ALICE ALICE ALICE
"This is the story of my amazingly boring life, and the amazingly boring things I do in it."
alice louise jones, age twenty two, single black female. alice lives over an occult shop dubbed, "El Gato Negro" or The Black Cat where she works and lives with the owner, maria leon and her dog, freddy mercury. she is a student of the julliard school and aspires to be a musician, as her father was.
alice is what the japanese may call a, "genki gal", overly excited and seems to run on caffine and sugar, non stop. she loves her job and she loves her life with maria and freddy and her school is perfect in her eyes.
needless to say, alice is bored.
everyday is beginning to seem to rountine to the imaginative girl-woman and rountine, my good friend, does not mix well with her.
life used to be a big party, now, it's the most draining thing she's ever experienced and she plays kingdom hearts!
being bored of one's life can make one more intruding in another's, and this where the fun starts, mi amigo/as!
she's noticed that, some of maria's customers are a bit...odd.
not eccentric, like her, but...odd. there's something off putting about them, and freddy seems to act very violent and scary when these people are around, when he's usually napping or complacent with the others. something is up and she wants to know why.
hey, it's not she's gonna get killed or hurt doing this, right?
right?
btw, the full name of this plot is...
CURIOUSER AND CURIOUSER, or the ballad of alice jones and the mess she's put herself into.
"why, hello friend, welcome to the el gato negro, where all your magick needs stop here!"
alice needs friends, and no, they don't have to be close friends, just people she knows. a few humans here and there, and of course, vampires and werewolves are wanted. very, very, much. i would prefer it if her two closet friends just happen to be a vampire and a werewolf (of course, they've never met before...yet) and of opposite genders or same, i don't care and she doesn't care, either. they need to be (one and three are needed for humans as well!):
- tolerant of alice's occupation and her off-beat way of life
- extremely intolerant of their enemies
- slowly learn that they are being watched, by their nosey, human, friend.
and that's not a good thing.

ooh, this is fun, the bad guys, the villians. villians are much loved because they make a plot go 'round! alice is bit gullible, and a bleedin' heart innocent (i.e. a bit immature) she can be grating to many a mean person. the villians can be all three races (like her friends) and some get the same investigative treatment from our afro haired heroine so take note. to be a villain one must:
- dislike humans or weird people (if human).
- dislike alice and everything about her.
- be deliciously evil.
rules && code
1. nobody can hurt maria or freddy. period.
2. no one cannot change alice into a vampire or a werewolf without my permission (boo, i know it's in the rules, but i just want to make a very important point with this one.)
3. no one can kill alice without my permission (see above).
4. if you have any suggestions about the plot, please, pm me. i'd love to hear some ideas.
