But it's not a piece of cake, no no no. SO don't ask her to make one for you xP! You all should know by now she is much too lazy to make other people things. lmfao. Anyways, don't ask me to help you make one or make you one. 'cos I won't do it :3!

001. Find the board where it says 'Famous Last Words'
002. Browse through plot pages.
003. Find a code that is Proboards (PB) OR if you know how to change the simple little things from the Invision Free (IF) type coding, do that.
004. Post it here on CK, making sure to credit the person (they usually put credits in for you ;D) who made it.
005. Edit in your charries crap and you're off 8O!
there is also CAUTION 2.0 but you have to register.
Both of these sites also have Internet Application templates and Cell phone templates for those boards on CK, so be sure to check that out.
