Vladimir had come to the graveyard to look after his friends grave, as was his tradition he left his guns on a tombstone at the gate it was one of his ways of showing respect for the dead, he also left his chain with them, this left him weapon less except for his grenades but he left those at home today.
Vladimir was on one leg and one knee, he was bowing to the grave, he would be here for another 5 minutes like this then he would leave.

Haemish strode along the rows, looking at the gravestones, as they'd doubled since he was last there. Death was so fascinating. Even as a human he'd wondered, but he;d locked his wonder away to become a vampire. Sollely for revenge, and nothing else. Now he lived for nothing, really. He suddenly caught scent of another vampire, and slowed his pace to a walk.
Glancing around cautiously, he bent low in a ready position; he knew that scent. It was the first scent he'd smelled as a vampire. The first heightened smell from his new senses. That and the blood of his girlfriend. Practically kneeling now, Haemish inched his way forward to where he saw a figure, crouched at a gravestone. His heart beat faster and faster; or it would have if he still had one to beat. Either way, adrenaline pumped through him as his immortal enemy was hardly ten meters away from him. He knew it was him, and he knew he needed to get ahold of him, and get his second revenge.
He felt a growl forming from deep in his chest, his tongue sliding smoothly and slowly across his sharp fangs, his hands readily in front of him, almost balled up, but in a more defensive position. He rose a little so he could move faster if need be, but continued at a slow pace as he made his way closer and closer to the vampire.

Vladimir heard something behind him, he took in a breath and smelt another vampire, and reached for his pistol but realized it wasn't there, he then said so the other vampire could hear him, "what do you want?"
Vladimir had no weapons but he could still bluff so he kept his hand in his gun pocket. He was thinking of turning around but didn't move, he smelled again, he knew this scent he then said "her about your girl friend?" he laughed the same way he had laughed as he had left him there in the forest
He was trying to piss the guy off, Vladimir was a good fist fighter so he didn't think he had anything to fear.

"I was here to walk, but I suppose now it isnt just a simple walk, is it?"[/i] he said coolly and stiffly. He did not want to lose his temper, although his mind was gnawing at him to lose control. He took deep, relaxing breaths despite the vampire's attempts at taunting him. He's trying to taunt you. To distract you with hate and revenge so he can win. he thought to himself repeatedly. Haemish was genrally good at psycology - but not always his own - and knew when he was being tricked. Well, he didnt used to, but he knew that because of his horrible experiences with trickery he needed to learn when he was being led on, and when he wasnt.
He could also generally tell when someone was bluffing, but wasn't sure at this point. He glanced at the vampire's hand and used all his skill to focus on that, seeing the shape of the pocket to analyze whether or not he had a threatening object in it.
Haemish wasn't sure still when he froze to await the man to do what he wanted. This time he was well aware of possible outcome; but did not care entirely. That side of him was blinded by revenge. His head was clear, but his future was not.

"well what are you waiting for? are you going to kill me?" Vladimir asked, he knew he was mostly defenseless and then said "if not then your weaker then i thought you were"
Vladimir pulled his hand out of his pocket and said "ether way i admit defeat at this point, you have caught me weapon less." it was true but also a trap, weaponless yes, defeated no.
He prepared himself for a fist fight.

"You realise that you can't fool me, right? I mean, you're clearly much older than I am, and therefore know more about fighting other vampires. I have fought a fair few, but as if its anywhere near yours. You say you usually have weapons, someone of that level of defence obviously knows how to defend themselves against a next-to-harmless vampire such as myself. Me? I dont like violence. No. I won't just mindlessly attack you and be blinded by my hatred towards you; eventually leading to my own destruction. One of us may die tonight, and which one isnt entirely apparent, and I dont actually care about the outcom, but I wont be the death of myself."[/i] he said, drawing a deep breath. This was the truth, of course. Although, it was highly unlike him to play his cards on the table; the vampire before him had stolen his cards in the previous game. He figured it best to get what he needed to say out of him in case he did die.
He took another breath to finish it off. "I may want you dead, but I am no fool."p/i] he concluded his speech, pursing his perfectly shaped lips into a grim expression. He slid his tongue along the front of his teeth irritably before he pulled his lips back over them, revealing gleaming and straight teeth to his opposer. Get him! GO! he thought to himself, but becoming crossed with that, he ignored it. At the moment, his emotions were like pebbles in his shoe. Common sense reigned.

