"You get it done and you get it done now!"
Sevanni shouted out in his face as Marcus stood there by Annaliah. His anger filtered in not but moments ago and everything he had felt had come crashing down in one split moment. Annaliah had jumped at the roar in his tone, and if he didn't know any better Marcus did too. There was no reason why people had to be such fuck ups and think that the world evolved around them.
A bunch of liars that lay stagnated in a ripple of life. If they thought this was going to be a warless year they had another thing coming. There was next year, and the many years after that to follow in order to prove his point. You just don't fuck with people you claim to feel for.
"I don't care if you burn New York down to the ground." He had reached forward and grabbed Marcus by the back of his head, pulling forehead to forehead and staring harshly into those dark cold eyes. Marcus was nearly as bad as Sevanni, but there was nothing that Marcus did that went against him. Unlike Hyde who had managed to walk away without his head getting sliced off.
The two separated and he huffed. Stiff shoulders. Stiff body. Everything about him was so wound up that he wanted to rip his own bones from his body.
Marcus held the most awful stare of evil that Sevanni had ever seen on him. Annaliah with those large beautiful eyes watching the scene unfold and hoping that her life wasn't about to end there.
"I want them to feel no mercy. Make it rain blood if you have to but you get that motherfucker and you bring me that bitch's head." Cold. His tone was bitter and much more horrid than he had ever let out.
But why? Why and what had happened that things on this night had to be so cruel and harsh? There were answers that needed to be given. Things that shouldn't have been brought up and of course he was quite angry with everything that had seemed to begin happening.
They wanted to run and play games like little kids on the playground. Wanted to think they could get away with just about anything. "IN MY FUCKING STATE!" He bellowed out. Pissed off more and more as the tides rolled thunderous roars in the sky. Clouds darkened as he noticed Marcus's eyes switching to silver hues. Combined with Annaliah's it was a bad sign that Sevanni loved seeing.
The two of them were like wild fires on the run. Nothing to lose. Everything to gain. They were going to pay for their crime, and it was a perfect night to twist the theme of how it should weather down on the entire state. If he so chose, the entire nation would crumble at the hands of those three. Rumble and soar like some fucked up mutation.
Life was a game, to them more so than Sevanni. Sevanni liked to play in it, but it was always for keeps. Always. But since the good news of Annabella's death came into comnfirmation, he was a little less angered at the moment. Hard to tell sure, but the night was just beginning.

"Please...I don't want to go this time." She was so dreary at times it nearly killed his chest. Often her tasks consisted of making sure things were in order for all within the house, but for this particular event, the both of them had been asked to join Sevanni.
"You have no choice. Nor do I. Come on. It won't take long." He took her hand and held it tight, letting them flurry in front of Sevanni and standing firm side by side.
Annaliah wore the usual branded boy shorts and white wife beater, her arm splattered with blood art tattoos and Marcus's initial on the nape of her neck. He was simple. Jeans and a white t-shirt. Belt, boots. The usual drift of someone like him. No long over drawn trench coat with pockets galore and secret compartments. Just his mitts and his bitch. His beautiful bitch.
"They have left. They've gone downtown to cause a scene. Tomorrow morning there will be a press conference and everything will be out in the open after tonight. We only have one shot and it will have to be before dawn." He cautioned his elder, making sure that he knew everything that was pending. The press conference just couldn't take place. Absolutely not.
"You get it done and you get it done now!" He felt Annaliah jump. Not jump so much as a flinch and took in her breath to a pause. A nice little stand still that made everything in Marcus realize she was terrified.
He nodded his head. Understanding why the anger was written on his face and in his tone. "I don't care if you burn New York down to the ground. I want them to feel no mercy. Make it rain blood if you have to but you get that motherfucker and you bring me that bitch's head."
He yelled once more but he didn't need to be in front of his direct path to realize the urgency of it all. Once before he and Emiste had indulged in the finer simplicity of killing off a major figure. Now it was his turn to make another move in the political realm of those mortals.
Annaliah tightened her grip in his hand and he squeezed back letting her know all would be okay. The two of them loved making kills, but when Sevanni was angry, she just felt compelled to slip under the covers and hide. She had never seen him this angry before, neither did Marcus.
The whole situation was like a bad viral dream and he wanted to end it just as quick as it started. This bounty would pay of good in personal reward. Not chump change like most of the hunters had been offered. Which, in the eyes of a human would seem like a fortune, but Marcus enjoyed devouring souls. It was like sucking the life out of the fresh cut meat laying at his feet. He ate them whole, and not just in flesh and blood, but their souls. Like a reaver that needed nothing else.
One thing Annaliah loved about Marcus. He was a feastial beast that shared her love of slaying and brutality. She just couldn't take the yelling. At least she could shut her victims up without a fight. With Sevanni she couldn't do a damn thing but sit there and listen. Get that tick inside of her brain that screamed out FUCK!
They were gone before any more words could be said. Without direction. He had it all. He had all the info he needed.
