted this. They were an incredibly strong pack, full of some of the most strongest wolves in the world who lived for the fight.

Again, he was making excuses. However, he was able to guarantee one thing so far. That he would be able to provide her with at least one pair of Alphas to talk with first thing at daybreak.
However...even she had a hard time believing anything James had to say. All of it was lies.
Even though she couldn't figure out what it was...something told Kia that she was going to deal with something serious. She didn't want to make an enemy of this boy. She didn't. James seemed like a nice kid; foolish but nice. However, nice was not going to save anything.
However, what she feared even more was having her honor, her pride, tainted. This was a pact between werewolf to werewolf. If he didn't keep his end of the deal in regards to at least informing his pack about this, then the last thing she would have to worry about would be a bunch of angry Night Walkers...
...but a bunch of very angry werewolves for having betrayed her own race. To hell with them, but that wouldn't stop them from coming after her.
And then...there was the risk of losing her friendship with Katra...and Caleb. Could she really bring herself to destroy the friendships she'd formed with them? Could she really wage a war on them for James's betrayal?
...something frightening told her she both could and couldn't do it.
A deep sigh left her lips as she rolled her eyes. "Still dodging responsibility, James? Fine. Since you were the one who brought this trouble to me like the punk you are, you can take the fall. No point dragging innocent bystanders into this, right?" she said, turning around and walking toward James to where they were mere inches apart from each other. Glaring at him with deep blue eyes, Kia attempted to ignore her wounds and furrowed her brows. "Bring the girl to Greece first thing tomorrow evening, just at the edge of dusk. There are a patch of dense woods just outside of Athens. It's hard getting through there without a decent escort and I need her settled before dawn of the following day. I'll be waiting exactly one hour. If you're even one second late, you're on your own, understand?"
With that, Kia narrowed her eyes before turning away from him. She paused once more, not bothering to turn and look back this time. "James Silvius...I hope for yours and Litte's sake that you aren't jerking my chain. Safety or not, I find out you've lied to me and not told your pack leaders anything about this, by Gaia...I'll kill you."

James crossed his arms. He won, but he didn't feel good about it. Like hell he was going to tell Patrick and Ella about this. Patrick would have his throat but maybe Ella would be understanding. However, he wasn't going to tell her either that the break up was fake. He felt incredibly bad about this, but no one could know other than Jeremiah.
"I'll be there, not a second late," he assured her. He hated flying, it made him sick, but he would do it for Litte. James turned on his heel and walked away. This conversation was over and his body was aching. Kia really took a toll out of him tonight.
