[atrb=width,375,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000] He would keep the image of cut heads. Nice clean slices one after the other. Two were needed, and Sevanni knew that if it was something that would please Shaden, then there was really no other choice. He strived to please his darlings, and Shaden was by far no exception. Would he enjoy the kill? Oh yes, probably more than his usual gifts of departure towards everyone else. This one was for him. Or, would be.
"You make me relaxed too. More then anyone has before." A small scuttle of a crooked smile was let loose over lips. A serene note of him relaxed, comfortable, and with the one he had never thought he'd have been with as far as blood shed was concerned. All of that had been thrown out of the window, and to this.....watching a movie in such a way he could really cut back in the confines of his own home without disruption...
"And I like being close to you. I practically live for your visits. I just wish-" Those fingers had been strumming away in the gentlest form, only pausing at the blankness of his words. Cutting off words were a partial pet peeve, not that he would be angered by this so easily. He knew how Shaden was for the most part of what he could gather whilst the two were together, aside from what he already knew about him, so it was easy to imagine him finishing the end of that sentence.
"You just wish what?" Not asked in the ludeness of his ways, but in a soft quizzical aspect that any one person could cue their quarry to. His left hand had rode the side of his head toward the lower of the side of his neck. Resting there at the curve as he looked away from the television and down at him in his direction.
"I told you.....you can confide in me about anything." He really should have had a name for him by now. But there was nothing that could compare to his name. Shaden. Shaden and Sevanni. Unique in every way. They would know once those names were spoken. Branded. Why all of a sudden was he getting that urge to drink something?
It was him. That was the only possible and most pheasable explanation. Because he was so close. Laying atop him in comfort. His scent.....Demons help him.
Sevanni allowed hands to rest on Shaden's chest, Occasionally fingers trailed over skin but that was just an attribute that he catered to without much knowledge of doing it. "You just wish that what?" He continued on, soft monotones hovered about the space between them, the air around them muddled with both scents. It was a crime that they were even like this. So welcoming after all that hatred between them. Secrecy about one another. No one had been the wiser, but in all honesty, he didn't give a shit about what anyone thought. Hell, he'd fuck Shaden on the council table if he so chose.
But this was beyond all of that. Beyond what he shared with his other little ones. Shaden was not his little one but that of a marked man, and he enjoyed linking into his depths from time to time. It put him at ease. He just wished he could do the same for Shaden that Shaden was doing to him. Make him happy. Satisfied. Never wanting a single thing where it was warranted.

"You just wish what?" He'd known Sevanni would ask that. Sevanni wasn't one to just let an unfinished sentence just linger there, And he probably knew Shaden would eventually give in and finish the damn sentence anyway. He had already proved his weakness for Sevanni's urging voice when he'd finally told him what it was he had wanted from him. So of course he had to know Shaden would give in again. Give him what he wanted and end the sentence he wished he'd never started in the first place. His hand was moved to his neck, and he could feel when Sevanni had looked down at him. He didn't meet his gaze, preferring instead to look at the t.v as a distraction, as an excuse to not answer right away.
What would he think after Shaden told him? Would he be surprised at all? If he happened to ask why Shaden wanted to be so close then the answer would be simple. He didn't know. All he knew was that there was this desire, this need, to be closer. To be more connected to him. What if he hated the idea of him wanting to be closer? He wouldn't be able to handle that type of sudden rejection from Sevanni. Not after all the times they had been together. So it was these thoughts, theses unanswered questions in his head that kept his mouth shut and his eyes on the t.v, though he hardly noticed what was happening. He saw only the colors, his distracted mind not even bothering to put the colors together to make a picture.
"I told you.....you can confide in me about anything." His teeth bit down on his bottom lip, and slowly released it as he finally looked up at Sevanni after tilting his head a little at a better angle to see him. How could he confide in him anything when he was always so worried about what Sevanni's reaction might be. It would be better if he just kept quiet all the time. Then he wouldn't say something that could get him in trouble or push Sevanni away from him. Or even better, just lock him away. It wouldn't be the first time he'd been put hidden away out of sight. It would be interesting to see what Sevanni would say to a request like that. He almost smiled to himself at the thought, but maneged to hold it back just before the corner of his lips starting turning up.
How could he feel so comfortable and yet so nervous and worried at the same time. It was an odd feeling. He wanted so much of what he could never have. It was his selfish nature to always want more, even though he should have been satisfied with what he had. It was simply who he was now, and it wasn't something he could change.
The soft occasional touch of his skin was enough to make him want to tell him right that second. His lips started to part, the words rising in his throat, but at the last second he bit down on his tongue, and he closed his mouth when he realized he'd actually made his tongue bleed, though the small wound was healed quickly he still had to swallow the blood that had quickly filled his mouth. It was amazing to him how a single touch from Sevanni could nearly coax any answer from him.
"You just wish that what?" And just like before, he wasn't going to give up. Shaden knew this, but still he tried to resist. But now, if Sevanni's soft urging him to continue wasn't enough, there seemed to be a small voice in his head trying to reason with him. Telling him it wasn't so bad. He looked away from Sevanni, but he didn't look back at the t.v either. He had to tell him. He knew this, so he mine as well get it done and over with. "I just wish there was a way for us to be closer. For me to be closer to you." It came out in more of a rush then he had actually meant it to be, and he didn't feel any better about having finally said it. He still looked away, refusing to meet his gaze. He wanted to take it all back. He probably sounded like an idiot. Had he been younger, his face might have even turned a light shade of pink. Of course now he was much to old for things like that to happen, for which he was glad.

[atrb=width,375,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000] If he had a heart it would be thumping more and more to the wait of the conclusion. Why had it been Shaden who was always so adamant to share his collected thoughts. Then there was that understanding of him being so closed and bound because he too, like many other vampires, had lived their lives in volumes of shutting themselves out from the rest of the world.
"I just wish there was a way for us to be closer. For me to be closer to you." At first he had taken it as.....no, he hadn't taken it because a sudden flush of confusion took hold of his facial features. His hands had remained as they were. Cooed slivers and fingertips to flesh in cross ways motions.
What was he to say to that? He wasn't really sure of what it meant. Blood wise? Physical? For demons sake a committed relationship? He hadn't quite thought about that for some time now, the blood and physical he could managed, but the commitment, that was a thinker.
"I'm not sure I follow." And he honestly didn't. There was no shifting of his body where there would normally be one. Sevanni felt like a stoner who had those lazy moments where everything was too relaxing and mellow to just fret about the room.
For a while Sevanni had been used to doing what it was he wanted to do. Never in all of his life had he heard such words ebb from anyone's mouth. How much of himself could he share with one single person? Through the years it had seemed like such a mistake, but even with all the doubt etched into his head, he continued on his path of destruction. Imagine a world with no kinship such as this. Hate had turned into something that danced along the lines of something only people should say when they meant it.
