Alexander slyly smiled at her, assessing the situation. He was very much pleased with how this turned out. He got his laptop stolen, he got it back, and now he was about to have a very good night. Living the drrreaam. He let the hand currently under her shirt move down to the curve of where her hip started and rested it there. "Thats a tough one."He smiled again resting his other hand on the crook of her neck, letting his thumb follow her jaw line. He leaned in to whisper at her ear, the hand dropping from her neck and resting on the same spot as the other one. "You Know, I don't have to Breathe....Plus I'm rarely tired."He breathed against her neck. A slight chuckle of amusement coming form his throat. He was going to have fun teasing her, building it up till she got too frustrated. He also noted, how good she actually smelt now he was so close in contact with her skin. There was the warm sweet smell radiating from her, all the things you expected to smell in a woman, but with the undertone of sweat, from hard work and well, she was human.
"...what was the point in wearing those shorts?"Alexander murmured against her skin, as he was working his way down her neck with his mouth. He was avoiding kissing her, for as long as he could manage. Just in hope that whenever he did, she would forget about the razors in his mouth. Necrophila....hahaha.. He smiled to himself. Really, How did women get attracted to corpses? He personally didn't favor Vampire Women. And well, she knew that blood stained his hands. Maybe she liked dangerous men. He wasn't particularly dangerous to the eye. But if you angered him, then he would crush your skull into the pavement. Plus he showed no fear to other vampires. They where equal. He could pick an argument with them. I bet shes as capable of being dangerous as i am....

ooc: Sorry this took so long. Our bus broke down in the middle of no where on a dirt road. We were stuck there for like eleven hours in hundred degree weather. The only people who passed us were creepy old men. Now that I'm back, I finally have time to post in more than one thread. ;D
IC: Barely noticeable, a faint smile was painted across Amaya's lips. It wasn't a surprise that he'd chosen to stay. Any normal guy would've, unless they had something against Asian women. And some did. What caught her off-guard, though, was the pace he was setting. It was a welcome change from the nightmare speed that others decided they had to rush with. Perhaps there was hope for guys after all. Even though she was more than okay with taking it slow, something was bothering her. Before, she'd at least felt like she was in control. Now, it was a whole different story. Things had been turned and around and flipped upside down. There was no doubt in her mind who'd won their game, and it hadn't been her. If anything, she'd played right into his hand.
With his cold breath tickling her neck and his voice so close to her ear, her train of thought became lost. Unable to remember what she'd been pondering over, Maya just gave it up and focused her attention on him, or rather, what he was doing. No breathing or tiring? Well, this should be fun... if it doesn't kill me first. Smiling, she lightly draped an arm around his neck and stood on the tips of her toes, leaning into him so he wouldn't have to bend so far.
A shuddering whisper of air left Maya as she felt his lips against her throat. The rhythm of her her heart quickened and her breaths slowed until her chest no longer steadily rose and fell. She knew he wouldn't hurt her, but it was hard to forget what he was. The reminders were everywhere. His skin was as pale as moonlight. There was a slight predatory glint to his otherwise captivating eyes, and his strength was always in the back of her mind. He could crush her. Quite literally.
Ignoring every instinct, Amaya craned her neck, let her eyes drift closed, and let his voice calm her nerves. So, he's not going to let me get away with these shorts. And here I thought he'd forgotten them. Laughing softly, she opened her eyes. Hmmm... I don't know. Her voice trailed off as she tried to think of an answer to that one. Sliding her hand up the back of his neck, she tangled her fingers in his damp hair for a moment, then let her hand fall back to his shoulder. Because I can't walk around in what I have on under them, but since I'm not going anywhere, I guess there isn't any point. Of course, there was no way she would've admitted the real reason she'd put them on. Most likely, he'd already figured that out anyway.
