She slowly made her way into the bar. Her hair swayed side to side along with her hips in a gracefully dance. Eyes danced back and forth around the bar. It was upscale and quite classy with the modern feel. She made her way to sit in a dark secluded rounded booth, her legs crossed she waved over a waitress. "What would you like to drink Miss?" the young lady asked. "Red wine thank you" replied Vivanna, not even bothering to glance at the waitress. "Kay let me go get that for you Miss" the young girl said but her words feel on def ears as Vivanna looked about. She could smell blood and vampires, this wasn't any normal bar then now was it.
Her eyes flickered over to a couple over on the other side. She could see their fangs sparkle in the darkness. Their glasses full of a dark red liquid, to think to be wine she mused. at another table a girl sat impatiently waiting, nervous even, she was human. A man came up behind her took her by the hand a led her to a back room hid behind a curtain. Seconds latter and Wave of the fresh scent of blood wafted through out the bar, "That pore girl" she said sarcastically to her self, she really didn't have any sympathy for her, was her own fault for coming now wasn't it.
Vivanna started to grow thirsty and was getting quite angry over waiting for her drink. Soon enough the girl arrived handing her the drink and apologizing for the delay. Vivanna only quite rudely waved her off, dis-acknowledging her presence. Vivanna was new to this town and was very intrigued on their open vampire policies.

Raven walked along the quiet dark quiet road towards the almost silent bar. To hear ears she could hear the chatter and soft growls of the vampires within the bar. Her heavy buckled and long boots tapped the ground and her long skirts and trench coat barely moving. Her encounter with the spying humans unnerved her but never the less did it scare her enough to keep her from the night. She wanted to get to know the vampires in the neighbourhood, help her decided whether or not to join a coven or leave and find something different. She loved the smell of fresh blood on dirt as it soaks into the earth. Stopping dead in her tracks she looked down at a dark spot on the rough dirt by her feet. Bending down she placed her fingers to the wet patched. Her finger tips stained red as she straightened and looked to the substance on her fingers. Blood. Bringing it close to her nostrils she realised it wasn’t human blood, or animal blood but the blood on her fingers and on the ground by her feet was vampiric. Wiping the blood on her coat she stepped over the blood spot and continued to walk towards the bar, which still was not in sight. Although its presences was very near. Thinking of why a puddle of vampiric essence was soaking into the ground instead of human blood or even animal blood for that matter, intrigued her about the place, maybe it wasn’t just flowers and smiles but a real challenge made occur. Soon the bar was in sight and a rush of excitement came across her being. She was quiet thirsty and would love to see what something other then blood would taste like now her taste buds where deformed in a way that anything that touches them is one hundred per cent more enjoyable. The thought sent tingles down her spine, as feeling she hasn’t felt in a long time. Oh how it was something she enjoyed very much. Her paced quickened as the bar got closer and closer. If she was human her heart beat would have escalated so much that she would have had to sit down, but considering her heart didn’t beat all that much and stayed with the same rhythm, it didn’t slow her ability to more, the more excited she got the faster her pace became. As she walked a new feeling came over her, the same feeling she felt that night she as being watched by humans as she murdered someone innocent for their life source the precious. Slowing down her pace she scanned the darkness for something unusual. Finding nothing out of the ordinary she focused on the bar. Something defiantly was watching, stalking her. Maybe it just was paranoia, something she had when she was human but it got worse with the change. Finally reaching the bars entrance she could tell that the bodies within weren’t just vampire, but human as well. How interesting this night was going to be. Standing outside the closed door she once more looked around scanning the darkness for an unwanted watching presence. Still not seeing anything with her excellent vision she finally convinced herself it was just paranoia.
