OOC: Hope that's okay - crap intro, but i wasn't sure what to write. =P
William’s feet softly sunk into the soft soil of the dense forest, his hazel eyes glimmering within the debts of the dark as he took those long savouring glances around himself. The forest was tall with thick foliage, a high roof of branches and leaves, the night-sky barely visible through the brushing and bristling leaves way high up above them.
He wasn’t sure what Mindy’s plan was, but somehow he felt lured here, even though William was the hunter and Mindy was the prey, the tables had been turned, Mindy had a power to use against William and he walked blindly into her offer. Open minded and very curious.
It seemed as if the debt of the forest was good enough, far from any civilization and apparent life. Sending his slender legs to bowl forth he took those long strides to take a place amongst the trees to rest his chilled body, leaning his shoulder against the trunk of a large thick oak tree that creaked in the wind quietly, a soft grin taking to his face as his slender pale hands ran down his shirt slightly.
He was still neatly dressed within the smart clothing on the banquet from the ballroom, but he did begin to feel slightly irritated by the smart stern clothing, needing a little release now they’d escaped the musky confines of the hall. His fingers fiddled with the buttons upon his blazer, almost too swiftly, he coiled the jacket from off his shoulders, hurling it over a nearby brunch to lay dormant in the wind. His white shirt ruffled in the gust, flapping open a little as his fingers continued to undo a few buttons.
“So, what did you want to show me?” he quietly uttered, trying to avoid any contact with her gaze, holding a stern posture with his head bellowed, fiddling with his shirt for a moment, hoping she wasn’t planning anything – drastic.

Mindy led William through the trees until they couldn't see any light from the nearby city. She was alone. In the woods. With a vampire. A normal person would be scared but Mindy was not normal. She stopped near a huddle of large trees where animals were most likely to come.
William looked so perfect leaning against the tree, Mindy couldn't help but notice his muscular build. She hoped he didn't take his shirt off, then she'd be way too distracted. She motioned for him to stay quiet and she picked her way over to him. All of this running in heels, she was getting a foot massage tomorrow for sure.
Mindy stood next to him and whispered, "I want to see you hunt, how that blood lust affects you. I want to see what you're really like as a vampire." Soon enough a deer became visible, it wasn't far from them. Mindy wasn't worried about herself, she knew William could control himself enough to not accidentally bite her, maybe she was wrong.

William stood quietly, piercing his pale flesh to the cold gusty night-air that rolled on by them, bristling up the leaves and dirt from the ground now and again. It was strange, he could feel the cold, the piercing air, the moistness of the wind, but it just didn’t affect him. He quite enjoyed it, feeling cold, being cold – he was a ravenous demon, as they’d say, why should he feel warm?
His shirt was perhaps, halfway unbuttoned, perhaps he wasn’t going to stop until he felt the presence draw nearer and the soft voice begin to speak. His ears flicked gently, taking a soft gulp as he raised his head ever so slightly, to gaze upon her legs for a moment, thinking. His shirt ruffled gently, flapping about, revealing his slender chest for a moment that seemed almost perfect? Too perfect, did vampires scar? If they did, William was greatly fortunate to not have any, for over two hundred years of living his body was immaculate.
His teeth seemed to grit gently within his mouth, tracing his hands down his abdomen slightly idle, glancing to her vaguely from the corner of his eye to speak in response “You brought me here to feed?” he seemed a little confused, disheartened that she’d lead him here, to bite a filthy animal? And speak of the devil, a deer had actually appeared within the short distance… “Why do you want to see me… Feed?” he questioned slightly annoyed, but still very much calm, surprisingly.

Mindy tilted her head to the side, she thought it obvious why she wanted to see him feed. It was what drove vampires, it was what made them the monster and it was what left the human behind. Vampires rarely found their human side but if William could keep it while he fed he was one great vampire.
Mindy sighed, "William, you very well know that when vampires feed they don't think of anything else but the blood. They can become monsters and they can kill anything else. Me being a soft and delicious human who smells so good standing within your area of hunt will be a target. Who will want a filthy animal when there is perfectly good human blood? You have to stay human while you hunt." She knew this sounded impossible but he had to try.

