Kalina knew the effects that she had on most men, not all, but most. She was aware that she was attractive, and that is why she is so ruthless and amazing in business. Kalina smiled at Eliot, she was thinking about what she should do next. She was almost certain that she was ready to just jump him right here in the middle of this busy lounge, but that would set a bad example for her staff, and she was not going to do that. She leaned back in her chair, leaving her robe open some, her pink lace bra showing blatantly.
"Indeed my dear? It never had occurred to me that you thought that..." She smiled at him, her blue eyes sweeping over his body, slowly, sensually, taking him all in and playing with the thought of his body. "I'd be most interested in exploring your ideas further, Kalina. I'm certain they would be.... fascinating." She smirked at that. “Oh love, I promise they will be wonderfully stimulating. ” She said and then decided she was done tip toeing around this subject anymore.
Kalina stood from her chair and moved around the table, she pushed one knee in between his and the other on the side. She then pushed in some and sat down on his knee. Her arms went around his neck, her robe falling completely open as she moved closer to him. She moved her mouth along his neck and kissed lightly, trailing her lips and tongue up the side of his neck and to his ear. She bit it lightly and sucked on it slowly. She sighed against him, and moved against him pressing her body against his. “You know… I really do want you…” she whispered to him. Then kissed along the line of his chin to his lips and then kissed them hard, slipping her tongue along his soft lips.

He knew what was coming, on some level, he knew. Generally Eliot tried to avoid situations that drew attention to himself, it wasn't a good idea for long term survival as a rule, he'd found. But right then, it was as if Kalina was the only other person who was here beside himself, that other people might be taking notice, watching, commenting... remembering, simply was not in his mind.
His hands slid inside her open robe, moving around her waist, sliding across her skin. He felt her mouth on his neck, hot, wet, the pleasure teasing him to escalate his response to her. Eliot parted his lips with a hiss, his fingers pressing in more tightly against her, holding her as she pushed close against his body. “You know… I really do want you…” His lips curled into a smile that she covered an instant later with a passionate kiss. Time seemed to stop, and he kissed back, the desires Kalina was feeding almost boiling out of control.
But centuries of habit did not totally fall so easily for all that, and after what felt to be an eternity, but could have been no more than a minute at most, he tilted his head back and pulled away. Eyes glittering, he stared into Kalina's eyes and unsteadily pulled in a breath, calming and steadying himself. He moved his hands reluctantly back from around her, then pulled her robe closed teasingly with a wink.
"I don't think I should let you tempt me any further right now, as enticing as finding out where it would lead may be..." He sighed in genuine regret, torn between choices. "I'm sure it'd be thrilling to see what would happen here, but... I'll just have to wonder. For now." Reaching over, he picked up his glass again, and drank slowly for a long moment. His body was still trembling slightly, and he was pretty certain Kalina wouldn't miss noticing that, she was too good at this. Damn her anyway...