Turning to face the door she pushed it open and stepped in. The atmosphere was so convivial she knew that this was a place for vampires to meet and feed. Feeling the warmth from the few human and the chills from the undead immortals, she smiled and made her way over to the bar and sat upon the steel stools. Looking around she noticed that nothing in the room was made of wood, very smart. She drummed her long black fingernails on the steel bar top and looked around and wondered where all the bartenders were. Scanning around the room she looked briefly at the occupants, few humans many vampires. The humans had no idea of what this place was really for. They would die in the rear end if they knew what was about to happen to them. Scanning around her came across a girl a vampire sitting alone drink what she could tell was red wine and not blood, her eyebrow rose and she turned around on her stool and faced the bartender that was smiling at her, his fangs glistening in the dim lights overhead. Still her eyebrow remained up, soon his smile faded and he cleared his throat. He knew she was immortal. “What would you like?” He asked leaning against the bar top pending her reply. He was young looking but she could tell he was a few hundred years old. A wise bar tender vampire. “Jack Daniels” Raven said shortly and the vampire gave her a nod and turned to pour her, her drink, placing a small black coaster down then her drink on top. “Enjoy” He said brusquely and scuttled off to tend to someone else just like a good like servant vampire he was. Giving him a small growl as he departed she lifted the drink to her lips and sniffed it. She couldn’t smell anything added or destructive, only the booze she order, snickering to herself she placed the glass to her lips and let the sweet bitter alcohol flow down her into her mouth and over her dancing taste buds and down her throat. She could feel it swimming in her stomach as it was something other then blood. A satisfying smile spread benevolently over her lips.

Slowly she sipped her wine, letting the red liquid slide down her throat. Her nose twitched slightly and her eye brow raised, "Another one " she remarked in her head as a young female vampire entered the bar. The female walked over to the one of the stools at sat up at the bar, Vivanna noticed. " Ahhh Jack Daniels, quite a lovely drink", she noted at what the female ordered. Her eyes quickly darted from the female over and to look around the rest of the place, noteing how it reeked of blood. "Isn't un pleasant but they could try and keep it fresh, they wont attract any fresh food if the stench of blood becomes over powering" her vice stated quietly as she took another sip.
Idle her fingers played around the rim of the fluted glass, her skin feeling the coldness of the clear glass. Viv's foot tapped, her toes encased in the black leather of her boot swaying to the beat, hitting the floor rhythmically. Eyes almost glowing as she sighed in soft boredom before looking out the corner of her eye at the female.
"Hmmm i wonder who she is, or for that matter what is so different about her, she isn't a normal vampire perhaps" Viv's mind crossed, and what ever that feeling was she couldn't shake it something about the woman. Soon another feeling arose, "Something tells me this is going to become a very interesting night, i do believe something is going to happen." A smile grazed her lips darkly as she lifted her glass up and took another sip her head turning and her eyes drifting in thought.

Raven sipped her drink her paranoia still tugging at her skin. She knew that something was coming… again to take her from this place make her its own, she wasn’t ready to leave she had only just arrived so whatever it was that wants to take her away then it was going to get a struggle. The vampire that turned her was very powerful and by drinking his blood made her strong to. She sipped her drink and her eyebrow rose as she could feel watchful eyes upon the back of her neck. Was she being watched or was she just being paranoid? She took another sip of her drink and sighed with less then amusement. Raven could hear the soft moans of the human in the rooms above the bar. They were being pleasured but also murdered without a slight knowing that death was drifting ever so quickly towards them. Not her problem. Then the feeling of being watch faded and a sigh of relief washed over her. She hates the paranoid feeling and would like nothing more then for it to leave her alone. Taking the rest of her drink down in one gulp she placed the glass down on the counter and tapped her long black fingernails on the steel bar top. The music in the bar was loud but also to her very soft, blocking out unwanted annoyances was her specialty. She enjoyed music but not when it was pounded her already splitting head. She watched the bar tender on the corner of her eye he was serving a blonde vampire a little way down the bar. Raven could tell she was a moron. Raven shook her head and in her mind she thought, she’s nothing but another dead vampire. Vampires like that would never last long in this world today. Finally the bartender finally walked over to Raven and stood in front of her. There must have been something about Raven, because every time the tender went to open his mouth to speak nothing came out. Lifting her drooped head she looked at the tender with glowing red eyes, a sign of amusement. She had a mere smile on her face; the tips of her fangs showing from under her top lip. The tender smiled stupidly back at her. What an absolute doodle head. She thought to herself. She always had a way with the males she never really understood what it was about her to have such an effect on them, doesn’t matter though, she enjoyed toying with humans and vampires alone. Finally getting bored of the staring contest she broke eye contact and they drifted back to their original colour black. The tender shook his head and cleared his throat. “Would you like another?” He asked and removed the empty cup from the bar and replaced it with a clean one. Again she smiled and nodded. “That I would” She said and smiled. She watched as the tender as he poured her another drink. She sighed and nodded in thanks as he handed her the drink. He said nothing and walked away back down towards the end of the bar to where the moron blonde was seated. Raven shook her head slightly and brought the drink to her lips…….