Maya had felt the flames begin, the embers of desire only smoldering inside her, but now there was the flicker of fire, and she knew it was going to get worse if he kept with this pace. There were obvious limits, ones that she was without a doubt going to cross. Self-control was not always easy for her and sooner or later the flames would consume her."You know, she almost purred as she traced a finger along his collar bone, I'm beginning to think you're all talk... Maybe she could get him to break first, but the way things had been going, she doubted it. Tilting her head back toward him, she smirked and let her hand rest on his chest. "Or you're just afraid you won't be able to keep up."

Alexander looked at her with puzzled amusement. " You have such low expectations of me." But her heartbeat told him otherwise, which he had to laugh quietly about. Human men where so impatient, after all they had little time to waste other than to satisfy their own needs. Alexander preferred a combination of the both, as he was the most patient person you could find, as he knew he had all the time in the world, well theoretically. He pushed strands of her hair behind one of her ears before taking time to admire her face, before pulling her into a long embraced kiss, backing her into the desk where they where playing their game before. It started there, he planned to end it there. or maybe start there again with a new game.
----
Alexander crawled out of the bed her had be currently lazing in, it was almost time for the sun to rise, and he wanted to make sure there was no sign of light to come into this place. That would be a lovely sight to Amaya if she turned over and then found half of his face scorched off. He didn't even bother looking for underwear, he was planning to get this job done in 5 minutes. And he liked lounging around naked in bed with a woman, so he intended to do that for as long as he could get away with. He wasn't trying to be a show off either, his body wasn't anything special, it was just the same as any other guy who looked after himself. even though he was skinny, he was toned in the right places.
He nosied around for some tape. He was going to tape he window curtain to the wall so that no light could possibly escape. Then he could relax a little more. He stared at the curtain for a few moments, he knew he would have to go hunting possibly a few days. He wondered if she would be bothered if he said he was going out to kill someone to keep himself alive. He screwed his face up like had bitten into something sour, and then started to tape the windows up.
He smirked away as he worked, Thinking of images from earlier on that would most defiantly go into his mental fap bank. he didn't think it was terribly romantic, more of a case of wanting to screw each other, but still, it was something.

Laying flat on her stomach, with her face buried in the less-than-comfortable pillow, Maya emitted a soft groan in protest and drew the white sheets up over her head as the bed shifted from him getting up. She was curious to know what it was he was doing, but too tired to actually look, she just decided to let her curiosity burn in her thoughts. Closing her eyes, she couldn't help but notice how hard the lousy hotel bed was. A rock probably would've been more comfortable, and was it just her or was the room to white? With a smirk, she blew out a breath and chuckled. Wow she was grouchy. Well, lack of sleep had been bound to hit her sometime. What time is it anyway? Lowering the corner of the pastel sheet, she glanced at the clock. In bright red, flashing numbers, the time read 4:17. This earned another groan from the woman. An hour or two and the sun would be up, making it impossible for her to sleep. It was always either too bright or the city outside was too noisy for her to catch a few z's.
A few seconds passed in silence, but then there was the clunking of drawers opening and closing and rattling of pens as he dug around for who-knows-what. Ignoring the sounds as best she could, she shut her eyes again, but it wasn't long before there was a strange ripping coming from her left. Rolling onto her back, she pushed the sheets below her face and clutched the white fabric to her chest. She reluctantly sat up.
Brushing her hair out of her eyes, the first thing she saw lifted her mood and brought an amused smile to her lips. Alexander was standing bare-assed, taping curtains to the wall. She'd never seen that one before. It was strange, but at least it was a nice show. He may not have the perfect body, but he certainly wasn't an eye-sore. And forget being scared of him. That feeling was pretty much dead and gone.
"So..." Maya said, straining to keep from laughing as she finally broke the silence "is this some weird vampire thing? Or do you just have something against those curtains?" She paused and narrowed her eyes, as if scrutinizing his work. "Oh, and you missed a spot. Right up in the corner."

Alexander Turned his head over his shoulder with a look of mock annoyance. Whoops. Maybe i should have been quieter. "Would you like to sleep with the smell of a barbecue coming from beside you?" He smiled, taping up the area which she pointed out. He was a bit of a perfectionist, a careless perfectionist at that. Actually...Barbuque...that would be nice he rolled his eyes at himself and then focused back on the task at hand. "I can Sense your not a morning person." He grinned finishing the window off with extra tape. He laughed a little, Most women were not. Maybe all that stuff about beauty sleep was true.