He continued to listen quietly, becoming slightly stunned as she continued to speak, a slow and stern shake taking to his head as he engulfed a hard swallow to moisten his drying throat the thought of blood, that sweet warm essence that slipped down your throat… Sugary, tasty, warm thick… His body tensed up, slightly snapping back to reality, the lust somewhat already luring over him like a heavy rain-cloud.
His posture soon turned from relax, to a rigid tense stance against the tree, his fingers coiling up to grip as he squeezed tightly into his palms to make balled fists. “M-Mindy…” he said quietly, weakly, looking to her with his glistening eyes timidly. “I can’t do this… You know I’ll…” his eyes were already slithering down her neck slowly, taking a gentle lick to his plump lips silently for a mere moment. He was hungry indeed and hadn’t feed for a while, it seemed as if she’d awoken something inside him.
The option of Deer and Mindy suddenly became relevant, her luscious neck or the neck of a beast, why did she have to lure him into this state with her wise choice of words? ‘A soft delicious human’ ohhh, his taste buds seem to buzz at that, plus, she was a young female, there was always something about them that tasted more… Fresh?
A wide grin crept up his face slowly, his fangs perking out a little as he glared upon her, it almost seemed as if he’d made up his mind, she’d be the main course, but his body seemed to drag away from her, stepping backwards to slip away slowly into the deer’s direction. Perhaps she’d escaped death? It certainly seemed it, as William’s body slowly bowed down, almost crawling onwards towards his target, a feline or alpha male predator moving ever so quietly along the ground… Until a heated and full hearted snarl left William’s throat, he seemed to move so fast!? One moment he was lurched and the next he was digging his thumb into the deer’s throat!? Stunning it and dazing it to settle down gently… It seemed, hypnotized? But why wasn’t William feeding?

Mindy observed William, he was already changing. She wouldn't dare try what she wanted to try next, not yet at least. It seems that just talking about the blood turned his vampire on and she could see he was uncontrollable. It would take practice though, no vampire could just sniff blood and refuse first shot.
William didn't scare her as he should have, she could see the change in his eyes and how his body tensed like a wolve's. He was ready to attack but what? Mindy made some impression that she was yummy and William was giving into it, he didn't want a deer's blood, he wanted human blood.
He was plotting and fighting it at the same time, she could plainly see he was looking for a way to attack her but at the same time he didn't want too. William moved quickly then, attacking the deer was swift, Mindy almost missed it. She was sure that if she blinked she would have missed everything.
Now that the deer was dead and Mindy was left he would come for her. Hopefully he wasn't letting the monster in him swallow his human side whole. He wasn't feeding on the deer so Mindy could only guess he wanted her blood.
It would be not wise to move near a vampire in that state so she stayed put. If she ran William would only chase after her because she was game, then he'd kill her without knowing. Somehow she had to get him out of this state. She waited until he would approach her first.

Once William had laid the limp heavy body of the deer upon the ground, his eyes gazed down its body slowly, it was so innocent and now it lay dead at his feet. His eyes slowly closed, why was he feeling this way? He couldn’t even feed from the damned animal now! He was terribly confused inside, but so hungry at the same time, this was his purpose right? His destiny as a vampire, to feed off the living and be this monster, but he just couldn’t do it anymore…
Slowly standing straight, his long slender fingers brushed down his half dwindling open shirt slowly, turning to face the young beauty in the midst of the forest, Mindy. His face held a blank look, not much emotion shedding from the way his lips curved, or the way his brow laid, just, a blank look. His legs began to swing forwards as he made his way back to her, but his walk was quite mysterious? He even managed to step on twigs and branches without them breaking beneath his heavy feet.
As he drew closer, his eyes seemed to narrow and his fangs slowly perked out from under his upper lip, a soft snarl in the back of his throat, before he suddenly growled at her with a hard lungful of air and began to march towards her in a veracious temper. His shirt seemed to tighten around his abdomen as he tensed up his body, his bare chest open to the cold air seemed to go real firm and his neck bulged the dead veins in his body.
He knew she wouldn’t be able to run far, heck, he was only a matter of feet away, she didn’t have time to run – snapping his arm out with incredible flexibility his fingers coiled up against her jaw and his teeth grit real tightly as he spoke through them with heated anger “You wanted to see me hunt!? Get running…” he said angrily, pushing his hand off her jaw to step back slowly, trying to contain himself but, his grin told otherwise.

