Lilith Harpur took another sip of coffee, the liquid was nice and hot in her throat. She set down the cup and looked down at her watch. It's already half past ten. Lilith groaned, as she crossed her arms across her chest. I can't take this anymore, I'm so f***ing tired!, she then thought to herself. She is about to ready to give up and call it a night, but deep down, she knows that she needs to study. The art history exam is on Monday, she needs to be prepared for it.
Then, her stomach began to growl. She quickly glanced all around; hoping no one heard that. But there's nobody else in the library. Of course, it's past ten. Everyone else, they're probably out partying since it's Friday night., Lilith mused to herself. Everybody is out having fun, and where is she? Cooped up in the library, studying.
A soft noise pulled Lilith away from her thoughts, she looked around her again. It's probably just the wind, she concluded. She turned back to her textbook, flipping the page. One chapter down, three to go; Lilith thought to herself, heaving a little sigh.

Wedensday walked towards some big building. She had no idea where she was. She walked over to a big window and looked inside. The light blinded her for a second. She looked inside again. It was a libary. It didnt look like there was anyone there. She smashed a whole in the window, as quietly as she could, big enough to get her hand thru. She opened the window and climbed in. She walked around for a bit, but then saw someone. It was a girl, who was sitting alone. The girl had a book in front of her but didn't seem too enthusiastic about reading it. "I only know that too well" She said. She then realized she had said it out loud and hoped that the girl hadn't heard her. She backed away a bit and walked around, still observing the girl.

Lilith looked up when she heard someone's voice. Her heart was pounding within her chest, as she glanced around her. She saw no one. But I could've sworn...., Lilith thought to herself. And as she went back to her textbook, her phone vibrated, almost scaring the crap out of her. Lilith pulled it out of her jean pocket, wondering who's on the other end. She sighed, seeing it was her brother Luke. "Hey Luke, what's going on?" she asked. "Just got out of work, do you need me to come pick you up?" he replied. "Uh, I don't know. I still have some studying to do." Lilith said. "So, you can study back at the apartment too. Or do you want to be alone in a library all night?" Luke commented.
She heaved a big sigh, rolling her eyes. "And come on, you're probably starving by now. Am I right?" he added. Just then, her stomach growled. "Yes." Lilith answered. "Well then, we can go grab something to eat. You need a break, Lil. Your brain needs some time to recharge, and so do you." Luke said. Lilith rolled her eyes again. I hate it when he's right., she quietly thought to herself. "Okay, fine. I'll meet you out front." she finally replied, as she hung up. Lilith slid it back into her pocket and started to pack up her stuff.

Wednesday watched as the girl packed up her stuff. She smirked and walked up behind the girl. "Boo" She said while standing right behind her.
She had always enjoyed surprising people like that. Everybody had a diffrent reaction to it. Some didn't seem to notice it at all. Others got scared like she had put a gun to their head and pulled the trigger, but nothing had happened.
She especially enjoyed surprising humans. They were always so easy to have some sort of effect on. She wondered what this young girl would do when she realized who was standing behind her. 'An english vampire who got lost in new york' She almost laughed at the thought. She kept a straight face and waited for the girl to react.

Lilith got out of her chair, her messenger bag rested upon her shoulder. She pushed the chair in and was about to grab her coffee, when someone behind her said "Boo." Lilith gasped, spinning around to see a girl standing there. "Oh, you scared me!" she softly exclaimed, clutching her hand to her chest and slightly shaking her head. She turned her head to see that she spilled her coffee.
The lid came off, and now warm liquid is slowly spilling over the edge of the desk and onto the hardwood floor. Well better on the floor than on me, Lilith mused to herself, turning back to face the girl. She's still there, staring.
