OOC: I should say the same for your post! It gave me chills. Oh, and never mind I lied, it would make more sense to get rid of Giselle after the soul switcheroo.
Mindy swallowed hard as her words to William took an unexpected twist. He appeared to be fighting internally, unsure of what to do. One thing was for sure, if Giselle got what she wanted then Mindy was taking her last breaths. Mindy was freaked out enough to jump out of her skin, she couldn't do anything now. She couldn't run, there was no where to run to and Giselle was still in front of the door, she couldn't run over to William and try to comfort him, not in the state he was in.
She had to leave it to William, whatever he did next was her future. Trust in a vampire, before this night she could believe in such a thing. After meeting William, it was proved correct, she could put some trust into a vampire, but William was unstable. Like two chemicals mixed together that didn't belong in the same beaker, William was exploding and Mindy could only guess what her fate would be.
She learned so much about vampires and it all came down to this. She was in too deep and she did it to herself. She brought this upon herself and it was her fault William was in this position. If she had just kept her distance and never talk to William in that ball room, none of this would be happening. William wouldn't be lost, Giselle wouldn't be here, and Mindy wouldn't be relying on a vampire to get over himself so she wouldn't die. In conclusion, vampires were vampires, someone off the streets couldn't change them, they had to change themselves.
William chose her fate but the time he spent deciding it felt like another year to Mindy. She waited, unable to take a breath, her mouth went dry and she had a deer in the headlights type of expression, eyes wide and fearful, the rest of her face blank. And then William said something. Mindy scrambled to search for the meaning of his words but then the realization hit her hard. With no time to react any further, William was pulling her in, grabbing at hair to move it aside and burrowing his fangs into her neck, sucking away her life and her last shred of hope that vampires weren't monstrous. She was dying.

OOC: Sorry if this is a tad long, but Mindy isn’t the only one who dies. =P Buh’ Bye Mortal William…
William’s story ended this very night, the plagued years of his un-dead life, searching for his true identity and suffering with the soul of a mortal, were about to end - the true William, chose his fate, he understood everything now. This moment was inevitable, bound to happen, no matter what path, route or changes he made within his power to be good, this was meant to happen…
It dated back to the very night of his last march, the night in which William wore the bright red colours of England’s uniform and marched upon Foreign soil, in the name of Sir Wellington. The night in which every man received a blessing from the local priests before they were marched to war, but not every man got their blessings. Instead, William’s blessings turned into coiled curses from the French priests, who damned every solider at their tongue - but the Englishman didn’t speak French, so they hadn’t a clue to what was said.
Perhaps this was why the entire regiment William served in, died? Maybe there was more happening behind closed doors than William knew about… Let’s face it, if Vampires exist, then what other powers lay hidden? Maybe William was meant to die that very night? Like every other solider he served beside, cursed by the priests who abolished all kinds of war… Murderers… To suffer and burn in hell.
Maybe, just, maybe William was meant to die within the woodlands that night, that was William’s destiny, he wasn’t meant to exceed life any further than those woods - but his sire intervened, the vampire who he thought saved him, actually prolonged the suffering. Had William finally worked it out? Was he meant to die after-all?
Suddenly, he jumped into himself, awoke from the hazed daydreaming to slither open his eyes and stare upon Mindy. Her neck bared the crimson kiss and her life source fed his belly - the final straw had been pulled and William’s eyes clenched shut, gripping tightly upon the frail body of Mindy to sob, a soft tear shedding from his eye to fall upon Mindy’s cheek. Vampire’s couldn’t cry, but William could and he finally let go - the mortal William, the soul trapped within ‘hell’ finally broke free of the curse, a sudden flash engulfing the room as William’s body slumped upon Mindy…
He made his sacrifice, William tried to live for over two hundreds years, but there was no quality of life - the true William gave himself up for Mindy, if there was one last good thing he could try to do, that was save a life, Mindy’s life - for his own.

OOC: That's fine, I've read longer! And I Lovith the post! I'm going to post Mindy and Giselle in here, I'm thinkin this will be the second to last one? In the next one you finish off with Giselle and then I make a last post? *sniffles* it's been nice working with you Danny!
Everything was distant from Mindy. Her vision was blacking and every noise sounded like it came from underwater. She couldn't feel the throbbing in her neck from the wound William was making anymore. The pain already passed and she couldn't struggle against the fangs suctioned to her neck. Her body fell limp. William was the only thing supporting her. Her heart rate and breathing became slower and slower until she was on the brink of death. She couldn't notice if William stopped draining blood, but something in her mind said he did. She couldn't know that he was crying, but she did.
Mindy saw the blinding white flash before she died. She could only guess with what was left of her mind what it was... a vampire's soul. William did, indeed, have one and it was leaving him. Because he drank Mindy's blood, he was a monster to himself. She failed him, it cost her her life and she failed him. That was the last thought Mindy had before she died.
Giselle jumped to her feet and could only watch as a vampire gave his soul to a mortal... A vampire gave his soul to a mortal... no matter how many times Giselle thought it, she couldn't believe it. First, vampires were not supposed to have souls. William was different the entire time and she pushed that thought away because she didn't want to believe it. Well, it was true and by the looks of it he was trying to give his soul to Mindy because of things done in his past that he couldn't live with, and not even a mortal could get him to live with it.
She couldn't prevent it from happening, but the switch never worked. Mindy remained unconscious. Giselle darted over to William and Mindy lying together. Giselle tore William's body off of the human and checked her pulse, dead as a doornail. It didn't work. Giselle made up her mind now. She wanted William dead. She couldn't have such a disgusting creature living in this world.
"I hope you know what you did!" Giselle thundered. "I hate to break it to you, but it didn't work! She's dead and you failed her! How could you ever live with yourself now?" she demanded. She grabbed a vase that was amazingly in one piece and hurled it at William.

