a vacation: midnight hunting

"To become an exepctional fighter, one must see the error of their ways. They must be strong minded, such a level of hardship and carry on with out looking back. Well I.." She looked at her father whilst pausing for a moment and she lowered her head to the ground suddenly.
"That night when my mother died, i burnt the house, so no one would find me, i was scared and i fled i showed neither hardship or strong minded. And if i was smart enough then tonight i wouldn't of have just went out like that. Trust goes along way when your a fighter, and knowing you cant trust someone makes you wander about everyone else, and i broke your trust after everything that you have done for me. After accepting me for what i was and was able to be my father again after so many years. And i was but selfish to do what i had done." She Gulped back her tears.

she wouldn't become a fighter if she couldn't learn to keep herself under control but being young minded at times still doesn't help. Her height was somewhat to her dis advantage because others would just laugh at her. In a way she felt pathetic and she needed to show who she was sometimes even if it did mean going looking for the trouble.
glimpsing at her father, she left him kneeling down infront of her, Placing her hand gently on his shoulder, she walked past like a cold breeze. The tension in the room didn't make anything any better these humans were generally anoying and nosey.

"Anneliese!" Poison scowled, "Stop hanging your head and acting like you have done the worst thing you could have possibly done! You need to act independent and that's what you did, you should be proud of yourself for taking a risk, not trying to hold back tears and walking out sadly." He walked back in front of her again and stood in front of her, holding both of her shoulders, he wasn't that much taller, and he was a guy. "Listen to me, I'm not mad, I'm proud. If I'm happy that you left, I think you should be too. There is still plenty of trust."

Lingering on emotions wasn't the best thing to do. She looked to her father, someone she had placed her life in his hands in since she has been with him. He had become more than a father, a protector more like her best friend.
Poison was right. Ann was over re acting in so many ways. She tilted her head slightly to the side as she listened to him in agreement. Without a word she silently fell into his arms, her petite body looked like a rag doll in his arms since she had a smaller build than Poison.

"I'm sorry" She said quietly resting her head against his chest as her arms wrapped around his waist. They were out of the room by now, one of the Hunters walked up to the door and slammed it shut behind Ann and Poison. Rude ignorant people...

"It's okay," Poison replied, wrapping his arms around his daughter's back. He smiled at her and then looked up at the sky. He let go of his daughter and started walking quickly towards the house. "It's almost day, come on." He said quickly, "We can go out again tomorrow, but we need to get home, now." He started running, holding his daughter's hand, leading her back to their house. The sun was starting to rise as they ran, but Poison knew they would get back in time, but just barely, it had been a long night.

As they ran back to the house, Anneliese tried keeping up with her father. They ran through the street so fast it was like flickering images from a movie. A little boy caught her eye. He layed in the middle of the road, he was clearly alive and upset.
Anne let go of her fathers hand. Knowing she could die if she stayed out to long she was willing to take the risk.
" Go, ill catch up" she shouted at her father whilst running off towards the boy. He had been turned and was obviously lost and confused as she was when she had been turned and she wasn't willing to let anyone die not if she could help it.
Pulling off her jacket she threw it over his head to protect him from the sun light if it actually came to that point.
She pulled him up, placing her arm around him, she ran back towards her fathers house desperatly.
"You will be fine, i promise" she said quietly holding him close to her. The sun started to rise, they reached the front door and as they did Ann pushed the young boy thru the front door before her, He skidded along the floor inside and fell flat on his face. The sun nearly touching Ann she was seconds away from getting killed from the sun.
She leaped forward to save time, her legs infront of her made her skid along the floor inside the fall and she fell ontop of the boy, the door slamming behind her as the sun creeped up onto the side of the house.
She just about made it and she smiled to herself.

Poison picked up the new boy and then scowled at Anneliese jokingly. "Trying to kill yourself already? And training hasn't even begun." He shook his head and laughed. He lay the boy down on the couch and then turned to look at Anneliese. "You know we'll have to teach him about this now." He paused, "It's going to slow down your training so much." He joked. He then looked back at the boy curiously.

Anneleise looked shockingly at Poison. She wanted to train so badly. She shook her head in dissagreement. Scooping her hand down to grab her jacket, she threw it onto the hook with a perfect shot.
Walking over to the boy he was the same age as her. She ran her hand around to the back of her neck as she saw the sadness in her eyes. She hated what she was, the race she had become. She hated how some can be soo savage to take such a young persons life.
The boy sat up, he looked even paler than anneliese. Her eyes widend and she placed her hand on the boys and smiled.
"Dont worry I'm Anneleise" She said with a smile, she felt the boys hand grip onto hers, Anne could feel his pain, his sadness. Her eyes shut suddenly. She connected with the boys mind seeing all he had done before he was turned.
She shook her head comming back out to reality and she looked to the boy.

"Jason?" She said with a grin knowing his name from the vision he had shared with her. She smiled greatly. "Dont be scared, its hard but take advantage of everything in this life from now on." She said smiling to calm his emotions, she peered over at her father somewhat feeling the same sadness as she done so many years ago waiting for her father to say something.

"Now we're all a little family!" Poison laughed and walked to Anneliese's side, wrapping his arm around her shoulders and holding her close to him. "This'll be fun!" He said excitedly. He remembered he now had to tell the press he had adopted two kids. He saw Jack walk up and lick the boys hand. The kitten, Ludo, also looked at the boy curiously. Poison smiled, the animals seemed to like him and Anneliese had saved him and risked herself. "Man, now we have to go clothes shopping again," Poison sighed dramatically as if it was a big deal.