"your very cleaver I'll give you that, and your right odds are i would win, I'd say you had about a 47% chance of killing me." Vladimir said as a reply to his speech.
Vladimir stood up and said "you've learned a lot since then...." Vladimir was cut off by the sound of a grenade launcher being fired, it was pretty far of but still dangerous.
The grenade was coming down right between them, Vladimir kicked Haemish to knock him out of the range of the explosion and then jumped to get himself out of the range of the explosion. They grenade exploded, Vladimir got out of the way just in time, he didn't know about Haemish though.
Vladimir looked at where it sounded like it came from and saw who had shot it, it was the mafia, he had got in fights with them before but why did they track him down.
Vladimir then looked towards where Haemish had been to make sure he got out alive, Haemish may want Vladimir dead, but Vladimir wasn't about to kill Haemish, or at least not while he was useful.
Two vampires stood a better chance then one, and Vladimir was still weaponless at the moment.

Haemish, taken aback, obeyed the gesture by ducking himself into a ball. Unharmed, he looked around wildly for an explanation to the fact that they'd jsut been bombed. Not seeing anything, he returned his gaze to the vampire. Figuring he was being used, Haemish brushed it off, not wanting to make it too sentimental that his enemy had just saved him.
"And why exactly do you need me right now? Will there be more of those?"[/i] he asked coolly, also not wanting to let what little gratitude he had show through into his liquidy voice.

"think about it will you, your cleaver I'm sure you can figure it out. one vampire v.s. the mob armed with flam throwers and grenades stands less of a chance of surviving compared to two vampires v.s. the mob armed with flame throwers and grenades!" he said and then looked around and saw his weapons and said "I'm making a run for my stuff, think you can hold out till i get back?"
He darted off not waiting for a answer and got to his guns just in time to shoot a grenade before it hit him.

"Yes, well I realise that. What I meant was: Who are they, why the hell are they after you, you know, that whole deal. Obviously you need me for something or you would have taken that opportunity to rid yourself of me and my attempt at threats."[/i] he drawled, looking irritably at his fingernails. "Well, one vampire could take that lot, but two would just own them."[/i] he added shooting a dirty glare to the vampire.
Biting his tongue, he realised if it was a three-way battle he woulld obviously die. "But, let me assure you; once this is over one of us is dead. I dont actually care which though. If its you, that means I get my revenge, and if its me... well lets just say my pain in this horrible world will be over."[/i] he finished, staring into the direction where he knew the bomb had come from.

Vladimir tossed Haemish a gun and said "catch"
Vladimir didn't like this any more then Haemish did.
"lets just say that i do have more enemies then friends" Vladimir added and then started shooting at the people who were firing at them.
Vladimir looked at his watch, it was about 12 minutes till sun rise, he then said "if we don't beat them then in 12 minutes well both be dead!"

Haemish stopped, catching the gun nicely. He could so easily turn on him and kill him. Well, the man wasn't paying him much attention, so he could either take off, leaving the vampire to deal with it, or turn on him and then take off, so he could be sure he was dead. Instead, he ground his teeth together, drew a deep breath and shot into the darkness the vampire was shooting in.
"Yeah, yeah. Twelve minutes."[/i] he said in an uncharacteristically sarcastic voice. This whole night was uncharacteristic of him. Haemish would never let his emotions show like this, unless he was with Lars. He would generally not have comebacks, because he didnt see it useful to stoop to the level as to immaturely defend himself as opposed to ignoring it. Today, however, he was being mouthy and sarcastic. Hatred did strange things to him. "Still, you never answered me. Who are they, and why are the shooting at us?"[/i] he yelled over the loud shooting.
He was also annoyed that he still didn't know the vampries name. He should know the name of hiis immortal enemy; it jsut wasn't dignified to hate someone he didnt even know the name of. Though, now was not the right time to be re-introducing himself.

"if you must know they are the mob!" Vladimir said as he kept shouting.
He looked at his watch again, 4 minutes left, "this is taking to long!" Vladimir yelled as he leaped into the air and caught a grenade, he threw it back at them, killing the last of them.
He landed back on the ground and walked over to Haemish, he pointed the gun in his hand at him and asked "may i have my gun back now?"

Haemish bit his tongue. "Yeah. We don't have time to fight now. I will find you later."[/i] he glowered, handing over the gun and turning on his heel to sprint in the direction of his house. He meant every word of it. He would find him, and they would duel.

"Hey kid!" Vladimir yelled after Haemish and then added "My name is Vladimir"
He had knew he never told him his name, and for helping him it was the least he could do.
Vladimir went to his corvette and drove back to his castle, and thought to him self, thank god for windows so tinted that sun light can't get through them, and for the camera in the headlights of my car.
With his windows tinted like that, and with the camera he could drive in the day time, but he preferred not to.