At the door entered a much disguised human. He knew exactly what this place was and he had only one reason of being there. To kill… He took of his coat and sat down. None of the vampires in the bar knew what he was as they were wrapped up in their own little world, of seduction and feeding. As soon as his presence was made in the bar Raven knew exactly what he was and what he wanted here. The immortals in this bar where just like her and they were one big family even thought they had never met each other before. Raven placed her drink on the bar; it hadn’t a sip from it. She waited until the human made its next move. She didn’t have to wait long. The human spotted her and got to his feet and walked over and sat down in the stool two across from Raven. He stunk of human, why was it she was the only one who could smell it? He ordered a drink and sipped from it slowly. Slipping her hand into her coat pocket her fingers wrapped around the cold handle of her sharp Swiss army blade. If tossed or stabbed quick enough and with enough force it could slice a human in half. His eyes wandered over to her and a smile was on his face. He moved over to the stool directly next to her. She felt his human presence all over her. She looked over to him and scanned his body quickly her excellent vampire eyes picked up two blades and a 9mm. They are both very dangerous if she were human. This human had no idea what he was getting himself into. Before she could get up and move he was one her. His hand around her neck and the blade pressed against her throat. Her eyes scanned around the bar, the vampires where on their feet and were watching. Raven was a stranger to them but she was part of the family as well. Staying calm she placed her hands one the attackers arms and pulled him from behind her and up over her head. His back hitting the marble floor with such force it knocked the wind straight out of him. The blade that was at her throat sliced her skin slightly in the struggle and blood dripped down her throat and over her chest staining her favourite shirt. She removed her blade and walked over to the human on the floor and pulled him to his feet and pinned him against the steel wall by his throat. Her eyes glowed and her fangs extended. She growled and tightened her grip on his throat. She could feel everyone watching whether it was the vampires or the human sacrifices they had brought to feed on. Raising the blade in her hand, there was a loud bang and she looked down at the smoking 9mm in the humans hand and then the blood seeping from her stomach. She shook her head and smiled as she drove the blade into the human’s stomach. She could smell his blood almost instantly. He dropped to the floor and a puddle of blood surrounded him. She stepped over him and sat down at the stool and took the cloth from the bar tender and wiped her hands. She finally picked up her drink and took the whole thing down. Behind her she could hear the vampires in the room scurrying over to drink the blood from the human. She yawned and drummed her long black finger nails on the steel bar top again and awaited another drink. The cut on her neck slowly healing itself.

Viv herd the shot her head jerking, she had known of the confrontation but was not much paying attention. 'That girl was strong enough to fend off the stupid twity human' she had thought to herself before she had herd the sound of a gun. She saw that female who had walked in not to long ago kneeling by a mortal and.....he had shot her. Her body tensed, awaiting what would happen next, knowing if that human made another move she would step in and finish it off herself. She saw the girl drive the blade he had into his stomach and smiled, 'Eh, knew she could handle it herself'.
She studied the female as she waked back over to the bar. Viv smelled the blood of the human and also of the vampire but it was slowly ebbing away. All the vampires were amused just standing and watching her before things became alive again. The music started up the beat coming back as some gathered over the human body, lapping the blood up like dogs. Viv growled in disgust at that, 'Such things should be left to the wolven kind not us' she said quietly. The female was back at the bar and waiting her wounds to heal and Viv studied her more. She wondered if she came in here allot or if it was an occasional thing.
