[atrb=width,300,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000] The giggle that rose from her throat had been horribly spooky. She seemed like a woman who had just gotten her kicks and now she was laying back in bed beneath silk sheets. Only this tale didn't end up that way. No. This girl was laying on top and in the middle of two males who had been used as nothing more than a meal. Or two. A smile rode on those lips as she relaxed back on top of the two. The cemetery was filled with nothing but the silence of the night. Italy. Her first night in and instead of being with Shaden at the moment while everything within her was calm, especially after she had just fed, and she was already enjoying Italian food.
It was horrible to not be with him, especially now that they were so close in where they lived. Helena did not stay at the house but had a small little place just outside of town. It wasn't much but it lasted through the day time and for her sleeping needs. Thus far she had taken a walk by the river that separated her home from the townies, and the townies from the cemetery. Now she was here enjoying a simple meal off of two farm boys that were in deep thought of ravaging her as if she were some commoner who slept around. Boy had they been surprised.
Laughing while taking a small blade to one's wrists. A suicide of sorts, but it was much more fun to watch the worry on his face take hold. The other one had been half drunk spread across the tomb of which they now lay on. There was no need to worry about him just yet because no sound came from the mouth of the one she slashed.
When his body grew weak and lay on the floor, that was when she went in for the kill and fed from his veins. Straddling him and leaning down to cut into his throat. Listening and feeling that heartbeat as it began to give way. The other one was starting to come to, thought Helena had been doing his friend first. It was when he witnessed her mouth stained red with no remembrance of her wearing lipstick, had his eyes went wide and he began to sober up with the knowledge that she had killed his best friend. She did love friends and couples.
She tisked at him as he moved to head for the door. Pausing in his tracks it had only taken her a second to appear in front of his path. A push back had acted as if she had used every bit of her might. A simple thanks to that which made their vampire strength far better than a strong man's human strength.
Now she could relax where she lay with thoughts of all she could possibly do while here. She was grateful that she didn't have to stay in New York and deal with Damien's bullshit, of course it was to be expected. Even she could pass off her hatred for Sevanni for a little while, it was only so she could stay with Shaden and stay away from Damien.

Steps were nearly silent, only the light brushing sound as his pants moved against each other with each step. He could have easily driven to her house, but he much preferred to walk or rather run as he had been doing only moments ago. But in all honestly Helena didn't live that far, and would seem like such a waste of time to get in one of his beautiful cars and not be able to drive at tops speeds. It just wasn't worth it. Speeds have the reason he owned nice cars. He was getting fairly close to her home when he caught her lingering scent, moving away from her house. That was also when a new scent was blown his way by the light wind. Vampire, and most definitely male. He smiled, because he knew who it was. Though he was little annoyed by his presence, after he'd told him several times over the phone to stay where he was and not come to Italy, but he could never be really angry at him. He started walking again, though now following Helena's light lingering scent. And of course, his silent little stalker, followed after him. "Dante.. that really isn't necessary." His words were soft, not portraying the slight annoyance he felt. The boy, he always thought of him as a boy because although he was twenty his boyish features made him seem slightly younger, was suddenly beside him. His arm automatically taking hold of Shaden's arm, and leaned against him. He didn't say anything, waiting for Shaden to say how upset he was that he hadn't listened and stayed home like he'd been told. But seeing him, his light blond hair and soft green eyes, he just couldn't be upset with him. Dante made him too damn happy. It was almost sickening. Though he still had to at least act like he was mad, "I thought I told you to stay home." He tried, without much success to make his voice firm, and disappointed, but it simply couldn't be done. There was a short little laugh from Dante, laughing at his tone, "Your not very good at playing the angry vampire with me. You really should practice on that more." Another short laugh, and Shaden couldn't help the widening of his smile at the soft sound. "I'll make sure to work on that." He was smiling down at him, still walking ever closer toward Helena. "I've missed you, Dante." His tone caressed his name, letting it flow past lips as if it were something beautiful, and not just a name. "No, you didn't miss me." When Shaden raised an eyebrow, Dante smiled, teasing, "You missed my sexy body." Shaden laughed, shaking his head and looking away. They