One day. She only had one day until the full moon. Ayden Grey had been in Hollywood, California for a week now and knew no one and didn’t know any place where should could transform with out being seen. So that was what she was doing tonight. Well, it had started as a day thing but, she had found herself to be hungrier since being changed into this…beast. So she was stopping a lot. Now, the light had fallen and the streets of Hollywood were still buzzing with life. It seemed as if there were no country sides like in France here. No place she could run free, feel the grass beneath her paws, the wind blowing through her fur.
Ayden pulled her leather jacket tighter around her as she felt eyes rest upon her slim frame. Yes, she knew she was good looking, more good looking than most women. She would even say that at sometimes she was hot. But she wasn’t that self centered. Not all the time at least. But the eyes she felt on her now were like the ones she felt on her the night she was changed. Almost like a predator to their prey. Ayden was no prey, not anymore at least. She was strong, powerful, and could hold her own. The new found strength that came with her wolf addition made her feel like her own person. She loved that feeling.
But for some reason these eyes scared her. She felt goose bumps rising up on her arms as she stopped in her tracks. Her eyes darted along the busy sidewalk. This was an odd feeling. She wasn’t even tempted to change to her wolf form, but something primal rose inside of her. She felt as if she should be on her guard, like it was in her veins to be on guard. Like it was imprinted. Walking fast, Ayden rounded the corner to a much less populated area. Here it almost seemed like she was alone. But there was that feeling again. Ayden stopped walking under the street lamp and tuned into her sense. What was this feeling? It was like a history, something old. Ayden turned around slowly, afraid and ready to face whatever it was that was giving her this feeling.

Hollywood. Site seeing once again. He always wanted to go to Hollywood. The blood here was nice and filled with many pretty men and more fun females. O’ how Gage loved the taste of a female’s blood on his tongue. It was always so sweet. He was walking around randomly. He always done this in places like this. But he would always stay near a dark place to hide from the sunlight. He saw a young girl walking in the lone grounds. Unsafe with the clever, cunning, evil, and vary hansom Gage Harms on the streets. He followed he around. She make a great meal. But what was this he smelt in the air?
It was her sent, but she wasn’t human. No. She was a pitiful werewolf. He growled to himself. He hated those creatures. But the moon was close to full. This woman was scared. Well He will just have to make her more scared. He followed he hidden in the shadows. He and her where alone. She was under a streetlight. She turned. He made himself appear in front of her eyes. He was at another streetlight. He walked slowly to her with a evil smile. He stopped when he was close to her. “You shouldn’t be so alone, girl. Not at this time at night. Not around a vampire at lest.” He said giving a evil smile.

The face in front of her was handsome, but his eyes screamed dangerous. A Vampire? No, there couldn’t be….there was no such thing as vampires…but there were werewolves, why wouldn’t there be their mortal enemy, the vampire? Because that was crazy, Ayden’s mind told her. But she knew better. She could transform her body into that of a wolf and she didn’t believe in vampires. Plus, why would a vampire seek her out. She had read her fairytales, she knew vampires and werewolves didn’t get along. At least, in the stories they didn’t. She always thought that was just a known thing, but she never thought they were real. Well, now she knows…
“I think I can handle myself, thank you very much,” She said, her French accent adding to her bad English. What could you ask for a girl who had grown up speaking fluent French? Sure, she learned English is school, but it wasn’t all that good. “A vampire should not be concerned with me. I am simply looking around, finding a safe place. I can tell with your kind around, that is not here.” Something in the stories she heard and the new blood running through her veins told her to be hostile towards this creature. She wasn’t sure if the age old rivalry was true, but she didn’t want to find out the hard way. “I do not wish to start the trouble with you, so if you would please…” Ayden looked around her for escape, wondering how she could avoid getting in this…this…leeches hair.

Gage chuckled with a evil tone. How funny. This girl didn’t even deem to know anything about vampires. And she didn’t want to start trouble with him. Interesting little girl. He walked up closer to her. He wasn’t scared at all. He found this fitly creature fun. Fun to frighten at least. He grinned evilly, showing his fangs. He laughed out loud. “Well, you came to the wrong place if you don’t want trouble.” He laughed evilly again. He touched her cheek. "Such lovly blood running threw your vains." Gage added.

