Aiden wandered down the streets of New York. He had the night off for work, and Aaina was busy. He sank his hands into his hoodie pockets and rounded a corner. He loved his work, yes he got annoying calls, and too many crazed fans calling him to see if they can get a contract too. But some of them, just didn’t fit the cut. He was glad that Travis decided to take his calls for the remainder of the day. He was getting stressed, and all he really needed was some time away from it all. He walked up a few more streets and noticed a bar. Thank god. He did have the habit of drinking when he was stressed, angry, or depressed. Hell, he practically drank all of the time. He constantly got comments from his clients, fans, people who actually gave a damn about other people’s actions, telling him to quit. He always put up a fight, he didn’t see a reason why to quit. It didn’t affect him, didn’t cause him to ‘drive drunk’. He didn’t see the real reason behind it. But then it finally clicked in his head, it gave the mortals liver problems. Too bad it didn’t give it to him, it would’ve been so much easier. He walked toward it, pulling his hoodie down, as if it made a difference. Add that habit, to the one he had received from Lucy Kartreight, when he was on tour with her and her manager, Travis. That was a good band, that he had. Not some of the pathetic people that called into his office, asking for one. Yes, he gave them a fair chance, but once he made up his mind, it was settled. Nothing could budge his ideas or opinions. He fiddled with the pack of cigarettes in his pocket and with his lighter in the other. A beer and a smoke, how refreshing. He entered the bar, making a subtle entrance. The only thing that he needed was for one person to notice him and yell his name, then there would be a bum rush toward him. Luckily, it didn’t happen this time. He took a seat at the bar, eyeing the counter for an ash tray. He had no success, and wondered if he even could smoke in here. He spotted the bartender, getting glasses ready for another customer. “Hey, I can smoke in here, right?” Word Count: 408 Listened To: Bullet For My Valentine, and Chiodos. Attire: CLICK And? ---

Shi’ka at the moment was tending the bar for his normal bartender was late. He rolled his eyes slightly as he thought of the human he had hired. He did not know why he had a human bartender tonight but he did. He moved around to each customer efficiently as the rest of his staff got to work and the bar was soon crowded.
He noticed all that came and sat at the bar and when one started to speak as he got some wine glasses ready he looked up. He smiled slightly at the other and bent down onto the floor, letting his legs bend in the leather pants as he pulled out one of the ash trays. Not many spoke but some did and he would let them. If anyone had a problem they could leave. He handed it to the other before finishing filling up the glasses with the blood he kept stocked and let his waitress take it away.
Shi’ka chuckled softly to himself as he watched her go back. ”Yes you can smoke in here. There is not really anything I don’t allow here. Except maybe killing.” He looked at the male in front of him, taking in all of him. He was familiar to Shi’ka but he didn’t know really why. Many people came and went and he never really kept tabs on anyone.
His bi colored optics turned though as he smelled the human was looking for. He gave a little growl to the small female who bowed and got to work. Shi’ka nodded as he grabbed a drink and sat down at the edge of the bar near the smoker. Shi’ka was shirtless today as where the other male staff where and the females where slightly less dressed. This was usually the day that Shi’ka let the humans come and look at the shifters as well as the one vampire he employed here.
If the vampire was not a friend of his mothers then he wouldn’t have anything to do with him. But as it stood he was a friend and since it was his mothers friend he would do what he could. The 22 year old sipped at his drink as he looked at the other. He held out his hand after he put the glass down. ”Im Shi’ka and you are?”

As the man handed him an ash tray, he snapped his head up. He knew that smell before. It caused his lip to curl, his innermost being to charge forward with anger. Werewolf. He snarled lowly at the thought of it. Good thing he didn’t allow killing. It wasn’t that he himself didn’t like werewolves. It was just that, it was somewhat programmed into him, that he shouldn’t get too close to them. Well, how bad could they really get anyway? He had the strength to back himself up if anything would happen. Even though, he highly doubted that.
He pulled out his pack of smokes. Marlboros. Again, the habit taken from Lucy, even the brand of the cigarette. He placed one in the corner of his mouth, and returned the pack back to his pockets. He took the lighter out from the opposing pocket, and lit it. Watching the flame, he was careful not to touch himself with it. He knew what kind of damage serious flames could do, Lucy showed him. He made it sound like she was a god, or something. She really wasn’t, she was just another girl, that just so happened to be famous. He chuckled at the thought and inhaled the first drag. They were always the worst of the whole cigarette.
He puffed out, shooting the smoke upward toward the ceiling. He inhaled once more, before placing the cigarette into the holder in the ash tray. He puffed out, once again to the ceiling, “Aiden. Aiden Livingstone.” He kept the tone somewhat on a whisper status, then again, if he shout his name in the bar, he would doubt that anyone would hear him. All the commotion and the goons throughout the bar, yelling at TV screens and such. He shook the other man’s hand, a nice stern shake. What did he say his name was? Shi’ka? Unique, interesting, he liked it.
He picked up the cigarette, noticing he only had a good three more drags left. He took one away, flicking the smoke so that the ash landed into the ash tray.

