Can We Move?

Are we free to move between the three cities? I mean, not just randomly *poof* I teleported from London to New Orleans, but if we do it a tad more realistically can we? I just want to know before I make a profile.
Another question. Can I add an "appearance" section to the bio? I'm not a big fan of using actors/models or anything for the appearance of my characters because I have a vision of them, but it doesn't resemble anyone.

Yes, of course you can. You can't just poof, like you said, but you can move.

And you can add an appearance section to the bio if you want to, just make sure you have all of the other stuff too.