Melody had been busy setting up her tray, placing the rest of Eliot order on it, getting napkins and such. Everything that they could possibly need. She had not been paying much attention to the two sitting at the table. Her mind was on fixing her mistakes. She had made Kalina angry and no one liked to be on the wrong side of Kalina’a anger. In the time it had taken her to do everything she needed had missed most of the show that had gone on. Though Gina, had not. “Umm, Mel… Watch it over there, Kalina is putting the moves on that guy hard… I would keep my distance, don’t hang around too much. You know?” She said with a friendly smile, understanding yet warning. Melody blinked in confusion and then glanced behind her at the spectacle that she had missed out on. Kalina was on his lap? Melody’s jaw dropped. Gina reached out and quickly grabbed her arms and spun her around. “Don’t stare, dummy.” She growled at her. “You are going to get yourself in worse trouble than you already are.” “I’m okay, really. Just shocking. Seeing that in public down here rather than upstairs, you know?” Melody said as she absent mindedly straightened her tray once more. Thinking about what she should do. And knowing all too well that she needed to go over there, but she would not stay near them, not while they were doing that. “I’ll just take this over there, and then go check on the other customers in the lounge.”“I already got someone else to cover your tables, hun. You don’t have to do that.” Gina said, her eyes were understanding, knowing how uncomfortable it is to be around Kalina when she was acting that way. “It’s okay.. not a problem.” Melody said and then, she picked up her tray with the skill of a seasoned waitress and walked over to the two. She didn’t say anything as she placed the tray down on a table next to Eliot, not wanting to get any closer than necessary. She hoped they didn’t mind. She didn’t want to be in the way. She also left the rest of the items she had brought with her. Then turned and set Kalina’s drink on the table next to her. Then quickly she moved away from the two, not saying a word as she went to check on some of the other customers in the lounge. There had been people commenting, remembering, even some people who wanted to complain about the display of affection, but Kalina could care less, this was her place of business and her home. Her body tingled with the memory of his touch as they pulled apart, him closing her robe. She was sure that he was uncomfortable in front of crowds now. That was good to know. She herself didn’t mind crowds in the least. Hell she has done worse upstairs in the private dance room for customers with enough money. What’s a little foreplay in front of these people, right?
"I don't think I should let you tempt me any further right now, as enticing as finding out where it would lead may be..." She watched him, then noticed that Melody had been by with the rest of their order. She smiled, what a good girl for not interrupting. "I'm sure it'd be thrilling to see what would happen here, but... I'll just have to wonder. For now." His body trembled, she could see it, and she relished in the sight. Knowing that she could do that to him, one of the men she has had her eye on for some time but never been able to have? It was amazing.
She reached to her side and took her drink, she sipped from the black straw that Gina had put in it and savored the taste. She was into hard liquor but sometimes it was good to stick to the basics. “You know.. I don’t often take kindly to rejection, but in your case, I believe I will have to make this exception. Wouldn’t want to rush things, hmm?” She said as she played with the straw, somewhat suggestively. Her mind was else where however, not really paying attention to him per say.
She wanted to go up to her apartment suddenly, and take a bath. God a bath sounded great. She smiled to herself and then her blue eyes met his. “So what are your plans for this evening?”

Realizing that Melody had brought the rest of his order, along with Kalina's, while they had been... occupied, he took a moment to scoop up couple tidbits in his hand. He popped a green olive into his mouth, chewing it slowly, savoring it's sharp flavor. “You know.. I don’t often take kindly to rejection, but in your case, I believe I will have to make this exception. Wouldn’t want to rush things, hmm?” A low chuckle was his only response as he tried the cheese he'd gotten off the plate. Eliot was certain that she rarely was denied what she wished, but then, also he was not one to give concessions he himself did not wish to allow.
Eliot watched with mild interest as Kalina teased her drink's straw with her mouth, having no difficulty imagining that she could apply the talent with equal facility in other, very enjoyable, ways. “So what are your plans for this evening?” He shrugged noncommittally, since he hadn't really had any, and still wasn't sure if he actually wanted them. He abruptly realized that he was in something of a mood and feeling rather contrary for some reason.
He met and held her gaze unblinkingly. "Oh, I don't know, Kalina... I only dropped in for a drink and snack after leaving my office for the evening. You know me, a little time to relax and unwind, other than that I hadn't thought all that far ahead." His lips curled into their familiar smirk. "Was there something interesting that you had in mind if I was free?" Eliot personally never particularly considered himself 'free', in any sense of the word, for others. Most everything took a good amount of selling, usually, with him.