He stood back admiring his handiwork, Even though it looked rather shabby. But it did the job he wanted, He just hoped she didn't like the sunshine. Then again, that was a crazy way to think, as most normal people enjoyed the sun and the warmth they got off it. Also a nice tan, which he lacked. which was a shame really because he suited a tan.
Alexander happily sauntered over to the bed again with a smile that couldn't be wiped off his face. "Your stealing all the sheets." He commented with a face of pure steel seriousness. "First My laptop, Now the sheets....."He said with a fake exasperated sigh before that smile crawled back. He moved his limbs around in the bed trying to get comfortable, before adopting the cross-legged sit. "Is it just me, or is this bed shit?"He said dryly, grudgingly poking the mattress. He finally lifted his head to look at her after spending far too long poking a mattress, as he realized he should be paying more attention to her than a mattress. "You look good in the morning."He said, thinking a compliment would be the best way to start. He was going to go with the 'You look like a mess' 'Oh only joking ha ha' but thought it safer to try to not annoy her. Well she is naked, and if i stay in her good books, then it could go the right way for me, Score! He thought his logic was flawless, but he failed to notice how naive it was.

ooc: Sorry that took so long... I was pretty much brain-dead when it came to muse.
ic:
At the mere thought of burning flesh, Maya wrinkled her nose in disgust. A putrid scent like that was more than likely to bother not only her but by anyone who chose to walk by the room. In fact, the whole damn floor might just call the cops to report murder, but she didn't want to ruin the carefree mood with all her senseless pessimism about something that wasn't going to happen. Giving him a mischievous smirk, she asked with phony accusation, ”Did you ever stop to think that I might like barbecue?” She definitely didn't expect an answer to that question and to her relief, didn't get one. Instead, he commented on her 'not being a morning person.' Boy, he'd hit the nail on the head, but she'd retaliate to that later.
When she felt the mattress move, she couldn't help but smile at him. How could he be so comfortable walking around in nothing more than his skin? She shook her head at such a notion and laughed. Even with a a hundred dollars in it for her, Amaya probably wouldn't have been able to do it. If someone caught her taping up curtains nude, she'd be all blushes and stutters as she desperately tried to explain herself. He's a strange one, that's for sure, but a certainly a lot of fun. Well, until his expression took a turn and became serious as the grave. Troubled, Maya tilted her head slightly as he mentioned stealing the sheets. Surely he's joking... She raised an eyebrow as the laptop came up again, and she had to admit she was getting worried, but the nervous woman started laughing when he began to beam at her again. ”Dang it! It's just my luck that you'd catch me... twice. I was so sure you wouldn't notice this time.” Pouting, she let the sheets fall a bit and huffed out a breath.
”I look good in the morning? I've got to look shittier than this bed feels.” Her hair was a total wreck, she was sweaty, and she could just image a line of dried drool from her lip. Nervously, she reached up to her lips, just in case, and sighed in relief when there wasn't. Even if she didn't look like a total disaster, she felt like one. Well, it's a good thing she wasn't overly self-conscious... most of the time, but ti was beginning to bug her. Maybe I should go take a shower, or change, or... What the hell? It doesn't really matter, does it? She hoped not. A few more seconds passed before she'd convinced herself to just quit worrying and leaned back, laying down again. Resting her head on the pillow, she shifted to her side, facing the man with curious eyes. All the questions she'd failed to ask were coming to her in a wave, but she didn't think it would be right to expect answers. After all, she'd only met him last night. There was one that she couldn't suppress, though, and before she could stop herself, the question was out. ”Besides sunlight there's not much that can kill you, is there? No guns or knives, right?”