Ok now she was scared. She knew nothing about the strength of vampires, let alone her own strength. She leaned back as he came closer to her, baring his fangs. Damn, she thought, wishing she knew how to look dangerous. All of a sudden, Ayden felt a growl rumble in her chest, as if on cue. Instinct, she told herself. She noticed since becoming a werewolf, she had a lot of that. As her touched her cheek though, that instinct was purely female. She slapped his hand away from her face with a strength she didn’t know she had. Ayden looked at the vampire in disgust. Wouldn’t he be revolted by the sight of her? Like the stories she read told her so? Or was the fiction she read far from the truth and that she was in for a surprise.
“Actually, I recall that you came to me, not the other way. I was innocently walking these streets looking for a place so I could be out of public tomorrow night and you interrupted that with your want of trouble.” She scoffed, feeling a new sense of power rise in her. She was being to hate this vampire. IN her mind, she could see his head on the ground at her feet, her teeth smiling, them all razor sharp. She took a full step back, but so she could size the vampire up, not to show fear. She hoped her stance showed her strength enough. She was new, so shouldn’t she have a lot of strength? “I might not know a lot, but I know that this confrontation is un-needed, isn’t it vampire?” She sneered at him, not even wanting to think about what would happen if he took a taste of her blood. “Wouldn’t you be disgusted by my blood anyways?” Bad question, he would know she didn’t know anything, damn.

He laughed. His evil laughter echoed the grounds of the peopleless ally. He found it funny in every way. She was trying to act tough to make him back down. He had gotten closer. He could smell the blood in her veins. She slapped his hand from her face. He laughed evilly again. “Little female wolf. You don’t even know how strong you are. You make me laugh. How new are you?” Gage asked. He knew that she couldn’t take on him that well, at all really. He was immortal so no matter how hard she tried she couldn’t kill him.

She could feel her nostrils flare as she listened to this vampire. More and more she could see why so many werewolves hated vampires. They were annoying, self centered, evil sons of bitches with no cause. “I’m old enough to know to hate you,” a smirk came across her face, “But young enough to not know anything about your kind.” Ayden thought that maybe she was stronger than this vampire. But there was a voice inside her, yelling to back down, surrender and give in. That she couldn’t take him. And that could be true, but she was too caught up already. That’s not a good sign.
Ayden sauntered close to the vampire and trailed a finger down his chest. It was now that she decided to use her looks to her advantage. She pushed her chest up to accentuate it. Her fingers trailed along his chest and made little designs as her eyes tried to look seductive. “If you know so much me tell me, who would win in a fight, you or me? I am young and you seem…well, old for your kind right.” She thought maybe being sexy would weaken him. It does normal men... Ayden stepped back again and stared at the vampire, waiting for a reaction. Her claws had grown on her right hand and should would slap him again if need be.

Gage smiled with his normal everyday evil grin. She was trying to be cute, smart, and seductive. Funny on how she thought that she could get away with using her sexiness as a tool. What a foolish creature. She trailed her finger down his chest. Funny in all. He laughed and grabbed her hand very heard, then he gave a hard sweeze. “trying to be sexy isn’t going to work with me.” Gage said. He looked at her right hand with the corner of his eye. Getting ready. How fun.

Once he grabbed her hand, Ayden growled. She rolled her eyes at the vampire. Please sexy not working on a man? It always works, well, unless they are gay. And he didn’t seem…”What are you…what do you Americans call it…gay right?” Ayden smirked, but it was more like a grimace because he was grabbing her hand extremely hard. She hadn’t felt any bones break yet, and hoped that they wouldn’t. She wanted to rip him to pieces, but something told her that this guy was stronger than she thought, and she didn’t want to loose any limbs. She liked her body too much.

Ooc// Use this site> free-translation.imtranslator.net/?loc=enGage laugh evilly again. It was starting to become a big habbit to him. He needed to stop laughing so much. He gave her a evil grin. He did know some French so he was going to use some. He looked at her and said “Well it seems that someone is very nosey. So I’ll say it in your language. Non, je ne suis pas gai je suis bisexaul. Vous ne semblez pas parler beaucoup d'anglais. Cela signifie que j'aime des femelles et des mâles. Mais je surtout comme les filles. Mais je n'aime pas de loups-garous du tout vraiment, mais vous avez de la chance que votre une femelle.” Gage said in French. He did speak some, OK a lot. He hoped it made some sense to her. He gripped her hand still.

