The car had arrived on Sevanni's schedule. The door opened, he stepped out. His well buffed shoes smacking against the pavement. He was far from his New York apartment, and wondering how Annabella was holding up. He would send for her later if given the chance. Damn! He hadn't even mentioned anything to the coven leader.
Sevanni shook it off and would wait until the time arose.
Looking up below the night's sky, Sevanni took view of the house. He was glad to be here, more than anything, his race was to be kept at all cost. He despised those traitorous vampires. Those filthy mutts. But he was on the verge of a breakthrough. All he needed was a sample of blood from the pack leader, and he would know for sure. Oh yes. He would know.
He let a breath of air escape his lungs before looking towards the door. He walked up the stairs, entered the house as his things followed behind. He always wondered how his belongings ended up in his room when he didn't see or hear anyone or anything.
He shook it off. He was in a safe house. For now.
He was greeted by two young girls, vampire bitten of course, enslaved here probably by the leader, or a minion of some sort. Sevanni smiled, enjoying their giggly delightful presence. He didn't take to kindly to blood dolls, but he usually dabbled in it. Blood dolls were like crack to him. One bite, and boom! Hooked. He stayed away as much as possible.
The girls eventually giggled some more, dancing out of the room as Sevanni watched them make a scene. They were quite entertaining. He would remember to have them sent to his room for a day of jolly meriment.
Through the long hallway, his steps left a scent trail. A large room just to the end, and he stood now in the living room. It was quite large, but then again, this was a coven house with many different vampires.
Now was the time for information. He had to make his way to the library to gain entry into one of the many passages throughout the house. This was the closest, and so he took it.
Hitting a special spot for the door to open, Sevanni stepped into the dark stone wall valley, closing the door behind him. Torches lined the wall, causing an earthy glow as they flickered on to his presence. He smirked snidely.
After moments of walking through tunnel ways and turns, he made his way to the end, according to his memory. He must have been under the family cemetary by now.
Pushing through the door he found something he had never seen before. The hide a way room. It was brilliant. Trees, plants, various snakes, and spiders crawling around. The walk way was a clear path, a nice shade of slate grey stone. Pushing through yet another door, a large room. The walls were dark cherry oak wood, very rich for his taste. He loved it. Leather chairs lined around the massive table. He noted where he wanted to sit during any meeting.
He knew that many of them wouldn't show up for a while, but he had to get his peek in. Explore the house. This was one of the most sacred rooms in the house, and he couldn't help but come to it.
He had noticed some of the paintings that hung on the wall yet he couldn't place it. Now, he thought again of Annabella. Why was he thinking about her? She was a freaking mortal for heavens sake.
He tried to brush it away.

In the Midst of darkness, Xavier step out of pocket of Blackness that spotted the Meeting room. Sevanni was smart enough to Know Xavier was already there, awaiting his arrival. Xavier silent stepped out to the oak table and took his seat on the End of the table. and folded his hands while smirking at Sevanni.
I see you have found the room with no problem, This is good.
Xavier spun his chair around to look at one of the marvelous painting decorating to wall. He couldn't help but note the flaws of Human artists, but ignored that for the time being. He simply sat back and admired the determination and hardship it took to create such stunning pictures.
Sevanni..Have you any word from our "eyes and ears" as of yet...
Xavier said slowly turning his chair to face him once more. A slight glint in his eye and a devilish smirk that revealed the tip of his beautiful whitened fang. He wanted to get right to business. Being the leader of The Coven, he knew everything. If there was something he didn't know, he would make it his mission to find it out at all costs. Xavier looked at Sevanni in curiosity, awaiting his response. It seemed something had been troubling him, or something had been on his mind. In all honesty, this wasn't the time to bring petty affairs into the Coven House, however, Xavier hated to see the Co-Leader at such distress.