Death. It was her biggest fear, a fear stemmed from her older sister. Only a few years ago, her older sister Kaiya had pulled a gun on her, and she'd fired it. The bullet meant for Amaya had instead buried itself in her older brother's skull, killing him almost instantly, but it wasn't fair to burden him with such information. It wasn't fair to have asked, but the question wasn't what bothered her. What scared her was what she'd been going to ask after that.”I'm sorry. I shouldn't have... Forget it.”For a second, she looked like she was actually going to cry, not because of some silly question of course, but the memory of her brother always brought tears to her eyes. His death had been the biggest tragedy of her life.
Taking a deep breath, though, a faint smile rose on her lips. ”Thanks... for the compliment, even if I don't agree with it. You look nice, though.”' A thoughtful frown creased her mouth as she brought back one of his earlier comments. ”Very sex-in-the-sea.” Of course, she was kidding. His hair was dry by now.

He rolled his eyes at the fact she didn't believe him, and he wasn't going to get into a full argument with her on how she looked, because there really was no need. Instead he shook his head and rubbed his forehead with a smile that simply said 'Your wrong.' "Don't worry, Your not the queen of the sea monsters yet."He said, tossing his head. Really. Women and their appearance. Too fat too thin, bloated, not bloated, Nose too big, and so on and so forth. And most of the time they looked perfect. Even Amaya now, though she did look a little....tousled. But then that was the appeal about the morning after. or few hours after, whatever way you wanted to look at it.
His expression didn't change much after she popped that question, It just transfered to thoughtful. And by the time he had finished thinking about a reply he noticed the emotion welling up in her eyes, and then the apology. This was confusing, and slightly worrying to Alex. " Hey..." he cooed, Running a hand through her hair slowly. "Theres nothing to apologize about. I like being asked questions. Makes me seem alot more intresting than I am." He said with a gentle smile. "Well...the sun, and fire. I have a huge fear of planes. Because i could stick the landing with a few serious breaks, but would probably get caught in the torpedo of fire as it came soaring down to the ground."He said wincing a little at the thought."Did that answer your question? or is there more?"He said, now playing with her hair, or more fidgeting with it. He liked Hair. On women. Dark Hair, and she had that so, it was dream boat sailing for him.He knew there was under lying reasons of why she looked so distant and upset, because one question doesn't make you like that, It was bound to have to do with something in her past. Most people he knew had something traumatic happen in their history's.
"I always look Nice." Alexander said some time after she paid the compliment. He was joking, He wasn't that arrogant to think he was Mister Perfect. he thought of starting a war of compliments, but was still distracted by the unsettled look she had about her. "Are you Sure your okay there?"He said looking at her affectionately, before realizing it might look ever so slightly weird to her and proceeded to look at the mattress again. Hmm. Nice color.

There was an unearthly stillness about the desolate woman as she struggled with the many thoughts running through her mind. The answer to her question had been what she'd hoped for. Only sunlight and fire could end his existence. He was almost indestructible. In comparison, her life was a fragile thing. It could easily be shattered, just as a delicate winter icicle could fall and break from even the lightest touch. The death of her brother had made her see how precious and breakable life truly was, and now there was before her a man who was afraid of airplanes, not because he would die from a crash but from the flames that torched the sky as it descended toward ground. Out of the thousands of threats that plagued humans, he had only two things to worry about himself. She was lost in these thoughts.
When he voiced his own question, she was tugged back to the present moment. Her eyes focused on the vampire again. An inquiry burned on her tongue, though she would not ask it. Not yet anyway. As he toyed with her hair, a soft smile graced her lips. It was fake, a mask to hide the sorrow and agony of the memories lingering in her thoughts. He shouldn't have to share in her pain, and she wouldn't allow a wonderful night to be undone by tears. So, she veiled herself with false bliss, even managing a hollow giggle at his conceited reply to her flattery.
It was one thing to recreate anger or sadness but another entirely to fake happiness. For Amaya, joy was the one emotion that was impossible to get right. As it became clear that he was not fooled by her disguise, she let it fade, leaving only a distant look. For a long while after his question, she was silent. Should I lie, pretending I'm fine, or perhaps he'd help if I only told the truth. And then... maybe saying nothing at all would be best. The thought of ignoring him quickly died, but she couldn't just go a lie to him and speaking the truth could only get her scorn or pity, both things she would rather do without.