were walking toward a cemetery. He could see it, and had already been there because he liked walking around the graves and not seeing names of people he'd killed. It was nice to know at least once place was not tainted by blood lust. "So... where are we going?" Dante was looking a head now too, seeing the cemetery. "I'm going to meet someone. You on the other hand are going somewhere else. You'll meet her. Soon. But not tonight." And on this he was more firm, there would be no disagreeing or trying to play stalker again. Dante was leaving, if not Italy, then at least leaving from this area. Still, Dante had to try.. "Oh please, please can I meet her? You never let me meet any of your girlfriends." He would carry on like that. Shaden found it best if he just toned him out. "I said not tonight." He stopped, causing Dante to stop too. He turned, wrapping his arms around his waist and pulling him closer until he was pressed against him. "I don't want you trying to following me. Is that understood? You and I both know I'll be able to tell if your following me." He smiled, and then very gently pressed his lips to Dante's. He pulled away, not allowing more then that. He let go of him and started to back away, "And please, at least try and stay out of trouble." Dante smiled, "I guess I could try since you said please." And then he was gone, leaving Shaden to think and find Helena. It was extremely nice and convenient having her here. Though the reason Sevanni had told her to move her was unknown and unsettling to him. He wanted to know. And he wanted the truth, no matter what it was. Maybe he was just trying to make it easier on him because he knew he'd been stressed of the situation before, but that didn't seem like the only reason. There, finally he had find her, inside of those odd crypts. He opened the door to see her laying there, two male humans or rather two dead humans. He smiled, shutting the door, and leaning against it, arms lightly crossed over his chest. "Enjoying yourself?" He asked somewhat playfully. It would be better if he simple came right out with it and asked her, but he had to be careful on how he said, so that he didn't make it seem like he didn't want her here. His eyes moved over her perfect, beautiful form, marveling at every curve, adoring her with his eyes until they returned to her face, looking into her eyes. "I'm glad your here." Just four soft little words, but they were the truth. He was more glad then he could ever really say.

[atrb=width,300,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000] "You know, there are so many nights where I'd have to go out and hunt my meals." She spoke to two dead bodies laying beneath her. Sheltering her from the cold casket below that had been covered with cement and laid to it's own sculpted form of perfection and design. A few chuckles of amusement had left her throat before she turned her head to her right, looking at one of the dead boys. "But you two have made it so much easier." A small pout emerged, turning her head back as she relaxed against them once more.
It was so easy that it was too easy and it had caused her to have less fun than she would have down in SoHo. She sighed, disappointment, no, sadness took hold of those features. She did miss New York, but she was closer to England, and more importantly, closer to Shaden. Oh how she missed hims o.
Her little talk with "The Man" had caused her to settle down a little more now that there was closeness. A village between them was all that held her privacy from that house where Shaden dwelled. She herself knew it was the best thing, regardless of how much the two hated one another, she knew that Damien would do everything in his power to cause complications for her as well as her new beau.
She'd been so relaxed that she missed Shaden's scent creep under the door of the crypt. Her most favorite place to have her meals, and Shaden knew that her pattern would stick here just as much as it did back home. Looking for Helena? Well if she's not home pondering and swooning over Shaden, she was somewhere in the cemetery feeding on the blood of mortals in some crypt of sorts.
When the door opened she caught it, and a smile befell lips. A smirk rose, the corner of her mouth tilting in a way where she showed pleasure in the very sight of him as she lifted her upper frame in a sitting position. "Enjoying yourself?" His arms were crossed over his chest though his tone held playfulness within. He wasn't upset she had fed on two males and she was grateful for that. After all, Shaden was the one vampire who could depend on Helena's faithfulness. The two hadn't exchanged sexual pleasure like others. She was pure and would remain so until she knew she was ready.
She smiled like some mischievous child who had stuck it's hand in a cookie jar and gobbled them up before now getting caught. Biting her lower lip before more words left those silken lips of his. "Shaden." She breathed out in the most sensual tone her voice could carry. "I'm glad your here." And much like a child she scrambled up, her dress flowing behind her as she moved toward him. Curling arms over his shoulders and leaping atop him as if he were to carry her. She wasn't heavy anyway, and he was a vampire. He was strong and thus could handle her weight.
