Shaden walked through the streets, nodding and smiling at people as they hurried past him. He was after all kind of scary. With his blond hair spiked up into its normal style, and His attire of the night was a ripped black t-shirt with zippers embroidered into the material in different directions, black leather pants with slits along the sides, string laced over the gaping holes in a corsetted fashion before big biker boots with silver spikes around the base protected his feet, and tucked beneath his boots were two blades. His real weapon rested in his pant pocket, which was a small revolver. After awhile he came to the park, with a bored shrug he started in and glanced around looking for some fun. His blue eyes were hidden behind black shades with diamonds glittering along the frames.

Morgan slipped silently from the doorway of an old hotel, tailing the thing that had just passed her at a distance. A vampire, he had to be. Nothing else moved like that. Her curiosity drove her to follow him, she hadn't met any vampires other than Ruban, and she was still so young. There was a lot to learn, and since she was avoiding her sire tonight it seemed like a good opportunity to find some new people. She could, and did, love Ruban sometimes, but not tonight. Tonight hatred came easily, and she'd left as early as possible to avoid talking to him.
It was good to be free, she threw her gleaming blond hair back over her shoulders and let it blow in the chill breeze. Under-dressed for the weather, she was wearing something she'd taken from a victim the night before, a sleek blue dress that stopped just above the knee. She thought she looked better in it than the other woman, and she was surprised at how easily it came now. The taking of human life. Seeing that Shaden had stopped in the park she hung back, prowling. Watching him with curious, ink-dark eyes.

Shaden felt someone following him but he didn't stop just yet. Instead he went on walking deeper into the park, hardly anyone was here, which was perfect because whoever was following him would have hell to pay if they attacked him. He took a glance over his shoulder, the other vampire was hanging back. It seemed that they weren't going to attack... at least not yet. He had come here looking for fun, and now just maybe this othr could give him just that. A cold smile came onto his rose colored lips. He stopped walking and simply stood there for a few minutes. Then slowly, turned aound to where he knew the vampire was. He took a deep breath. Female. He smiled wider. "Hello there sweetheart, would you like to come and play?" He asked in a low voice that he knew she could here.

Her hackles rose, and she slunk into more plain view. She didn't move any closer though but remained at a distance, angry at herself for being so easily noticed. But, after all, she wasn't much of a vampire yet. Play. She was wary of the word on a vampire lips, as she was of that Cheshire Cat smile on his face. Ruban looked like that sometimes. It did not bode well for their relationship.
"Depends what the game is."
Her voice was low and sharp, she appraised him coolly with her dark eyes, taking in the uneccessary weapons, the bulging pocket which almost certainly hid something dangerous. Maybe this hadn't been such a great idea.

Shaden watched her carefully, he could tell just by how she smelled she was a young vampire. Casually he lifted his hand to take off the black shades, his blue eyes scanned over her form and her dress. He took a few steps forward to close some of the distance between them. "How about I play hide and seek with your body." He said, his normal crude self coming out.
he saw where her eyes went and he too look down at his pocket and then he took out the revolver, showing it to her before putting it away again "Don't worry sweetheart I wouldn't need that to kill you." He smiled wide enough to show his fangs and again took another step toward her.

She took a step backwards, uncertain. Would he be much stronger than her? Probably it depended on his age. He moved quickly, with assurance. His crude comment set her teeth on edge, and she responded with cold fury, her dark eyes burning like coals in her pale face. Slender hands curled into tight fists, she bared her fangs at him. A gesture she'd never made before, but it came so naturally that she forgot to be surprised by it.
"And here I thought vampires would play grown-up games. How about Russian Roulette, you go first."
She took another step backwards as he came within striking distance, her honey-blonde hair floating in a bright halo around her face. The idea that a vampire would carry weapons was a new one to her, and filled her with dread. What could he possibly need them for?
"Look, the leering and puerile banter have been great, but I have places to be, sooo..."
Another step back.

Shaden laughed as her hands went into tight fists and bared her fangs at him. He followed her movement, taking another step toward her. His smile still in place.
"Oh I can play those games too..," He took his gun back out and removed every round but one and then spun and closed the cylinder. He then put it to his head and fired.
Nothing.
"Your turn" He pointed the gun at her and fired.
Nothing.
His smiled coyly and then he was behind her in one quick movement. He smelled her hair and brought his hand up to touch lightly across her cheek. "Where do you need to go sweetheart?" He whispered but her ear, "I still want to have fun."