"What do you mean by....being closer?" Clarification was thrown out of the window. How close could two people actually get. Suddenly Sevanni was getting all this genetic coding shuffling through his brain as if morse code had been activated. Ways to combine things. How to stabilize. Configuring codes that didn't conflict with the hopeful outcome.
Shaden had been the hardest code to crack yet. He had certain ways about himself that Sevanni had taken an eye to. Noticing those things and trying to capture a bit more of him as the nights passed on. Sevanni let his right leg hang over the side of the couch, the single foot resting heavily on the floor. This was going to confuse him with each passing second, it was evident as he tried to calculate the randomness of those outcomes. It was unfair of him to be so oblivious to what it was he was saying. It wasn't like Sevanni to not know, but to be closer to another? That one was a doozie.

"I'm not sure I follow." He wasn't surprised. Hell, even the thoughts in Shadens own damn mind were hard to understand, so there was no way Sevanni would be able to. He'd have to explain more or at least try to. He wasn't so sure how well that would go, but he'd try as best he could to make Sevanni, and himself, to understand his own damn confusing thoughts that seemed to have no actual beginning or end. Just a constant flow of thought randomly thrown around in his head that made little sense.
So now he actually took the time to try and lay it all out. Every little thought in his head and place them in the right order, attempting to get a handle on what he was saying so he could figure out the best way to explain it to Sevanni. He knew he should have done this before he'd even opened his mouth to say anything. It really wasn't fair to make him so confused. Not that he'd meant to do that. Never on purpose would he do that. His eyes were partially closed, and his slightly parted lips were pulling in soft, shallow breaths while he tried to think.
"What do you mean by....being closer?" Closer. He didn't know how. He just wanted it. There was a bit of frustration directed toward himself for not knowing what to say. For not know how to help clarify what he meant. He didn't even know himself so how in the hell was he ever going to be able to explain it to Sevanni.
"I'm not asking for more commitment," The words were said some what slowly, as if he were still trying to figure it out as he was talking, "No, I would never ask for that." He was really suffering over this. It was so damn complicated, and hard to put in words. Commitment was the very last thing on his mind though. Shaden didn't do so well with that. Obviously, because if he were any good at commitment he wouldn't still be messing around with Sevanni while he was with Helena. He found it extremely hard to tie himself done to one person. Though not that the idea of commitment was in his head it was hard to make it go away. The day Shaden asked Sevanni to be more committed would be the day hell froze over.
He needed to say more, because he hadn't even begun to actually explain anything. "You've marked me, so now you can get a feel of my emotions, know what I'm feeling. And I'll bet there is more you can do, right?" He wasn't looking at him, and he didn't really expect an answer. "So, you have that... connection with me, and I don't have anything like that with you." That wasn't really saying it right, but it was getting better. He felt like he was actually getting a headache.
He felt like he had ruined everything or at least the relaxed mood they had both been in. So much for just watching a movie. He felt terrible, like he just wanted to go to his bedroom and lock the door behind him and never come back out. He was so stupid. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said anything." It had slipped out. That one little word. Hardly ever spoken. Said only a few times in his life. And now he'd said he was sorry to Sevanni. Again. It wasn't any less surprising the second time as it was the first time he'd said it to him.

[atrb=width,375,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000] "You've marked me, so now you can get a feel of my emotions, know what I'm feeling. And I'll bet there is more you can do, right?" A crooked hint of a smile smoothed over that mouth. If there had, he had kept it to himself for the most part. "So, you have that... connection with me, and I don't have anything like that with you." His arms went limp and relaxed atop Shaden to this. He was right. In fact, very, very few people could say they had been so close. He granted the very faintest of himself to them, but so much of them had been taken. Shaden had been a good sport about many things, and Sevanni had always tried to mend the ways with other things that weren't so important, or more so.....meaningful.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said anything." Brows furrowed. Shaden didn't ever have to apologize unless it was for something big. Like, oops I blew up the west wing of the house because I was mad, or, I took a bite out of Darien, but I'll never do it again. Things like that would of course be cause for an apology, of course the outcome of such anger that was Sevanni was a reason for it never to happen. Everyone in the house knew the rules, and his mortals knew not to piss off his people.
"No...do not apologize....it is only natural for you to speak of such things...." A long pause was given and it hadn't taken him but a moment to finalize it. "Maybe you would like to have a piece of me that no one else has ever seen. Of course this would be the very first time he would share such a memory with anyone. It would give Shaden a bit of him that was only ever given to a single soul. Something that Sevanni would know he would appreciate, but of course, with sharing something came a price, and in this case the price was a bit of Sevanni's more mortal like emotions.
So he noted to Shaden that he could stay as he was. His left hand moved over the top of Shaden's head, feeling the nuzzle of hair and reveling in how it felt under his fingertips. He took a moment, not because it would pinch or hurt, but for what was to come of them both seeing what it was he was willing to share. So, he let the right wrist move outward, placing it in front of Shaden's mouth. It was a control thing. Should he warrant a bit much, or feel himself go, Sevanni could pull back and stop him from continuing on.
"You two are in a lot of trouble." Sevanni was no older than eleven, his brother Ezra had been six or seven at the time. Their mother, how beautiful she had been with her crystaline eyes and long dark hair. She always wore flowing gowns that told you she was elegant in all aspects. Even her voice was like that of a song birds. The two would protest that it hadn't been them who tossed stones at the workers, but their sisters. It was true, it had been the girls, but Sevanni and Ezra had provoked them to do so.
"Out to the fields....both of you." She led them west with a pointing finger and outstretched arm. Pale painted lips sternly met together as her disappointment showered her soul. Two heads hung in shame. Never did they like displeasing their mother. Their father they could handle, but their mother....that was another tale.
The field was glorious with it's blossoming flowers and perfect green grass. The girls came every morning to pick flowers for the house, and here they were mid afternoon walking around in tall grass and flowers. When they slow down from a run near the hill, there was whispering just over the mound. Two onlooking boys witnessing two girls that had been chatting away and giggling with their hair full of perfect daisies.
"I'm going down there." Sevanni held Ezra's arm as he started forward and Sevanni held him back. "Don't go down there.....their commoners. We aren't allowed." Ezra sucked his teeth and yanked his arm away. The girls had been around their age, sisters perhaps, he hadn't known until later when they departed. "Ezra!" And to the loud whisper and his brothers form, Ezra boldly went down there and making them smile and look over his shoulder at his woeful brother. Even then Sevanni had been the one watching. His bold brothers.
After moments of laying in the grass Sevanni had been daunted with a shadow looming over him. His head tilted up to view the eldest of the girls who had been sitting together. "You're blocking the sun."
