In one thread have all your own character's plotting and personal needs.
Title this thread with your character's name, and maybe some lyrics or other discriptive words.
(It'd be nice if we didn't get any Plotting with Mary Smith; Who want's to RP with Joe Smith?!; etc...)
For example, in the first post of the thread you may have catagories such as:
Friends
Best Friends
Lovers
Enemies
Aquaintences
Hate
Mutual Dislike
Annoyance
etc..
Find an atractive way to list these and have characters apply for that, editing that section with the appliants name after acception.
You may find interesting ways to represent the catagories, SMALL pictures, in a nice foramt are okay, lyrics also. Anything you may like to use to flavour it all your own, or rather your character's own.
You may also want to make a small form for applicants underneath all the catagories, just to keep things straight.
Best thing when plotting it looking at the simple WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY, and HOW.

In the next post you may wish to create a photo album with organized links to some pictures of your character, their pets, family, house, cars, anything really.

Next post could be a journal of some sorts belonging to your character, written IC and just edited each time a new entry is started.
