002. HAIR• Mid length hair that is allowed to flow freely at chin length. He does not tie it back in a pony tail and will only normally brush it backwards if he wants it out of his eyes. The hair strands are thin but his hair feels thick simply because of the amount he has.
003. EYES• His eyes are brown and appear full of life. In most lights it almost looks as though the whites around the color is almost a sparkling pearl color. Still, much like his wild counterpart that dwells within, his eyes are always vigilant and constantly in movement too take in as much detail as possible.

007. FASHION/STYLE• Anything he feels like is the jest of it. As long as the clothes are comfortable, Felnic will wear them. Denim, slacks, khaki pants, dockers, it simply does not matter. Dress shirts, polo's, t-shirts and even Hawaiian shirts are his norm. When he is working, black reinforced knee dickies pants, black boots, white dress shirt with the AMR symbol over the left breast and a black baseball cap are his attire. The only unique sense about his style of apparel is that he hates worn out clothes. Essentially clothes that are faded.

009. PERSONALITY OVERVIEW• Felnic is like his Panther, reclusive and private. He holds no real friends and as a result finds that the most enjoyable time he can experience is in his own company. When on the job he is social, nice, and caring as his job requires this type of personality. He will do anything he can to save another person and has no quarrels putting their needs before his own. Trust is an issue with him and the primal beast within prevents him from openly trusting anyone, including his own mother. If the time comes that trust needs to be placed into someone or something, he can do it, but reluctantly and will often times retract the trust once an issue is resolved. Winter will go out of his way to get a job done, regardless of the risk involved as he holds a deep sense of pride, especially when he accomplishes something of importance. Winter has no issues in casting people aside or causing people to feel as though they have been used. If he want's something he'll do what he had to do to get it, whether it be information, a better ambulance to use with his partner, or something simple like getting his hands on food at lunch. If he wants something, he will get it and if he scorns a few people along the way, then so be it. A firm believer in 'Mind your own business', he does not ask people about their days and never prys into someones life. If people want to talk to him, he'll listen but it comes off as though they are speaking to a wall. There are few occasions when this outer shell is broken and that is when Felnic feels the need to mate. He does not hold idea in love as other people simply based on how he saw his own parents interact with one another and believes mates are nothing but for releasing physical urges. When he does find a potential mate, he will allow this woman a deeper aspect of her life yet unlike his Panther counterpart would do in the wild, he does not cast her aside. Felnic does try and hold a civil relationship when involved with a woman but his personality always seems to throw the kink into it that causes a split. Mixed with his natural need for independence, Felnic holds no remorse for any breakup. In relative terms, he can be called a laid back person though he is assertive when the need calls for it. si

005. HISTORY OVERVIEW•

Jeremy and Violera originally met in Glendale, California; a city just outside Los Angelas. At the time, Jeremy was a rookie firefighter for the city, his mother being a seasoned paramedic for Los Angelas American Medical Response (A.M.R.) To say their relationship was typical would have been a major misconceptions. His mother had the personality of a dominator, always having to be right at everything even when she was blatantly wrong. Violera simply could not accept when she lost an argument and would routinely keep it going even after others had long moved past it. On the opposite end, Jeremy was outgoing but not as assertive as his wife. Still, the pair had constant clashes with heated arguments and debates from little things such as what to watch on television to large issues such as how much space to give one another. Jeremy was a touchy feely sort of individual, wanting to constantly cuddle and shower his wife with affection. Violera was not. She wanted space, she wanted time for herself. Still, despite the personality clashes the pair eventually wed. Marred life was a tad unique in itself to begin with as Violera upped and moved their small family to Loma Linda, in the heart of the Inland Empire for no other reason than the beautiful flowing hills it had which the city was famous for.

Felnic was brought into a family structure that seemed abnormal. His mother nurtured and cared for him; just as any mother should but the relationship be observed from his parents established from an early age the need for independence. His parents were just distant with one another though it did not seem a big issue in the beginning. For one reason or another he was drawn to his mother, spending any spare moment she had available under her watchful eye. Even with the eventual addition of his brother Samuel, his bond with his mother cic not vanish nor diminish. When it came to his father, when Felnic spent time with him it always felt empty. Samuel though grew attached to Jeremy and it seemed as though the family was now split officially, only remaining together for formality sakes. When the time came for Winter to go to college, he went to a community college system in Yucaipa. Crafton Hills was a school known nation wide for its EMT and Paramedic training. Following in his mothers steps Felnic excelled in his classes and impressed his field trainers with his already established knowledge base. Taking a job with Redlands AMR upon graduation, Winters mother requested a transfer and was granted one. She and Felnic became the first mother-son combo in AMR history.

On July 4th 2006, in route to a fireworks accident at a home in Redlands, their ambulance was hit by a drunk dirver running through a red. The drivers side door completely caved in, sending Violera into her son. Neither remembered in great detail much of the accident but Felnic remembered what happened in the hospital. HIs mother was in critical, yet stable condition. Where as they claimed it would take months for her to recover from her injuries, her body seemed to heal itself much faster than expected. Felnic found these events odds and took to questioning his mother as to why she was recovering so much faster. Where as he was stuck in ankle casts for nearly eight weeks, her broken wrist healed in four. As her son grew in curiosity, Violera knew it was time to show her son what she was and what he would become. Taking Felnic for a drive, she came to a stop at Georges Pass, a overhang which looked over the cities of Loma Linda, Redlands and Yucaipa. Relatively private and secluded, Felnics mother explained to him what she was. Of course natural instinct took over and Winter thought it nothing but a joke.

Until his mother shifted.

Complete shock crossed his face as fear consumed him. In a desperate rush of adrenaline, Felnic rushed too the car, trying to get to his cell phone. His mothers Panther form was on him faster than an Owl on a field mouse. In the ensuing struggle, Violera bit on Felnics now healed wrist, puncturing skin and cracking the bones in jaws. In absolute pain, Felnic relented and stopped struggling. It was at this point that his mother shifted back and climbed off her son. Once more she explained what she was. Felnic learned that Panthers were one of two shifter species, the other being werewolves. She also explained that Vampires existed and at all costs a Panther was to avoid both. Panthers were a secluded, private species who kept to themselves. Over the ensuing days, leading up to his first full moon, Violera worked on preparing Felnics mind and body for what it was about to endure. In the hills overlooking Loma Linda, on the day of October 12th, the full moon came... and then it was gone. Even today Fenic does not know what occurred that night. Though he does remember the lessons his mother taught him. For the following year, when they shifted, they did it together. Felnic learned of the secludedness of their species and the issues of territory. Where as Wolves were pack oriented animals, Panthers were not and there would typically be only one Panther per area or city. The only time this rule was ever broken was when the idea of mating came into play. His needs, his desires, his wants all became more primal. Most importantly, Felnic learned that in his families history, each first born was changed, whether they wanted it or not. Violera was changed by her father, her father was changed by his mother and so on heading back through their lineage. The purpose was to keep the species going. Panthers were rare and it was even rarer for Panthers outside families to meet one another. When she felt he was ready, Violera forced Felnic from Loma Linda, claiming it as her territory. Felnic put up stakes in Redlands, a town bordering Loma Linda.

Now at 23, Felnic rarely sees his mother. Even at work, he continues to work in the field while his mother was promoted to branch manager of Redlands AMR. Keeping to himself, he has gone to great lengths to avoid Wolves when hes picked up their scents and Vampires. Winter is proud of what he is and has been able to adapt himself into society even as a were. He ensures, as his mother had before him, that no one finds out what he is; he believes his life simply depends on secrecy.