Mindy knew this would happen. William was bound to loose control over himself because she let it happen. She knew where he was now. He must have never tried to resist good blood when it was right in front of him. He had a long way to go before he stopped these foolish things. He needed training. He was a wild creature and it was Mindy's job to tame him. She did have to admit he was starting to scare her but she would not let this show on her face. Yet.
As William took those threatening strides toward her she seized a fat branch from the ground, and lit it on fire with a match. She waited until he backed away slightly to brandish it. Holding it in one hand, she took a step towards him. "Stop it William, don't do this. Remember what happened in the ballroom? Your doing exactly what your sire wanted you to do. Do you want that? Your telling me that you want to bite me? You'll regret it. You'll kill yourself for this." Mindy stepped forward again, aiming the branch at his stomach. If he attacked her he may hit the branch first.

William’s eyes glistened as the thick burning branch was hoisted out and held tightly in her grip, a slight laugh leaving his lips as he tilted his head at her, giving her one evil stare from his position. He listened to her words carefully, before she stepped forwards and lowered the branch to aim at his abdomen, as if that would penetrate him if he lunged forwards?
“A burning twig? Please, spare me the insult Mindy…” he said smugly and heavily, feeling quite insulted that she thought a burning branch would stop him? Although he didn’t show much emotion, he was fighting himself deep down to stay tamed, but it was hard, very hard and the fuel that angered him was the fact that she wanted to see him hunt? “You talk about things like you know me… Anyhow, what happened to the whole plan Mindyyyy? You wanted to see me hunt didn’t you!?” he said in a high tone, almost shouting at her in sheer anger, but he wasn’t totally angry with her, he was angry with everything… He had so much aggression built up inside him, he couldn’t bottle it anymore.
His fingers wrapped around the loose ends of his shirt and yanked it open with such ease, the buttons popping off to reveal his slender torso, so pale, smooth and toned. Stepping forwards he purposely allowed the branch to begin Singeing against his abdomen as the flames entangled up against his cold flesh. He twitched a little at the pain but kept his eyes on her. “Pain, you wouldn’t know that emotion would you, Mindy? I’ve had so much pain… You would never understand” his teeth gritted as he felt the burning branch against his abdomen heat up some, his body trembling as he looked to her.
Maybe William was being foolish? Or was he trying to tell her something through the beast inside him? Trying to get his word across to her, best he could. It was left to her decision, she could issue him with more pain or drop the branch and do like she said, tame him? William gave HER the option, the tables had turned into her favour on purpose.

Mindy held his gaze sternly, she would be just as stubborn. She expected William to be difficult but he was just being stupid now. What was he supposed to gain by pain? That was not the idea. Mindy quickly took the branch away and smothered the flames with her sweater.
"I know, William. You’re a vampire and it is in your nature to hunt humans. But it is possible to change. I know some who can resist. Resist now or I’ll get another match. It was very foolish to burn yourself, fire will hurt you," she commanded. Mindy had to get some sort of authority over William or he'll step all over her.
"Go ahead, if you want to bite me so bad then just do it." She knew what she was asking but she hoped William was more calm now, his chest probably hurt too.

When Mindy took the branch away a slight moan of disappointment left him? Maybe he wanted this pain to end, he deserved to be in hell, no one had seen his murderous past and he didn’t intend on telling anyone, words couldn’t describe it. If he could, he would redeem himself, a vampire salvaging their soul? That’s a new one, but maybe, just maybe it was possible perhaps?
He staggered back a little and patted his torso slightly, he wasn’t on fire, but boy did it sting! Any longer against that burning branch and he would off been engulfed in flames most likely, just lucky it was flesh on fire, not shirt on fire, otherwise he would of gone up in smoke a while back.
A hard gulp took to his throat as he looked to her, shedding a weak smile, as he spoke “Why didn’t you kill me Mindy?” he questioned, standing there, ignoring her offer on biting her, a free meal. He didn’t want to bite her, he was just asking for help in a strange way, a foolish way, pain, the only way he knew how to communicate now. “You had the chance to get revenge for all my victims, why didn’t you just end it?” he said quietly again, feeling the wind pick up a little.
Did she really care for him? Surely not? But it looked like it, considering she didn’t burn him to his grave. He seemed a lot calmer now she’d hurt him and showed remorse, mercy to him. It made him ache inside, like he didn’t deserve to be treated like he had another chance at life – but Mindy seemed to be pushing him towards it, becoming good… But if he did, agree to try and give it ago, he’d have to try and live that guilt once again, the guilt of his victims, the children of his victims and the injuries he caused to all those who apposed him. It would not be easy.

