Touring London with a Friend(Lars!)

[Ellie]

His eyes were directed upwards to the top of the brick building they needed to scale. He eard her questioning voice.
"I said it wuld be easier to get around without all the people if we go up there!" he said motioning up to the roof. "And we can see where we're going at least!" he grabbed her hand and started to go up the first flight of steel, rickety steps.

Tala followed Lars with a bit more understanding of what they were doing. She stepped lightly on each rusty metal step scared that one may break. Lars pulled her along and she stayed only a few steps behind him. She hated the sound they made as you stepped on them, it sounded like a totured squeak, and sometimes it sounded like the nails holding them togther were grinding up. Tala thought to herself, They have to least keep these safe enough that humans can get down them in an emergency, right? She looked at the steps for awhile then looked back in the direction Lars was pulling her.

[Ellie]

"We're alomost there", he reasurred her as they made it over the top flight of stairs. Lars placed his hands on the flat roof. He pulled himself up to the hard stable surface and stood up straight.

"Nice view..."he muttered stairing off into the beautiful view. He could see all the tiny lights of the city, shining of under the dark sky. Cars rode through casting long shadows on the passerbyes. He could see there first destination only a view blocks away. The clock tower.
"See...I told you it would be better!"

Tala jumped up onto the roof after Lars pulled himself up and she walked over to stand at his side again. She looked over the city, it was beautiful from the rooftop. She could see the clock tower taller then everything else framed by the black sky and a few stars that had come out. She smiled at how pretty it was, she had lived in Paris for awhile which was also beautiful, but London and Paris were different types of beautiful. She watched the nightlife beneath her, it played like a movie.

[Ellie]

"You ready he smiled", he streched his hand out to her. "I want to see it from up closer. Or from the summit!"

Tala looked at him confused again. She moved closer to his side and wrapped her hand in his. She looked at him with questioning eyes trying to figure where they were headed now. Did they have to scale more buildings, she thought to herself and smiled, And he calls himself laid back.

[Ellie]

"What I meant to say was.." he said as he walked over to the egde of the building. "We need to make it over to the clock tower. I want to see what everything looks like from the top...of the clock tower!" he smiled triumphently. "All we have to do is jump the buildings! It's that easy!...for us."

Tala laughed as she followed him to edge of the building. Most of them were close enough that athletiv humans could probably jump them. Tala dropped her hand from Lars hand and took another step closer to the edge. She jumped over the edge and landed on the next buildings edge, a bit closer to the clock tower. She turned around and smiled st Lars, "You are so slow!" She laughed and waited for him to make it to this building.

[Ellie]

"NU-UH!" he yelled immiturley over to her on the other side. He hopped the building and made it over gracefully without error. "I just let ladies go first. It's just polite!" he said with a smug smile. "And plus...I havebetter form that I wanted you to see."

"Oh yeah your slowness is so polite." Tala grinned, "And if you so caught up with form then I'll meet you at the clock tower...tomorrow." Tala laughed and raced across the building and jumped to the next one. She spun around quickly to stick her tongue out at Lars immaturely and then continued towards the clock tower. She jumped from building to building quickly never messing up even just a bit.

[Ellie]

"NO!" he laughed as he chased after her eagerly. The world went into a blur as he jumped through to structers. His feet never stopped for more that one step between each, he took extra long leaps, sometimes skipped a buildind entirley. He caught up with her and retuturned her mocking geture with his tongue. He didn't move forward though, he stayed by her side at her pace as the jumped the building togather getting closer to Big Ben with every leap.

Tala smiled when Lars caught up with her and she jumped from building to building and stopped on a dime when they reached the edge of the building next to the clock tower. She leaned over the edge and looked at all the people enjoying the site of the clock tower. She looked over at Lars then, "Do you think they would be able to see us?" she asked quietly, she hoped they couldn't see them, no one would expect for people to be on a roof.

[Ellie]

"Nah, I don't think they'll spot us", he looked up at the direction of the moon. It was opposite of them which means they'd be hidden inside the shadows of the tall tower. "Come on!" he said as he began to scale the monumental structure. There were little catches in the tower that made it easy to climb. He could justt imagine the view from up there.

Tala jumped onto the tower and raced up it, not having to be careful. she made it to the top part and then waited for Lars to go all the way up. She smiled at him and laughed, "So this is what it feels like to be taller than people, always looking down." She grinned.

"Cool!" Lars squeaked. He'd never been tall. Most girls stood above him in high-school. So that really sucked. "I laugh at your smallness!" he said dominately to the people down below, not loud enough for them to hear him from the hights though. He walkeed around the stone edge to come face to face with the clock hands. At random the bigg hand moved a little causing him to jump back from where he stood as much as possible without tumbling down. He looked back at Tala , "That was a little scary..."