She could have sufficed a girly pout, only she had lowered and sat beside him with her legs to the side. "You're a timid little boy." Sevanni had scrunched his face, propping himself up in a bit of anger. "Excuse you?" She giggled, this only made him a bit more mad. "Your brother is years younger than you, yet here you are by yourself, staring up at the sky when you could be having fun in the shade."
He smirked in annoyance. "Girls and their silliness." She sighed to his comment. "One day.....maybe, just maybe you will find someone you won't mind sharing with in the shadows." Sevanni shook his head. If he hadn't known any better, and he hadn't, she was seeking out something in him.
The memory changed and the same girl had been sitting under a shady tree on a bench. It was usually where you could pick raspberries and sort them before bring back the basket. That had been Ezra's community service for three months in summer, until he shared his secrets as to why. Now it had been Sevanni, only he had been drawn to go this time of his own volition.
"You always said I wouldn't mind sharing myself in the shadows." She turned her head, smiling with beautiful teeth. Sevanni had been two years older and now she was the same. Sevanni held out a beautiful red rose that he picked near the villa, holding it out in front of her as he sat down just slightly behind and to the side.
"I'm going to tell my parents. I can't keep this from them any longer." Though there had been whispered from his point of view where the memory was watchable, and she had declined, for she would never see Sevanni ever again. Disappointment and sadness ridiculed his features, and then it was done.
Sevanni stood at the door to the Villa, it was the very same home they were in now, and a sad mother wished him to stay. It was Sevanni's belief that there was more to life than living in an uppity world. He wanted to pursue medicine and try to make something of himself. She was utterly heartbroken, but she let him go. It had been a year since he turned down the crown after Jeremiah was over thrown. His younger brother would stake claim until his demise then it was Ezra's reign. Sevanni walked out of that door and never returned.
Three years later he'd owned a sort of farming area. There was more land than God had intended for man, but after meeting his new bride, he made a home of a place that had been deserted for years. She was beautiful in her own way, but never did she match the love he had felt for his first love.
He could still hear her whispering those words each night he made way over the hill to watch the land below. Animals moving about within the guard, and all he could think about was what had been.
You could see he was human. Such passion, emotions. His energy to go with his dreams. Sevanni shifted in his seat, a sort of struggle against what had happened next.
Sevanni had killed Ezra. He was made into something awful and so Sevanni had made his own life a living hell. His wife had passed away by something science had ever prepared for. So he went toward Alaska, for some reason he had been drawn to that border between the ocean and his home. The lit sky was phenominal, cascading colors that illuminated the land below. The snow shined like diamonds. But there was a pit of darkness within it, and when the shadows filled the atmosphere, Sevanni was already straining his muscles in that wrist as Shaden drank from him. His fingers moving to clutch into a fist. Eyes closing as he was able to be sucked in. It wasn't something Sevanni was willing to share, but somehow Shaden had mustered it from within.
Three bodies surround him, a face he had seen before but now felt so unknown to him. The younger of the two bouncing around anxiously, obviously filled with a rush of blood lust. "I always told you that you wouldn't mind sharing yourself in the shadows." She had this glorious grin about her mouth. "I know you were sad when I left.......but you don't have to be alone ever again....." He was confused, until the elder male of the three had spoke about what they were. The rumors he must have heard. Sevanni lay on the tablet as if he'd been held there. He could feel them around him with the most darkest energy he had ever felt.
"We are the first......and we will be your elders as you are placed into our family." The first vampires? Surely he couldn't believe such a thing. Those were old wives tales. But then again, his brother had shifted into a werewolf and was found naked feeding from a lamb. So he had assumed this was possible. Just out of instinct.
What had made Sevanni agree? He hadn't seen the world. He hadn't found out why his wife had to die. He wanted to find the fucker who turned his brother, and he wanted to one day wreak havoc on those who went against him.
But it went dark and all you could hear was his screams through it all. The hunger and hissing that emerged from three mouths rising and falling and filling up their mouths with blood. Sevanni had never seen it because his eyes were closed, and therefore, Shaden wouldn't see it either. But Sevanni forced his wrist away and felt himself go weak in doing so. As if he ached for breath. He slumped back, head falling against the arm of the couch and closed his eyes until he could fathom words from his mouth. "You weren't suppose to see that..." See what? See him fall and rise because he had been too weak to face death? Too scared? See him become so vulnerable to a pretty face and hurtful truths? All in all, he'd given Shaden a little bit, And a little extra as well.

[atrb=width,400,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000]
"No...do not apologize....it is only natural for you to speak of such things...." Natural. Yeah right. Maybe Sevanni didn't fully understand just how unnatural it really was. At least it was unnatural for Shaden to talk this way. He'd lived his life for the most part as a tightly sealed book. It was only after meeting Sevanni that he started opening up to anyone. This whole conversation was no where close to being normal or natural. And that was the second time he'd just dismissed his apologizes like it meant nothing at all. Though in reality he actually didn't know whether or not Sevanni thought nothing of his apologies or if he appreciated the attempt at being civil. "Maybe you would like to have a piece of me that no one else has ever seen." Everything else in his head took a backseat position once he heard these words. The corners of his lips lifting into a very small smile. He really didn't need to say anything because the obvious answer was yes. Of course he did. He wondered if he would be allowed to do the same for Sevanni. Show him part of his past, that is. He wanted to. He didn't know why, but he did. He was instructed that he didn't have to move, that he was fine where he was. And of course he felt the all too familiar urge to move anyway. He didn't though. It was just that old rebellious nature of his acting up. He found himself almost... nervous. Wondering what Sevanni would show him, and also wondering how much of what he was shown would hurt him. Not physically, but mentally. Possible seeing him with other women, and such. But he was excited to. He remained patient though, and let Sevanni have his moment to prepare himself. This probably wasn't easy for him, and Shaden appreciated it more then he could ever really say. So his left hand was on the back of Shaden's head, fingers in his hair. And now his right wrist was placed by his mouth. He understood. It was the whole control thing, in case he started giving too much away or he needed a break or something. That was fine with him. He'd take his blood anyway he could get it. Sharp pain that lasted only a second as fangs appeared, and then with hardly any hesitation sank into his wrist, at once his blood started filling his mouth, and sliding down his throat. And just as quickly the first images appeared in his head. He let his eyes close, finding it very distracting when he could both see what was in front of him and what was being shown in his head. It was kind of amusing to see a much younger Sevanni, and his brother appeared even younger. And he did have to admit that their mother was, in fact, beautiful. She had very pretty eyes. They were told by their mother to go to the fields. He watched it all with curiosity, wondering where this could be heading, wondering what was coming. As his brother attempted to leave, Sevanni of course tried stopping him, and made some comment about them being commoners, and that they weren't allowed to. That comment was just so... well just like Sevanni. He probably would have smiled had his lips not