Morgan flinched as the hammer of Shaden's gun struck an empty cylinder with an audible click. No death, no pain. She stared at him in horror, clearly he was a lunatic. That or he thought he could survive a bullet the the head, no way to tell with these creatures. Maybe she was invulnerable to these weapons too. She hadn't thought about it. That empty cylinder made her glad not to have a pulse anymore, it would have been racing.
Suddenly the other vampire was behind her, too fast to see. His cold hand brushed her cheek. A shiver ran up her spine and Morgan stood frozen for a second. Her lips curved back, exposing her teeth in a bright snarl. This had been a terrible idea, she should have listened to Ruban. Stayed out of trouble. This other creature was too fast to escape, and she knew nothing about fighting, if he decided to attack her. He was beautiful in that vampiric way though, and so quick, and so she stood paralyzed, uncertain. "I still want to have fun." Morgan whipped around in a bright flash of teeth and sank her fangs into the hand that had touched her. It was predatory, instinctive. Her ink-black eyes blazed.

Shaden's hand was slowly moving down her face and to her throat but suddenly the female spun around to sink her fangs into his hand, he pulled it back sharply and looked at the bite wound on his hand that was slowly bleeding. And for a moment the smile left his face. He looked at her, his blue eyes growing dark, though not as dark as the ink-black eyes he stared into. He wasn't that upset. yet. He took a small step back from her.
"My my, that wasn't very sweet of you." He said in a tempting voice. He made no move to attack her or move toward her again. But just stared into her face; thinking. He licked the wound on his hand, taking his eyes away from hers for just a minute. "I just might have to teach you a lesson or two." He said and sighed. He then for a random reason he gave her a mock bow and said with a silk voice "I am Shaden cutie pie, ex-soldier of world war one and lover of things with pale skin that I can hack away to bits with the delicacy of a bullet in their skin." He looked back up at her, his smile back in place.

"You're a vampire slayer who is also a vampire. I've heard more hypocritical things, but not many."
Morgan sighed, looking into Shadens pale face. Her snarl faded slightly, she didn't have the urge to rip his ears off when he was over there and she was over here. One pale hand smoothed a loose strand of golden hair from her face. World War I. Like a bazillion years older than me. No, wait. So he's at least a hundred. She bit her lip. She didn't really feel like being shot today, she'd only just become a vampire and she was rather enjoying it. Best to play nice.
"Morgan- veteran of 1998, the very worst of years."
She smiled just a little and licked his blood from her lips. Very good, better than human blood even. He could obviously tell she was young, she decided. Or he wouldn't have approached her like that. He must be sure of himself.
"I'd curtsy but I don't know how."

Shaden shrugged "I'm not a slayer but I will gladly kill my own kind if I feel like having some fun or they try to kill me. After all its not very fun to only kill humans, they're far too weak to play with." While he said this he put the rounds back into the gun and then when h was finished he put it away again.
"Morgan.." He whispered, tasting the name and putting to memory. "I wasn't around much in 98. I was... in hiding I guess you could say." He paused as he looked around for a moment and then back to Morgan, "Not very many vampires like me. I"ve killed many. So its only a matter of time before my past catches up with me." He smirked. Death or no death. It didn't matter very much to him. Why should it? He would already be dead if he wasn't a vampire.
"How is it?" He asked as Morgan licked her lips clean of his blood.
Shaden laughed lightly "Don't worry about it sweetheart, I'd rather you didn't anyway."

A lone women hung in the shadows watching the interaction between the two, her golden eyes shimmered in the dull light. She wore a long black dress that hung sideways on her curved hips, a long slit on the oposite side reveild a long smooth leg, her midrift remained uncovered as her top was slightly more then a over designed bra, all black with bits of lace that lay against her skin. Her long black hair was down hanging over her shoulders, she looked like a statue if not for the eyes.

"Terrible"
Oblivious to Valhalla's presence, Morgan replied easily. She found herself grinning at his bravado. He hadn't killed her yet, so she was feeling fairly immune to his supposed vampire-killing tendencies. And she was more curious than ever, though her nervousness wasn't entirely gone. He was interesting after all, and not just some lecherous blood-sucker on the streets.
"Ok, I'll bite. What were you hiding from?"

"Its not so terrible. You'll learn that as you get older." Shaden said softly, trying not to be crude again. It was difficult for him but so far so good.
Then he felt the presence of another, he quickly looked around but saw nothing. Whoever it was, was hiding in the shadows. With careful movements he bent down and to his boots, taking one of the blades in his hand and standing up straight again. Shaden stayed calm, not really worried about the other vampire for now.
His eyes re-turned Morgans and he smiled before saying in a warning tone of voice "I'd be careful Morgan, theres another close by somewhere." It annoyed him that he couldn't see he other. He griped the blade tighter.
"Just older vampires, ones such as Vlad and Ian. The oldest vampires alive really. I enjoy messing around with the older ones. It makes things more interesting."

A cold smile spread across the women mouth, her very pressence seemed to unnerve the male, which was exactly what she wanted. She hadn't met Morgan yet but she knew the young vampire was special to her Childe, if this male tried anything she would take actions, but until then she would remain in shadow and watch. Or so she thought someone, in the apartment next to her turned on a light, it burned through the darkness lighting up her face and figure, she closed her eyes slightly to in reaction from sudden shock of light in her eyes then she moved back into the shadows to get releif from the light.