OOC: ~Cuddles~ It's the end! ='( Been great Rpin' this role and storyline for so long, we've come a long way. From the ballroom, woodlands, etc... =]
I see more plots arising though. Don't fear! =)
Vampires weren’t meant to have souls, but William was indeed different, a cursed young man to live within a body of hell, torture. William’s suffering was prolonged by his Sire, who must’ve thought he was doing right, saving a potential soldier, man of war and human, a worthy adversary for the Vampire-kind. Obviously his Sire hadn’t realised the curse in which William held from the high-priests that very day, the misfortune and unfortunate chain of events, which now ended, over two-hundred years later.
William hadn’t cheated death, this ‘Was’ inevitable, his path was meant to take this route - no matter what happened and now the story of William had ended, but with a twist. If he was to die, accept his death, hit the last nail in the coffin, his coffin, then it shalt’ not be in vain. Letting go, William accepted his destiny, broke the curse. Technically, William was dead, but the vampire blood and damnation kept his soul upon the Earth all this time, all William had to do, was accept his fate - as simple as it sounds, it wasn’t and hadn’t been.
Slowly, William’s eyes peered open, hazy and dazed, they narrowed to take focus within the dark room. His face laid upon the hard flooring, his body aching and his stomach churning! Why did he feel so hungry and thirsty? Where was he!? The smells and strange feelings in his body made him shudder a little, slowly running his hand down his face to push up from off the ground, yearning out a slight groan - an empty groan.
Tilting his head slowly, he looked upon a female in the room - who was she? His ears whistling a high-pitched noise that slowly began to fade, hearing her words gradually, which suddenly brought back the weird memories? Was they real then? He thought he was dreaming… He thought he dreamt those events, like he’d almost been the back-seat passenger all this time, but they were real? This was real!? He had control over these hands for the first time, a wide grin creeping up on his face as he dropped his jaw in ore, excitement.
A slight laugh coming out of his mouth as he nodded to himself, like he’d just awoke from a coma, happy to be feeling and using his body again. Looking towards Giselle, he watched as a vase came spinning towards him, his instincts suddenly heightening as he seemed to automatically snap his hand out and grab it, intense reflexes taking to his posture almost… “I couldn’t care less Doll” William said in a rough English accent, pushing up to his feet, a wide grin stamped on his face as he crushed the vase in his grasp, shattering glass upon the floor, leaving a handful of it embedded within his palm.
Suddenly, William came storming towards Giselle and with a hard thrust, he shoved his glass impaled hand up against her chest, shoving her backwards against the window - but not hard enough to break. “I’ve always bloody wondered whether vampires can fly… Prove me wrong” he snarled out, baring his fangs briefly to shove his leg out with a full-hardy kick, hoping to send her ’flying’ from the apartment window.

OOC: This plot was so much fun, thank you for helping me kill Mindy. I'm sorry if the decision came at you fast and you felt that you had to do it but William was awesome! (Bri and Allison say hi) we still have two more threads to do! Of course, once we had a nice break.
The one with Don should not be for a while and the one with Faith can start anytime you're ready, I'm almost done with her application. I've decided to make her a watcher since that section isn't doing so well. Bri is going to make Alice a slayer so we at least have one, maybe you two can have a nice thread together. It would be a weird thread I imagine -- that is if you do it.
Giselle went to New Orleans and met Alice and then Faith is supposed to come and describe Giselle and William to her from one of the dreams she had so everything might be weird because everyone knows each other. Ok -- long OOC post, just filling you in!
But hey -- thought coming! Instead of two threads which you probably don't want to do, the one with Faith can start with Alice?
*bawls* last post! You decide if you want to reply to this.
Giselle was going to go on ranting to the unconscious William when he startled her by snatching the vase out of the air. The sudden move caused Giselle to flinch. He looked different now, not the same William she was just talking to, an evil vampire William, a William who didn't care who he killed and who he hurt. Giselle took a few steps back when he stepped toward her. Now he was the stronger one. He didn't have a soul to give him human feelings, now Giselle was the one beaten up, William had a very strong advantage.
Every word he said to her could not come from the mouth a William she talked to just moments before. These words came from a new man. These words frightened her even though they were brief. Giselle stood stalk still. William pushed her up against the window and she couldn't fight back. William said a few words and she didn't have anything to say back. William kicked her hard in the stomach, causing the glass behind her to shatter and Giselle tumbling to the ground and she couldn't do anything about it.
As Giselle was falling, she thought about the mortal girl and then William. She actually felt sorry for her, sorry that she made one mistake that caused her her life. Giselle would never welcome such foolish thoughts into her head. Humans didn't think, humans only lived so vampires had something to play with and eat, but now she felt different too, like she just learned a lesson that was so important for a vampire as young as her to learn but Giselle couldn't comprehend it.
Now things she never bothered to think about started coming to her at full force. Where did vampires come from? Why did they suck blood? Who was the first vampire? Giselle could go on and on with these questions and get no answers but then she hit the ground with a sickening thud. Her legs, ribs, and neck breaking, something that would kill a human, she thought.
Giselle lay there for a moment, allowing the pain to come and pass. Finally, seeing a crimson glow in the distance, she knew it was getting close to sun rise, she had to go or die. Giselle rolled over, wincing from the sharp pain, and slowly dragged herself into a covered alley. She stayed in the farthest corner and stayed in the shadows of a dump. She fell asleep there, lost in her thoughts.