Maya looked away, staring across the room at nothing in particular. With tears stringing her eyes, she murmured, "I don't know. I think, well I'm sure I'll be okay." Swallowing, she turned her eyes back to Alexander. There was pain hidden in their depths as she continued to speak. "Memories just... hurt." With a shuddering breath, she bit her bottom lip before quietly asking, "How did it happen? The change, I mean. For you. From being human to vampire." Perhaps not the best way to change subjects, but she couldn't take it back now.

Alexander concentrated on her face, Even though he his expression did not change, He noticed every giggle or smile, wasn't quite right. He'd known people long enough to know who was a liar and who wasn't. She wasn't lying, but she was hiding away from him. Asking him questions about himself rather than allowing him to press on at her. He'd allow her to continue like this for now, but he was going to find out what was bothering her, and hopefully make her feel a little more less troubled. "I'll Tell you if you come here."He smiled slightly, His eyes still all befuddled with thinking. He dropped onto his side and scooted closer to her before wrapping his arms around her protectively, If she wasn't going to tell him about what was making her upset, then he might as well offer something to curl into. She said memories hurt. That was more than true for him. If you where smart and wanted to really torture a vampire, you brought their issues up. Even saying that, It was an easy kill to bring up memories to anyone.
"Its Kinda Patchy, How i turned...."He said a little uneasy. He didn't know to put it in layman's terms, or bring out the full story. In the end he decided to tell her all that he could remember, in hope it would give her courage to bring up her own memory. "Well...I Already told you I was in the Army. And I got promoted, so I was in charge of some of my best Buuuds. It was all good, and it was a easy peasy clean up operation that was my first task."He said a hint of a sad smile tugging at his mouth. Allot of anger had pasted him through all these years but it was still lurking there, for the mistakes some person made, that couldn't give a shit about peoples lives other than numbers.
" We got ambushed, and where outnumbered, Because some jackass above didn't look into the background on the operation. Most of the men where killed. Except me and One of my childhood Friends. Lucky us."He said his eyes closed and resting his head lightly against her own. So many of them had sob stories like this. He wasn't going to exaggerate to make it sound more dramatic. "The Bastards then, Locked us up and then proceeded to have fun with the usual rules of rebels taking Prisoners, Blahdeblah, and then My Friend got killed, because they took it too far."He said, His tone unnaturally neutral. "I was a mess. And Didn't really give a shit what happened to me, so it was a surprise when this, woman, was in my little crappy holding place. I thought she was one of their wifes or something, because she looked too high maintenance, to be some girl they would rape or whatever." High maintenance was just an understatement, She was perfect to him, A lost bleeding soldier looking for some hope.Whenever he looked back on it, she was just a normal female vampire, But to his human mind, she was pretty much godly.
" She must have felt sorry for me, Thats the only reason i could think of, Cause I had this big round glasses waaay before i got laser treatment.either that, or she thought i was hot or something. Because this is where it starts to get hazy. I remember her....Kissing me, and just generally working her way through the bases, even though i was pretty much half dead from the beatings. And thats where my memory of her stops, The kissing..."He said, His voice sounding confused by his own words. He was pretty much confused everyday, why she had to go all lust-hungry on him, and then not finish him off.
"I woke up, Or can only remember being in that same hideout where i was captured. Just walking around, and finding at least 15 dead bodies of the men that tortured me. I Killed them. Every last one."He said sighing quietly. "I Dint know what happened in between the blanks, But from what i gathered, it took a while for me to change, and well. Went on a angry feeding frenzy. And that Vampire chick. Never saw again. And Thank god. I cant deal with ex-girlfriends. Or ex-anything." He smiled, relived, that that trip back down to memory lane was finished. He hid allot of his emotions well. She didn't need to know the gory images burned into his skull or the look, the piercing look his Friend gave him as he died. She didn't need to know how he cried after finding out what had happened to him, that he was dead, and a monster. A murderer. "You probably think I'm a man-whore now." He said a little unsteady, though his smile was as genuine as ever, Even though he was smiling he still ran his hand lightly over the skin on her waist for comfort. And heres me thinking I was cuddling her for her good.