been pressed to his wrist. It didn't bother Shaden seeing Sevanni talking to the little girl, after all that had been a long time ago. When Sevanni had first said he show him something no else had seen, well, the last thing in his mind was something from his childhood. Though he liked seeing that younger Sevanni. He liked seeing human and with all those irrational human emotions. The memory changed, showing him now a slightly older Sevanni, and the same girl as before, both of them sitting under the shade of a tree on a bench. He didn't like it, seeing them together. But he dealt with it. Because there was no way he was stopping now. He wanted more, so much more. He loved seeing his past, the way he acted, and see him get older as the memories changed and moved on. What he hated was the sadness and disappointment that crossed over his features. It had been a very short memory, having already finished and moving on to the next so soon. It was with good amount of surprise that Shaden realized that the same place they were living now, had the same one Sevanni had grown up in. He hadn't known. Had never even guessed. In this memory, Sevanni was leaving, though his mother looked heartbroken. And then more went by, and it showed him owning a large amount of land. More then Shaden though was really necessary, he sort of mentally rolled his eyes. How much land someone owned was so important to people, but Shaden had never really cared for that kind of thing. He was always too restless, too eager to get away to really settle in one place for too long. He was also married. Something Shaden had never actually accomplished. Not even in his mortal life. Whether it had to do with commitment issues or because Dante was always around keeping his claim on him, he wasn't sure. He felt Sevanni move, shifted underneath him, and Shaden opened his eyes just wide enough to look at him, and then slowly closed them again. He killed his brother. Shaden couldn't believe that he had actually killed him. But then of course, Shaden had killed his younger sister so it really wasn't so hard to believe. Though there reasons had been different. Killing his sister had been an accident, uncontrollable thirst. He hadn't been a vampire for very long. But Sevanni didn't have that excuse, he knew what he was doing. And Shaden was actually sad, at least for Sevanni, when his wife died. After his wife's death, the last place Shaden expected him to go was Alaska, but that's exactly where he went. Shaden had never gone there, at least not during the day. Through Sevanni's memory he was able to see how the colors lit up the sky and the land. The snow and how it shined like diamonds. And as shadows and darkness set in, he felt Sevanni's muscles straining in his wrist, and once more opened his eyes. He took it as a sign that soon Sevanni would be pulling his wrist away, stopping the flow of memories that suddenly seemed so important to Shaden. He just wanted a little more. There was so much he hadn't gotten to see yet. Shaden's hand rose from resting on Sevanni's chest, lightly touching his clenched fist, curling his fingers around his hand and simply leaving it there. He wasn't trying to keep his wrist there for him, it was more like comforting him or maybe pleading for more time without the use of words. Whatever he was doing, it seemed to have the desired affect. Sevanni's had now closed and he felt a small thrill of victory when his wrist wasn't pulled away from him. He was now observing three different people or rather vampires as he knew them to be. He recognized the one from the previous memories. Shaden didn't understand why, but the three of them made him feel uneasy. His own body reacted as if he were actually there, stiffening, no longer relaxed. He didn't like them. And suddenly he was starting to wish he hadn't seen this because he felt like he knew where this was going. Where it would end. He didn't want to see it, but the memory continued on and he seemed almost frozen, unable to stop himself from drinking his blood. He could feel their dark energy that practically rolled off them in waves, it wasn't even surprising that Sevanni could feel it from them. More words spoken, and he found himself even more surprised then he already had been before. The first vampires? Was that for real. He was skeptical at first. Hell, who wouldn't be in his position. When everything went dark, he couldn't have been happier. He didn't want to see what happened. He didn't want the image forever implanted into his head. The screams were bad enough. As was the hissing, all belonging to three separate mouths. He didn't want to hear it anymore. And he was just getting ready to let go when Sevanni pulled his arm away. For that, he was grateful. His head lay against his chest, trying to stop the echo of screams until it finally faded. Shaden lifted his head, looking at Sevanni, only to find him looking weak and his head resting on the arm of the couch. "You weren't suppose to see that..." He was starting to wish he hadn't seen it. It was bad enough he had to live with his own turning, his own weakness, unable to face death because he'd been too scared of going to hell like everyone always told him he would. Despite all his bold behavior, in the end he couldn't summon the strength or courage needed to just die. She offered him a wait out and he'd jumped at the opportunity without hesitation. So maybe he wasn't supposed to see that, but he understood only to well. Shaden moved, shifted on top of him and moving until he could fully rest his head on Sevanni's shoulder, his lips now softly kissing along his neck. He really didn't know what to say. Thank you for showing me that? Unlikely. That wasn't exactly the type of thing someone expected a thank you from. It wasn't enough. Two little words could never possibly show how much he appreciated when he'd done for him. Shaden like playing fair, a least when Sevanni was involved. So then wouldn't it be fair since Sevanni had shown him so much, that Shaden showed him something no else had ever seen. Well.. expect Dante or course, but he had the advantage of actually being there when everything happened. But he wasn't sure how to bring it up. Wasn't sure if he should say something about what he had shown him. He knew he should, but what could really be said? "Sevanni..." He murmured his name unsure of what else to say. But he wasn't saying it to get his attention or to ask him anything. No, the tone of his voice, even though it was soft, said it all. It was filled with a sort of admiration, and told him he was grateful for what he'd done for him, for what he'd shown him even though it made him weak, even though he hadn't really wanted Shaden to see the last part. "If you like.. I could show you something no one else has seen." A small, hopeful smile playing over soft lips. Hopeful that he'd agree to let Shaden show part of his own past. It would make him feel better. Plus, he really did want him to see. Though of course it wasn't as if he would be too upset if he didn't feel up to doing that just yet.

[atrb=width,375,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000] It was always something taken and hardly given where it counted with Sevanni. You either gave and gave whatever it was that he wanted, but it was those personal things, aside from all the material shit given, that had been lacking on his end. No matter how personal of you it was, it was always given, and taken on his behalf. This night, this time he had shared something about his past that not one single soul had seen before. Sure there were those who made him.
It was the story of his life. Each woman, all but one, had kept to him genuinely. His first wife was his second love and up until her death, they were in love with one another without a doubt. Before that, well; it had been that girl on the bench by the tree who later turned him into the monster he was today. Shortly after his turn it had been Ella. She had been one of his first fledgelings. An accidental mishap that he hadn't expected to let happen. It was always a goal for the Tripod to expand their blood line, though, they made their little ones with selective taste, Sevanni had refused to put anyone through that misery he felt that night.
Purposely Ella had forced him to let go. Praying to stay with him and become apart of him. It was the humane side of him that held back from draining her dry, and even in that human way, he had a place in his heart for her. Though she was by far the most fancy free spirit he'd ever seen. Grown wild just as he had hoped she wouldn't, though he did manage to calm her down after a span of a few years.