Anneliese cuddled up to her father. Ludo jumped onto Jason's lap and curled up on him. Ann smiled. Pets were amazing, they could instantly calm someone down in a matter of seconds.
The boy relaxed and stroked the kitten. "Heh.. two minutes and you steal my cat" she said with a smile. The boy looked over at Anneleise and Poison.
"wha.. What is this place? Why did you drag me of the street? What am i and where is my home?" He said confused himself.
Anneliese couldnt answer his questions she remember what it was like when no one was there to answer hers and she asked the same as Jason was asking.

Poison's face became serious. "You probably won't believe anything I say, but you are in fact, a vampire. And we took you to oure home because the sun would've killed you." He paused, "You won't be able to go back to your own home, I'm sorry." He looked sadly at Jason and then looked at Anneliese to make sure she was okay. He braced himself for whatever the boys reaction may be, he remembered he had gone insane when he was all alone and learned his wife was dead and didn't know what happened to his daughter.

Jason glared at Annelieve and Poison with such a pure hatred. He shook Anneliese off his shoulders and got up, rising to his feet he side kicked the table. It went flying into the wall, He ran towards the front door, Anneliese got up quickly and skidded infront of him just in time. She grabbed him.

"Jason stop it! You have to believe us because if you dont you wont be able to return to this life or to this earth. In a way be thankfull that who ever turned you didnt just finish you off." She said looking directly at him.
If Jason was to survive he would have to learn quickly, it was more than dangerous and there was more werewolvs than there was before when Anneliese was turned.
His eyes fell to the floor as he gripped his fist in anger and threw it out to her face. She took the blow falling against the door slightly.
Shaking her head , she let him take his anger out on her. Though she was still weak, whats the worst he could do?
He snatched the dagger from her belt and sliced it across her chest, she started bleeding and she glared at him angrily. Snatching the dagger off him, she threw her hand forward hitting against his chest powerfully. He flew back to the other side of the room and landed on his ass.
Anneliese was already covered in scares. He should be thankful she saved him, no one was there to save her.
" Consider your self lucky, i had no one when i was turned, i burnt the house i lived in with my dead mother in it. So calm down, we have all been threw what your going through, be thankful i saved your life and my father let you in his home with open arms. For you to survive you need to pull yourself together" She said seriously. The blood running from her chest slowly, she simply ignored it and slammed the dagger back into her belt.
She walked over to Jason and offered her hand helping him up. He burst into tears, the poor kid was in shock and disbelief. Anneliese held him close to her for a second.

Poison quickly went and got stuff to bandage Anneliese up with. Then, he turned to the buy and scooped him up and put him on the couch again, it had to feel better to be on something welcoming a soft rather than his hard wood floor. "Calm down both of you." Poison scorned. Then, in a softer voice, "We all reacted badly when we were changed, I went and murdered the people who did this to Anneliese and me, and killed my wife and her mom. You need to calm down though, you have us." Poison said. He looked at between Anneliese and the boy and shook his head. Jack walked up again and licked Jason's face and wagged his tail. Poison laughed, his dog didn't know the meaning of a tense situation.

Jason glared at Posion and Anneliese. Anneliese's eyes filled with hatred all of the same as Jason. She Glared at Poison when he said he had murdered her mother.
Letting out a loud scream, Ludo even let out a cry and dashed behind the sofe. Anneliese hadn't known that Poison had killed her mother.
"WHAT!!! YOU.. you,," She couldn't bring herself to say it, she held up her hand, stopping Poison from even talking to her. She didn't want to know.
She grit her teeth angrilly. She threw her hand to Poisons and showerd him of her dead mother she saw laying on the stair case, torn apart, her mothers eyes wide open scared and her mouth as if she was screaming when she died. The vision held Anneliese's scream, it echoed through her ears in the vision. She pulled her hand away from Poison,
Turning away from him she went over to Jason.
She looked to him and smiled to cover up everything she felt. She was good at doing it after so many years of having to be the strong person in her life because there was no one else.
"Jason just dont do anything i wouldnt do" She said softly glaring at her father slightly, she deeply sighed and shook her head.
Reaching behind with one hand, she grabbed Ludo and placed him in Jason's lap.
"He will be your best friend" She said with a smile rufflinfg up Jasons hair playfully.

"I didn't kill her! I killed the people who killed her!" Poison said when Anneliese didn't understand. He sighed and hugged Anneliese, "You really think I would do that? She was dead before I was even changed Anneliese. And I wouldn't have kept her things if I was that horrible of a person." He looked back at Jason curiously, it seemed weird to have another person here, but he would get used to it. He smiled at jason.

Anneliese felt bad for assuming her father of such things.

"Im really sorry" She said looking up to him sorrowfully, Jason sat there reflecting on things, he was so confused about what was happening.
Anneliese drew her attention to Jason he was the most important right now. All her problems were pushed aside.

"Jason are you tired?" she said trying to make conversation to change the atmosphere,
He shook his head and Anneliese looked to her father, still finding her way around the house she noticed she hadn't been in all the rooms.
"Is there a libary here?" She asked her father pulling her legs up onto the sofa crossing them, she leaned back in the sofa waiting for his answer paitently.