Kalina had been lost in thought about taking a long bath. The warm water, some vanilla bubble bath and maybe the candles in her bathroom around her large Jacuzzi tub light so that the room was filled with flickering light. Her apartment upstairs was anything but bright normally, all blacks and dark colors. A gothic looking set up that she loved. Black wooden floors, black fixtures and walls, there was very little color in her entire apartment, except for the occasional white or pink pillow or throw. She had actually been surprised at how hard it was to find all black everything. But she had managed in the end and was quite pleased with her final outcome.
Then suddenly his voice pulled her from the thoughts of the warm bubbly water swirling around her naked pale skin. "Oh, I don't know, Kalina... I only dropped in for a drink and snack after leaving my office for the evening. You know me, a little time to relax and unwind, other than that I hadn't thought all that far ahead." She looked at him, his smirk and matched it with one of her own. She crossed her legs, once again and listened to him as she unconsciously started to bounce one of her legs. "Was there something interesting that you had in mind if I was free?" She smiled at him, she could thought of a lot of interesting plans she could do with him if he was ... free.
Her eyes closed for a moment as she thought about him joining her in that warm bath water and she felt a shiver of pleasure run down her spine. God that would be glorious. She then opened her eyes lazily, looking at him through her lashes, over the rim of her glass. "Oh Eliot... I could be very creative if you would like me to think of some enjoyable things that we could do tonight to help... pass the time? and also help you unwind..." She said, her voice low, seductive. She wanted him and he knew it, but she wanted to keep reminding him just how much she wanted him. And her body kept reminding her. She shivered slightly, imagining the two of them together in her tub upstairs in her apartment... it would be great...

He'd noticed that she was moving back and forth slightly on his leg, but made no comment about that at all. Instead, since Kalina's eyes were closed and she was apparently quite lost in thought, he took a few slices of the hard salami as he watched her casually. It looked really good. He tasted it and as it was as delicious as it's looks had suggested it would be. "Oh Eliot... I could be very creative if you would like me to think of some enjoyable things that we could do tonight to help... pass the time? and also help you unwind..." He was sure she could.
Eliot felt the small spasm pass through her body, and arched an eyebrow at her, picking up his glass. "Hmm..." He finished the last of the sambuca, then looked at the now empty cup sadly, wishing he had more. It also had been rather good, there was no doubt that Kalina wanted to run a good club, and that at least in that, she was getting what she wanted. He considered her, looking into her pretty eyes.
"Well, I must admit I'm interested in hearing what you'd come up with in your thought, yes..." His lips pursed thoughtfully. "Why don't you think of some things then?" He smiled charmingly, not having yet decided it he'd be interested in having her do anything more than think about them. After all, thinking about doing something and actually doing something about what you're thinking were two very distinct, and separate, things entirely.

Melody had made her way around the lounge, helping other customers while still trying to keep an eye on the main table she was suppose to be watching. She sighed and noticed that Eliot's drink was getting low. She quickly made her way to the bar once more, and asked Gina for another refill on Eliot's drink. Melody leaned against the bar, and closed her eyes, she really kind of just wanted to go home now. Not really wanting to be here anymore. But she was here till closing and she had a few hours or so left. But maybe, she could get one of the other girls to cover for her. She would see about it after she took care of Kalina and her friend. She wouldn't want to skip out on a table in the middle of taking care of it. That was just rude. She smiled at Gina as she brought another drink for Eliot over and set it on her tray, and along with that one more for Kalina, just in case. Gina had been working for Kalina for a few years now and knew that she didn't like being without a drink if she was drinking. So It was better to have an extra ready for her no matter way. Melody situated her tray and then lifted it up again, balancing it with skill on one hand and then headed back over towards the two... She again, did not stay close, she didn't want to intrude. However she left Eliots drink, on the table nearest him, and Kalina's on the table that was next to the chair she had been sitting in. Melody then quickly walked away. She sighed and decided it was time to take her break. She slipped out onto the patio that was just on the other side of the lounge, set her tray down and then leaned against the railing overlooking the street below. She pulled a pack of Camel Crush cigarettes from her apron, a waitress's best friend for customers that forgot their cigarettes, since they could be both regular and menthol. She crushed the little ball in the filter, twisted it around in her finger tips and then slipped it between her lips and grabbed her lighter and lit it. She took a long drag and then closed her eyes and sighed, letting the smoke out again slowly. Attire:XOXO Location:XOXO Count: 398 Lyrics: Hinder Credit: Mercer Notes: xoxo