He swallowed, This was like taking turns on a game show of tell a bad memory. " Are you still sure you'll be okay? Even though I did just tell you a story of people being killed all-around." He mumbled the last bit to himself, Thinking himself now stupid, for saying what had actually happened. He could have just told her he had got bitten and then changed a few days later. But He just couldn't be untruthful to her, and it was very annoying. The atmosphere had plunged from being light and airy down to underground and weighty. He blamed himself for that and his blabbering mouth and not knowing when to shut-up. At least they shared the emotions. That is pretty messed up.
ooc: Wow. Long post. I didn't realize till i finished CD

ooc: WARNING!! Big time cheesy alert! D - That's a smiley face without any eyes... -grumbles- broken keyboard.
IC: Amaya closed her eyes against the stream of tears threatening to pour down her copper-toned cheeks and nestled into his embrace. Tucking her head beneath his chin so he couldn't see her obvious struggle, she quietly listened to his story, never once interrupting though there were many questions that could have been asked. From the strain in his voice, she could tell that it was hard to for him to speak of his past, as it should be. The tragic tale of a soldier boy gone terribly awry. The murder of his dear friend and the loss of all his troops. That would've been hell to witness, but as wicked as this may sound, perhaps it was for the best. If his friends had been alive when he'd turned, there was a good chance it would have been their corpses littering the floor instead of his captors, though the enemy would likely be next. In a way, she was glad that his memories were faded and that he'd chosen to keep the gory details to himself. At this present moment, she'd probably burst into tears, which was a tragedy she'd like to avoid.
"You probably think I'm a man-whore now." A slight smile drew up the corners of her lips and she pulled her head back until she could see him smiling. Actually, I'd already thought you were one. Not the best joke. In fact, it was likely to piss him off, so she just chuckled once and settled her head back on the rock-hard pillow. "A man-whore? In who's dictionary? The patron-saint of the Church?" Little Miss Kai didn't believe in any sort of higher beingShe shook her headand lightly ran the back of her hand over his cheekbone. "I'd never think something like that." How could she when he was being so damn kind? Honestly, whoever thought up that vampires were bad people never met one.
"Are you sure you'll still be okay?" feeling slightly more sure of herself, Maya chewed her lower lip, biting down until she could taste blood. To tell or not to tell: that was the question. Sighing, the woman cast her gaze down, away from him. her own tale was far less tragic, but it was a wound to her all he same. "No-I-Well," She stumbled over her own words as she tried to piece everything together again. After drawing in a slow breath, she answered more clearly, "I don't know. I just really don't know." Wiping a stray tear from beneath her eye, she began to recall the memories that tortured her to this very day.
"You see, when I wa just a little girl, my sister despite being four years older, was always walking in my shadow. When people came to our house, they came to see me or my brother. Kaiya was invisible, and to make things worse, I started to blame her for my thefts. Yes, I had sticky fingers even as a ten-year-old." maya looked disgusted with herself, but a reflective almost nostalgic gleam began to sparkle in her eyes. "Maybe if I hadn't pushed her like, she wouldn't have gone past the brink, but one day, all her jealousy and rage just kind of... eploded.
Amaya swallowed as the bitter memory replayed in her mind. "I'd just walked in the door, and the net thing I knew, Kaiya was screaming at me from across the room. My brother tried to usher me out, but I refused to move. Well, my sister just kept yelling about how I was a two-faced liar and a lowly crook who deserved death, and pretty soon, that gun went off. She'd pulled the trigger. Had actually aimed for me."The hurt was evident on Maya's face. Her own sister had wanted to kill her. By now, her sentences were broken and she could barely function, let alone think straight.
