"To tell you the truth, Sevanni, I'm not really sure what I'm doing here." Slight disappointment filled him. If he wasn't sure, what was the point? Sevanni watched him as lips moved and paused. Had he been nervous? Mad about the space between them that it took to get to the house? "I mean, the whole way here all I could think about was the night we met, the way it felt when you bit me, and how... how I just wanted to feel that again." Ahhh, the feeling had flooded the boy almost as bad as Sevanni had a sudden acquired taste for the boy.
A mortal like him had features that an immortal like himself could admire, and he had. The sound of his voice paired with his looks, but as usual, Sevanni wanted to know more about him than what he already knew. There was the basics of his bio which had come to him in a manilla envelope.
His brows quirked, intrigued by what he had said. The way it felt. Feel it again. It was a rare thing to find such a human like him. Someone who sought it out. The pain, the withdrawal of his blood. Did he even have a clue as to what Sevanni was? A glimmer of a sick little smile rose over Sevanni's lips as his eyes turned to view those hazel's and listen to him as those lips moved.
"I should hate you for what you've done to me, but I don't. I can't." Lids lowered slightly, his hands were unmoving, as if he didn't have the will to move them. Eyes moved toward his lap, those clothes he wore and later his torso before looking back at his face. "Instead all I can think is how I'd do anything to feel that again." Finally Jace had mustered up the courage to look at him.
A parted half smile was given with closed lips holding back percussions of chuckles. He was lucky he was in a good mood that night, it had been a rather restful day. His hand made a motion, the remote was brought raised to the television, and he muted the speech made from the actors. Setting it forward on the coffee table and leaning back sideways against the back of the couch.
"Is that why you have come?" He half turned his body so that he could look at him full on, his knee rising in front of him, bent as it rested on the soft fabric of the couch. "So you can feel your life start to slip away?" An inward smirk and those eyes, curiously looking over him. It was rare to have people just admit stuff like that to him. Not to mention come to him in such a way that Jace had.
His left hand moved out, taking a soft yet firm hold of his hand and motioning his hand upward as he leaned in. Thumb rolling over that little vein that pulsated within his wrist. Eyes moving from hazel eyes toward the blue visibility through soft flesh, imagining his heart matching melodies.
He could have continued talking, but that wouldn't stop him from moving his wrist across lips and letting soft mortal flesh be kissed there where his vein had been. Seeing if he tensed. It would hurt more that way, maybe it was best not to bite him there. He pulled his wrist away from his lips, pulling his arm so Jace would move his form toward him and face him.
"Have you a clue as to what I am?" Perhaps he asked around, unsure if he had asked about him. Heard any rumors. "Or know that I could take your life away rather than let you live?" More questions to add to his internal conflict. Then he had let his hand go. Leaving it to drop before him and seem as though he were already bored.
"What is it you want Jace?" Asked in a hollow drum tone. Michael Lingt could talk on the television all he wanted about some mass crisis across seas, but it was of no concern of his. He didn't start the war, not that one anyway. No. The mortals had been responsible for this one, and Bush had been the starting point. Sevanni knew that he should have killed him sooner than later, but of course, people would once again ask questions about another president losing their life and vanishing like the last one had.

"Is that why you have come?" Jace tried not to be overly aware of each move Sevanni made, but he made it hard when he turned on the couch in order to observe him fully. The atmosphere here was truly interesting. Indescribable. He couldn't deiced if he should be nervous, relaxed or just slightly comfortable. "So you can feel your life start to slip away?" He felt the blood drain from his face. Well, he really hadn't thought of it that way, but yeah, that's what happened when Sevanni bit him. He took a little bit of his life.
He sat there, motionless as he thought about this. Over and over the new realization repeated itself in his head. Taking his life... little by little... his blood.. what would happen if he took too much? Finally, he slowly shook his head. "I don't care about that." The words came out slowly, as if he was both saying it to Sevanni and to himself. Trying to make them true. He should care. But if he only took a little each time, then what harm could that do?
Sevanni's left hand moved, taking his hand, and Jace sucked in a silent breath, wondering what he was doing. He looked at him, attempting to read his expression. To see what he was thinking about. His thumb was moving over some vein in his wrist. His heart sped up. Was he going to bite him? Even if it was on his wrist, he didn't care. He didn't care about his life slowly slipping away. Everyday he lived was pure chance. Life was not a guaranteed thing on the streets.
Jace swore his heart stopped for a second as lips were pressed on his skin, on the small little vein. He didn't tense. He wanted to tell him its what he wanted. That he should just bite him and end this torment that was raging through him ever sense that night. His arm was pulled, he had no choice but to obey and turn his body to face him, now looking at him fully just as Sevanni was looking at him.
"Have you a clue as to what I am?" Well of course he had a clue of what he was, but the rational part of his mind didn't allow him to fully except it yet. It was too... unbelievable. Jace had gone to college, for a grand total of two weeks, and one of the classes had been on Vampirism and its influence in society. It had been interesting enough, but not so much to fully keep his attention. That class, however, was the only reason he'd ever considered Sevanni might be a vampire. "Or know that I could take your life away rather than let you live?" He gave a half hearted smile, "I'm sure you could, but then, that's true with almost everyone I meet on the streets. The thought of death doesn't scare me. Not anymore." He hated the way he just dropped his hand, as if suddenly too bored, and didn't even dare to touch him in case the boredom increased.
