"I've been a vampire for about 378 years" Vladimir said and then added "which brings me to two things i forgot to tell you. You won't age, and you can no longer have children."
That last part was the part that made a lot of people mad. Most people wanted children.

Skylar I know nothing of your kind, and the more I know the less I like; - - - - - - - - - - -
Her eyes widened at his reply. 378 years was a long time she noted. He looked only a little older than her in physical appearance, and she confused for a second before his next comment. "You won't age, and you can no longer have children." Her brow knitted slightly as it sunk in. "So you're saying that I'll be this age forever" She stated slowly, not really in question form.
It was odd to think about it, but of course nothing would surprise her anymore. She had never really thought about children, but she had know she wanted them someday. The thought of never having one was depressing, but she shook it off. She couldn't let it get to her... there was nothing she could do about it, so why waist time moping over it?
"How many of our kind are there?" she asked, curious as to how many there actually were. Then she bit her lip hard, remembering the vampire that had killed her parents, and had been very close to killing her as well. Her throat tightened, and she found her fists clench. She wondered if Vladimir was a hunter of humans... but came to the conclusion that she didn't really want to know.

"yes you will be this age forever" Vladimir said as he thought to himself wow she didn't say anything about the children
Upon hearing her next question he answered "no one knows, no one really has ever tried to count us"
Vladimir smiled as he thought of another riddle, he kept himself from saying it though, he had messed with her long enough.

Skylar nodded, letting it all sink in. She looked at him curiously, her head tilted to the side ever so slightly. He intrigued her, and to be honest still frightened her slightly. But she would never let him know that. He reminded her of the vampire that had killed her parents, and she looked down with a grimace as the image of him crouched over them. She still remembered every detail of his face; he had been so close to her... She shuddered involuntary.
"What about enemies?" she asked suddenly, looking back up at him with bright hazel optics. "Don't we have like some sort of arch enemy or something?" She asked, still wondering who had killed the vampire that had bit her, and in turn had saved her from ultimate death. Could it have been another vampire? Or something else? It certainly wasn't human, that she knew. The loud growls and snarls of the fight that had ensued between them still echoed in her head as a confomation of that.

Vladimir said"enemys? that all depend on the person. Most consider Werewolves to be our great enemy, but lots of vampires have begun to like werewolves."
Vladimir then said "sometimes other vampires will attack each other over different reasons. Also i forgot to tell you earlier that you can make mortals think things and do things."

She listened closely as he spoke of werewolves. "So werewolves are capable of killing us?" she asked slowly, still piecing together the puzzle of what had happened to her three nights ago. He brow knitted slightly as he spoke of vampires fighting other vampires. She still felt a little wry of him, but she didn't think he had any intention of harming her still, and felt more comfortable the more she talked to him.
She was broke from her thoughts as he spoke again. "Think and do things?" She raised her eyebrow inquisitively. She asked. "Like mind control?" She tilted her head to the side slightly at the thought. This was all very interesting to her, and she wanted to learn as much as she could. Her hand now rested lightly on her hip as she waited for his response.

Vladimir smiled and said "no, werewolves can't kill us, unless they have fire."
Vladimir then added "yes like mind control, it takes practice though."
"watch" Vladimir said as a human walked up to him and bowed and then walked away.