Shi’ka sat down and leaned against his chair, smelling those around him and noting the one he had said hello to was a vampire. He was not as hateful as some should be for vampires where people to….. Well… maybe not but he didn’t mind being with them. Sometimes they could even be fun. He closed his eyes for a moment to make sure all was well with his other senses before he saw the flicker of the flame. He chuckled and then introduced himself.
”Nice to meet you.” Fortunately for the other Shi’ka had no idea who he was really at least not yet. He looked at each of the others that came in, nodding to those that passed him. ”From your whisper I take it you don’t want others to notice you. If you wish I can get you a private room and one of the waitresses can serve you, or I can serve you myself.”
His blue eye was watching the other as his grey/very light blue eye looking at the bartender. She was a new one and only a stand it but He needed to make sure she was doing her job. She was pretty and she would bring in customers but if she didn’t do her job then what was the point of getting customers? He sighed softly as he turned his full attention back on the black haired male.
Shi’ka was trying to figure out why the heck he was familiar then it clicked. He had seen him perform once. Well cool. It would also explain why he wanted to keep his name to himself. Hey if Shi’ka was that famous he would do it to….. Okay maybe not. Shi’ka chuckled to himself before sipping at his drink again, licking his lips and savoring the taste.

(OOC: ahaa, it’s fine. We all have those posts. :] )
He shook his head slightly and took the last drag on his smoke. “Nah, I’m good. Just as long as no one screams my name, and starts a rampage.” He chuckled slightly and puffed out the last of the nicotine. He crushed the remainder of his cigarette into the tray with his index finger and thumb. He leaned forward in his chair, propping himself against the bar.
He called the bartender over, debating what his poison would be today. Other than the meal that he needed to get later. After serving a couple of other customers, she came over to Aiden. “What’ll it be sir?” He cleared his throat briefly, “A Corona. With Lime.” She nodded briefly and whisked away to get his drink. He let out a long and somewhat annoying sigh of relief. Thank god she didn’t know who he was. Well, maybe she did and overheard their conversation? He didn’t know, he was just glad that she didn’t scream his name and jump around like a little twelve year old.
His drink reminded him of that one annoying song. Who was it by? He didn’t know, nor did he care. All that he knew was that, that song, made so many hit spots, it made him pissed. He was singing about a drink, a drink!!! And he got number one on the charts how many times?!? It was ridiculous. He soon found out that he was clenching his hands around the side of the bar, making it slightly creek and groan. He glanced down, and released his hands.
He placed his hands back on his lap as the bartender came back around with his drink. She sat it on a coaster, a few inches away from him. He knew that Aaina would be furious with him, for smoking and drinking. But that didn’t make him stop, unfortunately. He would surely get yelled at for it, but it was a habit that he kept with him since he was changed into a vampire. He picked up the glass bottle and took a suitable swig from it. He swallowed, allowing the cool liquid to flow down his throat.
He turned himself to face the male that he had just met, still holding the bottle in his hand. “So, Shi’ka , tell me about yourself.”

Shi'ka chuckled softly as he heard the males words. Well if they do theyw ill be sent out of here. This is a place for people to relax and have fun. If you say they cant come to you then they should leave you alone." He shruged slightly as he siped his drink before draining the rest. A small purr escaped his lips before letting the bartender take his drink. He tilted his head slightly as he watched the male, raising his brow. "Would you like something stronger perhaps?"
He meant blood of course. Not neccisisarly from him but he did have a blood bank where he bought it sometimes. Shi'ka let his bi colored optics rest on the male wondering how old he truly was. Well it wasnt a first for shi'ka to be around vampires. Especially now that he owned a couple of different bars and clubs. When he started to hold onto the bar though Shi'ka almost said somthing, not wanting it to be hurt beyond repair but the vamp stoped in time. He chuckled and leaned back into his chair. He listened to the other speak to him.
"What would you like to know? I own this bar as well as some other clubs and bars around the world, im 22 and a werewolf." That was the simple version of him of course. If the other wanted a more complicted story then it would involve him killing those that hurt him as well as have sex and other things with a lot of people, including some vampires. He had always been aware if they did something he didnt like but sometimes he let them have some of his blood, depending on how he felt about them.
A chuckle graced his lips as his eyes scaned the crowd agian. He noted each that came and each that was second natured. Then he turned back to the male, letting his eyes take in everything as well as the small flame that was still on the cig. He did not smoke but he did enjoy flames.