"What is it you want Jace?" It was the same question he'd asked him the first time they'd met. It seemed only fair that he get asked that now, considering it was Jace coming to him instead of Sevanni going to him. "You said before, that you could give me more then what I have now, that you could change the way I live." He pulled his hands into his lap, "Well.. say I'd be interested in that. What would happen?" Yes, he realized he was kind of answering a question with a question, but it couldn't be helped, although, there was something else. "And, I was thinking sense your a.. vampire and all, that you could change me?" He looked away, "I don't mean right away. I could work for you or something or just be a blood-bag when you need it. Anything. I honestly don't care." Jace looked down at his hands, worried for the first time sense he'd walked up to the gate.

"I'm sure you could, but then, that's true with almost everyone I meet on the streets. The thought of death doesn't scare me. Not anymore." Considering his words Sevanni had lightly smiled to them. He knew that living on the streets now a days consisted of many things. Much of which was cautious heeds to other people and what they were capable of. Sevanni had made a good amount of people who they were today by taking them off the streets, but Sevanni felt deep down inside that Jace rather liked being a dealer. A dealer in his own neighborhood.
"You said before, that you could give me more then what I have now, that you could change the way I live." Jace pulled his hands into his lap and Sevanni watched his movements. Every action he made was watched. "Well.. say I'd be interested in that. What would happen?" The curious minds of mortals. Intriguing.
What couldn't he do or give? "I could give you a permanent place to live. A warm bed every night....never wanting to need anything. And even as you roam the streets wondering who will come up to you for a buy, you will always know inside yourself that you can go home, have food in your stomach, not have to worry about anyone coming after you." He had influence with the police in the New York districts, and that mean...."No cop would ever bother you.....Free to do whatever you like." Was it something he wanted?
Sevanni had a habit of taking people under his wing when he knew there was something they could provide for him. Jace's blood wasn't one of those commodities, but it was an offering that he would have gladly indulged in.
There was a pause and before Sevanni let out anymore words Jace had spoken up once again. "And, I was thinking sense your a.. vampire and all, that you could change me?" Ahhh, so he did know what Sevanni was. Of course it was the only viable option. People just didn't go around biting people and drinking their blood.
Slight irritation rose within him at the mention of changing him. Surely the tri-pod would be pleased with his continuation of forming blood bonds and turning others to be apart of him. Imagine the army he had if all his children had combed together. Infused mortals turned vampires, and even if England came crashing down on him and his domain, there was a whole line of Sevanni lineage out there that could overpower them all.
He had half an urge to attck him so they ended up on the floor. Hand to throat and threaten him never to speak such a thing. But he was half way there to the right path. Sevanni did want to turn him. He wanted to change him and keep Jace the way he was forever. With such perfection in his finely sculpted form, how could he not?
His lips pursed, thinking in his head rather than out loud with random words. "I don't mean right away. I could work for you or something or just be a blood-bag when you need it. Anything. I honestly don't care." He was slightly pushing it, the little quip about being a blood bag, that had been the worst, only because Jace already was, he just didn't realize that Sevanni didn't need his permission.
There were very few places in the house where violence was allowed and it had been in the lower levels of the house. He wouldn't break out of his own rules just to show the kid who he was dealing with and why such words were slightly appalling.
Then out of nowhere Sevanni let out a chuckle before he laughed inwardly. Sevanni moved to stand, walking over to the french doors and tall windows overlooking the backyard. Thinking to himself about what it was he should do.
"Would you like something to drink Jace?" He turned half way to view him, looking over features and forgetting that he was in fact a mortal, and mortals, unlike him, needed things like that. One little buzz and he could have anything he wanted.
"I often forget that you all need something to eat and drink." Spoken as he moved back around toward Jace, however it had been on the opposite side from where he had first walked. Though the idea of turning him had never left his mind, now that he knew he wanted it, could he make him wait? Could he offer him a last meal and take him into the darkness where his own soul had resided?
"It was late, late for the mortal there sitting on his couch, how he had gotten there was a mystery, and he would rest on the thought for a bit. He looked so worn out, as if he had spent the entire day walking around New York without a care but grew more angry by the minute he hadn't made money.
What was his life like? "We can not go out in the sun." Spoken as he sat on the edge of the coffee table so he was knee inches apart from him. "We do not eat or drink like you do, and if I turned you....." His brows furrowed some to the very idea. Wanting to snicker at the thought of him not indulging in humans. Nix had been lucky enough to choose the right path or she'd be locked in a room with nothing but mortals until she ate one of them or all.
Kind of like, eat your vegetables or you don't leave the kitchen table until you do.
The option of feeding off of anything but your own kind is intolerable. Not forbidden, but intolerable and frowned upon. Although, fledgelings who had derived from Sevanni had never gone against their primal instincts to feed from mortals. His blood had been far too strong for that will to hold back.
"You will see things so much more clearly, and you can continue to do what you do now, but I don't see the point." He nearly chuckled at the thought. Would he still continue to deal on the streets? Earn a living that way rather than feed off of Sevanni? Not that Sevanni minded of course, he always took care of his little ones, but this kid.....he was so full of determination and independence. It was hard to get a read off of him.

Sevanni had not seemed at all happy about his words. Figures. When he was out on the streets he had the ability to talk to anyone and say just what he meant, and could even threaten someones life and still be smooth about it. But he was having trouble showing that same smoothness to Sevanni. Maybe it was because he was intimated. It was the only reason he could come up with. And why wouldn't he be intimidated? The guy was a fucking vampire, and he had this huge place, guards, and who knows how many other vampires lived there as well besides the two he'd seen when he first came. It was only right if he found himself acting a little different at the moment.