Kalina watched him for a moment. But she said nothing. "Hmm..." She wanted him, badly, but she was not going to beg him for it. That was not her. "Well, I must admit I'm interested in hearing what you'd come up with in your thought, yes..." She raised a brow, she was sure he would find them very intriguing, but she was not sure if she was willing to share the juicy details just yet. "Why don't you think of some things then?" She smirked a little, then felt a human presence come and go. She quickly decided that she would not play this game anymore and got off of him.
She moved back to her chair, pulling her robe closed and crossing her legs. She noticed the new drinks, and smiled to herself. Melody was a good little girl. She sighed and then looked at Eliot. She licked her lips and then took a drink from her glass. She wanted to fuck him right here, but he would not play her games, and she hated it when men did not play her games with her. It made everything so boring. Kalina set her glass back down on the table, crossed her arms under her breasts and watched him for a moment.
"I have a nice sized tub upstairs in my apartment, fits about 5 people..." She said matter of factly. She closed her eyes and continued slowly. "Its easily comfortable for two... or three..." She adjusted herself in her chair some, "And its very inviting... the warm water, bubbles if we please... candles and maybe some music." She opened her eyes slightly, looking at him carefully. "Wet bodies and warm water, close contact and ...." her voice trailed off some. Her imagination was filling in the rest, and it should not be spoken of in polite company.
Though she wanted badly to feel his skin against her, the feel of his caress. She also wanted to repay the feeling in kind, and more. She could get another girl upstairs, no problem, if he was interested in that. She would have to remember to ask...

Eliot smiled as Melody quietly set another drink beside him before leaving one for Kalina on the other table without a word. A moment later, Kalina got off his lap, and moved back to the chair she'd been in before. He looked closer at the raven-haired girl as she moved off, finding it slightly odd that she'd done that, and wondering about it. Was she consciously trying to get Kalina away from me? She might have been.
Eliot wasn't a stranger to feelings of irrational jealousy, and knew they didn't have to make any real sense, as a matter of fact by definition they didn't make sense. That was why it was irrational. He could imagine things worse than having someone like Melody being irrationally jealous about him in some way... much worse things. Then again, it might have not even occurred to her, or been intentional at all. In any case, it was nice to watch her, very nice. Even though she'd gone outside, and was barely visible to him now, a shadowed silhouette in the night.
When Kalina started talking to him again, he realized he'd pretty much just been ignoring her, while staring at Melody. "I have a nice sized tub upstairs in my apartment, fits about 5 people..." Eliot looked back at her, and saw with relief that her eyes were closed, maybe she hadn't noticed his distractedness. "Its easily comfortable for two... or three..." He winced briefly at that comment, maybe she had noticed after all? "And its very inviting... the warm water, bubbles if we please... candles and maybe some music." He was now staring at her, semi-mesmerized by the visions coming to his mind, and wondering if she was suggesting what he suspected. "Wet bodies and warm water, close contact and ...." Eliot nodded, his eyes going back towards the patio door on their own, before he forced them back to Kalina.
He coughed. "And fun. Yes... just like you said. It sounds like you've already thought this though a great deal." His was shaking imperceptibly as his hand went to his fresh drink and raised hit to his lips. The cool, clear liquid ran sweetly down his throat as he swallowed, taking a moment to try and gather his self control once more. "So... plenty of room for the two of us, then... or three? Was that spur of the moment, or did you have ideas about that part already as well?" He grinned almost guiltily at her.