Aiden turned his attention to the slight hint to a ‘blood bank’. He shook his head, chuckling briefly before cutting it short. He had a habit of doing that, too. “Noo. I don’t … prefer blood kept in bottles. Vials. Anything of the sorts. No, I like the fresh, ripe, wine.” He laughed at himself, he really did sound like a masochistic, serial killer. It entertained him, dearly. He kept a hand on his beer and scanned the place. Looking for a possible victim? Probably. He was a vampire, after all. Things like that, came naturally to him.
As he ‘properly’ introduced himself, Aiden found himself laughing. Not in a, ridiculous, way. But smug enough to get his point across. He took a swig from his drink, letting the condensated bottle rest on the bar itself. “You didn’t need to tell me you were a werewolf.” He paused for a while, letting his mind find the right words to say what he wanted to. “I could smell it from down the block.” Okay, so maybe they weren’t the right words to say. He was forward about everything, something that made him, who he was.
He inhaled sharply, hoping to adjust his senses to the close encounter with the male. He could turn at any given time, he never once doubted a werewolf’s abilities. Just how smart they were about using them. He chuckled lightly, and kept his reflexes on edge, just in case. He chugged the rest of the bottles contents, and gulped it down like it was nothing. He sighed slightly, and set the bottle on the edge of the bar, hoping that she knew to pick up the beer and give him another one.
“Interesting.” He paused, debating on having another cigarette, feeding it to his addiction that was slowly getting out of hand. “125, I’ve got some years on you yet.” He laughed again, realizing how old he really was. Although he didn’t look it, all of those years held memories that even he was too scared to look back on.

Shi'ka let a chuckle escape his lips. "To each his own no? As long as you dont do it here or leave the body here if you kill them im good." He smirked slightly for he knew what vampires did and he knew some killed their victims and he didnt care it was in their nature. As long as it did not ruin his buisness he was good. Then he told the other about himself in a condensed version. When he laughed the male just shruged.
"You told me to tell you about myself. Not that i had to tell you only things you didnt know." He chuckled slightly as he saw the male tense for a fight. Why would Shi'ka fight a vampire when there was no reason to? It wasnt that he was scared more like he didnt see the need to fight all the time. He laughed softly as he spoke of smelling him from a mile away. Well he was a werewolf and vampires also had distenct sense of smells. It wasnt that he personally smelled but that all werewolves smelled to vampires as vampires smelled to werewolves.
All of his servers knew when to refreash beers and when not to. The bartender grabed the empty beer and gave him another one. Shi'ka listened to the other tell him his age and smirked slightly. "So shall i call you Grandpa or oldie?" Shi'ka smirked as he looked the other over, siping at a glass of wine that had appeared before him. He also debated getting some food cause he was getting hungry now. He could go for a good steak but decided he would wait till later to eat.
"Well now that we have established you are the older one, what do you do for fun around here? I am still new even if my club isnt."[/i] He had owned the club for awhile and had come in every now and then to make sure things where doing good but he traveled a lot and just now decided to settle down.

He laughed slightly at his apparent joke, both of them actually. They were good, but it wasn’t like he hadn’t heard them before. There were tons of vampires that were older than him, carried more common sense and some intelligence along with that.
He watched as a new beer appeared at the front of the bar. Impressive. Not really, but it was better than most of the service you would get around this area. He picked up the beer, and chugged it in less than five seconds. Yet another habit that he took along with the excessive beer drinking and the cigarette smoking. Although, that wasn’t the only thing that he smoked. No, he wasn’t talking about drugs. Drugs were, stupid. No one needed them, but society made people believe that they did, it was all a scam that he knew was going to happen from the start. He was talking about cigars, duh. They were okay sometimes, but he wouldn’t smoke one everyday like other people he knew would. It would leave a bad taste in his mouth, and it annoyed him so much.
He set the empty bottle down on the bar, in the middle. He didn’t want another one, he still needed to leave room for the ‘wine’ he was hopefully about to have. He sighed, letting the atmosphere settle into his pours, even allowing his eyes to get heavy. He settled for about five minutes, and finally came back from his thoughts.
What’d he do for fun? Probably anything. From going on the prowl, searching for a perfect ‘midnight snack’. To, leaping around on rooftops, looking for something to do. He liked to go clubbing, though. Even though, he wasn’t the best of dancers. “Practically anything. Well, anything that you can do in the dark.” He laughed, a little overpowered than he wanted, but it brought numerous thoughts into his mind at once. He leaned back in his chair and pressed the souls of his feet against the bar itself, having them covered with vans. He sighed slightly and turned toward Shi’ka, “And yourself?”

Shi'ka siped at his drink before waving it away and letting the bartender take it. He asked Aiden what he did for fun because Shi'ka wished to find somthing to do. Weither with this Vampire or just with whoever he came across next. He smirked slightly as the male spoke about doing anything in the dark.
He watched the male out of the corner of his eye till Aiden turned to him. His bi colored optics focused on the male. "What ever i want to. So far its mostly having some uh fun and hunting idiots. Its fun to see them run away screaming." it would probally have been better for Shi'ka to be a vampire instead of a werewolf but he did like being a wolf. He chuckled softly to himself as he leaned back in his chair, letting his stomach and chest muscle ripple under his sking as he relaxed slightly.
It had been a long day and he was looking for some fun. He didnt know where he would find it though. He also didnt know which type of fun he wanted. Did he want to find a partner and bring them back to his rooms or did he want to find a idiot that noone would miss and chase him through the woods?
Man choices choices. He let a sigh escape his lips as his tatooed hand ran throw his midnight black hair. He looked at Aiden as a slight after thought. He doubted the vampire was of the bi persuasion but would he be up for a little hunt? Maybe.... Shi'ka shook his head slightly casting the thought aside and turned back to looking around his bar. No there was no way Aiden would be like that. At least not with how Shi'ka figured him out to be.