"Oh I've missed you." She wanted to say my love but how far could she go with him truly? She loved him yes, was she in love with him? More than words could say. A long hug was given in a tight wanting grip, pressed against him with legs wrapped around his waist. Moving her head away so she could allow green hues to pierce sea green orbs and lay lips upon lips as if she hadn't seen him in centuries.
The kiss had lingered so well and she had given it such passion that wetness had started to form in the lower ducts of her eyes. She'd soon sully her fair skin with blood as tears began to seep from the inner corners of her eyes and formed a tiny river over cheeks. She didn't even know she was crying.

The way she smiled, like some mischievous child, was so sweet. He'd only barely been able to contain himself from walking over to her, and kissing those soft lips. Oh how pure and perfect she was, he wasn't in an rush to change that part of her, to push her to do something she wasn't ready for. He loved her the way she was, for who she was, and if the most she could offer right now were those delicious lips of hers then that was fine with him. And the way she spoke his name.. words couldn't even describe how that made him feel. And then the way she walked over to him quickly, her dress flowing out behind her and then wrapping her around around his shoulders, and then jumping onto him, his hands quickly moved to catch her, and hold her against him, which really wasn't fair. He didn't have a problem not have sex, but when she did things like this it was easy to forget that. "Oh I've missed you." He smiled softly, "I've missed you too." And it was nothing but the truth. A tight hug, and then he was looking into the most beautiful green eyes, and then, finally, a kiss. He had, at first, tried to take control and slow the kiss down a bit, but the way her lips moved against his made this imposable, and he surrendered to her, kissing her back with just as much passion. He had turned, so now her back was pressed against the door, and he was pressing against her until there wasn't any space left between them. He stopped abruptly when his left hand had raised for just a moment to caress the side of her face and felt wetness there. He lifted his head, separating lips, and looking at the blood tears running down her cheeks. "Don't cry, love," His head moved in again, but instead of kissing her lips he lowered lips to her jaw where the blood dripped down onto her dress. He captured a drop between parted lips. He moved back a little, letting her down so her feet now touched the ground, and the proceeded to wipe away her tears. There was small smile on his lips as he looked at her and thought about how lucky he was to have her, lucky that she was even standing here in front of him. "Your the most gorgeous, graceful woman I've ever met.. sometimes I can't believe your actually here with me," He sighed softly, "I don't even really deserve you, but I can't help loving you." He kissed her again, passionately moving his lips against hers, but stopped all too quickly, worried she might cry again. He left her for just a moment, going over to push the bodies off the tomb and then went back to Helena, took her hand and led her back to the tomb, pulling her onto his lap as he sat down; his arms held her around the waist. He sighed, he was going to ask. She didn't have to answer, but, he hoped she would, "I was wondering why Sevanni made you move here, I believe he was trying to make things easier on me, but I also suspect there is another reason, and I was thinking you might know the reason." He looked at her, his face calm, he'd already decided no matter what her answer was he wouldn't be upset, "Is it because of Damien?"

[atrb=width,300,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000] Ever since the meeting, Helena had thought nothing more about the matters placed before her. She was ordered to leave New York and to follow them to Italy. Not such a big problem. She was more than fond of Shaden, but to be regarded in Sevanni's presence, well that was something else entirely. Only now did she accept it, which was mainly due to the fact that she didn't have to deal with Damien's bullshit. Granted; he was a fuck face much like his father, and at all costs, she knew he would stop at nothing, if not to gain her back, make her life, as well as those around her, their lives, a living hell. Like father like son.
One problem here, Shaden had smelled more and more like Black blood and she didn't much care for that. Brushing it aside as her head nuzzled into the crook of his neck, arms embracing him with such passion, well, it was hard not to love Shaden. Did she dare say it? Love? Did she love Shaden?
For a God fearing woman such as herself, it was one thing to love someone, but to be in love.......that was something she had felt. Yes. She loved Shaden, she was growing more and more in love with him than anything. How could she tell? Her loins told her that her lusting instincts had been pushing away at her, and throughout their time together, it had grown more so within her heart.
"Don't cry, love," She wanted to look away from him and hide those blood tears away so they could no longer be seen by his dashing eyes. Then to feel those lips on her flesh, it was like putting fire to ice. Her cold body wanting to have him kiss her more, but in that moment, it had been all wrong. What she wanted was to confess to him and tell him how she truly felt. Was this so wrong? Was the grass greener on his side, and what would happen if she did committ her heart and body to him before the sanctuary of their bond? She would end up in a boat with no paddle. Crusified like Jesus himself and all for what?