She had watched his eyes follow Melody. She had watched, and said nothing. There was a reason for that, she didn't want him to know that she knew. But she could tell, she could always tell when a man was interested in a woman, and this was no exception. Eliot must have a thing for brunettes... that was clear. He never looked at her that way, but he had looked at Elizabeth that way. Men were funny sometimes. And she was all too aware of just how funny men could be.
"And fun. Yes... just like you said. It sounds like you've already thought this though a great deal." Kalina smiled at him and sat up a little more in the chair. She had put some thought into it. But it was really nothing new and exciting for her, but the girl she was going to pick to go up to her room tonight, that was different, she was going to enjoy herself. However how Kalina got dear Melody up to the room, that was going to take some skill and talent. She was fairly sure the girl did not like her, nor the idea of joining them. "So... plenty of room for the two of us, then... or three? Was that spur of the moment, or did you have ideas about that part already as well?"
Kalina smiled, teasingly. “I don’t feel the need to reveal all of my plans right now, love.” She said with a happy little tone. She would get Melody to come with them, one way or another… She lifted her hand, waving over the nearest waitress, the waitress happened to be a vampire as well, who was only filling in the slots down here, and mainly worked upstairs. She whispered into her ear, extremely quietly, making sure that Eliot could not hear her. And then kissed the girls cheek and winked at her. “Make it happen, love.” She said and watched the pretty vampire walk away to take care of what she asked.
Kalina then looked back at Eliot and smirked a little. “Everything will work out… and it will all fall into place.. if you are willing to par take, that is up to you. I will probably partake either way…” She smiled at him, picked up her drink from the table and finished her first one, setting the empty glass next to the full one that Melody had left earlier.

Kalina wasn't about to reveal her whole hand for him, and made that clear, without bothering to try and skirt the issue. “I don’t feel the need to reveal all of my plans right now, love.” He laughed at the smug sounding satisfaction of her tone, delighted by it. If one was pleased, why ever should they be afraid to show they were, even if it was with oneself? Eliot glanced around the club at the people and happenings as Kalina motioned over one of the staff.
She was being rather secretive, as even he could not detect any trace of what she was saying, so there was no real sense in straining to overhear her and wasting the effort. “Make it happen, love.” Obviously it involved him in some way. He turned back to Kalina and smiled at how she paid no less attention to pretty women than he did. “Everything will work out… and it will all fall into place.. if you are willing to par take, that is up to you. I will probably partake either way…” He drank some more of the sambuca, and nodded, eying her.
"Mmm, that's good to hear. I am sure you will partake in whatever delights you have arranged, I would expect nothing less. Because certainly it will work out dear, don't your plans nearly always?" The mention that sometimes she might not get all she wished was intentional. Vampires could be so campy, so such slight swipes were practically expected to be exchanged, it seemed. Eliot's eyes twinkled in mischievous delight. It wasn't particularly likely that Kalina would rise to it, since he she knew quite well that he himself didn't mean anything by it other than to tease.

Melody leaned against the railing and closed her eyes, she was really tired, and her feet hurt, damn those heels. She took another drag from her cigarette and then let it out slowly as one of the other girls came up to her. It was Joy, an odd girl whom was always so pale, but her pure black raven hair was always so pretty. “Melody?” She asked, as she leaned against the railing next to her. “Hmm?” Melody turned towards her, waiting for her to continue. “Somehow, you managed to get into Kalina’s good graces tonight… she wants you to join her and her friend for drinks and take the rest of the night to socialize with them. She will leave you on the clock as well.” She said with a sigh, she sounded annoyed or jealous that it was Melody that was picked tonight. Melody had heard of Kalina and her ‘good graces’. It usually ended up with the group of ‘friends’ or ‘business partners’ going up to either The Pink Rose, or Kalina’s apartment. Melody frowned a little. “Do I… you know…. Have to?” She asked, not really wanting to be one of those girls that go up to Kalina’s apartment, but then again, there were few people that worked here that hadn’t gone up there at some point. Though, maybe it wouldn’t be that bad to hang out with Eliot… It might be nice to actually meet a man who didn’t seem like a total scum bag on first appearance. Joy looked at Melody like she was crazy. “Why wouldn’t you want to? Its an honor really… and you get everything paid for all night long.. plus, you still get your hourly wages for just sitting there and looking pretty.” Melody watched her, she wasn’t sure if that was ALL the girls did, but whatever, she was tired of waiting on just one table and she really did want to just sit down and take a load off of her feet. “Fine, I’ll do it…” “Great, what can I get you to drink then, hun?” Joy asked as she turned to start walking away. Melody thought for a moment, “Just a Sex On The Beach, and I’ll head to the table when I’m done smoking… Okay?” She said as she took another drag from the cigarette that had been sitting there, somewhat ignored and was already half way gone. “Whatever,” Joy said, “Just don’t take too long…” Melody nodded and sighed, looking out over the city, the stars weren’t there… but the shining lights of buildings were… it was close to stars… but never as good… Attire:XOXO Location:XOXO Count: 434 Lyrics: Hinder Credit: Mercer Notes: xoxo