With Sindel it was always a satisfaction thing. She was Damien's mother, an experiment that went horribly wrong. That story was a whole book in it's self really. In ending, she ended up a bad seed, and eventually he had to take the seed out of the garden in order to let the rest of the seeds grow. Which was why there had been resentment between father and son for years.
Later in life down the road history seemed to repeat it's self. recently it had been Aubrey. Grown into being apart of him and since then, she'd become a ruthless monster. Something about the rawness made them wild. Shorty after changing Phoenix, and of course he couldn't resist the urge to admit pushing her to the edge by not allowing her to be with her own child. There were reasons behind that, but that would change for different reasons. Going off to slaughter tons in Alaska. The root pit of all his evil. Aubrey had been dubbed ice queen, but the coldest place as of yet had been Antarctica, not Alaska, and therefor, there had been more on the way from her. He could feel it. Nixie's time would come soon.
In a way he was grateful Shaden had his own line of blood to worry about. If at all he had been Shaden's maker, a male could possibly turn out to be far worse. Or; perhaps that was what he needed to do. Find a way to shift blood lines. Find that one element that could transform ones soulless body to be apart of another as a replacement. Now that idea called for thinking, and even though there hadn't been much time then and there to actually commit to such a thing, it would remain in his vault of thoughts until he went to Germany where the lab was.
Sevanni had woken from his melting funk when he felt Shaden's lips move over the flesh of his neck. His lids lowering as he relaxed a bit more. It was the rush of withdrawing ones own blood to another that tired him out quicker than anything. Drinking from a vampire for him had been daunting. tiresome, being the one on the other end, well, that was almost as bad, especially when you were sharing a past with them through cells.
"Sevanni..." It pained him to even hear his name let loose from those precious lips. As if he were mad that Shaden had pushed him further into something he didn't want revealed. It wasn't all his fault, Sevanni could have pulled away with more force if he had truly wanted, but as always, it was the sensations he felt when Shaden had taken from him. As if he didn't want to let go, or rather, let Shaden let go.
"If you like.. I could show you something no one else has seen." All that Shaden had shown him before was the events leading up to the point of taking his sisters life, after that Sevanni had been shut out and he was left with wanting more and more. Perhaps that was how Shaden felt. It was then he could understand his need. His desire.
His head slightly turned to the side to view him with down looking eyes, but he let his eyes relax, shifting his weight under Shaden so that there was a tuck of comfort between the two bodies. It was comforting to have him atop him, still, he was a bit hazed and dazed, and the thought was better than watching any movie in the entire house. He could use the blood, and how fucking good Shaden's blood tasted. How it slid down his throat with an ease. As if his blood were meant specifically for him.
"show me." Soft dominating words playing out in a soft tone as he looked over at him once more. Now he wanted to see. He wanted to know what it was Shaden would share with him. A fledgeling? He'd met one. A little chatterbox that little bit. He was very striking, Sevanni could see why he had taken to him as a newling, still, ones like him were dangerous when it came to divulging ones life details. Alas, he was Shaden's, and without even his permission, he would be stuck to handle it without action, unless the situation changed and he did something to piss Sevanni off. Then he wouldn't hesitate.

[atrb=width,400,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000]
A small breath was taken, and the following sigh had his breath gently blowing over Sevanni's skin on his neck. How perfect his scent was. He couldn't help but constantly breath around him just so he could smell him. It seemed crazy; to be this addicted, this attached to one man, but he couldn't help himself. He only met Sevanni glance for a second before he was looking away again. Waiting for his answer. Would he wanted to see his past, what he planned to show him. It wasn't the most pleasant thing, his past, but then of course, it was because of his past he had become the man he was. Though for a long time he had been very bitter, and angry. The whole, 'the world owes me a living' kind of attitude. It hadn't been pretty. Not for anyone. Especially Dante. The things he'd made him do... Shaden inwardly cringed at the memory. "Show me." His words were soft and dominating tone. Before, that dominance thing would have bothered the hell out of him, but now he just found it sexy; given the right circumstances that is. And he was so glad he'd agreed to let Shaden share his past with him. He smiled, and then his lips had touched Sevanni's neck again as he murmured against his skin, "As you wish..." A soft alluring tone, normally saved for mortals whom he planned on having a little fun with first before he killed them. His head lifted a little, and he looked at Sevanni, a slight upturn to the corner or his lips that was so subtle most people would have missed, but Sevanni wasn't most people. "Pick a vein, any vein." His hand was resting against his chest, and it would be easier if he were to drink from his wrist, but Shaden half, or more then half, hoped that Sevanni would choose to pull him a little closer and bite into his throat. That was so much more.. intimate. Shaden didn't need to have control the way Sevanni did, he simply didn't feel it was necessary for him. Once he'd bitten him, and he felt his blood leaving him, flowing into Sevanni, he sighed softly, and then let the memory flow free....