Viv watched her down the drink and wait for that stupid bartender to notice her again. Viv's hand raised as she waved over the waitress, "Get that woman another drink, a JD I believe is what she is drinking and i shall foot the bill thank you" she told the girl, "Would you like me to tell her you scent it to her?" the girl asked. Vivianna sighed impatiently, "Yes, I want you to send her a drink from me and not tell her so she has no idea who sent her the drink and why " she answered back, her voice dripping with sarcasm as it usually did. "OK" the waitress answered and started off but Viv quickly grabbed her arm, her nails dug into the blonds wrist, "You dumb twit I was being sarcastic how dumb could you be YES tell her" Viv growled out low. The blond quickly nodded her head in fear and ran to the bar making up the drink, ' God why must there be so many idiots around here' she sighed, tipping her pointer finger to her temple and rubbing softly, even as a vampire stupidity gave her head aces. The blond set the drink down before the girl, motioning back to Viv that she was the one who had bought it and all Vivianna did was sit and wait, playing with the rim of her glass. 'Finlay the real fun shall begin'

Raven didn’t like the idea of her wound healing and the bullet remaining in her body, how uncomfortable would that be. Once she finished the drink the moron male bartender brought her she lifted up her shirt and saw that her wound had healed fully and only a faint scar remained. She grunted with frustration and lent down and removed her other hidden blade out of her boot and placed the tip of the steel to the scar and pressed so that the blade entered her body she pushed it further into her body until she felt the blade touch the bullet in her stomach. She removed the blade and slapped it down on the bar top her blood puddling on the steel top bench. She then parted the wound with the fingers on her left hand and pushed her index finger and her pointer finger straight into the wound. She softly hissed as the pleasurable pain shot through her body. Her fingers finally touch the bullet within her and she got a firm grip on it. Pulling the bullet from her body she hissed a little louder her eyes glowing red and her fangs extending to their full extent. With the bullet all the way out she placed it on the counter top next to her bloody blade. She placed the towel that the bar tender gave her earlier onto the wound and applied pressure to help the healing process and make it faster. Minutes later she removed the blood towel and added it to the collection of blood soaked items on the counter top. She looked at the wound it was still weeping blood but it was healed enough for her likings. She wiped her hands and looked up to see a blonde bimbo vampire bar mistress standing before her holding a glass of Jack Daniels in her hands. Raven’s eye brow rose as she watched the vampire looking at the bloody collection on the steel bar top. Finally looking up at Raven she set the drink down in front of her and spoke as though Raven was someone important. The blonde’s head was bowed and her voice was soft and fast as she explained of where the drink had come from. Raven’s red eyes followed the vampire’s direction and they landed on the vampire she had spotted before. She picked the drink up and sculled it down and again the Vampire a salute, in saying thanks. Raven turned around on her stool and cleaned her blade and replaced it back in her boot again and then gave the bullet she had removed from her stomach a quick wipe over and examined it and placed it in her pocket and tossed the blood towel at a pretty brunette bar mistress that walked pasts. Raven gave her a salute and she gave Raven back. She waited a minute ordered her fifth Jack Daniel’s and got to her feet and slowly walked over to the Vampire that had brought her a drink and placed it on the table in which she was seated. Raven cleared her throat and sighed “Mind if I sit?” She asked the vampire and didn’t even wait for a reply. That’s just who she was. Why would this vampire buy her a drink and then refuse her a seat at her table? She didn’t say anything, she just downed her drink. Jack Daniel’s was a really strong drink and even as a human Raven was extremely good at holding her booze, and now she was of vampiric origin she was even better. Five Jack Daniel’s later and not even the tipsy feeling was felt. “Thanks for the drink; I’m going to knock that bartender out” She said to the woman in front of her.Raven glanced over to the male bartender and saw him flirting with that same blonde vampire and ignoring all the other vampires at the bar wanting booze. She growled in angry as she watched him, she looked back to the vampire before her. She was pissed off at the moment, all she wanted to do is come to this bar get tanked off Jack Daniel’s and drink some blood after, but no she had to put up with skanky blonde vampires, rude bar tenders and vampire hunters slicing her neck and shooting her in the stomach, out of all the nights that the hunter had to come to the bar was the night when she was planning on getting tanked.

Lachlan walked along Pitch-black Avenue, a sigh escaping his lips, his feet making only a light resonance against the gravel. There wasn’t countless people out tonight, most humans knowing that hiding away in their homes is better off then being bitten or better yet killed by a vampire. Other’s either had no clue that the species existed or just didn’t care enough to attempt keeping their lives. Such a strange epidemic this world has opened up to, a strange era of nothing more then war of the species, a fight for life, existence and some even peace. Morons.
