Tara came out of where she had been staying, which was a hotel in New York it was raining all day and it hadnt stopped until just recently. The sundown time had already passed though and night had already half fallen so it was safe to say that it was ok to go out. Tara, today wore a black pants and red shirt that had a bunch of numbers in white. She hadnt been the fan of math when she had been in school but she thought this was the only thing she could get wet if it started to rain again. She had spent the whole time inside watching soaps but now that most of her TV shows were over for the day, she thought she'd walk around a bit before coming back and eating. Tara's hair was a mess from laying down on the couch so much and she hadnt bothered to tie it, oh well. She quietly sang as she walk around "let me rest in peace"

Giselle took herself a flight to New York City. It was a good one, whenever she got hungry all she had to do was call someone over. They came quickly to assist her and she found blood that wasn’t French tasted different.
She decided to do the thing those mortals call “see the world”. She had this crazy idea that it would make her feel better after all that’s happened in France. She’s never been to the United States, only heard of them.
When she got off her flight it was morning. She was careful to stay in the shadows as she maneuvered over to the limo that she called ahead for. She could travel in style and the windows were tinted. Not to mention her dinner came with it.
Once she got to the hotel she would be residing at for the time being until she ate the residents of a mansion she liked, she checked into the penthouse. Only the best for her. She debated ordering room service but decided she’d been pampered enough, it was time to go hunting.
Americans sure had some strange ways, Giselle observed as she passed drug dealers, hookers, and the occasional bum looking for spare change. New York was a filthy place, not at all like her prim and proper France. She missed home but she would force herself to stay.
Another vampire on the streets caught her attention. At least she could maybe help her. So far all she’d seen was dirty blood. “You! Vampire who seriously needs to get her hair done! Where can I find a place that’s not so – well disgusting?”

Tara jumped. How the other person knew she was a vampire, was no one's guess. "Uh are you talking to me?" she asked that was stupid question. "oh of course you are...well there's a hair salon about..." she counted. "three four blocks down...down THAT way...the last I checked I dunno I never do my hair if I can help it I like to leave it natrually" she explained as she turned and began to walk again. "I know, I should go...but I follow you like man posessed" She sang as she walked away. She didnt want any trouble the last time she had encountered someone it was at London and they had dragged a young girl wanting her for a meal well...lets hope that didnt happen here or else she knew she would go for her athame or worse...her gun that was in her pocket. She wasnt at all the innocnet person people percived her to be. But she was innocent on the most part that if you didnt harm someone that was going about their busniesses and not causing harm to anyone, she was fine.

Giselle just stared. What on earth was this vampire talking about! She was babbling so much and it made no sense whatsoever. “Who ELSE would I be talking to, you incompetent vampire! What is wrong with you! What do you mean there’s a hair salon down a few blocks. Why would I ever want to go to a salon? I meant is there a place where I can hunt humans who don’t have cocaine flowing through their veins! I’m hungry! And you would do well to not leave your hair natural. If that’s the way it looks then I seriously would consider not going out in public!” Giselle snapped.
She was a very cruel vampire and she was not afraid to speak her mind. This newbie of a vampire was quite stupid. So far all vampires in New York were quite stupid. They had no sense in style other than black and combat boots. She couldn’t even count how many piercings and tattoos they had. How disgusting. She would only wear designer clothes made by the best vampire fashion designers there were in France. In fact, nothing in her mansion back in France was human made, it was all done by vampires who actually had style.
She watched the vampire walk away while singing a ridiculous song. Giselle was not about to let her leave without saying something about that. Giselle grabbed her wrist and forcefully grasped her shoulders to make her turn and face her. “Why are you singing that song! Buffy the Vampire Slayer! Give me a break! Worst show ever made! They make vampires look like such monsters! I am nothing at all like that! Listen here girl, you really should take my advice!”

"ok in case you havent heard" said Tara as she was starting to get quite irritated. "its a free country the usa...and I wouldnt mess with me if I were you cause unfortuently I like what i';m singing and I dont care who the hell hears it" she said as she pulled herself away and was standing a few feet away from the other one.
She than walked away as she didnt like to be the victim of people being rude to her. She than realized there was someone else around. It was a vampire guy...he had a woman hostage. She was apparently human and he wasnt and he wanted her blood. This snapped Tara around and her anger became her modivation as she ran at the vampire with a stake. She staked him and than freed the woman. "You can stop struggling now...here go..." she said freeing her and pushing her a bit. The woman didnt give her a backward glance as she was very scared. She ran, and Tara watched her go. What that other vampire was thinking was no one's guess but Tara knew one thing for sure...she knew that she didnt like it when Vampries took advantages of people. She started singing again but a differnet song.
"Now I'm bathed in light...something just isnt right" she sang to herself as she reversed her way back. She didnt want to meet up with that unfriendly vampire again.