That’s fine, it spiced up the thread - t’was a quick decision, but we pulled it off! =D Oh, Hey Allison and Bri! =]
Anyhow, okay - let me know what’s happening with the thread to do with Don & Giselle, I’ll be more than happy to RP that with you guys. =) The one with Faith sounds fine, I’m ready when you are… Small change of plan though, William will be Evil still, but he can’t harm Faith, because he see’s is himself and Mindy in her. Hope that doesn’t change plans too much? Anyhow, she’ll make a great Watcher!
Oh, I’d love for William to have a stumble upon Alice, good ol’ legendary William, new kid on the block would love a shot at her. The arrogance and ignorance of a Punk, but surprisingly, experience and intelligence of someone bright. =P Hehe!
Anyhow, when you say “The one with Faith, can start with Alice?” do you mean, William and Alice having a little stumble, let’s say and Faith then comes into it? Sounds more better, I mean, if a fight broke out - William could discover he couldn’t harm Faith and realise where his own and Mindy’s soul went… Thickening the plot…?
Anyway, let me know what you think. =] ~Danny

You're correct on the Alice thread, Bri would obviously start it off. Unfortunately Bri is sort of limited with posting, she has that show to do at school and hopefully I'll get onto running crew, I need to ask the drama head. I, unlike Bri, can manage my time so I'll be around. But if I get home at seven PM I'm afraid there's not much posting I can do. Bri can start the thread out if she wants, now, but she won't be so active. I'll let you know when we need you for the Don and Giselle thread, shouldn't be for a while, though.

Right, that's fine! I understand by the Alice & Faith thread now. Just let me know when you're ready to start that, should be a tad fun to play! Plus, Faith can realise her true powers - in a sense, she's almost half vampire and half mortal, as she can have visions/dreams. Expierenced almost?
Anyway, as for Don and Giselle thread, update me on that when i'm needed. I've already forgotten what i need to do in that thread ideally, but tell me more towards the time. =] Thanks, anyhow, all good!
Nice ending and closure to poor Mindy. Ol' William is earning himself quite the Reputation - isn't he? ~Danny

Hey, I thought I'd interject here, since this conversation now involves me (Well, in a sens)
So, I'm confused. For the William/Alice thread, would Alice already know "her Destiny"? Or would she be trying to fight off William, perhaps realize that she's got a little extra energy, and then Faith pops in and informs her? Things I gotta know
I'll start the thread now, I guess. I'll just have her walking around aimlessly, And describe the surroundings instead of her thoughts - so we can establish everything else through MSN, I suppose.
And I *do* manage my time well! I have an important job. And Chris, how many times must I tell you, you don't have to ask for permission! JUST GO #$@%^

Bri, we've talked about his at your house, remember? I was there and Allison was there and we had a huge pillow fight and you tried to make me and Allison do mediation in attempt to calm us down and when that didn't work you built a wall of pillows in front of us which I stomped on and we had another pillow fight. And before that I killed a fly and Allison chased me around with the swatter and I fell behind one of your chairs and got stuck. Do you remember that, hon?
We both agreed that we were going to do a thread together so Faith can tell her she's a slayer. THEN big bad William is going to have a nice little fight with Alice when Faith jumps in and then she realizes something about herself.
There are still kinks in the plot and we will iron them out soon. BUT we can do the thread you set up now, and do the thread where Faith tells Alice she was born to stab vampires another day.
Basically we both agreed to do the thread where Faith tells Alice she's a vampire killah and THEN the one with William but I suppose we're doing it backwards now. Ah well, it's good for me because now Faith can predict the future!
I say whenever you're ready Danny, post when it's good for you in Bri's thread. Miss Bri has rushed us!
