002. HAIR• Mid length jet black hair. Mason takes great care in his hair, always ensuring he washes, lathers, rinses twice each day when he takes a shower and combs it no less than one hundred times afterwards to ensure its soft texture.

007. FASHION/STYLE• When on the job, Mason wears a two piece black suit by Perry Ellie. He wears no other suit design except for Ellie simply because he has found the cut on the shoulders fits him better than most. Blue or purple dress shirts with a solid black tie top everything off. When he needs too, he wears a grade two level protective vest beneath the dress shirt. On his left hip he carries his Bureau shield and on his right hip is his standard issue Sig Sauer P226. When he is not on duty, denim, jogging pants, sneakers, t-shirts... well anything except dress clothes are the norm. He does not wear shorts as he does not like his legs exposed. He is a strong believer that men should always wear pants except when swimming, regardless of the occasion or event. He hates flip flops and sandals and will almost always be in tennis shoes of some kind. If he is forced to wear sandals, he is one of a very few people who will wear socks.

Excerpt from the Official Federal Bureau of Investigation Psychological Evaluation of Mason Dixon:

Mr. Dixon seems to suffer from Manic Depression. His personality, it seems, is always in contradiction of itself. Within one minute he could have made completely changed his outlook on a given situation. This leads to conflicts within the field and on the job which results in him becoming hesitant and the most awkward and inappropriate of times. Too go along with the confliction of personality, he comes off as extremelly avoidant (or more commonly known as 'being a loner') and yet when one gets to break through the shell and gain his trust, he is quite literally the life of the party.

His personality seems to shut down when in larger groups, resulting in a highly volatile, resulting extremelly secretive and aggressive mannerisms yet when in a small social setting, he comes off as fine. The only explanation that one can seem to find based on the relative events of his past that Mr. Dixon does share is the assumed trauma he experienced as a young boy. Though one can not be a hundred percent certain, it is almost definite that witnessing the murder of his sister at the age of six, experiencing a fierce parental divorce which was immediately followed up by constant movings and even more deaths within the family left deep unresolved emotional and psychological scars.

Mr. Dixon does seem to have intense anxiety issues that can overwhelm him at times. In certain situations, especially discussions dealing with children, he attempts to avoid the issue all together. I find his elusiveness a nuisance and dangerous. I can only help but wonder what other trauma this man had dealt with in his life. I have placed him on the proper anxiety medications, none of which will inhibit his ability to perform his job. He has also been placed on an anti-depressant to try and loosen the mind enough for me to break through his defenses. On a side note; I have observed one severe trigger of aggression. Mr. Dixon keeps a timely schedule, I believe this is due in part to being a single father. Part of his schedule is coffee breaks, times of the day he has to have coffee. If he does not get coffee, he becomes violently aggressive and extremelly combative in demeanor. I strongly suggest no one stop him from going on a coffee break - ever.

In my honest opinion, I object to the status of active Field Agent for Mr. Dixon. I believe he should be removed from active service and placed under the protective watch of the Washington D.C. Psych Board until a more indepth psychological review of Mr. Dixon can take place. I understand I am in no way able to make this decision and have come to the understanding that the Bureau is sticking by its decision of keeping as a field agent. Still I find I must officially place my record of objection to this.

Excerpts from Mason Dixons Personnel File:

Dixon was born at Fort Belvour in Virginia, both parents at the time were active duty United States Marines. His mother Debra was a 2nd Leutenant, his father Larry being a Cook. Shortly after his birth, his family was transferred to El Torro Marine Corps Base in Southern California. All initial reports suggest that shortly after the transfer, Larry and Debra had two daughters (separate births), though the relationship between Debra and Larry began to sour. Several incidents required a military police presence at the Dixon home. It was not long until the couple split, Larry did not renew his service with the United States Marines though Debra did. During the divorce proceedings, custody was awarded to Larry whom took Mason and the girls to Washington State to live with his parents, Larry Sr. and Kathy Dixon. Events immediately following this are unclear.

Legal documents with the State of California show issues with the Dixon family occurring in 1991. During the course of a new custody battle, Christina - Mason's youngest sister was murdered. Police reports state that Mason himself witnessed the murder, though would not speak of it. His father was arrested and charged with crushing his two year old daughter chest inward with a lamp. After this, custody was awarded too Debra who was discharged from the military following these events. In the subsequent years following, several more close family deaths occurred around Mason who learned at a young age what personal loss meant. Even with these emence trauma's occurring, Mason excelled in school, graduating the top of his class though elementary, junior high and high school. Immediately after high school, Dixon enrolled in California State University San Bernardino while taking up a Financial Aid Position with the University of Phoenix Southern California Campus in order to pay for the education.

Once more he excelled in school, though he graduated second in his class. With a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, he put in an Application with the F.B.I. which took immediate notice of Dixon. The two year waiting period was expunge in his case and a background check was immediately started. Having passed the check, Dixon was flown out to Virginia where he went through intense interviews. All were passed like his classes in college, with flying colors. Soon after he began his training. Issues were observed with regards to his training as he came off as combative towards other recruits who tried to get close to him. He held no true 'friends' and was assigned to no training partner. This caught the eye of the Bureaus higher ups who put him into consideration for the Non-Human Incident team based out of London.

Upon is arrival in London, Mason was assigned to an established Agent in the field office, Casimir Goetschl. Both men were observed to immediately hold angst towards one another, and open confrontations were observed. Regardless, both men proved they could get the job down as their tactics at tracking and observing Vampires and Werewolves were second to none. Still, even with their innate abilities at their job, the confrontations between the two forced the field office to split both agents. Mason was given a solo duty as was Goetschl and things have sense seemed to settle down. Dixon has been observed tracking more of the North American Non-Humans as of late, focusing largely on the western and mid-western regions of the United States. Still, he remains allocated to the London Field Office.
