Landon enjoyed when he got the chance to write about amusement parks. It meant he got free admission. Down side? Hours by yourself, under the hot sun, add in crowds, screaming children, line ups that took up three hours, and ridiculously priced food and souvenirs.
Landon was at the park at opening time, he had on a black t-shirt, and a pair of faded out jeans, his sneakers were black and worn, he wore dark sunglasses as he walked through the heat. He stopped under the shade of a tree with a park map in his hand, today, he was at Canada's Wonderland. He had to write a article about their newest ride Behemoth. He decided to head there first. Beat the line up.
Well that had been the plan anyways. It seemed there were hundreds with the same idea running through their heads. Landon sighed, it was going to be a long day. He stood in line bored, it was worse since he was alone, no one to talk to through the hours of line ups he would have to endure.