"Ren... my brother... he dodged in front. Took it to the head. Died. My fault. All my fault." Hr face was wet with salty tears and though she fought to control her emotions, she lost. "I drove her to that. Called her crazy." The woman had to turn her face away now, though she didn't leave his arms. It was strange... but she felt safe. She said... She knew about werewolves. In front... In front of the whole town... I mocked her. They all laughed. No one spoke to her again, except to poke fun. I think- I think that's what really did it. Well, and my lying. And backstabbing. And talent. And thievery. I guess it really is all my fault. If I would have just believed her..." Her body shuddered as a sob ripped from her lungs.
"You know, she still holds a grudge against me even though we moved to the U.S." Even in New York people had valued Amaya more than her sister. They'd destined her for something great, but she wouldn't have it and tried to disappear into the background. "I took some guy's wallet and was going to get away with, too, when Kaiya had to start yelling 'thief.' She even called the damned cops on me. They wre the least f my worries, though. As it turned out, this guy was a full-blown mobster."She sighed and looked at him with disbelief. "Can you believe my luck? It sucks!"
Laughing a bit, she ran her fingers through her hair. "That gang came to my house. Walked right into my room, all nonchalant." Hmmm... That sounded familiar. "And just stole me away. I'm sure you can guess what happened, and I'd rather not have to say it..." Which meant she wasn't going to. The four letter 'r' word was on her list of 'I hate you's."
It was like a weight had been lifted off her chest and everything was perfect... kidding! Amaya only wanted to curl into dark hole even more now that he knew what she'd done. Maybe it wasn't first-hand murder, but it was just as bad. She'd destroyed her sister's life and been the reason her brother had died. All of this could have been avoided if she would had just listened to Kaiya once. Okay... maybe not all of it.
"Those mob guys are still after me... I... uh... kinda robbed them blind when I escaped. The idiot bastards left all their money in a single safe. I couldn't just leave it there..." It was said a little on the cheerful side, but her voice soon darkened again. "Everyday, I have to wonder, is this the day that I die? Do you have any idea how frightening that is?" Of course Ale did. He'd been in the god damn army. "I just... I just want to be safe, you know? Or at least know that Kaiya isn't going to rat me out to them again."

00c: eploded....Niiicee. Good job for a half working keyboard -higgghfive-
Alexander was stunned by the amount of human misery in her memory. The amount of needless death, and Revenge. He liked Revenge, He flipped it out on his own a few times, so if he said her sister had no right to do what she did and get over revenge, he was going to be a hypocrite. It was extremes though, Her own family. However much you hate your own family, you deal with them, you put up with them, and then leave when your able to. He never particularly liked his father, but he dealt with him till he joined the military. He wouldn't go round and slit his throat one day, even if he had anger issues. He didn't have a sibling, so he didn't understand the rivalry, but he sure has hell knew how extreme it could get by this. Obviously He saw Amaya was felt guilty and blamed herself, from the stream of water pouring out of her eyes, and the way she tried to lay it on herself in words. It was incredible really that she allowed herself to do that. If it was him he would be screaming blue murder at his sibling, not taking the blame. What Had happened to him? He got turned into this, A body of an immortal super-strength, super-sense man. He got something partly good out of this, even though he hated it. As for she was still able to broken in a million pieces and her mind stamped down to nothing.Paranoid and vulnerable. He didn't know where to start. His own thoughts where clear but messed up and he was having trouble putting them into a sensible sentence. It isn't your fault just because your sister had a screw missing in her head, You wound her up, but no-ones perfect, Obviously shes attention seeking being jealous, because she cant make something of herself. Your brother died. On his own accord, because he loved you. Your sister should be feeling guilty the frigging' psychopath. He wondered how he was going to put that lightly, rather than upsetting her more, so did his best to comfort her with soothing strokes and light kisses on her head, while he battled this complication in his head. "Amaya, Your sister should be the one feeling guilty and regretful. Hey, You treated her mean, But your sisters, what do you expect. Women always find something to pick at the other one."Alex said trying to reassure her his opinion of her hadn't changed in the slightest. He had done his own fair share of cruel things. Everyone had, That was something he had learned.
