It was one thing to say his name, but to start to say it and not, well, that was just rediculous. Oh how many times Nixie had said his name with three letters. Sev. Ixi, jeesh, how freaking coincidental could that have been? Nixie and Ixi. One mutt, one mortal, now all he needed was a vampire named something similar and he would have a complete circle of Pixies. Sev. She had started it off and he wasn't sure if she had meant it that way, or simply lost her composure in the fall of the words.
"Please... Don't do this..." That was good. She wanted mercy upon her mortal life. If he were mortal and still the mad man he was he would have caught a case from her plea.
It was funny however to try and threaten him. No one threatened Sevanni. If they did they ended up as a body on the concrete, some headless, some just.....gone....Anything that had happened within the saints and sinners was never to be brought to the natural realm of life. Their powers were stripped from them as soon as they crossed the veil, and if Ixandra had wanted to part from Sevanni, he would easily let her go. There were more mortals than her out there who would be more than willing to take a hit for the one who fills their fixes. She could end up like Annabella would be. Hunted and punted.
He allowed her to move and move she did, thinking of how slick she was with her mouth. Ranting on how he licked her like he did. There were other things he could have done, at least he licked her rather than what he wanted to do. "I mean, seriosuly, who just goes around slamming people into walls and licking them. If you wanted to slam me, steal my gun, and lick me... You could have just asked. It's not like I would have necessarily said no without a shadow of a doubt. I give it to you that I probably would have... But you never know." The gun pointed at him didn't phase him any. it was whether or not that finger was about to move and pull the trigger. She was lucky he was being so civil.
"Oh kitten, you have a lot to learn." He spoke with heated eyes, narrowed as if the psycho in him was leaping out slowly and surely. "But now we'll never know, will we?" She would pull the trigger. He felt that heavy empty weight of air pass through the room, and there it was.
Sevanni dipped right, avoiding the first click, but the second caught his shoulder where blood splattered out, ruining his clothes. Oh she was going to pay for that before they even left the confines of the castle. If she made it out alive.
Sevanni stumbled back a couple of steps as she darted off, grunting and pulling at the fabric to get a better look at her damage. One hit for her, but he was still kicking and moving. The bullet popped out after muscles tensed and forced it out of his flesh, popping out onto the hardwood before tumbling over onto the running carpet.
He let out a loud bellow, stretching his shoulders and infusing himself with the constant urgency in which her life was on the line. He drew up his bow, lacing an arrow in the chamber and pulling back the rip. It hung down by his side along his leg as he marched heavily. If they wanted to hear him, then they were gunna hear thunder.
Upstairs. She was upstairs in hiding, but he had a nose that knew her scent well.