He gave a yawn, his fangs exposed in the darkness, not knowing where to go in the new city, he knew no one and generally that was an excellent thing. Walking along he sensed something, someone watching, staring, and observing his actions. Lachlan stopped in his tracks and glanced around, hearing a crunch, he followed his instincts only to come across a youngster, some lass standing, holding her mother’s hand as they lingered for something. The child waved and Lachlan glared the mother rotating and pulling the child away in terror. Humans, they do nothing more then exist in fear of vampires or the unfamiliar.
Lachlan continued, running his hand through his locks, a custom. His mind was vacant, blank; no thoughts ran though it and no voices debating about what to do. It was good, somewhat serene. His dark eyes looked up, spotting a hostelry that was open. “This shall do” He thought and made his way over, playing with his eyebrow piercing with his index finger. Making his way indoors his eyes looked around, the aroma of blood hit his nostrils, people where all over the place. It was pretty full, most vampires. Some prey, other humans not comprehending of the creatures that mingled with them.
He pushed his way through a cluster of people, both species, that’s what they get when they congregate in the middle of the walkway. His shirt pulled Lachlan back; some pissed off looking vampire held it firm, turning Lachlan around and getting into his face. “Watch where ya’ goin’ moron!” The male bellowed, Lachlan gave a barely there grin, letting it broaden across his lips. “Well if an inebriated idiot, such as yourself, is standing where people must walk to get in wouldn’t you just shove on through?” Lachlan replied attitude placed clearly in his voice, a tone of annoyance. Lachlan snatched the male’s hands and shoved them away, though the vampire was thick enough to come back for more. “Think ya’ smart don’t ya’ vermin?” Lachlan chuckled into the male’s face and shrugged. “Just a fragment smarter then you, at least I can speak accurately without slurring my vocabulary and by calling me a vermin, you’re also insulting yourself” Lachlan responded quickly off the mark, copying the male’s talk and garbled words. A smirk still placed along his lips, the chap gave a huff and scampered off into the crowd.
Lachlan continued his way to the bar and sat down, running his hands over his features and leaning on his elbows. “You look like you need a drink” The bar tender spoke to Lachlan, wiping down the bar with a material that looked like it had better days. “Straight Rum” The bar tender nodded and walked off. Lachlan’s eyes wandered the bar aimlessly, it wasn’t too bad at this point, and at least for once he was bounded by his own species instead of idiotic humans, even if some weren’t precisely good at letting things go. His drink was positioned in front of him and Lachlan placed it to his lips, sculling nearly half. Placing the glass back onto the counter, staring at it boredly, his index finger going around and around the rim, a sigh escaped his lips, elevating his hand to his eyebrow ring again and fiddling with it.
As his eyes wandered more he spotted a few people, taking note of his species to the other. Taking another sip from his drink he got up, walking his way on over to a spare table, sitting down he lent back, his drink resting on his chest as he watched on, a male smelling up the neckline of a human’s, she looked infantile, about 18 and not attentive of the consequences, once again a small grin came to his lips, his incisors a little more open to the elements, she had no idea of what was about to unravel in her faultless world.