A much younger Shaden, about eight years old, was running after his brother who was off to go see one of his friends. Shaden wanted to go along to. It didn't take him long to catch up to him, even for someone his age, he was very fast. He had to be fact for as much trouble he was always getting in. His hand unthinkingly reached out to grasp his brothers arm, "Slow down, Christien." He said slightly breathless. He wasn't prepared for the reaction from his brother. He pulled his arm free of Shaden's grasp at once, and in the same instant, his hand stroke Shaden's face with such force that he fell backward onto the ground. "Get lost, Shaden." Christien's words were cold, uncaring. And even though Shaden should have felt some sort of hatred toward his older brother, who just continued on his way leaving him there, he didn't feel much of anything really. That was the reason people didn't like him, at least that's what his mother told him. They didn't understand him. Didn't know why he never cried or showed any real emotion. Those people looked at him as if they wished he would go drown himself in the river or fall out of a tree and break his neck. They feared the unknown. And to them, he was just some devils child whom they were all cursed to live with. He didn't care about them though. He stood up, watching his brother walk away the whole time, and then he looked back toward the house where he knew his father was starting to wake up. It was still early in the morning, and Shaden had no interest in spending any time around that man until he absolutely had to return home. He walked through the small town with his held high, like a boy who new everyone wanted him dead, but didn't care, as if daring them to say something to him, to make some snide comment. Some of the other children in town tried to be nice to him, tried to make friends, but their parents always yelled at them when they talked to him. It wouldn't be fair though to say everyone hated him, there were a few, just a few, who didn't look at him with such disdain. He walked past the house of an older couple, the women there seemed to always be cooking something. Often times she'd invite Shaden in for something to eat, but now was much to early. They would only just be waking up, but their niece, a sweet little girl who was two years younger then Shaden was already outside, playing in her grandmothers flowers even though Shaden knew for a fact she wasn't supposed to. He moved along quickly, hoping she wouldn't notice him, hoping she wouldn't call out his name like she always did... "Shaden!" He sighed, and reluctantly turned around to face her as she rain toward him, a small daisy in one hand. "Here." She held the flower out to him, and smiled. She acted as if she were handing him a tulip and declaring her undying love for him. He hated it, but to be polite he took the flower from her, being careful to not touch her as he did so. "Thanks." Just a soft whisper, and he was already backing away from her. Thankfully, she didn't follow him. The memory changed, though not by much. He was two years older now, and the scene was very different from what it had been. He sat on a fallen tree, starring at the rushing water of a river, and there were many trees surrounding him, no light shinned through the leaves on that day because the clouds covered the sky. He'd been warned that it would probably rain, be he hadn't cared. He didn't like staying home, especially not since his mother had given birth to a new baby. A boy. Now he had a younger brother too. "I don't see what the big deal is," He complained to himself, "It isn't like they don't already have two sons. Apparently, neither of us were good enough." He picked up a small rock and threw into the water. He heard the sound of a twig snapping and stood, turning to face the sound, but when he saw who it was, he sat back down. Dante walked closer and sat beside him. "You don't have to stay out here all day. You know my parents wouldn't mind if you stayed at my house." After a few seconds, Shaden turned to look at him. His only friend, a year younger then him. He was a happy, and hyper little thing. His brown hair was just as wild and untamed as he was, but it was a look that worked for him. So completely different from Shaden that he never really understood why Dante bothered to talk to him at all. "Thanks, Dante, but I'm alri-" Before he could even finish Dante was cutting him off, "I know, I know. Your alright just sitting here all day long. But don't you ever get tired of hiding?" Shaden turned away, looking away from his soft green eyes. "I'm not hiding from anyone." He heard Dante sigh, but didn't look over at him. There was a long pause as both just sat in silence, finally, Dante spoke, "Shaden... can I ask another question?" He sounded hesitant, and more then a little nervous, about what, Shaden had no idea. "Of course you can." Another pause, Shaden was just starting to think Dante changed his mind about asking the question when he spoke, "Why don't you ever cry? The way most everyone treats you... its so wrong, but you never get upset or even look angry... I don't understand.." Shaden shrugged, but from the sigh, he knew Dante wouldn't be satisfied with that. "I tell my mother I love her everyday.. but the words sound so false on my lips, I tell my brother that I hate him, but even that sounds like a lie. I can pretend for my mother. I can act like I really do love her, and she believes me, however, no matter how many times I've tried. I can't cry." He felt nothing. He could understand the emotions of love and hate, and everything else, but he never actually felt them. He couldn't pretend to cry. "I don't feel the emotions you do. I don't know why." He couldn't really describe it. It was sort of feeling like feeling numb, but not really. Again it changed, this time to a nineteen year old Shaden. His newest little sister, Marie, was five, and he absolutely adored her, and she him for some reason unknown to him. She followed him around like a little lost puppy. It was cute. Their dad, however, never found it so cute, and his mother.. well, after his little brothers death, she sort of died with him. She didn't say much anymore which made Marie cry all the time. He envied her and her tears. He felt like crying for his mothers pain too. "Where are you going, boy?" His father hardly ever used Shaden's name. Now he was just, boy. Well that was fine with Shaden, as long as he could keep his hands off him. Shaden had the door open, and for second had considered simply leaving without answering him, but thought it best if he at least tried, for once, not to get in so much trouble. "I'm going for a walk." He didn't look at his father when he spoke, and he could practically feel his father temper rising. But instead of starting another fight, he stalked out of the room, but not before pointing at Marie and telling Shaden to take her with him. He looked down at her for a few seconds, a cute blond curls and innocent blue eyes. He smiled at her, and she smiled back. He walked out the door, and she of course followed after him. They weren't even to Dante's house yet when he suddenly appeared beside Shaden, his mouth opening to say something but stopped when he noticed fresh bruises on Shaden's neck. "Does that hurt?" He asked, his tone half worried and half angry. He shrugged. Marie ran up beside Dante, and raised her arm to place her hand in his. He watched the two of them exchange a smile, and had to smile in response. There was a small glimpse of a feeling inside him, but before he could really grasp the emotion. It slipped away from him. But he new what it was. Happiness. Everything went black for a minute, and then when a picture finally started to form, it was clear this was not simply a matter of a few years later. No, this was hundreds of years later. His mother, father, brother, and sister were long dead. Now all he had was Dante. They were sitting on a couch, a fire going in the fireplace casting shadows on the walls. "Please Shaden, please... I can't stand to see you in such an awful mood." Shaden didn't so much as glance at him. In truth, he was in a bad mood, but he was also very bored. "I'll do anything Shaden. Anything at all. I love you. Your my best friend, all I want is for you to be happy." After several long minutes, a slow smile formed over his lips. "You'll do anything?" He saw Dante's eager nod beside him, and his smile grew until it was something sinful. "I want you to go put your arm in the fire." He never believed Dante would actually do it. But Dante stood up and walked toward the fireplace. Shaden thought for sure he was simply bluffing, trying to test him. So Shaden said nothing, just watching him closely and waited for him to back away from the fire, and come back to the couch. But he watched in complete amazement as Dante placed his whole left arm into the fire. There was a sharp gasp from Shaden, and a cry of agony from Dante. Shaden was beside him in less then a second, pulling him back, and away from the fire. His arm was burned badly, but Dante didn't seem to cry, he was looking up at Shaden with an unreadable expression. "Why would you do that? That was so stupid." He had barely been able to make his lips move, but some how the question made it out. "I told you already. I love you. I just want you to be happy." And it was then, at that moment that Shaden felt such an overwhelming amount of emotions flooding through him. He couldn't make sense of any of them. And for the first time, he cried. He felt the tears running down his cheeks and lifted his hand to his face, and when his hand pulled away, he found that his tears were blood. "I love you, Dante. Truly I do." The words didn't sound false anymore. They were true, he could actually feel the love he had for him. Dante smiled, sitting up and raised his good arm to wipe his finger across Shaden's cheek. "Promise me that you'll try to be happy. Just try for me." His words sent a kind of soft warmth through Shaden. "I promise." The memory faded, and even though Shaden had intended for that to be the very last memory, there was a flash of something else. Well more then a flash. The quick play of memory was that of Phoenix, barely sixteen. Having just witnessed her parents violent murder. Now the other vampires moved toward her, ready to kill her too... And then that changed as Shaden tried to force the image away, and a flash of something else. Shaden working in what could only be described as a lab. It quickly ended there as Shaden pulled away from Sevanni, that was most defiantly not something he wanted to share. Now it was his turn to feel a little dazed though. So much blood taken, not that this was unpleasant of anything, but made him feel almost tired, even though he knew he shouldn't. He could have shown more. And he planned to, just not any more that night. It was best if he showed, and then held the rest back for some later time. He had been so tempted to show him so much more, but there were some things Shaden had no intentions of ever showing him.