And the guys he'd gone and talked to the night Sevanni had bit him hadn't helped either. Saying they didn't know much expect that it was best to stay out of his way. To avoid him as much as possible. Their warning, however, had clearly been dismissed, and he wasn't at all sorry he'd come here, although now he was starting to think it was a little too soon for another encounter with him. A little late for that though.
"Would you like something to drink Jace?" He was tempted to ask for alcohol. Anything strong enough to just let him relax and stop thinking so damn much. However, anything strong enough to make him relax would probably make him talk more and then he'd end up saying something he'd really regret. "No, thank you, I'm fine." It wasn't really a lie. He wasn't that thirsty, and if it came to the point where he really needed something to drink he'd ask. Jace wasn't one to sit and wait patiently when he needed something.
"I often forget that you all need something to eat and drink." How convenient to not have to eat all the time like he and the rest of humanity did. Sure would have saved him money and time had be been a vampire. He couldn't remember how many times he'd gone hungry in the beginning because he didn't have the money for food or the skill to steal anything. Of course he was no longer faced with that problem. Jace really had no problems at the moment other then trying not to piss of too many of the wrong people and end up dead.
Jace sat up straight, his back no longer touching the couch as Sevanni moved from the window and walked around toward him. He wondered if he would get to leave from here. He assumed it was kind of a bad thing that he knew what Sevanni was but he hadn't seemed worried about that. And not that he really thought about it, why would he be? Who the hell would he tell, and who would believe him? Besides, it probably wasn't best to start rumors about Sevanni, even if people didn't believe him. Jace rather liked being alive.
"We can not go out in the sun." He thought as much. At least some things about vampires were true. Jace wouldn't really be bothered by that. He preferred the night anyway. All the best or rather worst people came out at night. Sevanni sat down on the edge of the coffee table, his knee was surprisingly close to touching him. It was difficult to sit still and not move just a little so they were touching, even if it wasn't skin on skin contact, anything would be fine with him, but he stayed very still and concentrated on what he was saying instead.
"We do not eat or drink like you do, and if I turned you....." If he turned him.. what? What was he going to say. Jace turned his body more so he was better angled toward him. He waited for him to finish but he never did. And he wasn't' going to ask. No way in hell was he going to ask. He probably didn't want to know anyway. Some things were simply better left off unsaid.
"You will see things so much more clearly, and you can continue to do what you do now, but I don't see the point." Huh.. what an interesting thing to think about. Well he wouldn't have to keep working on the streets like he did now, but... it was all he knew. It's what he was best at. He wondered if humans could get high or whatever on vampire blood. If he were to sell his own blood. He would have to remember to ask Sevanni that sometime. Also, he would need to drink human blood so couldn't he simply bite his buyers? Kind of like a payment. He would take their blood in place of money. It really wasn't such a bad idea actually. He wanted to say something about his little idea, but was just a little afraid of saying something else that would annoy him or get him upset.

He relaxed. Within himself mainly. Forearms resting just above the knee as he slumped. Not a common thing with Sevanni that was for sure. A defetous smirk on his lips. "Not very talkative are you?" He could have huffed out a breath if he could. Well, he could, but he wasn't going to. Usually humans tended to talk far more than they should have. Often he had to calm Ixandra down when she was there because she talked too much, but this one.....he hadn't so much as spoken a vowel.
"What would you like?" A simple question. How was he to move on without knowing why he was truly there. Why he had came all this way. Aside from the whole, feeling of that burn inside of him. He must have been a masochist. Not that it was opposed. Sevanni was most obliged to give the buy pain and make him learn how to let it build and build and build and then release in one good swift action. He really had to stop thinking about Shaden. It was kicking his ass. If he could have gone back and erased that night.......Maybe he wouldn't.
So he asked. He had to ask. Maybe a trip upstairs so he could be hung from the ceiling brackets and whipped into an unbearable submission that he himself could never think of. Let him run wild on the grounds with his little ones pouncing about. It would have been nice to watch from the upper balcony.
His eyes let loose to claim name to his own. Watching how his face reacted to words and silence. Wanting to get inside his soul and find out what he was actually made of. Some magical property that had yet to be discovered. For some strange reason he was drawn to this one. Jace Vaux. What an odd combination that made everything worth the wait.
Sevanni didn't want to wait. He wanted to ravage him with fangs purged into his flesh to withdraw life's element. Taste him again and again all night until he couldn't stand it any more. Now that he thought of it, it wasn't as if he ever told him he could come and go when he chose. If Sevanni wanted, he could have taken up the boy without so much as a thought and kept him there until he was good and ready to be let go. Deserving. How cruel his mind was to play with a mortal like that. Mental submission was a fun act, but it wasn't practiced like he was a dictator.
I know it's short, I'm a little out of it. So i owe you one.

"Not very talkative are you?" He smiled, kind of half heartily. Sevanni only knew the type of things running through his head. It was a good thing vampires couldn't read minds, though he had heard they were very good at reading expressions, so he tried to keep his face relaxed as much as possible.
"What would you like?" Jace sighed, and leaned back against the couch, and raised his legs up to rest his feet on the coffee table. If Sevanni didn't like it, then he could tell him. He kept coming back to the same thing. What did he want? The question this had been worded a little differently but it meant the same thing. He crossed his arms loosely over his chest. "You keep asking me that. Don't get me wrong, I understand why, but really I'm wondering if there's some secret answer your waiting to hear from me." He knew people like that. They would ask you questions already knowing what they wanted to hear, and then grow upset when they got a different answer then what they had in mind.