Sevanni made a flawed expression. It was partially cunning, while still sexy and cruel. Xavier popping out of the darkness. That used to be Sevanni's favorite entrence. His age was catching up to him, in habit forms mostly. He tried to break them many times. Like cracking his knuckles loudly, or sucking his tongue against his bottom lip when he's aggrivated.
"How could I not?"
His quizzical expression dancing across his brows. Nearing himself to the table where Xavier sat. He noted his eyes crossing over to something to the walls. He was very intruiged by this. He brushed it off.
"I expect her in by nightfall tomorrow."
He said with a calm mellow tone. He hid his giddyness well. He was very fond of his mortal friend. He leaned against the table. Right hand reaching into his pocket before showing a finely rolled cigar. He smelled it, making sure it was still fresh, before addressing Xavier.
"Would you like one?"
Oh how generous. Not so much a smart ass though. He knew better. Even if they could joke in such a way.
"Of course, when she arrives, I will know a bit more. She's set up outside of the coven house of course. There's just...."
He trailed off, lighting his cigar now. He didn't know how such matters should be discussed. He needed to find out more before spilling it all.
"A situation has come to my attention. Something that is being investigated."
He withdrew some smoke.
"Nothing of grave importance at the moment."
Oh he lied. It may be of grave importance, but it was too complicated. He couldn't tell Xavier everything. Not just yet. He never found himself having to lie to the leader before, but this was different. He himself had committed a crime that had yet to be discovered. He needed more time.

Aubrey's heels clacked on the marble floor of the meeting room. She glared a Sevanni. It was bad enough that Xavier had sent her tailing the damn dog and the little traitor, but now she had to come home to this. She cut her eyes into a menacing glare before looking away.
She carelessly tossed her bag into a nearby chair as she slinked over to Xavier. She placed her hands on the back of his chair and looked down on him. "Hope I'm not interrupting anything." Her tone would argue otherwise. In fact, Aubrey would have relished in the fact that she was disturbing something Sevanni was trying to make a point of. Xavier had given her instructions and she was here to carry them out.
Aubrey didn't recognize Sevanni as being her leader, not even second to Xavier. She would follow only him, she would obey only him, but that was where it would stop. Nothing Sevanni said or did was of any interest to her. Aubrey picked at her nails in a bored fashion waiting for Xavier to speak.
Her eyes whipped back up to Sevanni as a dark grin spread across her face. "So Sevanni, I see that your foot has healed rather nicely." She brushed the hair away from her face. "I really don't see how a vampire who stalked away from a little human girl is going to do us any good." She laughed lightly. "What was that you called me dear Sevanni...A sodding harpie?"
Aubrey's laughter echoed through the room. She looked at him through piercing eyes. "Do you still think that Coercing with humans is such a huge crime?" Yes. Silly little Sevanni. Aubrey knew more about him than he though she did. Xavier had them keeping tabs on a lot of individuals. Nothing would sneak past them. Aubrey was just buying time until the right moment presented itself to announce her discovery.
Her brow raised and her grin widened. Sevanni had left her with the promise of finishing what she had started. She had hoped that they would be settling up there score sooner than later.

Xavier rested his hand on his head, leaning on the table, like a young, immature teenager. He sighed deeply as he heard the bickering back and forth and couldn't help but shake his head. He had sent Aubrey on a mission and he wanted her to come back and relay information, not bicker about old scores to be settled.
Aubrey..what of the law breakers..?
He said in a slowly melancholy tone, he was trying to get this situation handled quickly. He would know that there would be supporters of this Cause. It was Obvious. If 1 vampire thought this way, 100 would. Sadly, rule wasn't like it was before. If laws were like they were before, Xavier could take rule of all Vampires with an Iron fist, however there were the Rebels, and the followers. Those too stupid to follow what was more powerful. The traitors were those who were not strong enough to follow the strict code of ethics that Xavier had created. Those people would be killed.
Aubrey?
He said again waiting for her response, growing more impatient as the seconds went on.