[atrb=width,375,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000] You know, from the beginning, when Sevanni had first laid eyes on Shaden, he had always figured him to have some sort of taste to him that was very much to Sevanni's liking. Like Chocolate and strawberries combined with the best champagne money could buy. was it true now that he knew?
"Pick a vein, any vein." Sevanni looked over into sea glass orbs, wanting that chilling smirk to come into play. Vein. His vein.Veins. Blood. Not even enough to quench the littlest thirst Sevanni had. Shaden would never compare to a snack. How could you compare his blood to something so fulfilling when it was there on his tongue and only making him want more and more. Even a vampire could be drained. It had taken a lot out of Sevanni to not do that the first night he had tasted Shaden.
Sevanni's right hand rose to touch the back of Shaden's neck, his thumb rolling over skin just behind his ear whilst eyes ran a line over his nose, those lips, the line colored just for him so he could see and feel the blood flow in his throat. Sevanni's leaned in slightly to place his face along side Shaden's. Taking in his scent as he let fangs slice outward. He was ready. The scent of him was overwhelming, and since blood had already been shed, it was in the air to heighten the senses and now Sevanni was filled with a blood lust he couldn't, didn't want to get rid of.
Feeling his blood flow over his tongue and down his throat. His eyes closing and hiding hazel hues. Fingertips feeling the small hairs on the back of his hair just where his hair line was. Fangs slid deeper without wanting to. As if they had been drawn in by some unnatural force. More blood had been punctured to escape Shaden's body and enter Sevanni's. He heard a moan escape Shaden and it had caused Sevanni to relax and sink into what it was Shaden wanted to give him.
Sevanni had seen this before. Shaden's distant affection. The way he was when he closed others out. Watching a younger version of him with that girl had showed Sevanni that Shaden didn't change for change. He stayed who he was because he was proud to be him. Or so Sevanni had assumed.
It was nice to see the sun again. To feel it's crispness on his skin even though Sevanni hadn't been there in actuality. But the sight of it, as if Sevanni could feel the heat coming from Shaden's blood. Still, he drank on to view more. To feel more and to understand what Shaden was created from.
"It isn't like they don't already have two sons. Apparently, neither of us were good enough." A smile rose in Sevanni's mind. Not only could he hear those words, but he could feel how he was feeling through Shaden. It was one of the many splendors of sharing blood. Bonding closer than any therapist could when trying to breech the minds of their patients. It had been how Jeremiah felt when Ezra was born.
There was a noise and as Shaden had viewed it, so had Sevanni. It took some time to register who it was Shaden had spoken to. Sevanni had a good memory and if he had to, he would find out whether Shaden shared this information or not. For every memory came a picture, and for every picture came a mission.
Cry? Humans. When vampires cried it was usually bloody red. His line had formed blood red tears simply because they were made from an older generation. Shaden wasn't too far off from Sevanni's age, which would only mean that he too could do the same.
As Shaden moved on in his visions shared he had explained to this boy near him why he didn't cry. As if there was an excuse needed. There usually was, and Sevanni was more than interested in knowing why. Why hadn't he shed tears? What would make him cry?
It was hard to watch these visions of Shaden interact with his so called father. The hurt he must have caused him. The pain. This was usually where Sevanni got peeved and gripped harder on Shaden simply because his anger had fueled Sevanni's own. But when it had started to subside and Shaden formed new memories, Sevanni had lightened up and retracted his fangs. Allowing his mouth to remain and take in more of his liquid fire.
Now that there had been another vision of this boy in what seemed like later down the road. He could tell by how the furniture was. the way the lighting had been. The walls around him. This boy and Shaden, his Shaden. The more his memories drove in the more it made Sevanni aware that this boy had been much more to Shaden than Sevanni had thought.
The pain he must have felt from the fire. How Shaden responded. How the boy responded. As if they were both consumed with love for one another, and he could only guess that Shaden had opened up more with this boy than anyone else. That he was special to Shaden. Like.....a creator to his fledgling. And that made Sevanni think. More so because they hadn't seemed to age much.
Sevanni's eyes clenched tighter when the scenery changed. As if Shaden had been fighting something. He could see Phoenix and her reaction with those facial expressions. Shaden had known more to that story and he was fighting against Sevanni's new found grip on flesh and blood. Changing it and keeping his secrets.
A lab. Shaden. Bright lights and metal. What was going on? And why was Shaden fighting to keep these things to himself? Was he working in a lab? What had he been involved in?
When he tried to keep Shaden close and in the pick of new information, he had pulled away. Sevanni couldn't help but lift up and force Shaden back so Sevanni could push up against him. His mouth stained blood, licked and still having some remain. His chest moved up and down as if his brain had started to tell his body to breathe. "Why did you stop?" Sevanni's eyes found Shaden's as he looked at him with confusion and concern. Maybe he was paying Sevanni back for locking Shaden out of his own thoughts. Tit for tat.
"What happened to Nixie? Why were you in a lab? Who was that boy?" He came out with so many questions at once in one breath. Seeking out answers with wanting lips and eyes. "Show me." His fingers were brought to Shaden's lips, moving them over lightly to feel how soft and smooth that truly were to the touch. "I want to see more." He knew he was feeling the lows of blood sharing. Showing others your thoughts by that means, but he didn't care. Now he wanted more. He wanted to know more. Understand why he had been pulled away.