Raven sat at the bar and finished off her drink. Placing the glass down on the steel top a little too hard the glass shattered in her hands. She looked down at the broken glass and the blood dripping from a cut in the palm of her hand she growled exasperated. She examined the cut and sighed as a shard of glass protruded out of her flesh. She took a hold of the glass and pulled it from her hand and a spray of blood followed and splattered the bar top. Putting slight pressure in the wound she looked up and down the bar for a tender. Seeing the male vampire she gave a whistle to grab his attention. He heard it and walked over and saw the blood and broken glass. A moment later he looked up at Raven and smiled. “Having a bad night?” He asked in a smart arse tone and smiled bigger then before. This guy is heading for a beating. She said in her head, but said nothing in return, as she was scared if she did something might happen that wouldn’t be good. She looked back at her hand and removed the pressure and the wound was healed scar-less. She looked up at the bar tender and growled softly and her piercing red eyes bore into his. He swallowed the newly formed lump in his throat and pulled out a towel and removed the glass and blood from the bar top. With even asking her if she wanted another drink he got another glass out and poured her another Jack Daniels. “This one is on the house” He said and quickly scurried off, shitting himself with fear. She had this affect on weaker vampires. Taking the drink in her hand she pressed the glass to her lips and took the entire drink down and placed the cup on the bar. She then pulled out some money for the other drinks and placed it in the cup. She got to her feet and stretched. She scanned around the bar and noticed someone who wasn’t there before when she had arrived. She checked him out the looked away and headed for the door. She retrieved her coat and walked out the door as she put it on. Her hands flew straight into her pockets and she stepped out into the moon light and started walking back the way she had came. Her vampiric ears picked up some chatter ahead and scanned the dirt rad in front of her. Not seeing anything or anyone she quickly glanced at the bar behind her it wasn’t too far away and was still in great sight. Walking on she finally saw what she could hear. She saw four vampires walking in her direction. Scanning them over she could tell they were fresh men’s, early birds, younglings, new turned. She would bet herself any money that they would walk past her and think she was human; they wouldn’t be able to sense her vampiric essence yet. She walked past them and they stopped and looked back, she could feel their eyes watching her. If they wanted to start something she could handle the four of them she had been taught well. She knew it they started to follow her. As the four got closer behind her four more came out in front of her a bit down the track. Panic was the new feeling in her body; she wouldn’t be able to beat eight of them.
The ones in front stopped her first and soon all eight where surrounding her. No words where exchanged she was quickly pushed up against a tree and held down, these vampires must have been strong as humans, cause the power behind their arms as vampires was unbelievable. She let out a silent call for head to any vampires in the area. Praying someone would hear her. These vampires where stupid and would bite her, draining her of her blood, even vampires cant live without blood.

Lachlan downed the rest of his drink and the bar tender came over, instantly pouring him another, Lachlan gave a nod of appreciation and took a sip of this one, this time. A sigh escaped his lips as he looked around the bar, he saw some interesting people though one girl caught his eye as she was walking out of the bar. He watched as she disappeared out of sight though was interrupted by the bar tender. “Alone tonight I see?” Lachlan raised his eyebrow and gave a ‘are you serious?’ look. “Your point is?” Lachlan replied with a growl, the bar tender stepped back and shrugged. “Haven’t seen you in these parts and I was just seeing if you wanted company” Lachlan didn’t reply, instead he took another drink of his rum and started playing with the rim again as he placed it down. The bar tender shifted and headed down the other end of the bar, a slight smirk came to Lachlan’s lips, moron. Lachlan shot up out from his seat, hearing someone calling for help, He downed the rest of his drink within 3 seconds and made his way out the door, following along, taking note of his instincts.
He followed along the streets then began hearing slight voices, getting nearer. Continuing he noticed a group of guys ahead, one of them stepped away and Lachlan spotted the girl on the ground. Running over his eyes turned a red and a loud growl left his lips, Taking one by the back of his shirt Lachlan threw him back, then pushed the other off the female, all of them stopped for a moment, watching Lachlan. “That’s no way to treat your own species!” The anger in Lachlan’s voice was shown through his dark tone and growled sound that escaped at the same time. The men looked around and soon they came at Lachlan, four of them, the other four remained near the female vampire. Lachlan watched with one eyebrow raised and his hands in his pockets, saying nothing.
Lachlan was grabbed from behind and a dagger pierced through his back. He let out a loud growl-scream. Turning and taking the males throat and slamming him against the tree, pulling the blade quickly from his back he placed it to the vampire’s throat. Slicing it.
Lachlan turned to face someone’s fist; fighting back he swung down his fist to the other person’s jaw, knocking it had the vampire landed on the ground.