Ayden almost laughed, almost. Of course she knew what bisexual was. Did he really think he had to explain that to her? And what did he mean, lucky she was female. She was a wolf, loup-garous, werewolf. And he clearly said that he didn’t like them. Well, then, guess that Ayden didn’t like this man back either. “Seems as if you do speak my native tongue.” She was glad though, it seemed like so long since she was able to talk in French. “Bon pour vous que vous appréciez des hommes aussi bien que des femmes. Mais personnellement, je ne me soucie pas. Vous, le vampire, n'êtes pas dont j'ai besoin en ce moment. Oui, vous pouvez parler le français. C'est agréable n'est pas cela, la façon que les mots roulent de votre langue ... anyways, vous devez reculer. Je ne veux pas vraiment avoir n'importe quel mal fait de l'à moi et je n'en ai pas besoin. S'il vous plaît.” She hoped that said what she was feeling clear enough for him. But already knowing this one, it probably didn’t even matter.

“But I mostly love women. They have sweeter blood in my eyes. Only because there are less gays and other bisexuals in the world. So I prefer females. And I’m done talking in French.” Gage said. He could smell the blood with in this creature. Such sweet blood. He was going to have a bite. He tilted her head back a little bit. And bit into her neck. He then started to drink her sweet blood. He didn’t fell like killing her. No he wanted to have more fun. So he left enough blood in her for her to live, but be in a short daze.

Ayden opened her mouth to reply back to him, in French to piss him off of course, when she felt him tilt her head back and sink his teeth into her neck. What--? And then it seemed as if thoughts just cut off. A pain shot down her neck as she felt her life leave her body and flow into the vampire’s mouth. The pain from his fangs stung like nothing she had felt before. Well, she had never been bit by a vampire before either. The pain didn’t compare to when the werewolf had bit her, but it still stung. Ayden pushed as hard as she could against the vampires body to get him to release her, but she couldn’t seem to be strong enough. The more he fed, the less energy she had. And the pain… But there was another sensation along with it. Everything started to spin and the pain fainted away, but now Ayden felt like collapsing to the ground. She had lost so much energy, and that was what the vampire probably wanted. Damn him.
When he finally released her, Ayden felt her hand change back into that of a human hand, but she lamely tried to lift it to hit him. Her arm got about half way before dropping back down to her side. She couldn’t conjure up any energy to defend herself, and she didn’t like that feeling. Ayden stumbled backwards, putting a hand to her neck and bending over, almost like she was trying to catch her breathe. She took her hand from her neck and saw the crimson liquid run down her fingers. Looking up, she glared at the vampire. “Your sick,” The words came out in a growl. She stood up straight, trying to feign the fact that she was straining to get any sort of strength. Ayden shoved the vampire as hard as she could, but only ending up almost falling into him. “What is you problem?”

Gage smiled in his evil glare. The blood from her was better then what he expected from a pitiful creature like a werewolf. He laughed. She had no strength to defend herself. He hand turned back to normal. He didn’t flinch as she tried to slap him, but failed. He watched as she tried a to do a good shove to him. The shove did some good in knocking him a little bit off balance, but not completely. He smirked. “Well aren’t you the drained one. You blood is so sweet.” Gage said as he grabbed her arms.

Ayden wanted to fight, wanted to free herself from the vampires grip, but she couldn’t. She was using him to keep her up. Yes, she was drained, but not because she wanted to be. All she could do was glare at him, hoping it would have enough effect, though she knew it wouldn’t. Ayden tried to pull out of his grip, but it was no use, Ayden was stuck. Fear was beginning to flood her system and creep into her veins. She knew being alone would be bad, but she never thought it would be this bad.
“You’re heinous,” she spat. Now she knew why all the myths talked about the vampire and werewolf fued. How could there not be? Vampires were such revolting creatures, thinking they were so powerful…” Vous cochon crasseux. Je regrette que je ne puisse pas arracher votre coeur mort et le fracasser jusqu'à mon talon. Je déteste vos tripes et espère que vous brûlez dans les mines les plus profondes d'enfer.” Ayden cursed him in her native tongue. She didn’t care if he didn’t want to speak French, it was easier for her to do something natural right now and not think.