Mindy did feel bad that William was hurt, but it was his own fault. She didn't push the branch into his stomach, he did that himself. She couldn't believe what she was hearing either. Why on Earth would she kill him? She was trying to help him wasn't she?
"William, I don't want to kill you, and I never will. It was not your fault when you killed those people. You had to eat something and that's what vampires do. They drink blood. You didn't know better. I suppose you never tried to stop yourself before from feasting on human blood because it is a lot of work. Do you think humans should kill the lion for eating the rabbit? It's in their nature. And why are you looking at me like that? William, I do care about you. Why would I be doing all this? I have to be stern with you or else I’d be a free meal," she walked over to stand in front of him and gingerly touched the scorch mark.
"Your lonely, do you want to live a life amongst humans? I want to help with that. There is little time left for me as a human anyway too. When I become a vampire will you return the favor?"

William listened to her, standing quietly and silently, he got used to being part of the shadows, quiet and disregarded by others. His hazel eyes melted down her figure as he watched her, listening intently to every slurp and slip of word she dotted out from her perk lips. Language was a funny thing, he’d heard so many tongues from so many different cultures and backgrounds, yet, and they all sounded the same… Man and Woman were just… Man and woman. Countries and seas apart didn’t mean anything, in the end, they all thought and spoke the same and it was strange.
Her words didn’t seem to register for some reason, he found it hard to accept, someone caring for him? No one cared for him, not within two hundred or more years, it was a stubborn fact, what made her different? Was William being hard work, because he simply didn’t believe in emotions anymore… Was he one of these people that found actions louder than words? It seemed it and she soon clarified his theory as she came closer and touched his abdomen, sending a soft moan from his lips unknowingly.
His eyes widened for a moment as he looked to her, biting his lower lip to stare down upon her, trailing his narrow eyes over her features. “I do…” he quietly said to her question, living amongst humans, being normal again – or at least feeling human emotions again. He was tired of the murderous and blank ways now, he yearned to be felt, to feel, to be acknowledged that he was there for once.
Slowly he raised his hand up to her jaw, softly coiling his fingers up against her skin again, knowing the last time his hand was here, it wasn’t pleasant and he felt bad about that already. “Yes, I’ll return the favour, you have my word by that” he said in a stern, but gentle tone. He flesh was warm and inside, it made him feel warm too, knowing someone wasn’t fearing him for once… Someone who accepted him, put up with him and aimed to change him perhaps?

Mindy smiled, "then we shall continue. What I have planned next is a little extreme. Seeing how you acted just now, it may not be such a wise idea. Why don't we sit down and talk for a bit so you can recover?" Mindy slid down against a tree’s side and made herself comfortable.
"I know you don't like to talk about it, but maybe you could tell me a little about your history? You can say what you want. I won't ask questions," Mindy said as she crossed her legs. She was certainly tired. She noted the time for sunrise.
"William, if you can't get back to your apartment by the time the sun comes up you can always sleep at my place. I live close by. It's just a choice. Do vampires even sleep?" she wondered that for a while now. Did vampires sleep during the day? or did they stay awake and wait until the sun went down.

His eyebrow slowly arose at her sudden choice of words; she had something more extreme planned? What could get more extreme then wanting to see a vampire feeding? She didn’t want him to bite her and he took her word for that, he knew she had other plans, means of becoming a creature of the night – so what was this sudden plan of hers, which intrigued him greatly.
When she pushed off her feet and sat, he slowly stepped within her tracks almost, deciding to stand as his body slanted to lean against a tree, staying awfully quiet, just listening to her – like he were never going to reply? “So, you want to know some of my heritage?” he said sternly with his broad voice, biting his lower lip a little to think back on his history, wandering what there was to tell – there was too much to tell.
As he stood there thinking for a moment, his eyes laid upon her to hear her last uttered words. “Sunrise, oh blimey, I totally forgot…” lucky she’d mentioned it, he would have had to dug underground in a last desperate attempt of sorts, burying himself within the dirt till sunset – which would not be pretty, but it was something he could do out of a last resort. He’d done it before. “Yes, I’d love that, appreciate it” he said quite mannered with a soft smile.
A soft sigh left his lips as he shook his head a little to push off the tree he was leaned against, shrugging to say “I-I… Don’t know where to begin… What do you want to know?” he asked back, he wasn’t sure what she wanted to know about his past, it was deep and long, many events occurred because of him – did he dare share those with her?