Sevanni's eyes turned followed by his head. He couldn't help but hear the clanking sound coming across the floor. He hated that sound. It reminded him of mortals in tall buildings with marble floors. Click clack, click clack. Ugh! He noticed her cut her eyes. What the hell was her problem?
He watched her as she was rude and so disobedient. Didn't she have any sort of manners? Well, that was a woman for you, no matter how hot and dumb they were. He barely knew this being. How could she be so brazen towards him. Perhaps a lesson in manners would do her some justice. He kept his face calm.
Oh to her words he finally remembered. She was the one who... Oh this was madness. He was getting so very angry.
"See here you misfit wench. You have no right to speak to me that way you are. Haven't you learned by now, that there is no one else that can do what I do? As good as I do it?"
He smirked.
"Maybe I could prove it to you."
He quirked a brow. He really didn't want to beat up a woman. Well, technically she wasn't a woman. She was a vampire who needed to be put in her common place.
"You bitch!"
He shouted lowly. She had no right questioning him or any of his damn business.
"If you were so much to be involved in such matters, I would think to look deeper down the rabbit hole. "
Smart ass. He sent her a chilling look. Disgusted to even be in her presence.
Sevanni turned his head now to Xavier. He stepped in a bit getting off the edge of the table.
"She's talking about what I have under control. "
He snickered in her direction. He exhaled.
"My informant is a mortal."
Of course it pained him to let the leader know.
"She has information that belongs to the other side. Only, she doesn't know that she is helping our cause. She's told no one."
The last part he pointed out in her direction. Smart ass wench,
"She's helping me find the solution to our problem. And half the job is done."

A flash of enjoyment sparked through her eyes. Satisfied with the rise she had gotten out of Sevanni she directed her attention to Xavier. "They are lovers. Very droll lovers, but lovers none the less. He is sporting about her family crest." She picked up and fumbled with a small glass sculptor. "A large jeweled cross. Rather tacky, if you ask me."
Aubrey thought back to Oliver allowing the dog to place her cross around his neck. It sickened her. "Vladimir is following them further." She threw Xavier a cold look. He was going to let Sevanni speak to her this way, and that did nothing but fuel her fire.
Her faced softened and an amused look took place as she cast a humored laugh in Sevanni's direction. "You are so good that you have to have a human to gather all of your information. Your precious little informant." She emphasized the word, letting it roll of her tongue like honey. "And yes, dear Sevanni...Prove it to me. Just like you did in the park that night. Or maybe you just have a weakness for human girls."
The smirk faded quickly from her face and she looked up at him with dark overcast eyes. When she started to speak, her voice was soft and filled with a heavy threat. "I will speak to you how ever I please. I do not recognize your weak authority and dear Sevanni..." A sadistic grin curled her lips. "...If you continue to call me such terrible things then I will have to rip out your tongue."
She turned back to Xavier, giving him her best fake adoring smile. "May I go now? I have my own consorting to do."

Xavier massaged his temples and his eyes shot a violent, piercing look at both of them. The look itself was enough to cause a heart to skip a beat..If the heart was still beating. The look itself told the story of thousands of souls lost in the void of Xavier's darkness. Xavier arose from the seat and stood up, his back facing the both of them. He rested his hands in his pockets as he admired another, extravagant painting.
Aubrey, That is Enough. Sevanni is the Co-Leader of the Coven. He is to be respected as much as I at your current your level of Authority.
Xavier then walked over to a solid, Dark Oak cabinet and pulled out a fine glass and a bottle of aged liquor. He poured himself a glass and sipped away at the fine taste, inhaling the wonderful aromas, his back still facing the two.
With that being said, Sevanni..You can keep your "Informant" for the time being. However, when this is all done a team will be sent to dispose of her. Unfortunately, we cannot have Humans knowing of our existence and plans. No matter how loyal you believe her to be, she is still a human, and is not to be trusted. She was quick enough to give you information..What makes you think that she wont make the same haste to give the information to another? Our loyalties last with eachother. Ignoring the personal objections we may have with one another, we are still a family, and we must act as one, not as a group.
Xavier took another sip from his glass, allowing some dense power to be released throughout the room, showing the severity of his words.

Aubrey gracefully slid across the room. She didn't care what Xavier said or thought either. Relationships with humans were forbidden. Even coven leaders should have to abide by the rules. She would respect no traitor. When she reached Xavier she slid her hand across his back.
"Oh Xavier, don't worry." She took he glass from him and brought it up to her lips. Aubrey finished off what remained and cruelly smiled at him. "As of the moment my respect for you and Sevanni fall at the same level." She let the glass fall from her hand as she scowled at him. The glass shattered decorating the floor with tiny crystal tears.
She tip-toed around the shards and made her way to leave."If you will excuse me gentlemen, I have somewhere I need to be." She turned and looked at Sevanni. She blew him a kiss before fading into the shadows. I'll see you around, love.

