Amyrose walked up to the counter. She ordered the largest coffee available. Sure, it did nothing for her, but it tasted good. The aroma alone brought back many good memories. She was glad to find a 24 hour coffee shop. She added her cream and sugar and sipped, relishing as the hot liquid rushed down her throat. She noticed another girl in the shop. Might as well introduce myself... she thought to herself. She wandered over to this girl. "Hi," she said. "I'm Amyrose."

Bella turned to the girl and smiled. "H-Hi Amy rose. I'm Bella. Would you like to sit with me?" She sipped the coffee in her hands and blushed. She put the cup down keeping her left hand on it as her right hand went to her face moving a few locks of hair from her eyes.

Amyrose smiled. "Sure." she said as she sat down. "So..." Amyrose said awkwardly. She was terrible at small talk. "What kind of coffee are you drinking?" she asked. She sniffed the air subtly. A human? she thought to herself. Well, at least I just ate, so no temptations...

"It's black. I like my coffee strong." Bella smiled and blushed as she noticed the girl sniff the air. "Is something wrong?" She asked a little perplexed. Bella sniffed the air too trying to mimic what she had just seen. "Is it me?" Her face turning to a half-frown.

"Erm, no.... sorry, just... um... really like the smell of coffee....." Amyrose mumbled. Stupid, stupid, stupid! she thought to herself. "I've been drinking coffee as long as I can remember... how about you?" she asked. Small talk was always so hard for her....

"Oh." Bella giggled and blushed as her hair fell in front of her eyes. "Um, ever since I turn 13." Bella smiled and puta hand on the table. She stared at the girl's eyes and wondered. Her foot accidentally tapped the other girl's foot. "Sorry."

"That's okay," Amyrose replied. She took a long drink of her coffee. She noticed the girl staring at her. "What's wrong?" she asked. "Is there something on my face?" She brushed at her face a bit with her hand.

Bella giggled and shook her headly slowly. "No you're just very pretty." She blushed and sipped the last of her coffee. She wiped hair back around her ear and sighed. "So what did you have planned after this?" Her eyes wandering to the girls eyes, lips, and hair. Too perfect, way too perfect.

Amyrose smiled and blushed. She had always appreciated compliments. "Thanks." she mumbled, finishing up the last of her coffee. "I was probably going to order another coffee and then wander around town a bit." She twirled her hair around her long, pale finger. "I'm kind of a night person," she said.

Bella smiled as she listened. "Would you mind if I payed for this round of coffee?" She blushed slightly and looked away trying not to get caught in her eyes. "I'm a night person too." She giggled softly and bit her lip. Her head was spinning with all kinds of different thoughts. She tried to decide what her next move would be.

Amyrose looked at this girl. "Sure, if you want... Thanks," she said. No one had ever offered to pay for her coffee. It was certainly a surprise.

Bella handed the waiter a 50 and smiled. "Get her what ever she wants." She smiled at the girl and waited for her order. "Don't worry it's on me." She played with her hair as her teeth dug into her lip a little more. She wondered how the girl would react if she asked to join her later tonight. Her heart quickened at the thought of having a fun time tonight. She hadn't been out for along time.

Bella giggled at her comment. She flipped her hair and smiled. "Ya I have an apartment here in New York. How about you? Are you from around here, or just visiting?" She loved chatting with this girl. She only hoped that she wouldn't turn her down now.

"No, I'm just visiting... I'm actually from London, but I travel a lot," she answered. She took another long sip of her coffee. "I really like it here. Something about New York is just fascinating! I love the sights and the sounds. It's very busy here."