"I've told pretty much everything, though I guess when you put everything together it amounts to one simple thing." He hadn't been looking at him, but now he did, turning his head toward him, and his gaze slowly slid down his body and then back to his face. "I want you. Which is strange because I've never actually wanted another man before." He shrugged, "Sure I've looked before, and had a few temptations, but I've never acted on them. So to say that I want you is a little extreme for me." He smiled softly, and then looked away again. Not wanting to hold his gaze at the moment more then actually necessary. Almost embarrassed. No, he wasn't embarrassed about the answer, but rather having to admit it. Jace hadn't wanted to admit that to him, not knowing how he would take it.
"How many other vampires live here with you?" It was a random question, and he wasn't really sure where it had come from, he'd had just felt the need to ask at least one question. It was an awfully large place, so knew knew there had to be other here besides the two girls. It was a good thing to know how many other vampires were here so he could watch out for them should Sevanni not permit him to leave. He wouldn't want to go wandering into the wrong places or run into the wrong vampire and lose his life when he was so very close to immortally.
Actually, if Sevanni didn't turn him, then maybe he could get one of the others to do it. However, Sevanni might get upset by that so he quickly chased the idea away and out of his mind, hopefully forever. He didn't want to upset Sevanni. He was his key to a new life. And possibly a longer life. He'd give anything to become a vampire. Now that he knew they were real it was practically the only thing he could really think about. And at this moment he didn't want to be turned by just anyone. Sevanni seemed important enough. Powerful. Of course this was only a guess based off everything he'd observes so far about him.

"You keep asking me that. Don't get me wrong, I understand why, but really I'm wondering if there's some secret answer your waiting to hear from me." This time it was Sevanni who heartily smiled. Not quite, but of course mortals were always hiding things in their psych, a little thing he learned in the early twenties. Why would Jace be any different? After all, he was mortal. "No.....No there is nothing else I suppose...." After all, good things came to those who waited, and Sevanni had all of eternity. "I've told pretty much everything, though I guess when you put everything together it amounts to one simple thing." A quirk of the brows to this small suggestiveness he so delightfully was about to share. "I want you. Which is strange because I've never actually wanted another man before." Oh if he could have sighed. Was it something about him the read off 'Homosexual'? Maybe it had been because of what happened with Shaden, did he walk a certain way? Were their vibes? Not that our dear Sevanni was opposed, but it was a thought that would sit there for a short while. "Sure I've looked before, and had a few temptations, but I've never acted on them. So to say that I want you is a little extreme for me." There was that rambling mortals did. He could relate at the moment. It was what Sevanni wanted to say to Shaden, but of course being who he was those words would never leave his lips for as long as he could muster holding it in. However; Sevanni did smile and he sat straight on that table. Wondering if the boy knew it was rude to kick your feet up on furniture. Perhaps he would suggest he take his footwear off. Or just get his feet down period. "How many other vampires live here with you?" Ahhh, a question before Sevanni could make a statement. Which was a good interruption considering the need to get away from that topic. No. He wouldn't speak on that so soon. Sevanni's hand moved over to one of his ankles, lifting it so that it rested on his lap, pulling off one of his footwear and leaving him in socks. Doing it to the other without letting him protest. Perhaps Sevanni would teach him manors. Mmm, a good little time they could have with that lesson. "There are the twins, Marcus whom you have already met, Emiste, Darien, and my newest edition Nixie. He had mentioned vampires. But he didn't mention mortals or any other kind of specie to speak of. Which led Marcus's woman, Ixandra he had let go, as well as Andrea. He had an eye for Kira, whom he would want to be around more often soon, but she didn't live in the house. It wasn't as if he would knowingly let Jace play over the information. The more and more Sevanni thought about it, the more he was liking the idea of keeping him to himself. Keeping him in that house. If not forever, at least for one night. He'd gotten rid of the girls and took the boys. After all, the were much more heartless and cruel, just the type of vampires he needed, and rather liked. Of course there was bad blood between them for a short while, but after talking things through, the boys had conformed to Sevanni. When the last foot fell over the table, Sevanni had made it a point to move forward with legs matching his. Woven in and out over one another with equal portions. His palms pressing against the fabric of the sofa as he let his body move closer and barely against Jace's. "Would you like to be the seventh?" Oh, the seventh sin of that which he had consumed. A mortal commodity that would go nice with his collection. More useful to him of course. A long running thought that had yet to be executed til now. But he wouldn't mention that. Not now. For now, he wanted to see how much balls Jace really had.

His eyes watched with mild amusement as Sevanni's hand grasped his ankle and lifted it onto his lap, and then removed his shoe and then doing the same to the other. He didn't say anything, but he was fighting back a smirk. Obviously Sevanni had a thing about shoes being on the table. When his parents had been alive, they had tried to teach him proper manors, but that hadn't stayed with him. He liked to do things his way.
"There are the twins, Marcus whom you have already met, Emiste, Darien, and my newest edition Nixie." Six other vampires. Just in one damn house. He figured the twins would be those two blonds he'd seen before. That was quite a number. And that was just vampires who lived here. What about ones that didn't live with him or other humans that he'd taken an interest in like he had Jace. He should have found himself afraid or at the very least a little nervous after this bit of information, but he wasn't. He smiled, "That's really cool." Such a human thing to say. That's cool. To him it was. Now. Before it would have freaked him out. However, Jace wasn't one to be easily scared or chased off.