The Whole gangster proplem made his eyes darken a little bit. Bloody Gangsters. Thinking they own the show. They certainly know how to make a woman hate herself. In his own eyes, rape was an effective way to showing whoever it was that they are nothing but a thing, there for other people to use and abuse. Any man who abused their obvious strength advantage as a punishment, has something wrong with them. Of course, He'd killed women. Never raped any, because it was sick. But he was stronger than almost everyone, so the rule didn't really apply to him, Plus he didn't go kill someone because they stole something off him. Maybe. He felt like he was going to kill whoever it was who took his laptop before he found out. This startled him. He was everything she feared. She just hadn't found out yet.
"Amaya....I haven't done anything on you, and i don't plan to, but, If you think I'm this nice all the time, I'm not. I'm Maybe as cold-hearted as the men who took you, Only with more morals and a little more respect."He said, almost a warning to her now he had realized and self assessed himself.
"If you tell me who they are I will find them."he said in a low tone after a while of silence. Yes, He would kill them all. They where as soulless as him.

"Hey, You treated her mean, But your sisters, what do you expect." Any average sister wouldn't have driven Kaiya to insanity, and the wicked human was most definitely clasped in the jaws of insanity. From the distorted laughter to her "normal" conversations, Kaiya was a wild card. Last time the two sisters had been together, Miss Crazy had said the weirdest thing. 'Maya, you smell like death.' What - the - hell? Of course, Amaya just had to respond with "Do I look a corpse to you?" Kaiya's answer is just as predictable. And it ended up in a huge fight. Needless to say, Kaiya won, the blasted super-powered creature. The situation was all too memorable, but the human didn't relay the memory to the vampire. He would find it very silly.
Maya would have sworn on her life that her sister had actually snarled at her. How's that for wacko? Of course, there may be something to the whole snarling thing. Now that she knew immortal creatures existed, that werewolves existed, she was beginning to be a bit suspicious of her sister. There was no denying that Maya was the cause for her sister's derangement. The blame was solely on her, or at least, that's the way she saw it. However, she wasn't going to get into such a pointless argument with Alex. Especially when he was trying to help.
Amaya remained silent, but only because it was so obvious that he was pondering over something, or due to that far-away exprssion, assessing something. But what did he have to assess? For perhaps the first time in her life, she'd actually told someone the truth about her past. Being the curious person she was, she wanted to know what it was that was going on in his mind, but when he finally spoke, it was clear that she didn't actually want to know. It was probably to do with that damn 'r' word. Shivers went racing down her spine at the mere thought of it.
"Don't think that I've forgotten what was on that laptop, because I can assure you, its lurking in the back of my mind even now." It was spoken softly, just above a whisper. Even if she never saw him again, she would not be likely to forget. Things like that tended to mar the thoughts and scar the mind. "However, I don't believe you are as heartless as you think you are. Those men are different." Silence greeted this response, and when Alex finally broke it, his words were unexpected.
"If you tell me who they are I will find them." This caught Maya off-guard. He would kill them and all she had do to was tell him their names? That was amazing. Her own personal assassin. That was wicked bad! But... could she really do that to those men? They probably had families, which meant children and wives. The innocent would suffer from grief. But, then again those mobsters were bastards and they deserved it. Plus, it would stop them from hurting anyone else.
Still debating the matter, Maya hesitantly asked, "You would go all the way to New York City for something so trivial? The woman bit her lower lip and turned her eyes away from him. She hadn't meant to tell him where, but seeing as the city was so extensive, it wouldn't help him any. "You shouldn't waste your time with those guys. They'll all end up shot in some street war anyway." With a trembling finger, she lightly traced the pale scars starting at her wrist and snaking up her arm. That had been one of their cruel forms of entertainment. Knives and guns. It was almost impossible to guess the number of lives ruined by those men and their precious weapons.
Having thought a little more about it, she finally looked up again. Her only driving moral is that people should get what they deserve and no matter how fiendish it may seem, she was going to tell him their names. Every last one, but not just yet. "Only them. You won't hurt anyone else?" It was unclear exactly who she meant, but Amaya was considering her sister in this matter. It wasn't right to condemn a family member, even if they are screwed up.
