Adam roared with laughter at Gabe's stupidity. The fool deserved what he got. Turning his full attention back to Addie as he began dancing again he kissed along her jaw bone and said, "Looks like the fun's about to start my dear. What say you and I go sit down and watch." Without waiting for her response he lead her to and empty chair just a few feet away from where they were and sitting down pulled her gently onto his lap. "I hope it doesn't get too rowdy though. We don't want unwanted attention now do we."

Aubrey glared at Gabriel. Just when she was sure that he couldn't show anymore stupidity she went off the rocker. She stepped in toward him and pulled her fist back. Before he even had time to blink she punched him.
Her black eyes watched him fall to the floor. She hissed loudly. "I am no one's anything to control. Especially no one's little bitch." [/i]She spit the words out at him. It took her a moment to realize that Addie and Adam had retreated to a nearby booth.
She rolled her eyes as she stepped over his body and walked to the bar. She was pissed off that her night was ruined. She glared at the female werewolf as her fist tightened. Now, she just wanted to pick a fight. One had to stumble upon her and ruined her good mood.[/size]

Addie wiggled excitedly on Adam's lap. She loved when Gabe got what was coming to him. She watched Aubrey walked back to the bar. She grinned as she curled Adam's hair in her fingers. "Aubrey has one hell of a right hook."
She laughed as she said it, now studying Shaden. Gabe wouldn't go down lightly. he hated being rejected. She turned back to Adam. "We wouldn't want to be noticed." She pressed her mouth against his, probing his mouth with her tongue.
She pulled away, lust glittering in her eyes. "We could go somewhere more private." She smirked as she dipped her head in to take his ear into her mouth. |

"Later babe," Adam said lowering his head to kiss her cleavage, his hands roving all over her body. "I want to see how this turns out. If it gets too hot we'll just sneak out to my place and really get to know one another."
Although he wasn't interested in a fight, Adam didn't believe in ditching his friends during battle. This Gabe character seemed incredibly dense and intent on a fight. Sure Aubrey could handle herself well, especially against a human. However, there was always the chance of an upset and if that happened Adam would be ready, and Lord help Gabe if he tried to hurt Addie. Adam was beginning to like her, maybe she'd be another of his 'adventure partners.'

Shaden smirked again. Aubrey really knew how to take care of herself. Although its not like its much of a challenge. The guy was human. But even so, Shaden was ready for anything this fool would try. He didn't like people talking about Aubrey like that. However a club wasn't the greatest place to start a big fight. He stepped over him and walked back over to the bar by Aubrey. Though he continued to glance over at him every few seconds. "He reminds me of Chloe." He whispered by her ear, "He always attempts to get everything he wants."

The tension eased from her body and she giggled. Shaden really shouldn't be so hard on Chloe. She grinned at him. "Chloe isn't so bad all of the time." She leaned against him.
Aubrey notioned over to Addie and Vagus. "I would introduce you to Addie, but it looks like she is alittle preoccupied." Aubrey stifled a laugh.

Addie squealed and giggled when he pressed against her breast. Any other night and she would have ripped his face off and wore it as a mask, but she was playing nice tonight. She didn't want to be so damned hostile all of he time. Besides, for a wolf, he wasn't so bad. Why shouldn't she get to have a little fun?
She entwined her fingers into his hair and pulled his forcefully to her mouth. the kiss was hard, bruising, and overzealous. When she pulled away she bit into his lip, drawing away the tiniest amount of blood. She purred against him as she sucked it away.

"Why thank you my dear," Adam said smiling. "But I don't like that rough stuff so don't do it again." He said this with a voice full of authority, as one who fully expected to be obeyed. Gently pushing her off him he stood and said, "I think we've waited long enough beautiful. I've just got a question to ask Aubrey then we'll go to my place and have some fun."
Walking up to stand beside Aubrey Adam pulled a small business card from his pocket and laid it on the bar. On it was his name, address, and phone number. "I have a favor to ask of you Aubrey. I want you to give this to Colette please and tell her to call me. I haven't seen her since we three last met in London and I screwed up badly after you left and want to make it up to her. Mind doing that for me?" Adam wasn't begging but spoke as a friend asking a simple favor from another friend.

Aubrey smiled at Adam and took the card. She handed it to Shaden and motioned for him to put it in his pocket. She was rather hoping that Colette would have been here with Adam. She nodded. Of course she remembered their last interaction. She smiled softly. That had been some time ago, where the hell was Colette?
She hugged Adam quickly. "I don't mind at all. I'll track her down as soon as I can." She smiled softly and pointed at Shaden. "I'm sure you remember Shaden."

"How could I forget, he was the only one to get his ass kicked worse than I did," Adam joked. "Although he took it more as a man than I did. I acted like a child and lost my cool. Not a good thing to do in a fight. Name's Vagus," he said nodding to Shaden. "I'd say that Aubrey's told me all about you but I can't."

Shaden took the card and without really looking put it away. He finally looked away from Aubrey to Adam. Oh yeah. He remembered him. Normally Shaden might have had a problem with what he said but he knew it was pretty much the truth and plus Adam had been trying to help save Aubrey. And because of that he respected him in some way. "The numberer's were uneven. It was a fluke that I lost." He said joking back, and smiled. Well kind of joking. Shaden still remembered all the shots he took to the chest. That had hurt like hell.

"You said it my friend," Adam said looking to all the world like he believed Shaden even though he didn't. He'd seen how the vampire had just stood there and let himself get shot after that other corpse, Max something, had joined the fight. Oh well, what was a white lie among friends?
"Well I got to get going," he said to them both. "don't want to keep my lady friend waiting too long." To Aubrey he said, "Thanks Aubrey, you have no idea how much this means to me. See y'all later." With that he walked back to Addie and offered her his arm. "Shall we?"
