Madison clutched Sophie close to her. She had taken her to the movies and had run out of money to get a taxi cab. She decided to walk. After the one night, she didn't want to go on the streets anymore. She shuddered remembering that night.

Sophie wiggled in Madison's arms. "I wanna walk mommy." Madison held her closer. "Not yet, baby. When we are out of the park." Sophie whined and kept wiggling. Madison sighed and put Sophie down. "Now stay near mommy."

Before Madison knew it, Sophie was running through the park. In the dark! Madison yelled for Sophie but Sophie just kept walking. Omg. Sophie. Where are you?Madison looked through the dark, hoping the creatures of her nightmares werent real.

Adam Vagus strolled through the park and smiled as the cool night air blew against him. He'd always perferred the cold to the heat. Heck, he kept his house a frosty 61 degrees year round.
As he neared the park fountian he saw a little girl running towards him with no parent in sight.
What kind of person would let their child do such a thing? he thought. Walking up to the girl flashed a firendly smile and asked, "Are we having fun little one?"