OOC: In this RPG, vampires can’t be killed with a stake. This is taken from a thread which states a vampire’s abilities:
Giselle’s sculpture perfect eyebrows raised in surprise. Would you look at that, the vampire had nerve! Giselle didn’t think she had it in her. She was frankly impressed to a point. She reminded her of -- well, herself.
However, what the vampire did next was so ludicrous, it was quite appalling and obscene. Giselle watched in utter bewilderment as the vampire cantered toward an innocent vampire trying to eat and jab a stake into his chest. Giselle was perplexed, she was aghast, she was horrified, she blanched if that was even remotely possible and her mouth hung agape. She couldn’t seem to be able to close it.
And then the vampire just freed the unfortunate vampires dinner like she was performing some rescue, and it got away Giselle took one step gingerly, shaking a little for she had never seen such a display from a vampire, even from an animal eater for that matter She advanced to the vampire with the stake protruding from his chest who looked as petrified as she did. Giselle jerked the stake out and wordlessly handed him her handkerchief. They were both at a loss for words as the vampire mopped up some of his own blood.
“I’m terribly sorry, I didn’t know she was that deranged,” Giselle said in a quiet voice. “I’ll fix her, you don’t have to worry about her anymore,” she said trying to be convincing. A mortal passed them and gave the two vampires a confused look upon doing so. Giselle snapped her hand around the mortal’s neck. She passed out instantly. She tossed the human carelessly, and effortlessly into the other vampires arms who ran before Tara could see, and started after Tara.
She had to handle this vampire with care. Giselle felt she owed it to her to teach her everything she knew. She didn’t exactly know why, maybe because she couldn’t stand looking at an animal eater and she felt all vampires must be like her. She couldn’t be rough with the girl, she had a feisty attitude. Giselle knew that by the end she would see it her way.
“Wait up ” Giselle said as she skipped to her side. “I never got your name,” she said in her fake sugary sweet voice.

"What the..." Tara stopped singing as she saw that she was following her. "Can I help you with something else?" she asked as she looked at her. Her blond hair still flowing cause of the wind. She had no idea why she had started helping humans it had been so long since hseeh ad been one but than again, she knew that her mentor would've wanted it and he was dead thanks to her. She owed it to him to protect inncoent people and not go around doing thinhs other people found fun such as eating human blood.

Giselle swallowed back a few words she desperately wanted to say such as, you maniac! How could you stab your own kind, and, wow you really need help, or your shoes are pretty ugly. It took everything she could muster not to say anything, and it was hard. She bit her tongue and drove her long nails into her arms.
“Um, hem hem! Yeah! Er, ok,” was her failed beginning. She really was not good at this, acting and talking nicely to a vampire slaying creep. “I, uh, wanted to ask you why...” you drove a stake into a vampires heart was how she wanted to end that. But she didn’t. Giselle made a spectacle of coughing and clearing her throat. Her face was reddening and the sweat was starting to come pouring. “Doyouwannagetadrinkorsomething!” she screamed quite fast and hysterically that even she didn’t understand what she said.
She couldn’t bring herself to say it. She couldn’t bring herself to be near this vampire. But she made a promise to herself! She must for the safety of her kind. Giselle swallowed hard just then realizing then that her throat was as dry as the Sahara.
“Do. You. Want. To. Get. Something. To. Eat,” she finally managed to say slowly but twitching after every word. “Um, a rabbit... or something?” she forced with an apparent gag. Disgusting! Animal blood! But drastic times called for drastic measures. But animal blood! Her stomach will be very agitated after tonight, she just knew it.

"sure" she said as she half understood what was being asked of her. Slowing down, she fell into the other vampire's steps so that now the two were walking side by side she was still singing halfway but she couldnt stop herself it was all she did. "I didnt think anyone would be out here...no one ususually is...." she murmered more to herself than to anyone. Her phone rang and she picked it up. It wasnt an alarm it was a call who had gotten ahold of her number she wasnt sure. The ringtone was the buffy themed. She picked it up. "Blessed Be can I help you?" she asked whoever that was. She listened for a moment before replying. "Uh...yea..the...the funeral...I'll get there..." she said as she knew who's funeral it was. She knew that he had a family and his family had been much of her family as anything else. She swallowed hard to bite back her tears she didnt need to cry. She shut the phone and put it back in her pocket.