Kalina was itching for some fun now, with all the plotting and secrets. But she knew damn well that this would go over well. She glanced at Joy as she walked away from Melody and the waitress nodded, then went to the bar. Kalina smiled to herself, she was thrilled. Melody had been one of the few girls she had not managed to take up to her apartment yet. She usually did so their first week, that was to test them to see if they could handle working for her, but she had not done so to Melody. She was here as a favor to her father, but Kalina was tired of favors. And she wanted to play.
"Mmm, that's good to hear. I am sure you will partake in whatever delights you have arranged, I would expect nothing less. Because certainly it will work out dear, don't your plans nearly always?" Kalina looked back at Eliot, she smirked at him, “They work out, love… They always work out.” She said and then glanced towards the bar for a moment, watching the girls there mix a drink that Kalina knew was for Melody. She smirked a little. This night would work out exactly how she planned it would, it was just a matter of time.
“So tell me Eliot…” She said and looked back at him with a sweet smile on her lips. “Would you be willing to partake in a little fun tonight?” She licked her lips… “I could make it worth your while, I see how you look at my lovely Melody… I’m sure she would love to join us in our fun…” She said with a hint of sex in her voice at the end. She really did want to have fun, and that she would… It would be a great night.

Fishing around on the platter, Eliot fished off a few more bits of food, popping a couple in his mouth and chewing. “They work out, love… They always work out.” He nodded absently, mind not really in the moment, as he contemplated the textures and flavors mixing on his palate. Quite tasty... He gazed down to see what exactly it was that he'd just eaten, since it had been particularly delightful. “So tell me Eliot…” He looked up at Kalina, wondering what she wanted to know. “Would you be willing to partake in a little fun tonight?” His expression was neutrally bland, suggesting that she continue, but he was obviously listening. “I could make it worth your while, I see how you look at my lovely Melody… I’m sure she would love to join us in our fun…” Eliot scowled thoughtfully, glancing back to the doors leading outside, that Melody had went through moments before.
He thought about it, wondering if he really should get the girl involved, or if she would want to. But then again, if she got involved by her own choice, it would really be because she had wanted to, wouldn't it? "Hmm..." Looking down, he picked up his drink again, still pondering his answer, before he looked back at Kalina. "Certainly. If she decides to join, I'd be willing... so long as it's because she wants to herself. No trickery, nothing dishonest, no... forcing things along." He shrugged. The condition seemed fair to put out, really, after all they were vampires.
"Otherwise, I'd rather she not be involved... I don't like taking advantage of people in that way." Which was true, he didn't, though of course there were ways that he would take advantage of people, and did. They both knew that, but to him it was different when someone agreed to do something without really fully understanding what they were agreeing to. Deception by omission, perhaps. Too complex of thoughts, Eliot, this is not a course of philosophy. He smiled at Kalina cheerfully.
