Megan smiled and hugged him tight. "Thank you so much for being here for me. It's more than I could ever ask for!" She let go and looked at him. "How can I ever repay you?" She smiled sweetly at him when he said she could have the bed. "Are you sure? I don't mind the couch." She got up and found the pair of clothes and went into the shower. She let the warm water hit her even though it didn't really matter. Everything was getting better and she hoped it stayed this way.[/size]

Michael had responsibility now. He had a young girl to take care of. She clearly needed him, and he probably needs her. He has had nobody for over a 100 years, company would feel nice. "How can you repay me? You don't have to love" He said and squeezed her tight when she hugged him. He looked into her eyes with a smile "No no. You can have the bed. Unless you don't want it".
When she left the room, he could hear the shower come on. This is going to be a long journey with her. He thought to himself.

Megan got out and shook her hair out before changing into the new clothes. She yawned as she came out. "It's been a long night." She walked over to the window and saw that dawn was coming. She went over to Michael and kissed his cheek. "I love you." She whispered. She crawled under the covers of the bed and was out before she knew it.

Michael sighed. Could he handle the pressure? When she told him she loved him, he got nervous again. She loves me? He thought to himself. Probably just a crush, he did take her in after all. Well he hoped she got a good rest. The fun would begin tomorrow. He wouldn't go hard on her, he would show patience and understanding. His way of training. She was a vampire, she would pass the training tests with flying colors.
"Good night" He said to her while shutting the curtains. He then sat down on the couch and rested his head on the edge. He then drifted off.

Megan sat up in bed. She was in a cold sweat and was breathing heavily. It was just another nightmare. She fell back onto the bed. When her breathing was back to normal, she got out of bed and went to the window. It had just turned to dusk. She looked over at Michael. He was still asleep on the couch. She scooted next to him and turned on the tv. Nothing but news about people getting killed

When Megan sat next to him, it caused him to move around in his sleep. He moved his hands, and they fell on her small hands. He squeezed tight before awakening. He was met by the beautiful Megan. "Hello beautiful" He said with a light smile while getting up. He saw what was on the TV, depressing stuff. He took the remote out of her hands slowly and switched off the TV.
He remembered what she said to him last night. She said that she loved him. Sweet girl. He leaned over and whispered into her ear "I love you too"

Megan looked over at Michael and smiled when he touched her hands. "Good morning, Michael." She giggled and blushed when he called her beautiful. She was happy he was awake and turned off the tv. She couldn't watch that stuff anymore. She smiled and hugged him tight when he told her he loved her too. "I'm glad."

He held her tight when she hugged him. He kissed the side of her neck playfully. He was goofing around. If he was going to take care of her. He needed to lighten up a lot. "And I'm glad that your here" He said while sitting up next to her. He wrapped his right arm around her neck and brought her in close. A smile formed across his lips before saying "You are gonna make a great vampire love"
He knew this was true. She just needed tuning, he could handle that. He had a lot of experiance to give.
