Ah, summer. Host of... nothing interesting. Leo's face furrowed with frustration after having spent well over five hours looking for something interesting to do, and with his stoner of a brother fast asleep back at the house, he was quickly becoming an uncontainably belligerent pain in anyone's ass. With a smirk, it quickly became clear this was exactly what he wanted.
Finally, he struck gold. Simply walking down the street, he spotted an angry looking dude coming the opposite way, and proceeded to knock him as hard in the shoulder as possible without breaking it on their crossing. "Watch where you're going, bitch," the man offered in the supportive tone all them "thugs" seemed to have. It was about as 'supportive' as a brick to the face. Turning slowly, Leo glared daggers into the man's ugly mug, and as his lips split slowly, only one phrase could be heard to slip from his mouth above the bustle of the walkway.
"Let's be friends."
The look of incredulity on the dude's face was so great that you'd think someone had just told him that he was the Boy Who Lived and if he didn't stop Sauron immediately, the world would be in danger of assault by invincible flying monkeys. His thirst for shameless pop-culture references sated, Leo then spread his arms and said "C'mere, gimme a hug."
"You some kinda faggot, son?" The guy offered, and Leo did not reply. "I said," he continued, "You some kinda fuckin FAG?!" Finally, Leo sighed and dropped his arms. "You're too uptight," he responded, "You need a hug."
The click of gun on belt buckle came to his ears at that moment, and only seconds later he felt the cool pressure of a gun's barrel on the underside of his chin. "And you need a 22 nosebleed, bitch! What the hell's your problem?!" The look Leo gave him was colder than ice, and was even sufficient to make the dude stop in his tracks for a minute. He was obviously about to say something, but Leo quickly silenced him with the look. "Don't make me hurt myself," Leo said calmly, raising a hand to the man's wrist.
Seconds later the dude was on his knees, gripping his wretched hand and howling in pain. His werewolf-like strength, coupled with years of working out made breaking the dude's wrist a simple task. "See what you did? Now I think I sprained a finger." The dude had no reply, but the commotion growing ever since the gun saw light had formed a ring of people, mostly idiots and other men (*rimshot*). Curiously, Leo wondered not about the oncoming fight, but if there was anyone better around. Now that would be interesting...

This night had held no excitement for Audri. She wandered the streets, searching for just the right person to drain; She needed to pay her rent and needed a corpse to rob. She turned onto Hollywood Blvd, pulling her hood from her head and shaking her hair loose. She stopped, glancing around slightly, her vampiric senses waiting for anything that could give any idea of something to do.
Her hearing picked up something, just down the road. She looked; A crowd of people at this time of night? That, of course, couldn't be anything good. Audri picked up her feet, walking before quickly jogging to the group. She pushed her way through; God, was that a dog? She gave the scent a moment longer before the werewolf registered in her mind. She growled a bit. What was it with people making a scene?
She pushed out of the crowd. There was a human, kneeling on the ground, and a werewolf, twisting his wrist. Audri sighed; Men. Of any race, they all had to prove they could be a big pain in the ass. She smiled a bit, realizing she could be just as bad. And she was about to prove that, tapping the werewolf's shoulder gently, yet forcefully, with her finger. "Pardon me, sir," she said, reaching down to remove his fingers from the gentlemen's hand. "I do believe you're hurting him."

Perhaps it was just the prospect of seeing a free fight that drew people ever forward to watch the two fight, or in this case to watch a big hairy dude beat the shit out of some thug with one hand. Either that, or it was because Leo had unwittingly transformed into a werewolf. As he noticed the thick fur on his arm, he shivered, scratching an itch nonchalantly in the arm when he felt a strong pressure on his shoulder. The scent floating through the air made it even clearer than the 'tap' that whoever was behind him was powerful like he was, even befor ehe turned around to see a mere woman behind him.
Something about her, something he just couldn't place, seemed to make the hair down his spine stand on end. It was a sensation he hadn't felt before, nor one he could see a feasable reason for, and yet he still knew that there was more to her than met the eye. "Not really," he responded, his voice rough and deeper than normal, "He's just blown away by my awesome deals. I can get you the cheapest weed this side of Chicago." His little quip made, Leo then realized the awestruck crowd was still around. Shooting a dirty look in some random direction (as they were surrounded), he let out a throaty growl and, like clockwork, the crowds scattered with screams and other various kinds of chaos.
Ahhhh, chaos.
Their meeting now private, Leo continued his statement to the woman, his voice still carrying the echoes of the recent growl. "By the way, I'm kind of new around here, but there's something weird, something evil about you I can't seem to shake. You.... wouldn't happen to be an insurance salesman, would you?" OOC: Fyi, he's never seen a vampire before, which is wh he's such a n00b. :0

"Not really, He's just blown away by my awesome deals. I can get you the cheapest weed this side of Chicago."
Audri smiled, his sales pitch made. She didn't care for the stuff. She shot a look at the crowd as he growled. Apparently the puppy was scarier to them than her; They all took off like a shot. She refocused her attention. He was still somewhat human, she noticed, taking in the mass amounts of fur that had shown up with his anger. Hmm, he's not well with control.
"By the way, I'm kind of new around here, but there's something weird, something evil about you I can't seem to shake. You.... wouldn't happen to be an insurance salesman, would you?"
She stiffled her laughter as he growled through the statement. Seriously, a sales person? No one in their right minds, at least not that she'd met, would be out at this time with that career. She shot him a smile. "No, no, I'm nothing like that," she said quietly. "I can guarantee I'm a bit scarier than that."

The situation was strange enough already, but she was somehow making it even weirder for the wolf-man, which was clearly shown by a quizzical look he shot her when he heard her further remark. With a smirk, the hair on his body slowly began to shrink away into nothing but a well-groomed beard and his scraggly hair. Nearby, the dude that he'd been beating the shit out of continued to moan, although by now his cries were a bit more subdued, which made it easier for Leo to tolerate them. Even so, it was annoying. Turning to look at the man, he offered a hungry look, enough to make him scramble to his feet, leaving his gun and the watch he had taken off his ruined wrist on the ground in favor of getting the hell out of there.
With a short laugh, Leo turned his attention to the girl again. "That couldn't be possible," he said light-heartedly, "Unless you happened to work in the fast-food industry. Those guys are demons." He shivered visibly, but it was clearly just a joke, considering that it was warm enough to make him a bit uncomfortable in the hoodie he had draped around his form. "Anyways," he continued only a moment later, offering a hand to her, "My name's Mick Fitzgerald, pleased to meetcha."