If he had found out about vampires some other way, like had he observed another vampire biting a human, yes, he would have been freaked, and he would have ran. But he wouldn't have left New York. And he still would have gone right back to the same place to keep selling, knowing that the vampire could still be in the area, that he could decide to make Jace his next meal. It wouldn't have mattered. Jace didn't back down, and he didn't get chased from anywhere he wanted to be. And at the moment, he wanted to be here. So the idea of six other vampires hanging around was nothing to him.
Sevanni moved, his body moving closer to his, damn near pushing up on him, his body practically on top of his. Jace's swallow was probably audible. He was so freaking close to him. Was he just trying to be cruel because of what he'd said. He knew he shouldn't have said that. Sevanni would probably use that like a weapon against him. "Would you like to be the seventh?" He heard the words, and froze for half a second. Was he for real? Would he change him, here, now? A slow smile moved over his lips, "I would love to be the seventh." The seventh vampire under Sevanni's roof, under his power. He didn't care what number he was. He just wanted Sevanni to bite him. To die and come back changed. Stronger. He would learn to live with the faults. Like never going outside during the day. Or having to deal with a strong blood lust for a awhile. At least he'd heard young vampires had strong appetites. Though he could be wrong. You couldn't learn everything through movies or stories.
The only part he would really hate would be having to be trained. He would have to be taught how to hunt, how to use his new found strengths. He was so use to being the best that it could cause a small problem. However, if he was aware that he was acting up, then he should have a better chance of controlling himself. And he would try. Oh he would try very hard. He wouldn't want to do anything that might make Sevanni regret his decision of taking any interest in him. Jace didn't know what he would do if that happen. He'd been shoved into this world, and now he couldn't get enough of it. Couldn't get enough of Sevanni.

"I would love to be the seventh." He didn't just say like, he said loved. Which meant one thing. He wanted to not only be in his wraps, but he wanted Sevanni to make him something that he had done most recently. Oh how he could smell his breath. The scent wafting over to his nose as they remained so close. Sevanni let his knee move up and onto the couch.
Adjusting to the comfort of the mortal. Letting his right hand slide over Jace's chest and run along the underside of his neck moving toward the side where his thumb rested over his Adams apple. Watching those eyes to see what read between them.
Sevanni listened to his breathing. Gathering the sound of his heartbeat and listening to the warm blood that flowed through those untainted veins. Untainted because as far as Sevanni knew, no other vampire had sunk fangs into him. No one but him.
He took in his scent. Breathing him in and making it obvious he was doing so. Oh Sevanni had such a deep infatuation with mortals. Everything about them made him feel alive. As if he could connect with their souls somehow on certain occasions. The last taste of Jace had left him feeling hollow. Not so much like it had been with others both mortal and immortal, but this had been tremendously different. Like; breathing pure air and sensing the soft hint of feathers brush along your skin.
He felt.....compelled to him.
"You will be the door to new opportunities." He spoke it so low. As if in a whisper as his cheek pressed softly against Jace's. Not giving him a chance to ask any sort of question about the remark but let the pressure of his fangs rip through and bring his mouth over Jace's skin.
He had cut through skin with a sense of ease, yet it was strong and you could feel that sucking of his crimson liquid flow steadily over his tongue and down his throat. His left hand moving to move over the back of his neck, pulling him closer to him so his chest was pressed against Sevanni's, only he had allowed Jace to sink back into the couch soon after.
He nearly felt arousal when he had done it. How divine he had tasted, and those twisted emotions moving through cells reaching Sevanni's train of thought. He could hear his hearbeat meld down to a soft and steady beat, not wanting to lose him, but enough to take away the hurt of that approaching death.
Sevanni withdrew, a soft whispering hiss leaving lips as if he were overwhelmed by it all. The taste of him. That which he had allowed Sevanni to feel from him rather than see. Letting lips rest against his ear as he licked his lips. "You're going to die Jace." It was spoken so casually and smooth as if it had been something long time come. "But I will give you a new one...."
Sevanni leaned back some to view those beautiful eyes. View his passing mortality as it faded slowly from him. "I think you would make a beautiful vampire." Wanting to suck in his essence as it faded from his body. Press his ear against his chest and feel his heartbeat slow down.
Reaching behind him to the back end table, grabbing hold of some small garden sheers that was used to clip the small buds that emerged and would be a nice decorum for various places around the house. Nice and clean, not a hint of use located.
Sevanni had lifted his shirt, letting it fall to the side of the couch where they were, watching over him after as he brought the tips to skin and slice part of him so that he could gently lift Jace's head up to him. "Isn't it what you wanted?" A small mention. "Drink...." He wanted to say and be apart of me, but how corny would that be?

Sevanni's knee moved up onto the couch, and then his hand was moving, sliding over his chest, and then up to his beck until it finally stopped, with his thumb resting over his Adams apple. He hand watched his hand as it moved along, now his gaze went up to meet Sevanni's. He showed no weakness. No sign of doubt or fear. He wanted this. This was the first thing he had ever really wanted since his mom died. But he did wish he would hurry up. The longer this took, the more time doubt had a chance to sneak its way into his head.
He could hear him take in a breath, where as before his breathing had gone unheard by him, he was taking in his scent. He wondered what it was like, to be able to hear someones heart beating, and listen to blood flowing through the body. He would know soon enough.
