Lars walked down the New York streets at a fast pace. His previous high of cocaine back at his apartment had worn away, but the rush would last for a while. It had lasted longer since he was turned, he rarely ever crashed anymore either. The whole feeling made him more alert and fast. He felt as if he could run to China, right at the moment. But decoded against it as he calculated the whole initial distance. Despite the rush, he was still much too lazy to take on the effort that extreme.
Pushing, shoving, noise, that's what New York streets were. He'd grown up with them. He was too accustomed to it to tell the difference from it to silence. He'd learned to shove back at the business people with their mighty briefcases. It was all second nature now.
The people were almost all a blur as he continued to rushed past on his destination to nowhere in particular. He'd been letting his feet carry him places lately, they always wound up leading him to someone or somewhere interesting in the long run. The taxis moving opposite of him made everything look like it was moving fast. Everything was keeping up with him at the moment. Lars needed something to do with himself, anything.

Breeze stepped off the subway, pulling her black coat tightly around her slender frame.
"Monster!" a girl screamed behind her.
Breeze turned back to the subway car, putting out her arms to keep the doors from shutting as she stared at the girl. She was young, probably too young for the provactive clothing she wore and the pound of makeup covering her face, which was now starting to run from the tears. Her hair was blonde and long . . . She reminded Breeze of someone she once new and that was the only reason she was still alive.
Which was more than she could say for the other five passengers in the car.
Breeze glanced at the bodies strewn about, their necks punctured and bleeding. Maybe some were still alive. She didn't care.
She looked back at the girl. "Go home. Clean all that crap off your face, put on some decent clothes, and go make things right with whatever parent or guardian is still alive in your life. Consider this your second chance." Then she turned and walked away.
She walked up the steps from the subway and into the city.
New York. Nothing like LA, is it now?
She walked down the street, jostling people as she did. She was bored. Most nights she liked being alone, only her memories giving her comfort.
But tonight . . . tonight she wanted to have fun.

Wednesday looked around. It was only her third time in New York. She had no real reason to be there but she was getting bored of England.
She cursed under her breath and tried to ignore the noise around her. She was stading on a random street and had no idea what to do. She wanted something to do, but she didn't know anyone in New York and she didn't consider it fun rasing hell on her own. She looked around at all the people living their lives. Some were rushing to get home and others didn't seem to have a care in life. She noticed a boy who were about her own, apparent, age. He was sitting on the stairs, leading up to an apartment building, not looking like he was already dead. And if he wasn't he would be soon. It was clear he had been drinking heavily. And maybe other things too.
Wednesday sighed and walked down the street. She glarred at a few people who were looking at her like she was some sort of freak. She walked around for a while trying to avoid people. She didn't care much for anyone so it wasn't hard for her to block out everyone.

Lars still walked at his fast pace, but sensed something not human around where he passed by. The subway exit was a few paces ahead and he decided maybe he'd take a train somewhere. 'But where too?' he began to think but his thoughts where abrubtly interupted by his body smashing into another that wasn't accustomed to the usual New Yorkan traffic. It was like a goldfish had been plopped into a school of tuna. Lars just happened to be the lucky tuna to crash into the goldfish.
"I'm so sorry!" he said in a rush, although the girl had stood her ground. Lars was puzzled, by his strength and speed a normal girl would have hit the ground. Although, he did have that feeling. "Shit, my bad are you alright?" he asked slower than before as the people adjusted to the hazard in the movment and passed around them.

The crash had surprised her more than she thought it would. Not just the action of it . . . But whom had caused it.
She couldn't smell his blood. Couldn't hear his heartbeat. He was stronger than he looked.
She stared at him.
Vampire.
"Yes," she said, her Irish accent coming out softly. "Yes, I'm fine."

Wednesday looked across the street. She saw two people crash into each other. She looked at them. They didn't seem to be normal everyday people. "Vampires" She said quietly. She didn't expect to run into any other vampires.
She stepped a bit back, and into the shadows, and continued to walk slowly down the street.

Lars had found the explanation to his funny feeling. This said 'goldfish' wasn't a living goldfish. But wasn't belly up either. Definetly a vampire. It was too hard not to notice anymore, in a city as big as New York, you run into so many diffrent..species, you get accuainted on how to tell.
He looked at the girl with the accent in the eyes. He wasn't sure what the accent was, but after only a select number of words, it was hard to tell.
"Good, sorry again, for slammin ginto you like that. I wasn't paying attention."

She gave the smallest of smiles. "Doesn't seem like anyone really pays attention here." She looked around at the people walking the streets, all minding their own business, concerned with the trivialties of their short lives.
God, am I still hungry . . .

Wednesday shifted some hair out of her face and kept looking at the two across the street. 'Strange... No one even seems to notice they are there' she thought and started walking across the street. Alt of people shouted at her but she ignored everything. She walked closer to the two vampires.

Lars shrugged, "They all get on with their lives, lucky I ran into you, other people might not have stopped", he laughed softly, he still felt bad for it though, she wasn't a native, nor was she an immigrant, or she just hadn't learned the streets yet.
"I still feel like I should make it up to you th-" he started to say until he was cut off from some shouts coming scross from the middle of the street. A girl was headed their way, the people around them didn't seem to notice as the ycontinued to walk by. She didn't seem like a threat but Lars still let his eyes flicker down to the girl by his side to see what she was up to before reflecting them back at the one walking fast across the street.

Breeze's eyes widened as she watched the raven-haired girl walk across the street. People were shouting and cursing at her to move and she was just ignoring them.
Breeze subtlety sniffed the air. Another vampire?
She looked at the chaos the other girl was causing, some of the cars were slamming into each other's bumpers.
And all Breeze did was laugh.

Wednesday smirked knowing what choas she was creating. She walked over to the vampires "hello" she said.
She had no idea why she had even walked over to them but now she was here so she might aswell get something out of it.

Lars watched still a little confused as the girl crossed the street. Everything was happening so randomly these days. The girl beside him laughed and obviously he needed not to worry about her. But the girl approaching he didn't know, but he wasn't one to judge, and let her procede along with it.
Uhh, Hi?" he replied while she came over through everything to say 'Hello', impulse? Yeah, he could understand that.

Breeze grinned. "That was, um, quite the little scene you made there." She looked over the street. "Doesn't seem as if anyone was hurt, much less died." She shrugged. "The night is young."
She looked at Lars. "So. Who do you kill for fun around here?"

"I would have liked more of a riot but hey you take what you can get" Wednesday said.
She liked causing chaos all around the world. She had always been a rebel and chaos and destruction was what she aimed for. Many people thought she was just the usual punk. But she liked to prove them wrong. She was more than that. Plus she was a vampire.