The experience?
No.
Love.
Eyes closed as his lips parted and took in the drop of blood that seemed to shed away. Opening slowly when she could no longer feel his lips.
"Look away......Oh dear God give me the strength." She prayed to herself and to God.
"Your the most gorgeous, graceful woman I've ever met.. sometimes I can't believe your actually here with me," He sighed softly, Helena's soft smile embraced lips after the discomfort of her aching had subsided. How could he say such a thing to her? How could he not believe it? Maybe it was all a wonderful dream that she just refused to wake up from. "I don't even really deserve you, but I can't help loving you." Loving you? "Loving me?" Did he really just say that? She couldn't help but wonder now if it had all been just that. Maybe God did love her, abomination of woman and all. Maybe he had given them both what they needed. Stability, love, compassion, companionship, and most of all, love.
She bashfully shifted with hands gently spreading over the cut muscles he carried underneath fabric. His arms were always one of her favorite features. Not because he had muscles, but because they embraced her better than any other one person could. There was a tenderness about him that made her feel as though her undead and un-natural life had been worth it.
Ahhh, the kiss. There it was and yes, she had wanted to let loose more tears but vied against it. Shaden Grace, what a fucking man.
Kissing him back with passion and desire that she couldn't help but to deliver just as he had given it, wanting more of him and aching for him to go deeper into the put of both the darkness within the two. When he broke it off her mind had been full of wonderment and concern. Why had he stopped letting his lips touch hers? That was something that she wanted to know, but within a few moments of losing those lips, he had gone and cleared the way for the two to sit before he made his way back to her and took her close to him.
Helena leaned into Shaden as she sat atop his lap, letting her body sink into his with such a serene grace. How odd of her to show what his last name was. "I don't deserve you."
But damn! Why say such things? Because it was true, and then again, it wasn't.
"I was wondering why Sevanni made you move here, I believe he was trying to make things easier on me, but I also suspect there is another reason, and I was thinking you might know the reason."
There it was. The question that she had hoped he wouldn't ask. "Dear God help me now." She prayed once more. Her eyes lowered at the very thought of it. Deep down she knew why, even if Sevanni didn't out right tell her, and of course, as if no one else could make any sense of it, she had seen the look on Damien's face when Sevanni made the announcement, and then her eyes had went to Shaden.
Her head shook lightly for a moment, with diving locks moving about her shoulders and back. Sighing just as he had. What the hell.
"Shaden." She began softly. "I would have went anywhere you were, anywhere." She placed emphasis on anywhere the second time. Now she had to look away from him and confess what it had been she had denied for so long.
"It's no secret that Damien and I were a couple......But before we were to be married, things happened, and I realized that there was nothing in the world more important to me than my dignity, freedom, and my God...." She slid her arm around his neck and let her other move so fingers could embrace fingers. Now she could look at him directly. Sea glass orbs looked perfect on him and it made her want to melt even more.
"Sevanni doesn't run New York anymore, but there are other controls he has there....If I am there and Damien rules, then he may go after me...... For some reason Sevanni cares about your happiness....why? I do not know, but......." This was it. Balls to the wall.
"Shaden....no one is perfect.....Everything that is being done with me is simply for his own ass.....your happiness......and my own pity." Sadly it was true. She took pity on herself because by many standards, she wasn't a true woman.
She could never give birth, she was ready to make love, but she was too scared to approach it with Shaden, simply because he knew about her moral standards and her devotion to God. Maybe she would lose him based on that. Could a vampire male go without sex like she could? If not, then that was something they had to discuss. Deep down inside she was aching for him to be inside of her and show her a whole new world that was much more high rated than a Disney movie.
"I believe that it would start another family battle between them if I had stayed.....But what I want to know....is why Sevanni is so concerned about your happinss." She had given up. Laying her head on his shoulder. Feeling the flow of his own genocidal liquid flowing through his veins. She wanted to taste him and never let him go. "Good God Shaden Grace.....I think i'm in love with you." She swooned in her own head. Did she dare say it out loud?