"You will be the door to new opportunities." New opportunities? Him? What was he talking about. Jace wanted to ask, and he would have, but Sevanni's cheek brushed softly against his and then there was the quick, sharp pain of teeth going through skin. He jerked reflexively, and then relaxed again. And just like last time his hands pulled at him, wanting to keep him there. His lids partially closed, enjoying the feeling Sevanni's taking his blood gave him. And it wasn't just that, this time he gave pleasure in giving blood. Knowing Sevanni liked the taste of his blood. He was happy to give it.
There was a soft sigh given from lips as Sevanni briefly allowed their chest to touch. And then a small whimper when he let him sink back onto the couch. He didn't give a damn about being comfortable. What he wanted was him. Just to be close to him. Hell he couldn't care less if nothing ever happened between them, just as long as he could remain close to him, he would be happy.
Was it okay to be a little nervous? Just a little scared? It had to be normal. He wasn't a coward, but he was starting to get just a little scared. Mostly about the unknown. Not really about dying or the pain. He just didn't know what would happen to him once he became a vampire. Would he still be the same? Think the same? Feel the same? Everything had happened so fast. He hadn't asked Sevanni anything about being a vampire. He should have. He felt almost stupid now for not doing so. Its just he had just bought something without first stopping to see what he was getting.
He could feel his heart slowing down. And the irrational part of his mind forced him to take in breaths. Demanding that he live. Demanding that he stay alive. While the other half of him knew he was going to die. It was fact he had already learned to deal with a long time ago. Before he'd even met Sevanni. He forced his breath to calm. He may die, but it wasn't the end he had always pictured. He was coming back. He would be different; no longer human, but he wouldn't be really dead. Just kind of dead.
He only vaguely knew when Sevanni withdrew a soft whispering hiss leaving lips, then those lips were close to his ear. "You're going to die Jace." At least he got an honest vampire. He already knew he was going to die, but at least Sevanni had the nerve to tell him anyway. Instead of giving him some kind of false hope. "But I will give you a new one...." He was unable to say anything even if he could have come up with something to say to that comment.
He looked up at Sevanni as he leaned back, observing him, and his life passing away. It felt weird. To him it couldn't really be described as a good feeling or bad. Just weird. The slowing of his heart had him pulling in air more obviously now. Not really gasping but not trying to hide the fact that it felt like someone had put something very on his chest. The pressure making it harder to breath. "I think you would make a beautiful vampire." He only maneged a faint smile, and then it was gone.
Sevanni reached for something. He didn't see what, and he felt too tired to try and sit up too look. So very tired. And weak. He hadn't realized just how weak he'd been getting. Sevanni's shirt was removed, been allowed to fall to the side of the couch. He lifted something to his chest, and he recognized the item as being some small garden sheers, and a cut was made.
Then his head was raised up to him. "Isn't it what you wanted?" Did he nod? He had wanted to, but he wasn't so sure he'd maneged to. "Drink...." His mind recoiled from the idea, however, his lips parted, and then his mouth was over the cut, the blood moved over his tongue and down his throat. The first taste had him trying to move away. Although, as Sevanni had so kindly reminded him, this is what he wanted, and in order to become a vampire he had to drink, otherwise he'd simply die. So his mouth moved over the cut again, and let the blood flow threw him. Blood is life... the words were like a whisper in his mind, he didn't know where they came from, but they were true at this moment. There was a pleased little hum from his throat. He wasn't sure how much to take, but then he probably didn't need to worry about that. After all, it was Sevanni holding him up, if he wanted him to stop, it would be very easy.

Reluctant. At first he was, but it had died away shortly after. His hand helping him up to drink, watching as he took a taste with that sour look. Understandable. Drinking blood wasn't in the normalcy of being human unless you were in the psych ward for some odd blood fetish. Even on the streets. "It's okay.....Everything will be so much better afterward." He said to Jace with reassurance. Happy that he gave it another shot and wouldn't have to force it down his throat or worse. Off him as if he meant nothing. Oh no. Jace was a way out as well as a way in, and someone whom he had taken a liking too. If he could have, he would have kept him mortal until he grew too old or his blood would start to change.
Sometimes it was hard to watch those you enjoyed in mortality change into the unknown. Things could go either way. It had been centuries upon centuries since he had changed a male into a vampire. There had only been one other than Jace, which made his position a little more special.
Sevanni's hand slid from around his neck to let him rest back against the couch. Gently laying his head down and moving his face closer to Jace's. Looking him in the eyes as he watched his bright soul slip into darkness. "I never said it wouldn't hurt......." He started so soft. "But by tomorrow night you will feel so much better." Better than Phoenix when he had forcefully turned her? He hoped with Jace that he wouldn't go off with madness and run around half cocked. Blood thirsty. Unquenchable desire. Hopefully there wouldn't be a full blue moon anytime soon. If it did come, he would put them all on lock down and have bodies delivered to them.
A small comforting sweep across the cheek with the back of his fingers, running one over lips and kissing the lower lip ever so softly. Light as a feather. A small little smile, nearing the verge of awkward and relaxing. "I will stay with you the whole way through...." He started once more as he slipped away from the couch, standing half way and taking the boys arm, pulling his weight without so much as force and let him rest against him, holding him up and turning his lifeless body so he could lift him.
