She looked from him to the fight and back. Her eyes gleamed black and troubled. He was right, of course. It would take a lot to injure that woman. But she caught the hesitation. She knew what it meant, because she would have felt the same if it had been Ruban in a fight. The change of topic threw her slightly. She had fed, early and fast. At least she'd got that right. She nodded silently, looking up at him. He seemed more concerned with her than he often did. It made her wonder what she'd done to need this gentleness- she hoped she didn't look so weak.

Elaine droped her hand away from her shoulder as Valhalla came out into the open. She saw the six blades in each hand. Oh yeah just great.
Her face clearly showed fear and she took a step back away from her.
"Well we don't have to.... fight. I was just trying to stop you from killing Shaden." Her voice was weak and she took another step back. But of course, she wasn't really scared. It was an act.
Though she didn't want to fight, she would if she had too. And from the looks of it..... she would have to fight to get out of here.

She couldn't risk looking back at Shaden to see if he was alright.

[*Vladimir Verencroft]

The gun shot hit Vladimir in the chest, but when shaden had shot at him Vladimir had fired 4 shots at shaden, hoping they would hit.

He had a few more tricks up his sleeve, he pulled out another Molotov cocktail and threw it toward the vampire shaden had told him not to shoot at, and shot it when it was close to her. he was trying to piss shaden off.

Valhalla grinned and charged at Elaine she was just about ontop of the vampires when Vladamir let off a Molotov Cocktail some of the fiery liquid landed on her forearm she let out a cry of pain and anger as she backed away missing other bits of flying debree and liquid, her arm was on fire she fell to her knees and took handfuls of dirt from the ground throwing them on her arm soon the fire was out and she stepped back disappearing into the shadows once again her blades lay on the ground where she had dropped them.

Vladimir saw Valhalla's arm catch on fire and thought, that didn't end well.

He rushed over and picked up her daggers, he would give them to her later he just didn't want them to be used against him, he hoped she forgave him for what had just happened.

He waited on shaden to do something.

[Shaden Grace]

Shaden had little time to re-act to the 4 bullets that were now coming toward him. Three of them hit, the other missed because he had moved over just enough to avoid it.

He hardly paid attention to his wounds, as he saw Vlad though yet another Molotov cocktail into the air. But instead of at him, it was toward Elaine.

"No.."
Well if Vlad was trying to piss him off. It worked.
He ran past Vlad and toward Elaine. Grabbing her even as the fire burned his skin.
He carried her away from the fire, laying her down on the ground to look at her burn marks. They were bad but she would be OK.
He sighed in relief and shook his head. "Elaine go home. I can take care of myself." He stood up again, bringing her with him and pushed her lightly toward his place.

His arms hurt from being burned but he wasn't giving up.
"You had no reason to do that. She had nothing to do with our fight." he said taking a step toward him.

[*Vladimir Verencroft]

"she got annoying" Vladimir said coldly and then added "besides she is part of the fight, she did attack if you forgot"

He had his hand on another Molotov cocktail for when and if shaden charged at him.

"so what are you waiting for? attack me!" He said in a cold and evil voice and added "or do i need to hurt her again" he laughed evilly now.

[Shaden Grace]

"Don't you dare try to hurt her again. She's done no harm to you." Shaden watched Vlad carefully.
Should he attack again? Or just get Elaine Shaden was confused. On one hand he could really care less if Elaine lived or died, while on the other he took care of her like a sister. Elaine was the only 'family' he had.
She would give her life for him.

Plus there was the small fact that Shaden was running low on weapons. To his own surprise he wasn't as pissed as he would have thought. But how much more of this could his mind take until he just snapped?
"Are you sure you want to keep going? I might kill you." He sighed, "And I really don't want to kill you."

Valhalla watched for a little while longer then turned and disappeared down the street she was done her arm tingled with pain and she felt exhausted having not fed that evening she closed her eyes, her voice spoke softly in Vladamir's mind *Whenever you get done with that Garbage why don't you look me up at my apartment...we could have some fun* with that she was gone

"kill me? how would you, after all I'm the one who has the fire not you." Vladimir said and then added "but I'm not going to kill you, you seem to much like me for me to kill without getting to know you first." Vladimir then looked around and said "I'm going to look for Valhalla, stay behind if you don't want to fight."

Vladimir then ran off in the direction Valhalla had left in.
