In need of a vamp who plays with their food.

The specifics for the type of connection I'm looking for break down into two things: vampire, and female.

Charlie is a mentally weak character -- meaning he can be manipulated pretty easily once someone takes into consideration his immense flaws. Now, I realize torture in a physical sense is a blast, but there is also a lot of fun that can be had with destroying someone mentally. I guess what I'm asking for is anyone interested in that sort of story line. If you are interested, toss me a message so I can get more in depth with what I mean. I realize this can be a bit confusing, as I'm not always best at expressing what I mean on the first go at it.