Carry him to one of the guest rooms that would accomidate such a day. Bring him up the stairs, through the hall and into the room. Lay him down on the bed and easily lay beside him. Hold him. Hold his hand and run fingers over strands and miss him already as his mortal scent faded away. The rapidity of his heartbeat calm to a slow stop. The changing of his blood and wishing for one more taste before he was completely gone.
He was grateful Jace hadn't been the greedy type. Aubrey and Nixie had nearly drained him dry, Ella had caused his right hand man to bury him below ground just so he could live. They had all been greedy, but Jace was simply obliged.
Sevanni slipped beside him, laying on his side as he whispered to him what he would go through. Even if he didn't comprehend, it was the soothing tone he took that would work his brain and body to rest. close lids and let him rest and relax. The mark he made on his own body was healed. Sealed the last portion after setting him down on the bed.
Sevanni's left hand moving up and down his arm gently, nuzzling in the crook of his neck and with a calming voice told him of the many things he could expect to change in his body. What abilities he would possess. The strain of containing his hunger and how he had been the second male that he had turned. Letting him know that he wasn't just another vampire or fledgling, but a special male that caught his attention.
Comfort. He would provide comfort and see that Jace didn't want for anything. Sevanni had such an incredible amount of love toward his little ones that had yet to be seen by his fading mortal eyes.

Sevanni's hand left his neck, the support gone as he was allowed to rest back against the couch. However, he was more focused on the pain starting in his body. He couldn't actually tell where it was coming from. Where it had started. The point was that it seemed to be everywhere. Like fire. And it was most server in the area surrounding his heart. He hardly noticed that Sevanni's face had moved closer to his. "I never said it wouldn't hurt......." True. And Jace hadn't asked. His fault. "But by tomorrow night you will feel so much better." So it would be over by tomorrow night. That was still a lot of hours of pain to endure. Plus the pain only seemed to be getting worse. Such a fool he was. So ready to die. To become something unknown. He didn't even know how differently he would act.
It took a few seconds to register the feeling of Sevanni's fingers on his cheek; his lips. The felt cool; nice. He didn't want him to stop. "I will stay with you the whole way through...." That was good. He really needed him right now. Movement. Sevanni had slipped away from the couch, then took his arm and pulled him off the couch as well. His legs felt numb; something separate from the rest of him as he leaned against him. Glad for the support. Then he was lifted. And if he hadn't been in so much pain he probably would have blushed. Never had another man carried him or had to. But he knew it was necessary. There was no way he would have made off the couch without his help let along the stairs.
His eyes closed for a minute. Resting his head against his chest. Just trying to concentrate on the movement of his body. There was a slight surprise when his body was put down on a bed. He hadn't even realized they'd made it up the stairs yet let along through any doors to a bedroom. Jace opened his eyes as he slipped beside him. He was laying on his side, facing him. His mind tried to listen to the words he whispered to him, but what he mostly got was a few words every once in awhile, it was the tone, however, that really got to him.
He told his body to relax, because his hand kept graping the blankets on the bed in a tight fist, and his body was felt extremely tense. He refused to give into the pain though. Refused to let it win. He listened to his tone. Comforted by his presence beside him. Jace wasn't sure how long he'd stayed awake in pain simply listening to him, but finally he was able to make his body relax, and soon after his eyes closed again, both his mind and body exhausted of fighting with the pain, trying to keep as quite as possible, he was able to rest.
He wasn't really sure of a whole lot of things when he first regained consciousness. His eyes stayed closed. The pain was gone. However, there was a new type coming from his throat. It didn't actually hurt. It was more bothersome then anything else. He could no longer feel his heart beating, which would mean it was over. He was a vampire. Slowly, he opened his eyes. "Sevanni..." His mouth felt dry, and he still felt a little tired, but there was no way he was getting any sleep with the burning in his throat. His hand raised to his neck, holding it as if that would some how make it go away.

Whilst Jace was in his state of change, Sevanni had kept to him like a good little maker. Having a male newling around wasn't something that he was prepared for, but he was sure he would work it out somehow. He was hoping that Darien wouldn't be opposed to the idea of him turning yet another vampire, but because Sevanni held rank, Darien shouldn't even carry an opinion. Only, he really cared about the boy more than he should have.
He was slightly hard to soothe. Eventually he had shown signs of calm and rest. Letting it sink into him with open arms after murmuring words for him to welcome it. Accept death and it would be easier. He must have really loved life, because he had never seen anyone fight against it like he had. Not personally. Only through words of war stories between buddies.
It wasn't that bad. He was a trooper. A good choice in his eyes. When the silence was given and his eyes closed, Sevanni adored him so close. He was getting that glow. The beauty that would stick with him for eternity. Watching as his color changed as if fairy dust had been sprinkled over his form. It was sad to see it vanish, but he was already so very loved. They all were. Too bad there had been no serum left. He would have loved to do this to Shaden. Make it a week long shpeal between them.
He thought back on it. Having his fangs sink into Jace's flesh. The warm blood that spilled into his mouth. How divine he tasted. How he felt under the palms of his hand. The softness of those lips and his skin.......it made the cold vampire tremble with delight just to look at him, but to touch him.......
He was touching him now. Running fingers coolly over the length of his arm. Watching eyes flutter open with the heated exhaustion of fresh blood. How would he taste now?
"Sevanni..." He noted the dryness in his voice. He had that thirst. Faint perhaps, but it was there axing out the hunger from his throat. How could he offer his second male another when he was right there? After all, he was special, was he not?