"Why did you stop?" Shaden raised his head up, meeting Sevanni's confused and concerned gaze. What? Was he not allowed his own secrets anymore, did he have to confess to everything he'd ever done? Every sin he'd ever committed. That would take a long time, and some things were best left alone. Better to remain in the past, especially when some of these sins weren't even by his own choice. He'd had no choices. His makers gave him no other options but to do as he was told, and it was these things they'd made him do that had haunted him for many years, and they were also the things he'd never share with Sevanni, not even Helena. Dante himself only knew very little. Why had he stoped? Because these older memories were starting to move forward as if waiting their turn. He wouldn't risk even a passing glimpse oft these memories. And as for the memory about Phoenix... well Shaden didn't think Sevanni would be particularly fond with what happened. He didn't know what the hell those two had going on, and he really didn't care to know either; for more reasons then one. Also, Shaden had pretty much assumed Sevanni had known what happened. The lab was... a very boring time in his life. He'd done most of the things he'd felt like doing, and so with the all the left over free time, he'd done some researching, a few experiments. Shaden didn't answer him at first, just continued to look at him, his expression unreadable. Finally he looked away. "Do you really need to see everything right now?" Just soft words, not irritated or upset that Sevanni would assume he'd be allowed to see everything so soon. His eyes went to Sevanni's lips, still stained with his blood. It was extremely tempting to simply lean in and kiss those lips, lick that blood away. But he didn't. "What happened to Nixie? Why were you in a lab? Who was that boy?" A small smile formed over lips. Three questions all in one breath. So curious. Eyes moved back to Sevanni's, wondering how to answer that when he spoke again. "Show me." Of course he wouldn't be satisfied with a verbal answer. No, he wanted to see the answer for himself, which so wasn't fair. How much blood did Sevanni intend on taking from him? Did he want to drain him. Fingers were brought to his lips, being moved over them very gently, and Shaden's lips had parted in response to this touch. His breath moving past lips in a soft sigh. Damn him for being so desirable. "I want to see more." Sevanni had to know how he was feeling, having a lot of blood taken wasn't all that enjoyable afterward. He was thirsty, and a little tired from the blood loss. However, like all greedy, self-serving men, he just didn't care. "Alright... if that's what you want." He couldn't fucking say no to him! Not when they were together like this. It's like something told him to say yes to everything simply to try and make Sevanni happy. He'd gone from trying to piss him off as much as possible to only wanting to make him happy. It was almost sickening. "However, I'll have to explain to you about the boy, as you call him, because I don't think there's anything I could show you that would explain who he is to me," He thought it was funny that Sevanni had also referred to him as a boy, when Shaden himself often did the same thing. "Dante is the first person I ever turned. As you saw, we were kids together. Growing up he was my only friend. He was also my first boyfriend." He smirked, "I was gay, so I had no real interest in being friends with that young girl. I didn't start dating women until after I was turned." That was something most people didn't know about him. He hadn't been bisexual as a human, only after he'd been made a vampire and been around for a few years did he start having sex with women. Although there had been that one time, just once, when he was still human that he slept with a girl. It had been sort of an experiment to see if he actually liked it. Which he really hadn't. But the end result was that of a baby girl. His only daughter. He'd held her only a few times before she and her mother were gone. The girls father didn't approve of Shaden for obvious reasons. So he'd moved them away. "He is... everything to me." And that was an understatement. "Without him, I honestly don't know what I would do." There really were no words he could say or memories he could show to help Sevanni understand who that boy was to him. "Dante often tells me that we're soul mates. Simply meant to be together. But of course I don't really believe in that." He gave a half hearted shrug of his shoulders. "I really wish you would have met him instead of Alex." He gave a soft of knowing smile. Of course he knew about the two of them meeting. He'd talk to Alex soon after they'd met. What Shaden hadn't understood was why Sevanni had never mentioned this little bit of information before. "Alex really was a waste of my time, and he's very lucky that I didn't tear him a part and burn him like the other ones who disappointed me." Shaden knew this wasn't going to stop Sevanni from wanting to see more, but he was kind of stalling because he knew this time he would end up reveling something he never had any intentions of showing anyone. It was the biggest secret he had, and now he was going to show Sevanni. Maybe it was for the best. Better that he knew now just in case. He was just a little reluctant to have even more blood taken from him. He was going to be extremely thirsty by the time this was over with. But he couldn't stall any longer, by now Sevanni would probably be getting impatient and getting ready to bite him whether he was prepared for it or not. "Go ahead. Bite me." Then he just waited to feel teeth piercing his skin so he could show him what he wanted, and a little something extra as well.

[atrb=width,375,true][atrb=border,0,false][cs=0][bg=000000] "Do you really need to see everything right now?" His words lifted into those ears of Sevanni's and for that he was stunned in a way. He figured it had been tit for tat. Getting to see only so little, and still be left with the feeling of wanting far more than he deserved. But Sevanni was a Greedy bastard who wanted everything he wanted in a moment where he wanted it.
No. perhaps he didn't need to see all of it in that moment, but even so, regardless of how good it felt to feel and taste Shaden's blood, it was good to be set back in his place, even if he didn't want to be. He would let Shaden have his control. For now.
In the midst of his explanation about the boy. Dante. It appeared he had a name, and unlike the one he had met, Dante was quite ravishing and far more lessened in age. Not a surprise really. Shaden had good taste. He had proved it in the past as well as in the present.
There was no doubt in his mind that Shaden was smitten with the male gender. As anyone who knew could see, he would be truly special to enter Sevanni's secret closet and cause this grown man to divulge his most deepest secret.
To find out he was the first brought questions to his mind. Was Dante still alive? Was he close by like the other? And; would it be worth a trip to simply have a closer look? So many things and not enough time to think on them, seeing as how he had much to listen to.
"Without him, I honestly don't know what I would do." Those words had caused his black little heart to feign a crack. Was Dante that special that Shaden would, or would have lost all of his inner self? Was there nothing that could fill that void?
Before this whole ordeal between Shaden and Sevanni and their sexual exploits, Sevanni would have hollowed this information for a good stand off. Now, that was out of the pick of options and even though all Sevanni could think about was taking this Dante fellow out of the equation, but hurting Shaden wasn't something he was willing to do.
"I really wish you would have met him instead of Alex." Ahh, there was the rub. Shaden had known and there was nothing Sevanni could have said in defense to that.
It wasn't as if he could stop himself from meeting the young boy who was so quick to flip his gums, he was simply curious as to what sort of kinfolk Shaden let himself be around. Alex wasn't really special in Sevanni's eyes, though appealing as he might have been, he was no Shaden, and he definitely didn't hold features like Dante had.
Inside Sevanni could feel his anger building, but he had let it subside on it's own in a gradual manor. "Alex really was a waste of my time, and he's very lucky that I didn't tear him a part and burn him like the other ones who disappointed me."
Which basically told Sevanni that Shaden was biding his time with Alex. Pity, it would have been nice to take care of the chatterbox himself. Even so, he wouldn't lay a hand to anyone except those who made Shaden what he was. That would be dealt with over the next twenty-four hours, and Sevanni was going to make sure that it did. No matter what.
"Go ahead. Bite me." He knew Sevanni all too well. Impatience wasn't something gathered often in his basket of goodies. He would give Shaden almost anything that he had asked if he had asked it and it was something Sevanni could give. To withhold information about that which he wished to obtain; that was pure torture. So, what was he to do? Exactly what he was offered.
Sevanni licked his lips once more, eyes aimed and truly focused at the vein that stuck out most and always made Sevanni thirsty for Shaden. Right there just under the right side of his jaw. Aching to be touched and suckled from.
It was always a turn on to taste him. Tonight there had been no sexual deviousness from Sevanni, not much that he had hinted to, and to approach him once more to see more and see the truth, that was more of an aching tease than anything.
His set of fangs slipped out of gums, aching in all aspects even though that had been previously used, aching as they struck gold and pierced his flesh for Crimson blood to spill into his mouth and open up his own mind to that which Shaden cared to spread. His eyes closing for a split second before fighting against the awakening upon the vision. This was what he loved. What he enjoyed with those he loved. Blood letting and exchanging memories.