Raven held her breath as the vampires restrained her to the ground she tried to push them off but they were male and a lot stronger then she, whether she be vampire or not, how could they not tell that she was of Vampiric nature. A black figure caught her eyes and a weight was lifted then another, soon she could move and was only her feet again. She heard the stranger’s voice and waited a moment she didn’t know him. She was them tussle for a second and snap kicked the closes vampire in the back of the leg and broke the knee cap straight in half. The other vampire came at her a palm to the noise another snap and there was a broken nose. The other vampires scurried off into the night from where they came. She looked around and all she saw that blood stains and the dark stranger that helped her. She caught her breath and lent against the tree that she was once pinned to. She lowered her head ashamed that she need assistance, but was thankful that he did, as those stupid morons wouldn’t have notice that she was of vampiric blood until it was to late. She looked back up and straightened and looked at the stranger through the darkness, her eyes changing a cold green, so it was easier to see. “Thanks for helping, are you alright?” She said stepping closer but not to close, this vampire just saved her life but you can never be too careful, back in the day of horse and carriage you could have trusted anyone, but now days you can’t even trust your own family.
-sorry its short/crap having a bad day-

Lachlan growled in the vampire’s direction as they scurried off in such a haste of fear. It was ridiculous, new vampires thinking that they can handle anything and treat humans like scum; Human’s was the only things keeping them alive. Lachlan spun suddenly hearing the females voice, his eyes still filled a dark red with hate. Then, slowly they changed to a calm, ice blue. “Yeah, I’m fine, yourself?” Lachlan had a little accent, though wasn’t sure which one and didn’t care enough to find out. He let a small sigh come over him, taking a cigarette from his pocket and placing it between his lips and raising like lighter just under it, the flame ignited and so did his cancer stick.
Lachlan had values, like anyone did. His main value was respect. Those morons (so called vampires) gave no respect to this female, whom ever she is. Lachlan gave the girl a small nod then made his way over to a nearby grassy spot, laying down and staring up towards the sky, the only time it was safe to do so. Taking a drag back on his cigarette he looked over and sat up, looking to the female, Reaching into his pocket he pulled out his smoke packet. “Fancy one? Or are your taste buds against it?” He gave a small laugh within himself his taste buds where all for it. Laying back down he flicked his hair from his face, playing with his eyebrow ring, his eyes now a deep blue as the nicotine hit raced over his body, through his veins right to his toes then back up again. Lachlan bent one leg to the point where he could reach his boots, fixing a buckle that had come undone, with a snap it was back in place.
Lachlan’s eyes looked to the girl again, thinking for a moment. “The names Lachlan” Placing the smoke in his mouth, the other hand reached out in a friendly handshake, the cigarettes second hand smoke traveled up the side of his face, entering the air and disappearing yet still polluting. The bigger killers are invisible, such as diseases and what not, though the effects or symptoms are always the vital signs to a deadly killer or a cure.

Raven smiled on the inside knowing that this stranger was alright. She didn’t know his but he seemed to have the same values as her. In away he reminded her of her in so many ways. She held her broken finger and snapped it back into place. A pleasured growl felt her lips as the pain of the healing bone trickled over her body. She was alright, she was so thankful of this vampire she would now risk her own immortal life for his as he had done for her.
“Yes thankyou I’m fine” She answered his cared question. Raven watched him light his cigarette and the sweet poison reached her nose. It made all the little hairs on her arms stand on end. Raven slowly followed the Vampire over to the spot on the ground and sat down nearby not to close. It had been many centuries since she had had a cigarette. She didn’t know why she didn’t do it when she was turned; the carvings didn’t seem to haunt her as a vampire. His question lingered on her mind for a minute and decided to take one if it triggers her cravings again stiff shit.
“Yeah thanks I would love one, it’s been a while but I’m sure I can handle it” She said taking the cigarette offered to her. She took the light and drew back the toxic fumes and felt her body relax. It was like her body had been tense and stressed for two centuries and now it was finally free of stress and worry. This vampire was a miracle worker. Raven eyes travelled over the Vampires boots. Very Sexy. Raven had a fetish for boots and buckles of all sorts as a human it now had tripled as a vampire. Brief Silence. Awkward. Finally he spoke, it was his name. It was interesting.
“Virgate Lea Yield.... it’s Slovenian for Raven Lea Donovan” She said in reply her parents where Sloven and when she was sixteen found of the English way and meaning to her name and changed it with her parents’ permission. She liked proper way to say it but it was just easier for new and old friends to say.