Fingers moved over his throat, pushing aside Jace's fingers to softly graze his own across his neck. Pushing a bit closer to his side as fingers moved over his skin. "Perhaps a drink would do you good." Spoken ever so softly as he teased his lips with skin. If he had strength he would pull at him for a spot he wanted, but Sevanni would tease him only a little bit with the calming scent of his own blood.
If he were to be Sevanni's male, then he was going to have to step it up a notch and take what he wanted. It would be the way. Telling him when enough was enough. Hoping he wasn't like the others, showing greed once turned. Defending the meal. Going insane and blood driven. Jace was a bounty of wonders that Sevanni wanted to explore.

Sevanni's fingers replaced his own at his throat. His touch longer held the cooling effect he remembered. Now his body was the same as his; cold. He'd worried that he might not be there when he woke up. That something might have called him away. So he was immensely happy to see him still laying there beside him. He smiled at him. He had been right. He did feel better. It was more then just the absence of the pain. He couldn't describe how. It just did. He moved a bit closer to him, as fingers played over his skin. "Perhaps a drink would do you good." He nodded eagerly. Yes, a drink would do him a lot of good right now.
He teased his lips, moving his skin against them. They parted ever so slightly, breathing in his scent. Oh he had such a wonderful scent. He could smell his blood; so close; so tempting...
There was sharp pain in his gums as his fangs came out for the first time. He ran his tongue against them. His hands raised to trail over his skin as well. Simply feeling. Admiring. But only for a moment. He was anxious to taste him again. Too see the difference from when he was human. The burning grew, and finally he could take it anymore. He had to taste him; now. It was like instinct. To just know what to do. He pushed against him, making him turn on his back while he lay half on him, his head now buried in the crook of his neck. He mind whispered to him what to do. What vein was the best and what one he should avoid. He mouth lowered, his tongue briefly moving over his skin before biting down, sinking fangs through skin easily.
He was proud of himself as the blood flowed into his mouth, and he let it slide down his throat. He'd done it. No hesitations. And he'd taken control and gotten what he wanted. Jace wasn't use to being babied. He knew how to get the things he wanted. He was tough. And now that would only be increased.
His blood was amazing. He couldn't say it was the best he'd ever had because this was a first. However, he was sure he'd never taste anything like it. And it just kept coming. He could have kept going and going.
He withdrew, lifting his head up, and he looked at him almost with concern, worried he'd been taking too much. Jace had never been greedy. He'd always accepted and appreciated everything he'd gotten in life. He was determined to not let this new life be any different. The burning was better. Not gone. But better. He slid off Sevanni. Sitting up on the bed and looked around he room for a minute, a small smile on his lips. Then his eyes went back to Sevanni. He wondered what he looked like now. Generally he knew he'd look about the same, but he also knew that he would see a change should he look in a mirror. Although he really didn't want to rush things. There was no point anymore in rushing things along. He had all the time in the world. He felt so great, even better now with the new blood in him, that he just couldn't stop smiling.

Sevanni enjoyed watching as he pranced that tongue over fangs that had emerged. He was lucky he wasn't like Sevanni. When his fangs came out it hurt like a mother fucker, and when he let them retract, well, it was like feeling a razor blade cut into flesh. Jace was so fresh....so new, that Sevanni had only hoped he didn't have to go through the same fucked up shit that he had gone through during the course of his own lifetime. Thus far, he had taken it pretty well. Seeing the slightness of his facial features change when they came through. Wondering if he would so much as prick his tongue if he pressed too hard.
They were too damn strong for their own good. Fledglings. Jace had shown as much. Pushing Sevanni back as if he were like a feather to be blown back. The swiftness quite amusing, but unlike so many others, not including Giz and her tedious ways, Jace had managed to thrill him, and not only that, but mash his head in the crook of Sevanni's neck where he felt the pain fill him. The neck, starting to feel the sting of his fangs when Jace sunk them into him. Wrapped around a vein he had hoped he wouldn't pull. But why wouldn't he? He was a newling.
Sevanni's face contorted to confusion. Brows furrowing. The look one gave when breaths were shallowly given. Surprise. Utter shock. He was sure that if anyone but him, and that had included Shaden, and possibly Nixie, he would have surely done something to make them pay for it. Even if they were apart of him.
His hands motioned to those shoulders. One hand. The left. The other to his side as he pushed lightly to guide him away. Apart from him, but was so pleasureful to have someone bite him. It was the pain kicker he enjoyed the most, and Jace gave it pretty damn well.
When Jace did pull away from flesh Sevanni's head had fully rested back comfortably against the pillow. His right hand moving to his neck, feeling the blood against two fingers. Puncture wounds start to close up. Pulling fingers away, looking them over before putting them in his mouth, sucking them clean before taking them out and lifting eyes up to the intruder.
He seemed so pleased with himself. As if he were worth a million bucks. On top of the world. Wasn't it better? Wasn't it rejuvenating?
If the boy thought he could do that often and get away with it he was sorely mistaken, and Sevanni would make that perfectly clear.
His body suavely slid up on one arm. Letting the left rest on his side with a palm flat on the side of his thigh. There was that dark look on his face that he held when he was about to teach someone a lesson. Of course it would dampen Jace's new night, but being around Sevanni wasn't all gumdrops and bubblegum.
"You must not do that again without permission." He spoke as a matter of factly. Holding back that yearning to grab his neck and hold tight until he saw a nod or heard some form of an apology......but he was the male....the new male that stumbled into his life by choice. He was in, and now.....Sevanni wasn't letting him go.
