LR The dark sky outside was claoked with the lights fromt he city. Leonia sighed. She so much preferred the natural lights of old times. Her brown hair, so smooth and well-trained, fell around her shoulders delicately. As she stepped soundlessly into the club, her head held high, her eyes looked around for signs of meals. She smirked. She ahd only just arrived and she was prepared to cause mayhem. She walked past clusters of people and took her position in a darkened corner. Her hands, gloved as they were, clasped before her. She stood perfectly still, and one would hardly notice her whereabouts if not for the deep red dress she wore. And yet...
I hardly suit this environment. I hardly suit any of this.
Such were her thoughts as she roved her sight through the crowds.

Grace moved carefully through the bar. Her boots barely making a sound as she stepped through the crowd. The plane ride had been tiresome however the day long rest in the hotel had been much helpful, and much needed. She now looked refreshed. She wore tight black jeans and high heeled boots that laced up the back. Her black corset was tight under a thin leather jacket. Her hair was in gentle waves as always, pulled into a style reminiscent of the 1940's. Her crimson lips curled into a smile over pearly white perfect teeth.
As she approached the bar she took a seat on a stool and motioned for the bar tender. "Sidecar please." Her accent stuck out. It was fluid and soft. She slipped the man a bill and spun on the stool to survey the room. There was nothing of interest to her. Humans moving about together, She sipped her drink.

Intriguing...
Leonia stepped forth, the first movements since her stillness. She moved to the bar and sat delicately on a free seat. Her dress was still from the 1800's, literally and preserved well, and although she was cleverly hidden, she stood out.
Vampire...
The one word came as a hiss as her eyes focused on the newcomer. She slid forward and stood near enough to her so that words could be heard. Although, a human would not hear ehr from this distance.
Interesting hairstyle... Anyone wearing it would be over sixty years of age.
She grinned wickedly.

Grace sipped her drink, her eyes closed as the woman hissed her words in her ear. "Really, that's flattering, anyone wearing that dress would be well over 200." Her green eyes shifted to the woman's face over her shoulder. "Though it is exquisite." Her mouth twisted to a smile.
She pivoted on her stool to face the woman. She was young looking, though her demeanor and style was a dead give away to the well trained eye. She narrowed her eyes and sipped her drink once more.

Leonia chuckled, a lovely sound yet it was cold and overall unusual.
Forever twenty and nine years. However, the eighteenth century is my own. Two hundred and twenty-three years of age.
She grinned yet again, something she did often for one who was quite "moody". She pondered a thought a moment, scrutinising the woman before her.
And how amny years have you walk this land?
Her head tilted to the side, and her long locks went with it. She no longer smiled. In fact, her features wer blank but for her cold stare that were the only things of her bodily features to show her age.

"One hundred and twenty three yes this past Thursday." She lifted the glass to the girl and took a sip. Her accent seemed crisp, her face with its gentle features smiled.
"Exactly twice my age, how intriguing." She grinned, for her this was not a foreign gesture. Her face is rarely not smiling.
"However I am forever 18. A curse for sure."

Ah, yes. Eighteen years...
Leonia recalled moist air and horrid atmosphere...
I remember it well. So many years ago...
She hung her head, ashmed of showing such weakness.
I lived in New Orleans for many a time. It... wasn't really a grand place."
She raised her head high once more, and her eyes warned the woman to say nothing more about it.
You are quite young, then.

"Young yes, Ni eve no." She glanced at the woman. This creature beside her was very beautiful, she was truly an image straight out of her past. It was pleasant to see that, yet at the same time, the woman had an unease about her. Grace couldn't put her finger on exactly what it was.
"I've spent the majority of my 'life' in London. I was born in a town not far from there." She gave her a gentle smile.
((ooc: sorry that took me so long))

Leonia inclined her head, showing respect to the first statement.
'Tis understandable. With age brings experience. After a century or even half that, one tends to lose the more innocent views.
She chuckled.
Although, it is sometimes enjoyable to watch those who believe in better things.
To the second remarks, Leonia raised her brow.
Interesting. I have been to London but once. 'Twas not as enjoyable as few toher places.
