Con watched as she ran out of the bathroom. Thoughts began to flood into his head. This may be a bad idea Con. You know how your kind can be, the first minute they are your friends hell even your lovers in some cases. Then BAM! They're trying to kill you and set your apartment on fire with you in it. We've been down this road before Con. Just be careful from here on out, you like to live you know.
Con laughed at that last bit as he exited the bathroom and into the crowded bar yet again. He glanced to his right to wards the bar and saw that his guitarist had indeed began to get lucky with the "Hoties" at the bar.
He pushed his way through to the door out and breathed in the fresh air as he exited. He turned his head and saw the beauty leaning on the bricks of the wall. "Lead the way lovely" He handed his arm out to wards her to take and smiled brightly to wards her.
"So, How far is your place from here? I enjoy a good walk now and then, and I want to draw out this night as much I can"

Just as Fayth was beginning to wonder if he had decided against accompanying her to her apartment, he appeared in the doorway. She did her best to appear nonchalant, like she wasn't excited to have him as a companion on this long and probably lonely night. She accepted his arm with a smile. That was definitely not something she was used to, but would love to get used to.
"It is just a few blocks from here. I like to walk...much better than being crammed in a cab or trying to navigate these crazy streets in your own vehicle." She shook her head at the thought. "I'm just not used to it yet, I guess. I used to live in a really small town...this is so crazy compared to where I came from."
Memories of her not-so-distant past flooded her mind, but she pushed them back behind the flood-gates where they belonged. No sense in thinking about that now.
Fayth's eyes constantly flitted to the shadows, wary of any danger that could be lurking within. It had only been two years since that night, and the fear hadn't left her yet. Even though she was a vampire and didn't have anything to worry about, old habits die hard. She had been a human, and getting over being human was much more difficult than it sounded. Hell, it even sounded hard.
She led him down the sidewalk, boot-heels clicking along the concrete. It was busy, and she had to be careful to not run into the humans that bustled along their way. "I just have an apartment...it's nothing fancy really, I hope you don't mind." She was suddenly becoming self-conscious about her home.

Con smiled as he listened to her speak. He loved the conversation as the last one he really had was just about new lyrics and finding new ways to improve they're songs. He walked at a regular human pace, finding that he really enjoyed her company. He didn't want to just lay with her and then be on his way as soon as night broke. He wanted to wake up by her after this. He frowned to himself about this thought. He hated being tied down, but this woman had ensnared him the moment he laid eyes on her, how queer.
Con clung on her arm more firm as she mentioned her living in a small town made the big cities more uncomfortable for her. "I understand completely, When I was human I was a fisher for my village on the Shores of what is now considered Italy. After the Eruption of Vesuvius and our conquering I had to get used to the life of being a slave for masters i had no love for. That is when I was taken into the night. I dint remember much after that, just that I decided to sleep for a long time. Next thing I know some kids come and bother the cave I slept in. I know completely what you mean."
He laughed at his ridiculously long story and how he didn't mean to delve that much about himself to someone he just met that night. You need to stop that Con. Remember she could be the enemy in disguise. He scolded to himself.
He look down at her with another smile on his face. "What about you Fay? Where were you from, what was life like when you actually had one?"[/color[