OOC- Damn, can I catch up? lol. IC -
Sevanni frowned at her accusations. He had no choice but to speak up on this.
"This is insane. In love with a mortal? I have half a mind to be rid of you now if it werent respect to the leader."
He snickered once more. The thought of him holding something like that in his possession? Hardly.
"You could have gotten that anywhere. Check it for prints."
He said snidely. Chin held high. It wasn't his. He didn't house any crosses as he was most certainly beyond religious. But now she was stepping out of line.
"So she's a mortal. What of it? She works for a place that has information I need. Information we all need."
His face went to a whimsical feel and he smirked at Aubrey.
"However, I don't mind letting little disobedient peasants hanging from stick either."
Referring the the idea of her head on a stick. Not only the outside of his home, but as a centerpiece for his dining room table. Reminding them all of what would happen to them. Running their mouths like she was doing. But he held back his tongue, looking over at Xavier to calm this bitch.
He was pleased when he did so of his own accord. He grinned at Aubrey. He nodded when the Xavier gave him permission to keep Annabella in his hold. But he spoke up as he should have when it came to Annabella.
"She's trustworthy. For now. I haven't, and will not tell her any of our plans. I can assure you of that. "
His plans of wasting her like he was, killed Sevanni inside. He kept that hidden inside him. Making sure none of them really knew how he felt. There was just something about her that was so familiar.
"I will keep you posted of any news."
But she began to speak again. Causing a slight scene with the glass shatering across the floor. He grinned at her comments, annoyed still by her boldness. He watched her leave. Blow her kiss. If he had the opportunity, he would teach her a lesson of his own.
"She's a little much, don't ya think Xavier?"
He was quite serious. There was always one of them in a coven. A sultry female who thought everyone should worship her. He didn't like it much, but she was interesting.

A little much, Alot
Xavier said. He didn't care about Aubrey when she had her little spikes of rage. All that was on his mind now was the situation at hand, not childish bickering being silently screamed back and forth. Xavier didn't care where Aubrey's level of respect was for him, He could have her killed in the blink of an eye, but he withheld his own personal feelings for the time being.
She's nothing more than an Insignificant, childish, obstacle in areas that are way over her head. There is no need to worry about someone so unimportant at this point in time, Sevanni. Apologies for her Disobedience, perhaps after this is all over i'll give you a chance to 'train' her..
Xavier said slowly turning his body to face Sevanni. Aubrey did nothing but create problems and hardship for the serious issues at hand of the coven. There could a be a war brewing in the winds, and she was entirely to Close Minded to accept that fact.
Now, on a more serious note...What information has your informant been giving you? It's time for us to begin planning our methods of getting to the bottom of this situation.

Sevanni himself felt a little childish for joining in. When it came to women who didn't know their place, he was easily angered.
"No worries for now."
He brushed the topic off. But his intruiging offer was by far hard to resist.
"As far as that is concerned."
He took a deep breath, opening his jacket a little wider. Getting comfortable as he took a seat in one of the chairs. He looked at Xavier, however, he really didn't want to.
"I have been working on something. I know that there is a secret within the warewolves that has yet to be unleashed. "
He smirked.
"Sort of a defense mechanism for us."
He was quite proud to unleash this information.
"She says that there is some kind of....."
He tried to find the right words.
"I dunno. Apparently one of our kind has been consorting with the dogs. I told her it was impossible. The coven knows the rules."
He laughed a little bit before turning serious.
"But there are other things."
He leaned forward a bit. Eyes looking around. He wasn't sure if anyone else was still within earshot.
"She told me that someone has done something to a mortal. Something that is gravely forbidden. Said she had proof. Well. Of course I investigated. But nothing has come up thus far."
He put his hands up.
"Now I can't tell you what it is, because I don't need the country to burn to the ground when you get angry. So....."
He stood up, adjusting himself.
"Why don't we just say......the situation is being fixed as we speak?"
It wasn't really a question. He had divulged more info then he was willing. He knew that Xavier would have the highest confidence in him. But he was going to be rid of the mortal anyway. With or without his say.
